On 17/08/2019 i purchased the vehicle model - alturas g4 4wd and registration number-as01ef0286 from your dealership. Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because of manufacturing defect in defence assemble. The car was taken to a dealer namely industrial and farm equipment for repairing, after their inspection they stated there was some problem with the defensible assembly and it will be repaired within 2-3 days. But from (Date) the vehicle is still there, and after repeated remainders they have the same thing to say.

I would appreciate if you could organise the parts as soon as possible. As i am sure you can appreciate, i rely on my car for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost. Also the bank instalments are being payment without any failure.

I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactory resolved within this week, i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the department of commerce or through the courts.

      Hi sir/mam,
      My vehicle (Tn70h5657 mahindra scorpio) faced a brake failure yesterday. I took the vehicle to the service center (Sks automobiles, salem. Tamil nadu). I told them that the vehicle has brake issue and i told them to rectify it. They didn't even sanitize my car and a group of people came to the car and started inspecting. They took the car into the service station and didn't allow me to come inside and see my car. I was waiting at the lounge. The service advisor came to me and asked me to come inside. They told me that there is no brake oil in the reservoir and they told me that that there is a leak in the hose. I told them to rectify that alone, because i did a complete service just 12 days back in the same showroom (Including new wiper blades and power windows for all four doors). They told me that the brake pads in front have worn out (Which i changed just 6 months back). And they also told that there is a leak in the power steering oil, coolant reservoir and they also said that they have to water wash the car. I was wondering because i completely checked my vehicle in a private service center just before a week and i also saw that the entire car was perfect. And finally they gave me a shock. That was about the wiper blades, which they told that it has been completely worn out. I changed the wiper blades just before 12 days in the same service center. Is it necessary to change the wiper blades every week or is mahindra using very cheap wiper blades? And when i told them that i did all these just 12 days back in the same service center, they all are looking at each other's face and they all are convincing me that wiper blades should be changed every week. This is the third time i m registering the complaint against the same service center and still i haven't received a perfect service from them in the past three years.
      This incident happened today (26.08.2020). I got very much disappointed and i just took the car from the service center before the service was done. When i forwarded this issue to the manager, he was not even ready to listen what i say, and he is asking me to pay for the inspection.
      I request you to look after this and take further actions on the service center so that they don't do this to other customers.

        I had vist to take new car but one of my friends accidental car also there for service but when we entered to see the car first we have to wait for almost 1 hour in waiting area to see our car only and when we meet the main person who is handling our car the person is very rude in behaviour and staff also then also we are not satisfied the answer of the person I just cancel my mood to by new car form Mahindra such shameful thing for a company like this

          My car KUV 100, K8 had issue with Clutch Plate burn on 02/08/2020, As suggested by call centre I handed my car at service centre.With the consent of service centre manager.There is no other issue with car.I also requested for car service.But when I have rec'd my car on 20/08/2020. There is issues with Car steering, Heavy to mold, Non smooth gear shifting, sound in body and Issues with head lamps.
          I told the same to them, Mr.Saket told me this will work properly after some time. But I am now feeling cheated as after service my car is not smooth, difficult to drive.

            Dear sir/madm,
            My name is mahendiran i have bought a Tractor from Balamurugan Auto point at walajapet ranipet dt on Jan2019.I have paid Full amount Of Paymen of rs.695000 (rs30000 By cash and rs395000 by Lone in Kotech mahindra Bank).But still Vehicle registration not done they are postponding every day and i have paying the due amount without fail enev the pandemic situation but they are are not responding proper manner kindly do intervention and resolve my problem and i request you get the compensation or my loses .

              Hi team (Customer care / ritesh / satyendra),

              Today your service team take my vehicle for getting my said complaints rectified but again i m sorry to say that (Only the bill is rectified) major problem is still persist.

              I have requested to get the captain seats and replace the same from the existing pattern since existing seats are not at all comfortable and continuously making the same irrational noise.

              Aside to anand sir – with all due respect, i m sorry to say that i have taken the wrong decision while purchasing this vehicle, again requesting you to pls solve my problem else pls take this vehicle back (Since the problem is not resolved and with this problem nobody will drive this).

                I have found that the paint quality the fit and the finish is too low. I used to park the car only in shade (Parking) but the paint begin to fade out. I am very disappointed. I demand a paint replacement for my marazzo.

                  I have been a proud owner of XUV500 (1970, W10) since 24.04.2016. After thorough market research, series of test drives, I was pleased by XUV500 (W10) and took the delivery from your dealership on 24.4.2016.

                  I had enjoyed and was pleased by my vehicle and even recommended Mahindra vehicles to my friends – two of them bought the AT version of XUV500 W10 and one bought the XUV300 (AT).

                  Soon, I noticed few problems i.e. leaking of water from sunroof, start-stop button not working, the windows were not winding smoothly. During my free services (2nd service) and also subsequent paid services, I have clearly mentioned these problems, specifically the leaking water from sunroof. I was always assured that the problem was fixed. BUT, every other monsoon or rains, I would again face the same problem, and go through the same process of complains, services and assurances, but it persists till today.

                  I have always been a very careful and the only driver, and my XUV has never involved in accidents (besides scratches on the body). Last week I took my vehicle out for office and realized again the roof was leaking. Next morning when I was trying to start my car, the engine won’t start. So, I complained and requested for home service from Mahindra.

                  The Mahindra service person came and opened up few panels and showed me water inside the side panels, the corroded wires and well as a broken wire. I was more than worried, even after repeated complaints and assurances by Mahindra service, the water was inside the electric panels. This had caused corrosion of wires and also potential short circuit. This was later confirmed by the Service Diagnostic team of Concept Mahindra - he said (and I recorded) "...some models have this kind of complains" further he confirmed that ..."the wiring is stuck because of short-circuit".

                  The service guy who came home, tried to fix but could not. Ultimately the vehicle had to be towed to the – Concept Service station, MCI at Mathura Road, New Delhi.

                  I got the shock of my life, when after almost 4 days spent on diagnostics, I was given a service quote of Rs. 66, 276/- (after discount). The quote (attached) says that the entire engine wiring and CCB harness (wiring) has to be replaced. My XUV500 is just 4 years old, has no history of accidents, nor driving abuse. I can understand the other mechanical wear and tear problems but if in a 4 year XUV500, a so called premier segment car of Mahindra; the entire wiring has to be changed infers two things:
                  - Poor quality of this so-called premier car by Mahindra
                  - Customer is being cheated by services
                  Had the small issue of water leakage, that I had continuously complained about during servicing, had been resolved, this would not have been the case. I request your kind and urgent attention to resolve this. It is a very very high cost of repair (of a vehicle with no accident and only 4 yrs old). This incident has terribly questioned my foolish brand loyalty to Mahindra and recommendations for the brand and XUV500.

                    Hi,

                    I am a doctor who completed my md and working in gandhi hospital hyderabad and serving covid patients. I use xuv 500 w11 (O) automatic (Vehicle no: ts13ep4466) for traveling to hospital and home. For a few days, i am facing many problems in my car so that i am facing many issues in travel and hence causing delays in my work.

                    I purchased top-end mahindra xuv500 automatic in march 2019 and is serviced from time to time in authorized mahindra services (Attapur, hyderabad). The car was in perfect condition till 10, 000kms and given for service in the same attapur service center.
                    The service center kept the car with them for 10days due to various problems (Like the staff of service centers affected by covid).
                    After servicing when the car delivered to me i started facing trouble. The problems are unique/rare which are unknown to the mahindra technicians.
                    They are:
                    (Describing in detail)
                    - after driving the car and reaching to the destination, i'll turn off the ac first and then press the push start button of the car and the car turns off and then ill get down from the car and press the lock button of the key so that car door gets locked and side-view mirrors turn to its close position and then slowly lights get dimmed and turns off. I'll make sure to see all this process as i enjoy viewing it.
                    -few minutes after locking, the car is automatically starting (Like a haunted car) and the lights are turning on. Except for the engine, every component of the vehicle is getting started by itself, and radio starts playing songs and all this process is without the key and without anyone's intervention. And when i try to unlock the car the remote/key of the car is not working and the car is completely locked.

                    I reported the above problem to the attapur service center, hyd of mahindra then the manager promised to take care of this problem and he kept vehicle with him for 3days and while delivering the vehicle when i asked him "what was the problem?" then he said that we solved the error codes of the vehicle and detailed some battery low problem but didn't address to the actual problem. He called some highly skilled technician (As said by him) and he told me that this problem doesn't arise and this is impossible and he didn't see any such problem in any vehicle in his years of service (As if we are faking). I took the vehicle from the service center believing that it may be some battery fault.

                    After attending duty at gandhi hospital (Hectic day) when i driven back home, this problem started again (Luckily after reaching home). As if a haunted car after locking it started again. This time i recorded completely. First, the screen was turned on and then the complete car was turned on automatically except engine and the songs started playing and the complete scene is the same as shown in haunted movies.

                    I request/demand immediate help from respective authorities of mahindra to address this problem and solve immediately as this is affecting my commute and causing problems in my emergency work life

                    I am attaching videos for reference and also i am attaching a video of how i detached the battery wire to turn off the power supply of the car (This was taught by road side assistance guy)

                    Hoping this forum helps me by raising my voice near responsible authorities

                      Today I was service my goods vehicle mh12sf6940 at unnati motors wagholi Pune. They charge me Rs 100 with 75% discount for sanitiz. I think Rs 100 for sanitization is so high. I think no need to charg for sanitization. & At you service center vehicle washing is very poor for goods vehicle.

                          My Name is Anurag Agrawal and I m staying in Jaipur (Rajasthan).

                          Due to lock down my vehicle (Scorpio S9) completed 5k drive in Aug’20 hence my 1st service got delayed but the way service was done it was pathetic.

                          Few of the concerns, I would like to bring into your notice, since the reply I got from the service personal was shocking to me :-

                          1) I told him that My back side seats (all) were creating a very irritational noise whenever I drive alone – He assured me to stop this noise.
                          - But after the service when I spoke to the concern person that noise is still there, he told me this is a COMMON PROBLEM in all the Scorpios, I can’t help it.
                          2) The 2nd noise problem pertains to the back side of the door – he assured this is also a common problem, I will get this fixed.
                          - But again the same is still there, and again he told me this a COMMON PROBLEM in all the Scorpios, I can’t help it.
                          3) Rest of the problems are not major in terms of asking other comforts which were not given (all doors are creating such itching noise but this is manageable with the help of outside vendor).
                          4) The Bill I got is from some other name (some – MIYA KHARAB) and Address with incorrect Owners Name and Ph Number, I requested them to rectify this and make the corrections, since I need to submit my Bill in my claims, But My request is not even entertained.

                            I bought XUV 500 in March 17. During rains when driving or after rain on the parked vehicle the water drips in from the area around rear view mirror while taking a turn. It falls on the center console as well as passengers/ driver. On service done at sri durga automobile delhi, this problem was brought out during service. They said that the ducts of sunroof get blocked due to dust which leads to this. I keep it clean and still no respite from the problem.
                            Kindly sort this out.

                              I am an automobile Engineer retired from Bosch R & D - associated with many Mahindra projects in Bosch. My vehicle has a strange problem right from the time of purchase. Jerks and misfiring - occasionally . Engine comes to normal in a few minutes. This has happened several times in 3 years and India Garage has attended it. But the fault is not registered in the ECU anytime . Yesterday the problem persisted for a long time - really irritating. This problem is equivalent to plunder stickiness or injector nozzle stickiness for a short time. India Garage, Mysore attended several times but could not help since the problem did not occur in the presence of the Technician. By the time I reach India garage the problem disappears and I can only explain it orally. MY 55 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE ENGINE/vEHICLE TESTING has been put to test. VEHICLE IS FINE IN ALL OTHER RESPECTS EXCEPT LITTLE OSCILLATIONS ( Vehicle has done 16000 kM ). Please help me out. Suggest that your expert calls me on[protected] which would help greatly in solving the problem

                                I am a proud owner of mahindra xuv500 bought in june 2015 from faridabad, haryana. I loved it so much and did 1, 00, 000 kms in 4.5 years. I was so impressed with the mahindra xuv500 that i used to propagate its best features among my friends and family. Even i decided to buy mahindra alturas g4 in future.

                                I bought an extended warranty for my xuv500 in 2018 to secure myself from any uncertainties that may occur in future due...

                                This is regarding the complain against the dealer to the astro india udhampur dealership.
                                His name is pawan. His p. No [protected]. We booked our mahindra xuv300 on 24 june, 2020 by paying sum of rs 5000 (Attaching pic of bank statement).
                                Our date of buying car came out be 29 july, 2020 but 2 days before the date he said our car has not arrived so we were told to wait for the day till our car came.
                                So yesterday (17 august 2020) our car came to the the udhampur mahindra showroom and now to our surprise the dealer pawan is saying that the offers and price to our car has been changed and now you will be charged new charges to which we objected. Also he said your xuv 300 has come with mandatory accessory of rs 20000 (Approx) which came fitted from the company, to which we objected,

                                So, the thing is the dealer denying us previous offers as well as the forcing us to take accessories as said above.

                                We want your intervention as after ready to pay so much of amount we are being harassed mentally.

                                on 27th of august mr. pawan kumar as said in the complain above said that our XUV300 without any pre fitted accessories had arrived and we have to deposit our total amount of approx 10 lac to the bank account provided . we did so immediately on the same day but with the promise that we will be delivered our vehicle on 31 august, 2020 before 8 am in the morning because the that will be the auspicious time as our muhurat falls in that time frame, to which mr. pawan kumar agreed and further elaborated that our xuv has reached jammu and will be in the udhampur showroom as soon as you do your payments. On 28th of august we reminded him of his promise to which he assured us not to worry. But on 30 august during night we called him to know the situation and we were told that they can't deliver our car tomorrow because there was lockdown in samba district and our car was there. He lied to us at this place because initially we were told that car was in jammu and now he is telling us that you car got struck in the lockdown hit area.

                                I calmed down myself and suggested him going with me to the samba district and i will manage the paperwork for the lockdown pass. He started framing things that its not possible and bla bla.

                                sir, the whole trauma is happening just a night before the buying of our car.
                                actually this is unethical and unprofessional. They lied and to suppress that lie they started framing things.
                                we have paid our amount and these dealers are not only doing unethical things but also drowning the BIG name of MAHINDRA.

                                Before doing anything further i want you to take strict action against mr Pawan kumar.
                                PS: I have audio proofs of the conversations, their unprofessional talks and their lies

                                  Mahindra bolero power+ lx bs4 reg no.- mp50 c6361, chass no.-j2a53437 purchased in the year 2018. Run kilometer-46700 km aprox.
                                  After 3rd servicing the flywheel and clutch kit has replaced and also facing problem in other part like clutch and gear. The cluster meter also had stopped working. The vehicle having problem in start which is not solved yet.
                                  As seeing the above regular problems for new vehicle hereby i am requesting to you please replace the vehicle or repair it as soon as possible.

                                    I m working in 21 north pick and drop services and providing my services shridurga Mahindra motinagar and Rama road.
                                    On 01/08/2020 from Shri Durga Mahindra Rama road Delhi task came to me for Uk08AN8337 customer Pradeep Mathur (patanjali ayurved)
                                    Svc made wrong bill as customer denied to service as per their estimate this car has not to be punched to 21north result customer denied payment and not returned the car now I m stuck in a situation due to which on my I'd still payment is pending .Now I m unable to work in my company as the payment is pending .
                                    May be it's not your concern but Shri Durga Mahindra Rama road is cheating customers because many of the customers phone numbers are of 21north ambassador number my number is also in your customer care as a customer but I'm not your customer so to give them best rating but they are making company fool my number is [protected].every customer should go to svc for servicing their vehicles as many of them just in out vehicles and making bills as I have seen it in svc of Delhi

                                      Address: Synergy cars , safdarjung enclave , new Delhi

                                      Last year I bought a Scorpio car from synergy cars, safdarjung enclave, new Delhi, they provided a GPS tracker for 3 years as free accessories. Before 3 months Indian auto company GPS had stopped their services, after trying called many times to customer care one of their employee has chat with me and they said they stopped services because they only have one year approval, now synergy cars are saying they are talking to IAC, etc. .. now my problem is going on as it is, it is highly faithful to u i[censored] solve my problem
