I have purchased TUV 300 T8 in November 2015. Within a period of two years all the bolts and body of the vehicle got corroded. The door frames near the beading and inside the bonnet got rusted and air bubbles have started developing near door locks and at the end of door frames. Inside the bonnet compartment, all the joints were corroded resulting in breaking of metal parts. I have been complaining about this issue in Mahindra service centers at Panvel and Nerul of Navi Mumbai since 2nd free service, but nothing have been done to solve the problem. Two years back they changed the doors and said everything will be OK, but ignored the severe corrosion inside the Bonnet.
The changed doors were corroded again within a period of two years. When I showed the issue to the executives in the Panvel service center last month while doing the paid service, they told nothing can be done since the warranty and extended warranty period was over. However, they also got surprised how a new vehicle got corroded in such a bad way within a short period of time and agreed that It is definitely a manufacturing default. I have been complaining this from the 2nd year of purchase, but nothing have been done so far to solve the problem positively till the expiry of the warranty period and now they are telling that nothing can be done since the warranty period is over.
I have been using a Maruti vehicle since 2002 which is not all corroded in any part substantially. Now I regret purchasing a MAHINDRA vehicle by trusting the name MAHINDRA.
I am afraid to take my vehicle for any ride now fearing safety reasons.
Kindly do the needed to solve the problem and to reinstate the customers trust in MAHINDRA Rise.

    We could not address you the grievance earlier due to having festive time of Durga Puja, however please go through the points stated below :

    1. The Scorpio vehicle was sent to your authorized service centerComplaint against Servicing Center Mahindra Saluja Retails Pvt. Ltd. at Suri, Birbhum, W.B. for disordering the Scorpio Vehicle (Bering Regn. No. WB07J1148, Making Year :2015, Model : Scorpio M Hawk)
    for general servicing having no specific problem on 15.10.2020 the service center called us on 17.10.2020 stating the vehicle was got ready and the bill amount was Rs.5500.00 the driver was sent on 19.10.2020 to bring the vehicle back accordingly

    2. The vehicle while returning from the service center after having serviced got breakdown (wheel locked) on way to back home, the service center was contacted to inform the matter, they told over phone that it was happened due to Braking problem and they would come to correct the same

    3. They came and attended the vehicle few hours after; but, having inspected the vehicle they told that the problem was due to Clutch disorder, was not for Braking disorde

    4. The vehicle was absolutely in running condition having no such problem before sending out to servicing center, the vehicle was therefore made disorder as stated above by the service center itself, the vehicle has been lying in such disorder condition since then at our place without servicing our purpose especially at this festive time of Durgapuja,
    You are therefore hereby requested to look into the matter with utmost priority so that the vehicle could be corrected at the earliest.

      मी २४/१०/२०२० चंद्रपूर ला तुमच्या शोरूम मध्ये XUV 300 गाडी बुक कराला गेलो असता तुमच्या शोरूम मध्ये एकही जन गाडी विषयी माहिती देत नवता .आणि त्यांनी मला चुकीचा मो.न.दिला .त्यांनतर त्यंनी मला गाडी कधी मिळणार या बद्दल call back किवां साधा msg सुद्धा नाही केला .टेस्ट द्रव करिता गाडी आहे का तर काहीच बोले नाही.
      त्या नंतर मी नागपूर ला त्याच्याच शोरूम मध्ये गेलो तिथेही मनेजर ने टेस्ट drive vehicle वर्धा येथे गेली आहे .आज किवा उद्या येणार आहे अस बोले पण त्या नंतर त्यांनी काही उत्तर दिले नाही .तुमी चंद्रपूर ला च गाडी घ्या येथे मिळणार नाही .
      साहेब मला गाडी खूप आवडली पण तुमच्या शोरूम मधल्या नाकर्ते स्टाफ मुले मला गाडी घेण्यासाठी खूप त्रास होत आहे .तुमच्या कंपनी च इतक मोठ नाव, आपल्या भारत बनावटीची गाडी घ्याची आहे तरी तुमी मला न्याय द्या .

            I had booked XUV300 from Anant motors, Bannergatta (car dealer) Bangalore by paying ₹25000 on 20.9.2020 for delivery and committed delivery date of 20.10.2020 by the dealer.
            Even today car is not delivered though I'm ready with the bank loan and difference amount.
            I wanted the vehicle during Navratri as it is an auspicious time. We had high Hope for vehicle delivery as the dealer was convincing then.
            A few days ago also the dealer told the vehicle was dispatched from the manufacturing factory and I will get the vehicle on Vijayadashami day, but that also turned out to be false.

            Now that the dealer is consistently failing on commitment, I want my booking amount back and compensation from the dealer for not keeping up with his committed delivery

              Sir i have a vehicle No. HP17D6400 TUV 300, last few day's ago i serviced my vehicle. i have an issue regarding seat belt folding..but that issue was not resolved...as machine of seat belt folding is not available that time..i have done extended warranty of my above vehicle..as at service center your employees told me that this part is costly as need }re approvals...after few days he told me that this part not covered in warranty...sir i have complaint that if this part is so costly about 7000/- than why is not covered in warranty...and why this extended warranty offered...i feel very sad for that...and feel guilty that why i did this extended warranty...i requested you kindly cover this product in warranty..so that customer can feel safe in your extended warranty..pls

I had to get a new xuv300 w8 (o) car, the deal of which Brar auto ferozpur was paying ... on 17.10.2020 my deal, rate Brar Auto wheel was set .. Rate was set at 12, 80, 000rs .. Delivery date was 21st ... 21st was my daughter's birthday in which I was happy to gift xuv300 to my daughter, but 21/10/2020 The manager of Brar Auto wheel ferozpur kept pushing us all day ... and on the evening of 21st, Brar Auto ferozpur answered me ... my child's birthday, my feelings, the joy of home, spoiling everything .. .Cntct [protected] Brar auto wheels ferozpur ..

                  Dear Sir,
                  My XUV 300 W8 Reg.No.UP32 KV 6004 was sent for Second service at 9635KM to Narain Automobiles on 12/10/20.
                  Apart from regular necessary requirement I had also complained about the problem in the driver seat but sorry to say it was not rectified.
                  Again my car was picked next day but still the problem was not solved and I was given assurance that new seat has been ordered and will be changed within 2 to 3 days, which till today it has not been done eg 23/10/20
                  Further since 2 days my speedo meter has started giving warning alarm of service due in spite of the routine second servicing done on 12/10/20
                  I have complained the service station about it but no action has been taken yet.
                  I am very sorry to say but how will you compete in this compitative market with such poor service from your channel partners.
                  Kindy look into the matter and oblige.

                      So they "mahindra and mahindra" took my phone number from some job advertisement site and called me and asking for documents regarding a job in mahindra.So i sent them. Then they interviewed me and told me that you are selected for Supervisor job in mahindra and mahindra nearby your Pin code. Then they asked for a payment of 750 for offer letter. I thought its Different situation na maybe i have to pay online. So i paid them, but as i sent the money they stopped responding me calls and all. They never even give me any email address or their office location. Then i checked online and found out that its a fraud.

                          I booked a new thar test drive before one week but mahindra team not contact me yet. I think mahindra teams customer support is very poor so i decide don't bye Thar. Toyota teams very supportive. fortuner test drive is done within two days. So i decide fortuner is the best option.

                            I am an onwer of Mahindra XUV300 and I bough the vehicle last year and now within one year, under warranty period, my vehicle's battery is completely dead. I called the service center to pick it up and check it, which they did now but after checking they said, "You car's battery is dead". That's amazing it to hear as that's the reason why I asked them to pick it up as I already knew it. Now they are saying you need to take your car to the battery company which is exide and they will fix it. How in the world I can drive a car whose battery isn't working. Furthermore, they need to find out the root cause behind that why it is dead but they are reluctant to do so. Kindly address the issue. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Feel free to revert.

                              Hi, i bought a mahindra XUV 300 frim shiv auto wings bhosari pune in ocotober 2019.
                              Owner name is Anubha dubey. The car is driven only 1600 kms though parts like clutche plates, flywheel, master cylinders damaged badly and car breakdown on the road . Car breakdown in Ahmednagar so i need to take to Ahmednagar service center . According to their engineers, it is due to clutch ride but i am not agree with this point. as i am having 10 years of driving experience how this could happen within only1600 km . These parts are not well designed and fixed that is the reason i faced the issue. I anyhow need to get this fix because there was lockdown in evenings. i am asking a reimbursement for these parts. Please response as soon as possible. I am going to post this on social media .

                                I booked XUV500 on 18th Sept 2020 and on that time the executive told me that they will deliver the car maximum of 10th Oct 2020 and then they told me by 15th Oct 2020 they will deliver. But after some time when I chase them for the update then they said they will try to deliver my booked car (XUV500) by 25th Oct 2020. First i wanted to know why this kind of fake commitment Mahindra is doing.

                                I am continue calling Mahindra Customer Care No with my mobile but no one tracking my this kind delay. Mahindra's Dealer Mr. Sameer is saying that delay is from Mahindra not from the Dealer.

                                No response from customer care, every time they are saying they will escalate this issue and they are arranging call for me but for the last 5 to 6 days no one calling me, i am continue chasing for my booked car but no one is calling me from Mahindra.

                                I don't know why Mahindra is doing this to me.

                                  My name is ankur sharma I am owner of xuv 500 which I bought in 2015. Registration no. HP 33D 3192 .My car is went to accidental repair on june 8 2020 in simla automobile nerchowk Distt. Mandi H.P. Since then four and half months are gone but till now the agency persons are saying that your car is not ready because some parts are not arrived and some work has been left to do. On[protected] I visited the agency again to check on my car wether it is ready or not but after four months they did'nt even installed the engine. So I requested them to please repair my vehichle before 15 of October because I am an advocate and I have to go to different courts at different places . Sans my vehichle I am having a loss of money and time . So I called them on 14 that my vehichle is ready or not but I got a same reply that some parts like radiator etc are not arrived and there is some work like painting etc is left . I am having huge loss of money and time without my vehicle. Now they saying that my vehicle is going to be ready on 25 October. I am having a very important work for which I need my car 20 october . If they can't repair it by then they shall give me some other vehichle to operate till my car is not ready or otherwise I have complaint about it in appropriate authority.

                                    My father had a mahedra pickup van(AS07C2748) which was sold to Ranjan Mandal notary, as per court agreement the buyer was needed to transfer the vechicle to own. But the buyer was not transfer the vechicle to his own and he exchanged the vechicle at Ashook mahendra dealer at tezpur(agreement copy attached) . The dealer again resales the vehicle to another party. When we got the information about the vechicle we approached ashook mahendra dealer regarding the issue but delear is not agree to transfer the vechicle. We are many times communicated with delear but not got a well response. I want to infrom you that how can delear buy and sale the vechicle without intimating the RC owner. 2ndly if vechicle is involved in illegal activity who is responsible. Agreement copy between Ranjan Mandal and delear is attached here with for you information

                                      I purchased a new mahindra xuv 300 w8 (o)from Mahindra snowview automobiles Pvt Ltd bye pass, kumarhatti, solan, HP on 8/10/2020. After 3 days, I noticed sudden upliftment o[censored]pper part of left strip located over front window. It was taken to Mahindra workshop next day where it was attended by a mechanic. But, the very next day, same fault redeveloped. Such blunder in new car is beyond expectation. Kindly, take the matter seriously and do the favourable immediately.

                                        I own mahindra bleza 49 since 3.5 years. From the starting mileage is very poor and i am coplaining from starting. But no sufficient action will be taken yet. I am very dissappointing. Its very very dissappointing.
