I have a mahindra suv300 w8 (O) pet car registration no. Up78fv8604, chassis no. K2d62859 purchased in june 2019. I have done my 2 free services on time.
Since last 1 month there is a problem in this car. Obd check lamp indicator on continuously during engine start. And also while driving engine gets off.
Due to these problems i have send my car for third service before time, on 18113 km running, by taking appointment in v. C. Motors pvt ltd kanpur on 11 june 2020. And also reported to mr. Abhishek singh for these problem.
During service, team has work out to resolve this problem and keep engine start continuously atleast 2 hours, but problem not solved. Than mr. Abhishek advised that this is not a serious issue if obd check lamp indicator on continuously, and assured me that engine stop problem has been resolved.
But on 13 june 2020, during driving both of same problems started occurring again.
During conversation with local technical team of v. C. Motors service center, i realized this that this team are not efficient to identify the source of this problem and resolve that.
Mahindra auto is a good market value in auto mobile sector for service support. And suv300 is a successful model of mahindra automobile. And i am also very happy for this model and before this incident having positive feedback for this model. But at present company authorized service center team is unable to rectify the problem. This a not a good sign for this model.
There is one more complaint. After servicing on 11 june 2020, when i received my car, its interior was so dirty. There was black spots of grease and mobile oil on door panels and seats. Interior cleaning was not up to mark. When i complained regarding the same to mr. Abhishek singh, on call, he just said that send the car to service centre, he will clean it again. He replied very occasionally even not a single sorry word he used in his communication. He has not any regret on his mistake.
Is it possible to send car for cleaning again a one sided running of 20km and and again 5 to 6 hours for this purpose.
This type of behavior from company service center is not expected.
So please do needful to improve services of company authorize centers so that company's valuable customers faith may continue after purchasing of product.
Please make arrangement from company senior technical team side to resolve the problems of my car urgently.
