    I bought my mahindra two wheeler before one year, and there was a problem with the speedometer. They have provided me with two years warranty but they dont make anything helpful and they skip this problem come on to the showroom next time. No one takes the responsibility of this issue. I just want to change the speedometer.       I bought a Mahindra Centuro vehicle in 2013 in Bangalore with Dealer Details ESQUIRE MOTORS # 65/8 H.S.R Layout Agara Circle Sarjapur Outer Ring Road Bangalore-560102

      This vehicle from the day one had problems in Gear which does not even fall in 2nd Gear / mileage issue/ fuel indicator not working each and every time we had discussed with this service guys tell UN relevant reason stating that its a manufacturing defect need to check from them over a year past no solution .But none helps us though the dealer is not user friendly to customers.
      The dealer tells that all parts are under warranty but we have to speak to the company itself, then for what the hell is for dealers.My vehicle No ; KA-01 HC 8298.

      Is there any one who can really penetrate the issue concerns to customer and take it to the dealers, or only waiting for the customers to fade away during the course of time.

      Mahindra should take it seriously and resolve this ASAP, i don't believe that the other vehicle bought for my wife too has a manufacturing defect in petrol supply 1 year old vehicle Mahindra Rodeo, it seems to be all dealers are singing in same tune stating
      "MAHINDRA TWO WHEELER MANUFACTURING DEFECT" as if someone has thought them this as generic customer complaints if received to dealer.

        1. I purchased bike on 04/07/2014. Since one month problem in self start. On checking with service center it was confirmed that battery is dead and need replacement. Please confirm if the battery is on warranty ? 2. The performance of the bike is not satisfactory since mileage ia about 60 to 55 kms after number of servicing. 3. Service center is 40 kms away and it is inconvenient ti visit for any problem and more over service center is closed on sunday. It may be advised to open the service center on sunday. Regards.

            I dont know whether should i call you dear? but your duro has cost me dearly. I have purchased this vehicle from Nagpur in Aug 2011 and till date drove 11035 kms only. Initially the mileage was low (around 35) later on it started wobbling, and frequent stopping. I went to your authorised service center (Nangia Automobile Dhantoli), they are the worst service center on planet. Sir, if Anand Mahindra loves to make tractor, then let him do so. Why screw the customer? You must admit that Mahindra dont know how to make two wheelers. As I am writing this complaint, my Duro is at Nangia Motors whose gunda managers dont even talk nicely. If you go to a doctor wont you ask why this happened to you? and how can you avoid the same in future?. The service center wont simply tell me the cause! Is this how you care about a customer? I am sure if this is going to be the attitude of Mahindra...then not RISE...but FALL is certain. I should sue Mahindra for a million dollar for selling me a faulty product.

              Regarding to subject I was bring new Mahindra Gusto moped on dated Feb-2015 on the name of Santosh Jadhav. I bought moped from at Aurangabad Showroom dealer detail as M/s Hera Tractors. I was completing so many time about my moped handle not moving properly. It’s not working properly and vibrating handle side.

              I was so many times visited to dealer for above mention issues, but they didn’t work on that issue. They were charges detail as an Invoice number CINV-TWDH[protected] Rs. 700/- (Seven Hundred Rupees). At present still I am facing that handle issue and vibrating handle.

              As above mention issues we suffering health issue. After driving moped my shoulder muscles are pain started.

              Before taking any legal proceeding I am informing company. I hope you will properly guide us process of warranty part and solving my issue and refunding my charges.

                Dear sir, As I have a Mahindra Rodeo two wheeler . Every three month is requires to change it's battery for auto start this two wheeler. Last time on 17/07/2015, I had change the battery with your authorize service center named Riya Auto Care, Chandlodia, Ahmedabad - 382481 . At present this battery of this two wheeler is exhausted and this vehicle is not getting start on auto mode . Due to this problem I had change it's battery two time with in six month and your authorize service station is not solve this problem .                     Complaint regarding Service Centre - KBS AUTOMOBILES, PUL PREHLADPUR, BADARPUR, New Delhi Vehicle --- Mahindra Duro Purchase Date --- Feb 2016 from Uttarakhand Vehicle Reg ID --- UK 07 AH 7996 Kms --- 18, 000+ I had given my vehicle for Service on 2nd November 2015 (Monday) for a NORMAL SERVICE WITH MINOR REPAIRS, with a promise of getting it back the same day evening. Following are the sequence of events after that: - I recieve calls from the service centre saying that they cant return today, so they can return only on Wednesday (Tue the service centre is closed) - I have to call 100 times on Wednesday and all I get to hear is "Brake shoe is not proper, CDI needs to be changed, Brake is not working needs to be changed, Front Rod Greasing is required, Balancing is required etc etc. I finally ask for the vehicle back and recieve it in the evening. - To my utter shock, the vehicle is NOT CLEANED, COMPLETELY DIRTY, MIRROR BROKEN, BODY PARTS DAMAGED AND COMING OUT LOOSE. - The ENGINE IS ALMOST DEAD - the vehicle has almost dead pickup and the speed is not crossing 20 kmph!! - The engine is Knocking and not starting. It feels like that a bullock cart has a better speed!! - Before this service, the vehicle used to run at 60-80 kmph easily and felt like 125cc. Now it feels like 50 cc !!! - The Rear Brake is broken and damaged - The front body is scratched and dented. - The vehicle is JUST NO MORE USABLE!!! I have a strong suspicion that the thugs in the Service Centre must have replaced the original parts with the old parts. I WANT A RESPONSE, REDRESSAL OF MY COMPLAINT BY REPLACEMENT OF MY VEHICLE FROM THE COMPANY, FAILING WHICH I WILL MOVE THE DELHI HIGH COURT AND TAKE TO SOCIAL MEDIA TO EXPOSE THE TRUTH. To be noted - I have a disability in my leg because of which I use this vehicle to commute to my office and now I am struggling to walk and fall daily! I will await the response.

                      Regarding service and small adjustment in Mahindra Centuro Bike in Junagadh

                      Dear Sir,

                      I purchased Mahindra Centuro Bike on[protected] from Junagadh (GJ-11 BD 6712). I have gone through 2 services also (on 15-3-15 and 01-8-15) . In each service there was a problem of noise when bike speed goes above 45-50 km/hour. They have adjusted but still it is not smoothly runs above 45 km/hr, I could not understand about the unwanted noise occurs.

                      About 15 days back (from today) I visited service station for this noise problem and steering/ handle of bike is also having play or noise. At that day steering work was done and they told me that engine noise above 45 km/ hour will be adjusted when you will bring for service.

                      Today I reached at about 1.00 pm for service and engine noise but they refused to take it (as they said we have 4 pending vehicles). I requested at service point as well as at show room personal but no body consider the request (mobile [protected]). Finally I request them for setting / adjustment in engine noise bz undersigned facing problem and because of that average is also not good. They are so rigid on this issue also. For us also while service we have to manage two vehicles for dropping and carrying the same.

                      Now it is intimation to you that if something goes wrong with vehicle then undersigned will not responsible for that and its your responsibility. Onward I will not go for any service and as per your instructions I will do as my own.

                      This is for your kind intimation and necessary action please to avoid any legal proceedings if any..

                        I Kaushik Dutta bought Mahindra Duro scooter almost 4 years back. Right from the begining it started giving technical problems. Due to nonavailibility of nearby service center in my location in Hadapsar, the scooter was attended by local mechanics Sofar I spent more than Rs.9000 apart from regular service charges. It was embarrasing and worrysome experience to take the scooter out on the road. Whenever I took to an authorized service center they just did a quick job and the vehicle kept giving problem. Today I dropped the scooter at Bhagwat Garage (Mahindra Authorized service center), Shivajinagar, Pune, where the dealer has gave me estimation of Rs. 6000 and told it might go more than this. I need to get a better deal for this service issue. Please charge me nominal expense.

                          I have purchase mahindra gusto vx model dated 21/4/2015. i have recived an R.C book with some wrong wordings in it. So i have returned them for the changes. One of the executive of khardhar auto have took it & since i have taken loan so my bank is asking for rc book. So now the khardhar auto is telling that u have not given Rc book & telling me to pay 450rs for some police verification. why should i pay that amount it has been misplaced by them not me. i have complaint in mahindra two wheeler customer care on 10/10/2015. they told from head office the cal wil come within 24hrs. But still i have not recived any cal till today my complaint number is 48054. I hope the company take the strict action against it or else i have to take the help of press and give more coverage to it.After purchasing vechicle the customer is been harresed in this manner thanking you Harsh kansara

                            Mahindra Centuro is the worst Bike that ever experienced. The engine is just like the engine of Scooty. Vehicle gets vibrate after reaching the speed of 40 KM/hr. The overall look is very good but useless bike. Never expect such a useless bike from Mahindra. I lost my Rs.51000/- yesterday (15/10/15). Now they said to wait till 1st service. What to do?

                                  I am Prashob, from Calicut. Kerala. I bought a Centuro bike from AMG vehicles, their ad says Centuro will give 85 Km mileage but it gives nearly 55Km. and I paid more money for digital meter rather than buying the analog meter which was another mistake because the fuel meter and DTE doesn't even work in the digital meter. now the digital meter stopped working completely (speedometer and distance meter). when I went the service station(AMG) to repair they said they stopped servicing and selling Mahindra vehicles and they told me to go to some other service station (Panama Motors West Hill, Cannore Road, Amal Arcade, Calicut - 673005.) which is nearly 10 Km away from there, So I went there before one week and they told me they were very busy and I didn't bought this bike from them, so they asked me to come after 1 week, and yesterday I went there again and even then they asked me to come back after one week. The person there at Panama motors behaved rudely. like customer from another seller is not important to them. Please take any action to solve my issues.

                                    Purchase 1 mahindra centuro bike last year my experience with bike is very bad . its very very bad bike of all the bike which is availabele in india. so i suggesst any one persone who attache with me . i told him never purchase the mahindra ant type of bike..and very poor services in services center, total mony lost i[censored] purchase mahindra bike
                                    I Purchased Mahindra Centuro Bike in August. 2014. irritating sound from there engine. and mileage of this is hardly 35-40km/l. if we about customer support and their service center both are worst in worst. although they commit for 5year wrranty. but nothing is covered under this warranty. within the six month of i have faced two problem. one is erratic behavior of fuel indicator which is digital. i had to stand 3days of time and six visit to convince that it is problematic. another is rear side indicator which started on and off non functioning. which is very dangerous because some times it had stopped working suddenly. During the ride it is not possible to see that whether the rear side indicator are working or not. it is clearly manufacturing defect and service center person has refuse to replace it as warranty parts. he said that the warranty is only on engine. finaly i would say that they do not deserve even 1 star but i can not give less than that.in one line.


                                    Worst performance, worst service &customer support. it is horrible. Other are performing and they are excusing.
