We dicided to buy a house and gave a 25% premium just because of mahindra name.

Been fooled at every step, from not being given access to the premises (Citing safety issue) but where the prospect were shown during the same time lie.
To being promised so many facilities and delivering none.
The glass breaks, the washing machine space is insufficient.

Its horrible. Absolutely stay away

    It has more than two years that j ahve been complaining and probably a week that i have raised a new complaint about the worse state of the vehicle delivered by punjab automobiles, ahmedabad.

    I am so fed up in a span of two years that i almost raised around twenty to thirty complaints and to my utter dismay everytime you guys were pathetic.

    And now the situation is such that i am willing to sell it off so that i don't get embarassed again and again by raising complaints and getting no response and even your # manager calls up and say " hum kuch nahin kar sakte".

    I had requested to assist me in selling / exchange bit no response till date.

    Fed up of you and your company response system.

      Sir, Ashok kumar singh, i have purchase bolero pick up extra long on date 18/03/2020. lock down has been imposed by government from 23/03/2020. as concern to the showroom model fuel bokaro has been start there work in last week of may. i start asking about the paper and high security no. plate. they give me high security no.puched on the plate by jharkhand govt.ist or 2nd week of june .when i ask about the owner book they told me that within 4-5 days you get your owner book when i call after week they again said vendor not yet come we need again 4-5 days, whole things going around 4-5 days, when i call to Gm of model fuel he said i will ask and i call you.week passed away. again i call to the showroom thet told me that your paper has been submittedand with in aweek you get your owner book. again i call to the showroom they said smartcard is over, i am totally fadeup by making call and irresponsible behaviours by the showroom . when i have to buy the vechile regural calls has been made when i purchased the vechile no respose . we are facing problems like EMI and all .

          I brought an xuv300 from koncept mahindra sector 2 noida. I gave my vehicle for the second service which was at 12000 km approx. And they gave a pre-service bill of 6500 plus 18% gst. While mahindra claims a charge of[protected] for the second service. And they are recommending me to change multiple parts like ac filter, silencer filter, and some more and i am not a mechanic i don't know what is right or wrong. Either you should update your service price list. And one more thing just after 2 months of buying there was a problem with my car battery was not charging and it took 4-5 days to get fixed. I am really not happy with the experience. Thanks

            This is with regard to the sudden breakdown of mahindra scorpio. I purchased this vehicle (Dl4c nb 8428) in 2012 and since then the vehicle has completed 1.24 lac kms. Periodically maintenance/service of this vehicle is done in the authorized mahindra service centre as per prescribed schedule. Last service was done at 1.20 lac kms at concept mahindra, sector-2, noida. At that time, after completing the service/maintenance, there were no further abnormalities/short falls reported by the service centre. The vehicle was up to date and fully maintained.

            Later, after completing additional 4k kms (I. E. At 1.24 lacs) on the night of 6th july 2020, the vehicle broke down all of sudden. The clutch pedal went down and it lost its functionality.

            Myself along with my parents faced a tough night that day, it took around 5 hr to bring the vehicle back to noida from bulandshahr during night time. The next morning the vehicle was sent to concept mahindra service centre, sector-2, noida (Where last 2-3 services were carried out). They confirmed the primary reason of breakdown is clutch master cylinder failure and hence got a leak. Due to this other part of clutch assembly is also damaged.
            Now, the service center and ritesh gupta (Employee of mahindra) is blaming me for this breakdown.
            Actually this breakdown was happened due to the negligence of mahindra service center. They didn't inspected the vehicle properly during the periodic services.
            Request you to repair my vehicle which is at concept mahindra service center.
            I will pay for clutch plate which thickness is reduced during the running of vehicle. Any other damage happened because of this sudden mechanical failure, concept mahindra has to bear the cost.

              2019 may and we done all the periodic service promptly. Since last two months the vehicle have so many complaints which are

              Including non running problem also. We approach the concerned autorised dealer/service provider at trivandrum district.

              As per their instruction we done all the machanical work at there. Each time they instruct to do any work and it include

              Sensor problem and finally replaced pump of the vehicle. After 5 days the vehicle face the same problem and still now

              It is in non running condition and the vihicle is on warranty period. Inshort the intention and purpose of the vehicle

              Is not satisfied. What will we do to recover our vehicle, if the concerned authority is not taking any favourable action

              The bank will move legally. So if you can rectify the complaint, contact us within 3 days from 09.07.2020.

                Hi,

                I got accident of my car (Reg. No gj01hy4357) on 28th february while my driver is travelling from indore to bhopal in madhya pradesh. Via roadside assistant i sent my car in indore work shop of bhagwati mahindra.

                My car was insured with tata aig ins.co. And the insurance procedure was completed with in 7 or 10 days. For the repairing of my car some parts were available in workshop and remaining were ordered in company. Still after 4 months two parts are still pending and my car is not completed. Among these two parts one was ordered on 21.03.20 (Sap no 16710583 part no 0120cw0011d) and other was ordered on 20.06.20 (Sap no 16742947 part no 2301aaw00270b).

                I am living in ahmedabad and frequently travelling to bhopal. If not considering one and half month of lockdown, i am suffering lot due to these type of service from mahindra. I was purchased xuv 500, thinking that mahindra is reputed indian brand but these type of service never expecting from your side.

                Rightnow i am in bhopal and waiting for my car ready so i can go back to ahmedabad. But there is no update from waroshop regarding the status of parts. Rightnow due to covid effect no public transortations are availabe to travel to ahmedabad.

                It is a humble request you to do needfull in my case that my car got ready by tomorrow and i got clearance from insurance company by saturday so that i can go back to ahmedabad by saturday night.

                  My, vehicle no is MH 47 W 4132; I have been using Mahindra cars for more than 15 years. Previously owned Scorpio (twice) and now XUV500 for straight 8th year.
                  I am facing problem with leakage inside the car from the roof near the LED lights and sunglasses storage box. There is absolutely no damage to the sunroof and cant figure out the source of leakage.
                  I have got an appointment with NBS Goregaon but they are asking me to drop the vehicle and pick up the same after service but since I am a senior citizen and it is difficult for me to move out due to COVID 19. If you can help me with the Pick-up and Drop service, I will be really grateful.
                  There have never been any types of complains in my previous Mahindra cars and have been a loyal customer of yours for almost two decades.

                              My bolero sle power plus just reaching nearly 30000 km and i am facing power steering oil leakage problem. It leak's large in quantity then abnormal noise came from ps pump.
                              All servicing done in mahindra service center but they haven't proper solution on it, register online complent suggest by service center. I request change my bolero ps pump in warranty. Please reply me with proper solution.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  With reference to the subject matter, would like to bring to your notice the pathetic and lousy service of angel auto wheels pvt ltd.

                                  I am am owner of majindra jeeto having a registration number of mh 48 ay 1529.

                                  I recently got my vehicle serviced on 20/06/2020 and took a delivery of it 22/06/2020.

                                  At the time of service, service advisor mr. Pravin thakur advised brake pad and brake disc replacement. Since it was not and urgent requirement i suggested it to be done next time when it is due for servicing.

                                  Coolant hose was also needed, but since it was unavailable with the the service centre, it was scheduled to be done the coming week i. E end of this month.

                                  On wednesday, i. E 24th of june, 2020 my vehicle was on route for delivery and left palghar in the morning. Around panchmarg after boisar the vehicle got heated up and a big sound came damaging the engine.

                                  I towed the vehicle to the service centre the same evening. It took 4 day to came to a conclusion of the estimsted expense for the damage.

                                  Either we need to change the whole engine or replace the damage parts of the engine which has an estimated expense of 50 - 55 thousand.

                                  I fail to understand how come an engine problem gets unnoticed at the time of service. And what is the use of having such a big infrastructure network when the service advisors or the technical staf[censored]nable to identify the problem in the vehicle.

                                  Due to such kind of lousy attitude towards work and over looking things without seriousness, this has costed me with damaged engine.

                                  I would demand accountabilty for such overlooking lousy attitude.

                                  I hope i am not dissapointed this time.

                                  After this i recd a call from. Mahindra customer car.

                                  I was assured of the commercial aspects of the unprecedented expense which has come up.

                                  But against 55, 000 plus expense of engine they are offering me only 12, 000/- discount.

                                  First of all, this engine has blasted due to poor workmanship of the technical staff at angel auto, boisar.
                                  A proper diagnosis and an alert technical mind would have definately averted this incident.

                                  Does any customer expect such kind of incident to happen a day after servicing and that to of a 2 years old vehicle which has run only 68, 000 kms.

                                  Definately not at all happy with this.

                                    I have purchased a m&m xuv-300 in the month dec'19. Total running of my vehicle is approx 9500 kms. Almost 3 months the vehicle was stand still due to lockdown. On 25th june'20 around 2 pm my vehicle was suddenly stuck in the mid of road as i was unable to start my car. So i approached your road side assistant team for resolution. Within 40 mins your rsa team reached my spot and took the vehicle to the nearest service station (Krishna automotives) in bargarh, odisha. I was informed by krishna automotives service advisor to bring my second key and it will be alright. Then next day i went there with the 2nd key but after talking with the service advisor he told me that there is some wiring issue and the entire dashboard has to open which will take one more day time, on which i agreed and returned back. But again next day i called him to enquire about my car status
                                    On which he told me that there is some major issue and some senior team will come and resolve the issue and also told me it will take another 3-4 days. After which i made a call to your customer care number and lodged a complain regarding the delay in resolving my vehicle issue. Now they are saying there is some spare part issue and it will take another 15 days to rectify the problem.
                                    Now you tell me i am having only one car xuv-300 which is merely 6 months old and in this 6 month i am facing such problem with this new car. If your service persons are taking 15 days to resolve a minor starting problem then how can i trust your brand name. My nature of job requires lots of touring for which i bought mahindra xuv-300 due to brand image and i thought it is a very trust worthy vehicle. But today i am very much unsatisfied with your brand and hopefully never purchase your car in future and also asked my friends circle to not go for mahindra vehicle.

                                        Greetings!!!

                                        I bought my mahindra tuv 300 from prime mahindra in march 2016, at the time of purchase i enroll my car for extended warranty as well.
                                        From last few days i am facing problem with my car ac not working.
                                        Visited to prime mahindra on 21st of june in the evening they said there is a problem with cooling coil so bring in any working day for complete day and since your car is under warranty you need to pay for only consumables around[protected] rupees.
                                        I visited at service work shop on 27th june firstly they said leave your car today and collect next day around 12;00 pm because of shortage of manpower due to covid 19 less workers are allowed to come.
                                        I requested please try till evening if still you need to retain my car then no problem. Around 4:00 pm they said your warranty is not applicable because car service of 50k, 60k, 70k is not done by mahindra, so i said i got it serviced from out side where i can save money but 70k service is not done yet because of covid 19 so i will get it done from you.
                                        They said now your extended warranty is void and you will not get any benift of that. I said i am not aware and there is nothing related to what is happened please get it done in future i will get my services from authorised service centre only. Gm mr. Naresh chowdhary tried his best from head office of mahindra but mahindra head office denied for any assistance.
                                        So service centre gave my quotation of[protected] rupees after discount.
                                        This money is very big for me. I spend whole day at your centre dring this crisis where we are loosing jobs and salary cuts. Request you to get my car under warranty i bought and oblige me and i will pay for consumables also i will get my paid service from the service centre for 70k.
                                        Actually last 2 services i have done from out side faridabad when i traveled to my home town in himachal pradesh. There was not near by authorized centre but service is done by good professionals.
                                        Request you to consider my humble request and resolve my problem.
