Dear Sir, I have purchased a Mahindra Centuro two wheeler from Sullikeri Motors, Bilagi, Taluka Bagalkot Karnataka in the month of December 2013. I have some complaints as below, 1. Dealer issued Mahindra panthero service manual without seal and signature 2. Warranty card not issued 3. Denying for replacement of defective engine parts. As the service manual is not valid, I am unable to get the service in other dealers and the Sulikeri Motors who delivered the bike is also not providing the proper service. Now my bike has some serious engine problems and needs heavy repairs. Hence, Kindly ask the dealer to provide me the valid service manual, warranty card and also repair/replace of the defective engine parts. Further, the staff working in the dealer office are very arrogant and rude behavior. Warn them to improve their behavior.     in mahaveer motors not providing good service, , ,

    i was given complaints are 1.clutch adjustment..
    2.half gear adjustment..
    3.sound coming from engine..
    4.increase millage..at the time i am getting 50kmpl.
    5.chain tight..
    6.self problem..

    but they did only water service and chain tight..and took for chain oil Rs.50/- and greese is Rs.150/-


    after servicing i was went to other paid service station they took Rs.1150/- for all the problems.

    there is reaired engine box and gear problems and clutch adjustment ...now my mahindra centuro o1 bike is working fine...

      Sir, I purchase Mahindra Rodio Rz on 23/10/2013 since purchase its rear shockab was damaged earliar as i reportd to mechnics sound problem.Till i have 4 free services done by their mechnics no one tell about this problem every time engin oil change and handover to me. In the fifth service he tell me your shockab damaged my vehicle runs only 4200 kms now till date. The Head service parson misbehave me (OM AUTOMobile Korba Chhatisgarh) from vehicle Purchase to till date every time. He charge rupees for servicing of spares. He is very worst man for korba area agency if he stay in this service agency no can purchase any vehicle for this agency. Please do the striket action to this man.         I am having mahindra rodeo, last week I went service station at Riya auto care, chanlodia, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. As per Mr. Kanubhai give me promise your scooter will be ready tomorrow morning, I told him all problems and he also made the job card. Next day I went their my scooter as same condition as I left before. He told me take time up to one week and more.i thought they don't have enough staff as I feel and they don't want do job intentionally. And from the I purchase this rodio always I found problem frequently. I totally fed up with this scooter. This staff need some training for technically and customers handling.

          I am Abdul Asees Elavanparambil marayamangalam (po), Nellaya (via), Palakkad (Dist) Kerala - Pin 679335 Phone: [protected] Bike No: KL 52 G 2551 I am totally fed up from your bike and services as well. after second service engine had some problemsl. i being to your service centre somany times, but the problem remains same . last month i visited perinthalmanna service centre (Mera Mobike, Aysha Complex, Calicut Road Perinthalmanna. phone :[protected], [protected]. ) on as well. I handed over my bike for servicing on[protected] and ask me to take back my bike at 5 PM on next day. when I went for delivary the service manager said that some it is not completed they have no parts avialable then he told me please come tomorrow I will replaced. again I went next day but my bike not ready and replied that parts is not available please come after two days. after two days I contacted him but same reply now its one and half month the bike not ready...now i am totally fed up with your service. There are not borthered about customer service, If we give our bike for service they won't do proper service at first time, again we need to visit more than two times for services regarding same issue. And they will not behave properly if the customer. So please look in to this issue on the service centre. Or this will be escalated to higher level. Please it's my humble request. i need new bike else i will go to consumer court straightaway. i have full insurance as well.

            i bought mahindra centuro bike one year ago, no i am totally fed up from your bike and services as well. after three months engine starts noising and engine oil leaked as well . i being to your service centre more then 10 times, but the problem remains same . last month i visited jalandhar service centre as well . but still i faced same problem engine noising and oil leaked. now i am totally fed up with your service . i need new bike else i will go to consumer court straightaway. i have full insurance as well.               Mahindra Rodeo 125 cc purchased on[protected] from Gupta Auto, Chinchwad, Pune ran only 9689 km till[protected] taken required regular service. On[protected] when went for service, supervisor told me that there is major defect in engine by hearing its engine sound and estimated Rs.12000/- expebditure. Though this types of engine's sound was already exists when it was in warranty but I could not undrstand it, being not a expert of engine and never told before by service centre personnel. Now it becomes burden on me. I recieved call by mahindra team in response to my comlain on facebook but problem has not been solved yet. Dealer has taken xerox of vehicle papers and made me waiting up to what time i don't know. Please solve my problem by giving parts of engine and service without any charge urgently.               mahindra company centuro bike claims customers 84 kmpl milage but actual milage is not more than 50 or 55 kmpl , i m one of the customer of mahindra and they cheated me...plz suggests me

                  Dear Sir, I am Lijo K Thomas from Thiruvalla, Kerala.I purchased Mahindra centuro bike from your agent KC's Race Motors, Karunagapally.On 24th June 2015 delivered Mahindra Centuro O1 full option bike to my name.When I purchase this bike, your agent told me that all the provided options are there.But DTE option is not there in my bike.I attached herewith the browcher also. Another thing is that, provided bike is from November 2014 manufacture..But the agent hides the same.I didn't get the old vehicle certificate and didn't get the reduction too.i knew the thing, when only I got the TP.They collect full amount as a new bike from my side.This type of cheatings are suffered from your agent.Also attached all the supporting documents. Expecting your kind support to me and take necessary action as soon as possible.If you are not take the necessary action I will file suit to consumer court for your company and your agent.                         Sir, On 18 Jul 14, I had purchased Centuro. Since, last 04-05 months several problem i faced such as wiring, chain, horn etc which was replaced by the Showroom. during last 1 month suddenly stop while in running, besides several trail by workshop the problem remain same. I want to replace/return my bike, I am very disappoint with this mishap.

                              My vehicle's digital meter is stopped working on getting wet in first rain
                              As our shed got damaged
                              Near it suzuki and honda activa were also parked but nothing happenened to them
                              1 no gasket is put around top digital meter box so water goes in and damaged
                              It is ur manufacturing defect so kindly get it replace
                              I have 10 yre old suzuki and activa and several times i have taken them in heavy rains on road but thet were strong enough to bear that
                              I dont know how u have bought mahindra like this without gasket
                              Kindly get it replaced
                              I had a talk to ur ur local comapany man mr abhishek on [protected]
                              But he has given no response after many talk kindly look after it

                                Hi, My name is vaibhav sharma and i am a owner of a mahindra centuro bike 2013 nov model and I am felling very bad because why i purchased this useless bike and also the service and service centre of this bike is very bad, laterly i was raised a complaint in cs of mahindra and they told me that we provide you a service engineer and i visit at your service centre to meet him he told me that he will resolve my mileage related issue but from that day there is no solution of my bike and also some other problems also generated and when i visit to your service center then every time they want money for same thing to resolve and they didnt resolve it yet, so i request you to replace my bike or if you want that i will fire my bike then i will also do it because i dont want any these type of problems regularly and i will not spend a single rupee in it for the same issue and if you will replace then i will happy with your company and if you dont do it then i will take some legal help and promote these type of response of your bike and your company to everyone by my social sites.

                                  I bought scooter from the dealer panama motors, west hill, kerala, calicut. I bought it on 13th november 2014. Next week onwords it will become complaint. I gave the scooter several time and they replaces all the parts. Now it has very big complaint and i gave it to the dealer. Pls give me justice. It is very worst scooter.                                       Dear Sir, I buy a mahendra centuro bike from Narnaul(Haryana) Showroom.At that time company give mileage & engine gurantee for five years.I also properly service my bike timely as per company schedule.Now my bike is not working properly.Its timeing chain is broken.Bike does not give mileage from starting.Showroom owner are saying we have no gurantee for this.They also say you can do any thing if you do.Other showroom owners are saying to meet there from where you buy this.Tell me what thing gurantee you take.

                                        I Purchased an Mahindra Centur on 28 November 2015 form your authorised dealer Ramdevji Tractor City Botad State Gujarat. My bike is Vibrating at speed between 46 to 60. On first service I complained this problem to Same dealer. Dealership reply me a Foolish Answer that due to the fuel economy system that problem is occur either rise the lever or decrease the lever from that speed. After that on 2nd Service I complained Same Problem. At that time Same dealership reply that it is normal problem that occurs in all models of Centuro. After that I Complain on 22 May 2015 in your Mahindra Customer care no. [protected]. They reply me that we call you in 24 hours. By till now a day Not a single call is coming from your company. Your service enginner Mr. Satish Gajjar is Coming at Same Dealership on 30 May 2015. He Replayed that Parts are to be Ordered which is Coming after 7 Days. put your bike in this Dealership Workshop. At 11 June you will revive your bike. But till date no work is done in my Bike. So kindly do need full help. Awaiting for you Positive Reply.
