Dear sir&madam, in 20/10/2012 mahindira finance alloted me a loan sum of rs 3lakh my agreement number 2264125 and i have cleared all your instalments before dated 22-Aug-2014 pls provide me the NOC as soon as possible its very urgent too sell my vehicle.. the branch staff's are saying that, it will take one month to come? pls forward me the NOC with in 3 to 4 days that's my humble request to you sir&madam thanking you

      I am an ex. Colonel of indian army and served the great indian for 40 years. I served critical positions on lac and loc and safeguard the people and business surviving inside the country. I indirectly safeguard the people of the land and gave my half of the life for nation. But at this point of time i am at a such stage that i felt really bad, humiliated and cheated by those people whom we thought that we are fighting for. The mahindra people didn’t have the respect, courteicy and honesty toward ex-army professional. I am driving xuv500 since 05th feb 2015. The registration number is hr30p003 and its jc grey colour. Chasis number – f6a12113. I was getting my all services done throughout mahindra authorised service station till now and even for washing as well i used to go to authorised station just to be sure that they are taking care of my hard earn money investment well. But unfortunately, people working with shivam sales corporation, nh no 14, near – rto, opp gayatritemple, checkpost, palanpur, dist - banaskantha, gujrat, 385001, have ditched and cheated an ex-army man who was blindly trusting them.
      They have always been trying to get my vehicle to station with this or other reason. I started with regular service of vehicle, but after taking delivery of service vehicle i noticed that electronics are not working. They called back and apologies for the mistake and agreed that something happened while fixing now it will be okay. Again, after some time the door couldn’t be open and the excuse i got was electronic issues, so they called me back again and fixed the issue. Since last 2 years my car has been called back to back with multiple issues and mishandling by these people. The people deployed here are unskilled and very very cunning mentality. They ownership as well dosent bother to look into this. I have been running pillar to pillar since long thus has to reach to this mode. I have to drive from abu road to this service station everytime they call and had to come back with my own arrangements, they even didn’t bother for a great customer experience as there is no control on them.

      They have completely spoiled my car in 1 year and has no claim or responsibility to ensure to fix it. I felt so cheated to trust the brand of mahindra. Even the reason for buying the brand was being indian and buy indian. But my trust shook completely as i have invested huge amount which i earned throughout my life. It is really miserable for me to trust the brand now as the handling was bad. Attaching the last bill, other can be checked from the system in case required.

      Dear Team, this is in continue to my first complaint reference - Jaitondak on Sep 10, 2020, the issue and harassment increases post taking our voice on this portal. in fact now the further damage to the XUV 500 is done just to show that we have routed through wrong path to raise our issue. the display screen has been damaged while the car was in workshop now they are asking for money again to fix it.. when we handed over the car to them as per there papers too everything was fine.. after keeping the car for 3 days now the new issue !!! I also responded to the KAMLANI SANJAY who is manager to Mahindra mail when he assured that he will take care of the issue now, but he didn't responded back and docent bother to look into the issue seriously.

        Dear sir, i have booked a b6 bs6 bolero vehicle on 14.08.2020 and still now i haven't get any response from your side. I am very much disappointed with the showroom star india agences pvt. Ltd., tamluk activity which is not at all up to the mark of mahindra standard. I am also very much disappointed with there irresponsible behaviour. Upon contacting them now they are not receiving my phone. I have tried several times this week, but still haven't get any response.
        Please solve the issue as soon as possible so that i can get the vehicle delivered at earliest.

          I had booked a vehicle (Extra long fb 07 pickup) from shuhul mahindra srinagar j&k on 01 september 2020 and the assured delivery date was before 07 september 2020. I submitted whole payment on 04 september 2020 supporting documents are annexed. Now the above mentioned company of mahindra is excusing and extending the delivery of vehicle to next week.
          In this regard i want to put it into your kind notice that plz take the necessay action against the said company and assure the delivery of vehicle before 10 of september 2020. Other wise i has to cancel the case.

                Tuv300 starting problem unresolved

                I have been owning mahindra TUV300 from past 4.5 years with all service records with the company. Since last 1.5 years I have been facing starting issues with my car, eventually it was less but with time it grew upon to a regular thing everytime I take it out for drive to an extent that I know after every 1/2 hour drive I can not turn off the vehicle to start again immediately.                   I m buy e-rickshaw within 8th month, but charger is damage within one week, my charger is granty priod. I m going to mundka service center but not risposce say that the you r go to the gurgoun and check the chrger Axicon tell system ltd, I m submitted and repair my charger.                     I have purchased Morazzo vehicle this January at India garage Chennai . The vehicle ran only 4000 km so far and while we on the way to Hosur last week the vehicle break down due to clutch issue . We reached out RSA and they reached the spot after multiple follow ups and call nearly ~2. 5 hours later. The vehicle was taken to nearest service center vellore service center. We understood that clutch plate was damaged or broken and have to be replaced with new one, few hours later they said the self motor is not functioning. We are completely disappointed who can clutch plate and self motor can be damanaged or broken for the new car which is less than 7 to 8 month old and due to Covid suitation the vehicle also ran only ~ 4000 km. This is completely unacceptable and unsatisfactory from the consumer end. Now they are asking us to pay ~ 10 k to 15 K for the parts and service. We need your response on this immediately

                              I purchased mahindra xuv 3oo car from atul motor ltd. Jamnagar.
                              But thier is big problems in car.
                              1). Front pillar body war removed (Repaired done)
                              2). Big problem - water coming inside car near driver seat. After servicing they can nat solve the problem. So that water vapour generated and get stick to the water sensitive part of car. I think i waste the money by buying mahindra car, i want refund my money

                                I jainath yadav recently purchased scorpio [s9] on 03.08.2020 through your sonebhadra dealer named agarwal auto sales, urmaura pipri road, robertsganj, sonebhadra (U. P) 231216.
                                Details of vehicle:
                                1. Chassis no - ma1ta2xm2l2g25590
                                2. Engine no. - xml4f14468
                                3. Model - scorpio s9 2.2mhawk-140 mh-2wd 7s
                                I want to lodge my grievance regarding unsatisfactory and worse experience after purchasing the said vehicle as detailed below:
                                1. My vehicle has some unusual defect which come under notice on 13.08.2020, and subsequently informed and handed over the vehicle to dealer on 16.08.2020, for which they have assured to rectify the defect and return back my vehicle within 1-2 days but i have not get my vehicle till date nor they are able to rectify the defect. Actually the vehicle is showing the def indication near digital meter. They are using the vehicle to learn and explore their knowledge and on enquiry regarding the status of vehicle to take back then they usually not properly responding and on contact they are saying that they are working on that and have no proper knowledge of bs-iv model so it will take time, which is very worse experience for me. Kindly, see the matter and give conclusion within 24hrs otherwise provide me new vehicle in place of that. Earlier i have some other models of mahindra suv and regular customer of mahindra & mahindra but this time my experience is very worse.
                                2. At the time of delivery i have noticed and informed about the dent spot on right side driver gate and right side passenger gate for which the agency person assured to replace the both gates with new company manufactured and painted gate at the earliest but till date i have not get any response.

                                  We bought a mini truck from your showroom on 17/06/2020. After a week or so its wiring melted and rotted off. So we gave it back for repair. After they gave us the mini truck back, there was a problem in pickup of the truck now. Again we gave it to them for repair on 8/08/2020. But whenever we call them to know about the truck they make silly excuses and sometimes do not pick up our call. A new truck was acting like an old one and we have spent so much on its price and repair. We are facing so much problems in this pandemic and have to pay the installment at the bank too. We are very disappointed by your service. We live approximately 50 km away from the showroom.
                                  We complaint about it to your coustmer care and they told that they would take steps quickly and immediately. For next few days a lot of your executives from different levels. We thought that the problem would be solved. They gave it back to us 24/08/2020 at the evening as we reached home back its engine just starts making noises. Next day when we had to go, it didn't even started. Then we called the showroom and they told to come to the showroom. They did some work and told that it is okay now. They tried to explain us the BS-6 mechanism and told us to press some buttons and clean it regularly. We didn't expected such service from a new vehicle. Again after some days it stopped and we again gave it back to the showroom and they are not repairing or giving us back to it.
                                  We had bought a new vehicle on installments and thought it would solve our problems. But the vehicle added to our problems. We had faced many losses like there is a lockdown and we have to close our shop and just take rounds of the showroom. Also we had to pay additional charges like petrol, fare, food, etc. One day it was heavy rain, we were all wet and didn't even got food to it. We complaint to coustmer care but there was no reply. Either replace it or refund our money back or we would be forced to do a complaint at consumer court and it would affect your companies reputation.
