I m buy e-rickshaw within 8th month, but charger is damage within one week, my charger is granty priod. I m going to mundka service center but not risposce say that the you r go to the gurgoun and check the chrger Axicon tell system ltd, I m submitted and repair my charger. It is therefore requested please provide the new charger. Thank you

    I have purchased Morazzo vehicle this January at India garage Chennai . The vehicle ran only 4000 km so far and while we on the way to Hosur last week the vehicle break down due to clutch issue . We reached out RSA and they reached the spot after multiple follow ups and call nearly ~2. 5 hours later. The vehicle was taken to nearest service center vellore service center. We understood that clutch plate was damaged or broken and have to be replaced with new one, few hours later they said the self motor is not functioning. We are completely disappointed who can clutch plate and self motor can be damanaged or broken for the new car which is less than 7 to 8 month old and due to Covid suitation the vehicle also ran only ~ 4000 km. This is completely unacceptable and unsatisfactory from the consumer end. Now they are asking us to pay ~ 10 k to 15 K for the parts and service. We need your response on this immediately

              Dear sir/madam,

              I purchased mahindra xuv 3oo car from atul motor ltd. Jamnagar.
              But thier is big problems in car.
              1). Front pillar body war removed (Repaired done)
              2). Big problem - water coming inside car near driver seat. After servicing they can nat solve the problem. So that water vapour generated and get stick to the water sensitive part of car. I think i waste the money by buying mahindra car, i want refund my money

                I jainath yadav recently purchased scorpio [s9] on 03.08.2020 through your sonebhadra dealer named agarwal auto sales, urmaura pipri road, robertsganj, sonebhadra (U. P) 231216.
                Details of vehicle:
                1. Chassis no - ma1ta2xm2l2g25590
                2. Engine no. - xml4f14468
                3. Model - scorpio s9 2.2mhawk-140 mh-2wd 7s
                I want to lodge my grievance regarding unsatisfactory and worse experience after purchasing the said vehicle as detailed below:
                1. My vehicle has some unusual defect which come under notice on 13.08.2020, and subsequently informed and handed over the vehicle to dealer on 16.08.2020, for which they have assured to rectify the defect and return back my vehicle within 1-2 days but i have not get my vehicle till date nor they are able to rectify the defect. Actually the vehicle is showing the def indication near digital meter. They are using the vehicle to learn and explore their knowledge and on enquiry regarding the status of vehicle to take back then they usually not properly responding and on contact they are saying that they are working on that and have no proper knowledge of bs-iv model so it will take time, which is very worse experience for me. Kindly, see the matter and give conclusion within 24hrs otherwise provide me new vehicle in place of that. Earlier i have some other models of mahindra suv and regular customer of mahindra & mahindra but this time my experience is very worse.
                2. At the time of delivery i have noticed and informed about the dent spot on right side driver gate and right side passenger gate for which the agency person assured to replace the both gates with new company manufactured and painted gate at the earliest but till date i have not get any response.

                  We bought a mini truck from your showroom on 17/06/2020. After a week or so its wiring melted and rotted off. So we gave it back for repair. After they gave us the mini truck back, there was a problem in pickup of the truck now. Again we gave it to them for repair on 8/08/2020. But whenever we call them to know about the truck they make silly excuses and sometimes do not pick up our call. A new truck was acting like an old one and we have spent so much on its price and repair. We are facing so much problems in this pandemic and have to pay the installment at the bank too. We are very disappointed by your service. We live approximately 50 km away from the showroom.
                  We complaint about it to your coustmer care and they told that they would take steps quickly and immediately. For next few days a lot of your executives from different levels. We thought that the problem would be solved. They gave it back to us 24/08/2020 at the evening as we reached home back its engine just starts making noises. Next day when we had to go, it didn't even started. Then we called the showroom and they told to come to the showroom. They did some work and told that it is okay now. They tried to explain us the BS-6 mechanism and told us to press some buttons and clean it regularly. We didn't expected such service from a new vehicle. Again after some days it stopped and we again gave it back to the showroom and they are not repairing or giving us back to it.
                  We had bought a new vehicle on installments and thought it would solve our problems. But the vehicle added to our problems. We had faced many losses like there is a lockdown and we have to close our shop and just take rounds of the showroom. Also we had to pay additional charges like petrol, fare, food, etc. One day it was heavy rain, we were all wet and didn't even got food to it. We complaint to coustmer care but there was no reply. Either replace it or refund our money back or we would be forced to do a complaint at consumer court and it would affect your companies reputation.

                    On 17/08/2019 i purchased the vehicle model - alturas g4 4wd and registration number-as01ef0286 from your dealership. Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because of manufacturing defect in defence assemble. The car was taken to a dealer namely industrial and farm equipment for repairing, after their inspection they stated there was some problem with the defensible assembly and it will be repaired within 2-3 days. But from (Date) the vehicle is still there, and after repeated remainders they have the same thing to say.

                    I would appreciate if you could organise the parts as soon as possible. As i am sure you can appreciate, i rely on my car for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost. Also the bank instalments are being payment without any failure.

                    I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactory resolved within this week, i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the department of commerce or through the courts.

                        Hi sir/mam,
                        My vehicle (Tn70h5657 mahindra scorpio) faced a brake failure yesterday. I took the vehicle to the service center (Sks automobiles, salem. Tamil nadu). I told them that the vehicle has brake issue and i told them to rectify it. They didn't even sanitize my car and a group of people came to the car and started inspecting. They took the car into the service station and didn't allow me to come inside and see my car. I was waiting at the lounge. The service advisor came to me and asked me to come inside. They told me that there is no brake oil in the reservoir and they told me that that there is a leak in the hose. I told them to rectify that alone, because i did a complete service just 12 days back in the same showroom (Including new wiper blades and power windows for all four doors). They told me that the brake pads in front have worn out (Which i changed just 6 months back). And they also told that there is a leak in the power steering oil, coolant reservoir and they also said that they have to water wash the car. I was wondering because i completely checked my vehicle in a private service center just before a week and i also saw that the entire car was perfect. And finally they gave me a shock. That was about the wiper blades, which they told that it has been completely worn out. I changed the wiper blades just before 12 days in the same service center. Is it necessary to change the wiper blades every week or is mahindra using very cheap wiper blades? And when i told them that i did all these just 12 days back in the same service center, they all are looking at each other's face and they all are convincing me that wiper blades should be changed every week. This is the third time i m registering the complaint against the same service center and still i haven't received a perfect service from them in the past three years.
                        This incident happened today (26.08.2020). I got very much disappointed and i just took the car from the service center before the service was done. When i forwarded this issue to the manager, he was not even ready to listen what i say, and he is asking me to pay for the inspection.
                        I request you to look after this and take further actions on the service center so that they don't do this to other customers.

                            My car KUV 100, K8 had issue with Clutch Plate burn on 02/08/2020, As suggested by call centre I handed my car at service centre.With the consent of service centre manager.There is no other issue with car.I also requested for car service.But when I have rec'd my car on 20/08/2020. There is issues with Car steering, Heavy to mold, Non smooth gear shifting, sound in body and Issues with head lamps.
                            I told the same to them, Mr.Saket told me this will work properly after some time. But I am now feeling cheated as after service my car is not smooth, difficult to drive.

                              My name is mahendiran i have bought a Tractor from Balamurugan Auto point at walajapet ranipet dt on Jan2019.I have paid Full amount Of Paymen of rs.695000 (rs30000 By cash and rs395000 by Lone in Kotech mahindra Bank).But still Vehicle registration not done they are postponding every day and i have paying the due amount without fail enev the pandemic situation but they are are not responding proper manner kindly do intervention and resolve my problem and i request you get the compensation or my loses .

                                Hi team (Customer care / ritesh / satyendra),

                                Today your service team take my vehicle for getting my said complaints rectified but again i m sorry to say that (Only the bill is rectified) major problem is still persist.

                                I have requested to get the captain seats and replace the same from the existing pattern since existing seats are not at all comfortable and continuously making the same irrational noise.

                                Aside to anand sir – with all due respect, i m sorry to say that i have taken the wrong decision while purchasing this vehicle, again requesting you to pls solve my problem else pls take this vehicle back (Since the problem is not resolved and with this problem nobody will drive this).

                                    I have been a proud owner of XUV500 (1970, W10) since 24.04.2016. After thorough market research, series of test drives, I was pleased by XUV500 (W10) and took the delivery from your dealership on 24.4.2016.

                                    I had enjoyed and was pleased by my vehicle and even recommended Mahindra vehicles to my friends – two of them bought the AT version of XUV500 W10 and one bought the XUV300 (AT).

                                    Soon, I noticed few problems i.e. leaking of water from sunroof, start-stop button not working, the windows were not winding smoothly. During my free services (2nd service) and also subsequent paid services, I have clearly mentioned these problems, specifically the leaking water from sunroof. I was always assured that the problem was fixed. BUT, every other monsoon or rains, I would again face the same problem, and go through the same process of complains, services and assurances, but it persists till today.

                                    I have always been a very careful and the only driver, and my XUV has never involved in accidents (besides scratches on the body). Last week I took my vehicle out for office and realized again the roof was leaking. Next morning when I was trying to start my car, the engine won’t start. So, I complained and requested for home service from Mahindra.

                                    The Mahindra service person came and opened up few panels and showed me water inside the side panels, the corroded wires and well as a broken wire. I was more than worried, even after repeated complaints and assurances by Mahindra service, the water was inside the electric panels. This had caused corrosion of wires and also potential short circuit. This was later confirmed by the Service Diagnostic team of Concept Mahindra - he said (and I recorded) "...some models have this kind of complains" further he confirmed that ..."the wiring is stuck because of short-circuit".

                                    The service guy who came home, tried to fix but could not. Ultimately the vehicle had to be towed to the – Concept Service station, MCI at Mathura Road, New Delhi.

                                    I got the shock of my life, when after almost 4 days spent on diagnostics, I was given a service quote of Rs. 66, 276/- (after discount). The quote (attached) says that the entire engine wiring and CCB harness (wiring) has to be replaced. My XUV500 is just 4 years old, has no history of accidents, nor driving abuse. I can understand the other mechanical wear and tear problems but if in a 4 year XUV500, a so called premier segment car of Mahindra; the entire wiring has to be changed infers two things:
                                    - Poor quality of this so-called premier car by Mahindra
                                    - Customer is being cheated by services
                                    Had the small issue of water leakage, that I had continuously complained about during servicing, had been resolved, this would not have been the case. I request your kind and urgent attention to resolve this. It is a very very high cost of repair (of a vehicle with no accident and only 4 yrs old). This incident has terribly questioned my foolish brand loyalty to Mahindra and recommendations for the brand and XUV500.
