I am complaint against Mahindra 2 wheeler dealer.B.G. & SONS

I have gone to the servicing on November at Mahindra 2 wheeler dealer.B.G. & SONS and after servicing where my self start problem got started and inform the same to the manager and said that everything is okay,Temporary I was struggling with the scooter.On january self start was completely worsen.I gave for next servicing to another Mahindra 2 wheeler dealer.Car Ghar.Ganeshguri,G.S Road,Dispur, Guwahati - 781005, Assam, Dispur on January where I came to know that My battery got misplaced.When I inform the same to dealer.B.G. & SONS they are not taking the responsibility and blaming dealer.Car Ghar which is not true.


Following are the Battery Details:


Original Battery on manual:378276 (2FO-4)
Fitted Battery which is running in the scooter:293270 (2AE-4).

I have purchased (on road) one Mahindra Flyte, by hard cash-Rs.48, 900/- color-red on dt-09.12.2011 at Durgapur dealer, DELER CODE-56 via Bankura showroom, CHASSIS NO-MCDPF1BWBIK11827, ENGINE NO-PFE-BK521809, KEYNO-3326, but long time go I have no received any in insurance paper & Tax-token, I inform dealer authority Mr.Pramjit.but he can't solve the problem, Now a days i am very much suffer by this problem.plz do the needful as soon as possible

    I Have purchased a mahindra DURO on[protected] vide No MH 08 U 4049 and till today I want to replace the F.R. bracket on 2nd time vide bill no 2795 Dtd[protected] Rs. 500/- and paid to Ganesh Motors TRP Ratnagiri. I want to know that the said part of this scooter is very poor and that why we the coustomer facing much financial problem and thought to replace the one or otherwise please do the needfull.

    Mahindra 2 Wheelers DURO — Not Impressed

    Dear Sir

    It never seems me to comfortable ride to drive this vehicle.
    the gap between the road and the body is very less. its body touches at about every speed breaker. i have complained it to dealer , But the output was nothing.
    One more thing i want to add that the side stand can not put the scooter balanced. A very minute force make it very uncomfortable to stand.
    Please do needful in this direction to satisfy your customers.

      I have purchased one Mahindra 2 Wheeler Model KINE (2 storke ) from Hosur Dealer on 22nd Sep. 2011. From the day one this vehicle is giving one by one problem. But they have attended the problems, but one and the other new problems comes out. Pl. have the liist of problems.

      1. Vehicle is automaticall gets off while slow down.
      2. Petrol Leakage from Tubes.
      3. Petrol Leakage from Air Filter.

      The above sl. no. 1 & 2 problems are sorted out by the Dealer through changing the Redd Valve with packing and from yesterday (18th OCt 11) petrol is leaking from Air Filter. AGain the Dealer has taken the vehicle back.

      I am very much worried about my Vehicle for future usage.

      So mahindra has to take Immediate Corrective action for the above.

      Mahindra 2 wheelers — Poor Performance

      Respected Sir/Madam,

      This is regards problems faced by me in relation to a 2wheeler called Mahindra Duro purchased by me in December2010 last year.
      its just been 1 year and i am facing lots of problems.
      Low Mileage its just 25-30kmpl
      Engiene is too noisy.
      Start up Problem
      My engiene was opened in the last month i.e. November'2011 for noise reduction but somehow there is no benefit after spending 1100/- Rs.
      Please help me out of this situation i feel i am stucked up and been fooled by Mahindra Company.
      Waiting for redressal of the customer grievances by Mahindra2wheelers Company.

        i purchased 2 M&M 2 wheelers as i felt it is the good vehicle.my nightmare started thereafter,as i was using Kinetic and t hat was purchased by M&M i thought good about these.the vehicle has got only one good point that is pick up. rest all are bad points.the workmanship,customer care response,service what you get. the worst above all is is has got the worst petrol average in this category of vehicles.the mails sent to customer care remains unanswered.the dealer do not respond to your problems as they are not geared up for the same.in additon to this they try to fool you by various means.my vehicle battery was dead so i approached the dealer without any response,subsequently after 3 visits to them he aggred to replace but with one rider that they do not ahve extra batteries so will repl,ace after 15 days.after much followup they replaced it with so called new one with information that the new guarantee will be only till the vehicle warantee is there.after 2 days after replacement the battery again went out of order and i am now waiting for the dealer to take action or pay for new battery. even the average of the vehicle is hardly 20 kms per lit.today i do not know why i perchewsed a night mare by paying 54000 rupees.

            I have bought Stallio vehicle from SRI SURYA WHEELS PVT. LTD, RANIGUNJ, SECUNDRABAD, ANDHRA PRADESH on 26th Nov 2010.

            From day one I had problems with that vehicle and my agonies continue till date.

            1). Gear shifting problem.
            2). I have never succeeded till date to get into neutral mode at traffic junctions.
            3). Problem with the self start system.
            4). Sudden leakage of the Petrol from the petrol tank.

            My innumerable visits to the show room service did not solve my problems.

            God knows why mahindra people have come up with this novel way of playing with people like me with the so called STALLIO.

            I request you people to take back my vehicle and duly compensate me for all the ordeals that I am undergoing because of the faulty vehicle supplied by you.

            I am ready to knock the consumer forum in this regard.

            Please do the need full.

                I have purchased your Mahindra STALLIO BIKE Regd. No. DL7SBG3603 in the month of Dec. 2010. I have purchased your bike because I thought the Mahindra has a good name in the automobile industry but your bike has tarnished your company image in my mind.
                I am not satisfied with your bike. In two months I have send this bike to Aman Motor, Delhi for the various problem which I am satisfied with the bike. After that my bike is not running smoothly I am getting various type of problem with your bike daily.
                Now I have made up my mind that I don’t want this bike any more. Please take this bike back and refund my money accordingly. Otherwise I will take suitable action in future course.

                  I had given a Mahindra Duro for repair after an accident on 23rd Dec 2010. they said it would be ready by 31st dec. might take one or two days extra. i was willing to give them this much time to resolve all issues. Yesterdy, 24th january 2011 was my fourth follow-up with them. yesterday, they told me that they would have to change the chassis and would require me to file an application with RTO for a new chassis no. the lady also says that some parts are not available. It has been more than one month, they have not given me the vehicle and still they say it will take one more week. Moreover, they are rude and ignorant when i try to ask them details of delivery etc. they also refuse to give any phone numbers so that i can contact them.

                  Mahindra Two Wheelers — stallio is very bhurst bike

                  Mahindra's motorcycle STALLIO is very bhurst bike.. Pls don't purchase it. I have facing problems this faulty and bhurst bike since last 5 months. From 1st day onwards it showing other-other problems like petrol likez, shockers, headlight, self start tyre tube bhursting and more. I have left this bike more then 30 times to the service center and also complaints of mahindra's customer care no. but still my bike's problems as it is. All are lier, noone wants to take responsibilities. I want to change this bike pls suggest me the way.

                    I purchased a Blaze Scooter fron Kinetic Motors which was bought over by Mahindra 2 Wheelers of the Mahindra Group in April 2007 for Rs 58000/-

                    One month back when I went to the service centre to buy Shock Absorbers and trye/tube set for the vehicle they informed that the manufacturing has been discontinued and parts are not available,please go. I called up the call centre and for the past 1 month they have found a tyre but no tube. Their service dept has also informed that no parts will be available. The present insured value of the scooter is Rs 33000/-

                    They should have informed me well in advance that this model is being discontinued. so that I could have either replaced or stocked some iimportant parts.
                    They could have given a decent buy back offer.

                    Now I am left with a scooter which if it fails I am left with scrap .

                    I want

                    1. Either a guarantee of availability of Parts within a week and at actual price(not Inflated) for the next 2 years or
                    2. Give me a reasonable buy back price for the scooter in exchange of a Mahindra Scooter.

                      Sub: Compliant and request to replace a new vehicle or return the money

                      Ref: 1. Telecon with your Customer Care Executive Mr. Rohan on 7th January 2010 at 5:55pm
                      2. Date of Purchase of Vehicle on 21-December-2010 from your dealer M/s Majestic Motors, Narayanaguda, Hyderabad.

                      I, A.V Srinivas, Purchased Mahindra Rodeo two wheeler on my spouse name Mrs A.V Udayasree, from your dealer M/s Majestic Motors on 10-Dec-2010 paying 28,979/- (Receipt No: 1543, issued by your dealer Majestic Motors) towards down payment and got the vehicle delivery in the late evening at 8:30pm. Prior to this, have paid Rs. 1000/- towards the booking advance on 21-Nov-2010 (Receipt No: 1504, issued by your dealer Majestic Motors). Remaining amount, have taken loan from your own finance department – Mahindra Finance.

                      Immediately on the next day i.e., On 22nd Dec, I observed that Self start is not working. When I contacted your dealer, the showroom executive Mr. Venkat advised me to use kick start and bring the vehicle to the show room. Once I reach there, Show room team directed me to go to service show room located in a different location. The Service person told me that nothing to be done and need to use the vehicle for some more time. Told him that have taken the delivery just 12 hrs ago. Even then he gave me deaf ear and convinced me to go ahead using that. After that made N- number of complaints on this starting problem.

                      This problem is persistently bothered me and with lot of frustration, again complained the same to the dealer and expressed by dissatisfaction. After a long argument, the show room executive sent the service person to my home and changed the battery. The same problem again started after three days and now I am totally frustrated with this vehicle. This should be a manufacturing defect of the self motor or the electronic circuit used in the vehicle for this self start.

                      Till now TR number was not given to this vehicle and gave me one single key. They failed to hand over the papers too even after one month. Have requested the show room person so many times to escalate this issue to the company. They ignored my request and not even able to give the showroom MD number or Company Sales / Support Manager Number too.
                      At this juncture, I request you to take immediate action and resolve the problem with the following two options

                      1. Replace this vehicle with a New Vehicle, or
                      2. Return my money immediately
                      Kindly replace the vehicle with a new vehicle or return my money paid within a week from today. I look forward your immediate action on this.

                      If I don’t receive any response from you or your dealer, I don’t have other option except escalating this issue to Consumer court for the justice.

                      Hi this is Kushal writing you with great dissatisfaction and frustration due to irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour of one of your Franchisee Dev Autotech vidyut Nagar Jaipur, i got Duro-DZ on my wife's name Mrs Poonam Raut, Veh /slno.MCDMD1B1VC1F46403, on[protected], since than i haven't got my RC.Ideally it should be delivered in 24hrs, its being a month now. Every day i am following up with the dealer, he never bothered to respond/update me even once.I am fed up of this now.Please help/guide this vehicle is lying unutilized since i cant take it out without papers.

                      Please let me know what process you follow for such a rude/unfriendly/irresponsible behaviour from those whom Mahindra has Trusted for Brand Building.

                      I don't know whether this is a right forum for raising such concerned or not, feeling myself cheated in one way or the other.Hope my voice reaches you.Waiting for your response.

                        I Brought - Mahindra Duro Last week on 23/12/2010

                        On 1st day the bike self starter stop working,
                        2nd day the bike got in more worst condition,
                        and ultimately the bike stop working on the 3rd day this is bad history...

                        The seller was the owner of Mahindra 2 wheelers Sakinaka...Andheri east,

                        Even their work shop is more worst. - they have taken my bike stating to do some rectification in the workshop its past now 4-5 days , their engineers says they cant know the exact problem.

                        Inspite of repeated followups yet I have not received my bike

                        I am going to take them in the consumer court.

                        mahindra duro is a fraud vehicle.i take one new vehicle and its materials are very low cost.my first complaint fork was bend and contact with its show room they said will ready within two days but they not correct the problem and told me that problem solved the same time i found same complaint and return them.after two week they told its ready but the scooter complaint is same.2) if it go thru small gutter the chase will touch the road.petrol tank is plastic if get heat petrol will decrees
                        3) in 250 km back tube collapsed.

                        Totally it is very bad.

                          I have purchased rodeo scooter from prem auto pinjore having dealer code dp-164 on 13-5-10, with in first week problem in digital meter, shocker and tyre and average is only 29 km per ltre. Although meter and shocker is replaced but after fourth service average is still 30 km only. Brought in notice of cuctmer care, no action is taken yet, no service engnieer is paying attention, now new problem of
                          Start-up[ has come, so many faults in scooter, i wonder such a brand like mahindra auto is not checking two wheeler before sending into marketand very poor attitude towards cutomer satisfication

                            I own a Kinetic Nova. Recently it's engine got stuck suddenly. I went to Mahindra service center for repair. Straight away the estimate came from their mouth is 7000 to 8000 Rs. I think, whether parts can be reused or not, they made above 7000 Rs as the standard price. When I tried to negociate if they can reuse some parts, they bluntly say they can not and asked me to take the bike if someone else can repair it with lesser price.

                            These service centers (by its name) needs to service it's customer. However, these centers became money stealing centers. After Kinetic was taken over by Mahindra, this attitude became more saying that finding kinetic parts is difficult and costly.

                            I am posting this here with two intentions,
                            1) to let others know of the issue about these cheaters
                            2) to get some justice for customers like me.

                            I am writing the same to customer care of Mahindra as well to see their response as well.

                            The people of Mahindra service centre are playing with customer money and stealing it.
                            It’s really a shocking and shameful example of big branded company like Mahindra, with its sole motive to expand and grow at the cost of people's money. It also raises a big question on the security of human rights. In country like India, were we boast about individual's security, we find the big companies looting us and there is nothing done in this regard. Its not only me, I have found many other similar cases of fraud cases launched against them in internet.

                            Will there be any end to these? Should these companies be still given licenses to operate in our country? Could we at any stage feel secure?

                            Are there any laws for ordinary people like us to fight against these big companies who keep cheating people in name of service.

                              I had purchased Mahindra 2 wheeler Duro model just 1 month back on 15.08.10, which having leakage from its Fuel Tank & Oil Seal areas but in absence of spare both the parts were n't changed.I want either it should be replaced within weak or dealer should repay the cost of my scooter as compensation.

                              we purchased Article code/; 243322 ARO BRANDED white envlopes measuring 10.4" x 4.4" (huge quaintity) from Metro cash and carry, Bangalore.Supplied to our associates. But lo we were later receiving complaints that the evelops were measuring only 10.3" x 4.2". Now they are not even willing to accept the complaint. That was a hughe loss for us. Their complaint no.

                                I had purchase Mahindra Rodio on 12/2/2010 from Nangia Motors (Nagpur). Since the date of purchase I got problems regarding Mileage, Petrol tank & getting problem while start the vehicle. I had complaint to the dealer & the company engineer & others available at the scooter agency for many times. Company engineer has taken a trail of the scooter & assured that the Mileage & stands will be changed within a few days. But I am sorry to say that till date only same problem.
                                I am not getting any proper response either from the agency or from the company engineers
                                I therefore request you to kindly provide me the proper guidance & services. So that i shall be able to get the trouble free ride of the scooter. Hopes for early & suitable action in the matter.

                                This is last chance for Mahindra Company & Nangia motors, the vehicle getting free all other problem so I am taking emergency action to company & Nangia motors.

                                They should close the complained without any information.neither i am get to consumer court in mahindra two wheeler.

                                And one more one points I am get call for call center but do not proper feedback.

                                I have get emergency action take place.

                                mileage is very much problem of this bike, please do not buy mahindra two wheelers
                                there are many complains of GOA dealer, this person costa auto .treats general customers in rude manner, & also charges money for service which is not provided.
                                kindly some one help us regarding this.

                                  We have purchased one Mahindra Duro Two Wheeler on 10th July 2010 from Mahindra 2 Wheeler Authorized Dealer M/s. Navneet Automobiles. (PO & Delivery Challan copy is enclosed).
                                  Even after 45 Days of delivery of the scooter the said dealer never felt the necessity to handover the registration papers. He was very much particular about his payment. After so many follow up with Mr. Gurdevsingh Kohli (owner of Navneet Auto) we are not getting any kind of response from dealer.

                                  Every day we are facing problem and paying penalty to traffic policy, in fact your dealer is indirectly insisting us to do illegal practice.

                                  Being a manufacturer of reputed brand, we are sure that with this kind of dealer, mahindra are definitely going to lose your customer & business.

                                  I agree with your complaint, I am also facing similar problem. I have purchased Mahindra Rodeo on 8th october 2010 from Navneet Automobiles. Still the registration of vehicle is pending there is no response from this dealer. Mr. Gurdevsingh Kohli has also not provided me the Insurance cover note. I am not able to drive the vehicle due to this.

                                  I would like to know the contact details of Mahindra company representative to forward this complaint.
                                  Mahindra 2 wheeler scooter nahi kachra bech raha hai kinetic ki engeen hai body khilona hai koi bhi lena mat plz plz plz 20-25 ki average de rahi hai aur jyada dene ki koi gunzais hi nahi hai

                                    I get my Kinetic serviced from Aditya Automation, Rajaji Nagar Bangalore. Since last six months I have
                                    been complaining to them regarding some hurdling sound in my vehicle. But they couldn't rectify the problem so far. First time when I complained about this problem, they have just replaced some spare parts.
                                    But I couldn't find any difference. And recently I had a Starting problem with my vehicle again. I took the vehicle to the service station four times, but they couldn't rectify it. When I took the vehicle to the service station the 4th time, I was told it is because some problem in the engine and the engine needs to be serviced which will cost Rs.7000/=. I took the vehicle to another mahindra dealer in bangalore and they have fixed the problem and I spend only Rs.140/=

                                    This is the kind of service we get from the Service Station. I really doubt whether Mahindra management has got any control in their service stations.

                                      i had put the following mail to the respective service provider, and even after 12 days the following complaint was not listened.....


                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      With immense grief I have to say that I am not happy with the services being provided by Mahindra 2 wheelers people @ your service centers. Sir/madam, I am carrying my two wheeler ( DURO) last 29th may 2010, we got registered on 4th june started using the vehicle we faced the problem of wheel wobbling droped the vehicle to services centre on 11th june till date we never get rectification on my vehicle today is 23th june but the way your people treated me is unforgettable I was never ever treated before this time I was harassed from your service centre people at Trans tempo pvt,ltd chennai, India ,. I bought the vehicle from thiruvallur where is 40 kilometer. my vehicle problems are still the same. when i told them, that they have just made a outline services for free services they are not rectifying the problems with the vehicle, they dint react It is really pathetic. i dont know whether they did any correction in the vehicle or not. When someone is payable services or paying for something then expects something in return too. i have lost the hope now that they will listen to me.i don’t know whether you will listen to my mail or not, but this was my unhappiness which i really wanted to show.

                                      Now i have decided to not take my vehicle serviced from the same service provider’s and i am going for media & consumer court also you people are not at all there for servicing your vehicle, they are there to cheat on me.
                                      Well! i dont hope that i will be listened but anyway thanks for reading all my unhappiness’ never leave this simply.

                                      I have purchased my two wheeler “ Mahindra Duro 125 DZ” on 26th October, 2012, from one of your dealer named “ Nirmal Auto Agencies, E-37, Lajpat Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (U.P.)”, “Dealer Code:- DN-055” . Its Chasis No.:- MCDMDIBIVCIE37762, its Engine No.:- MDE-CE040387, Battery Sr. No.:- 6C26779313.
                                      From the day one when I have taken the delivery from the dealer, the Scooty having the starting problem, it doesn’t start through its ignition button. On the regular basis I have to take the Scooty for rectifying the problem from the above mentioned the dealer, but nothing has done. Every time the dealer staff and the owner misbehaved with me. He always tell me to take the scooty to somewhere else, for the rectifying the problem, as the dealer has less in staff. It is not our problem if they are having less in staff, and if that is the main problem, then why your company has given the dealer ship to them. Every time when I have given the scooty for the maintenance, I got the less amount of petrol, I have filled it with. As your test drive offer was, that if the test drive failed then you will give Rs 500/- to the person, who has test driven. But, take the offer from me, who take your scooty back, free and take the Rs. 500/- from my side, as I am totally fed up off this kind of behavior. This is for sure that, I would never suggest anyone for purchasing your scooty, and especially from that particular dealer. Either rectifies my problem or I will take you to the Consumer Court, along with the dealer.

Sir/madam, I am carrying my two wheeler (Kinetic Flyte) since 2 ½ years, but the way this time I was harassed from your service centre people at Unicorn – Mahindra, OLD airport road, Bangalore, India , I was never ever treated before. I bought the vehicle from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Since, I bought it and serviced it at various authorized service centers there in ahmedabad, my vehicle was all right except a few normal problem like low mileage & low pick-up.

                                        But I have got transferred from there to Bangalore now and I got my vehicle serviced at ‘Unicorn’ two times since I am here. But both the times they could not rectify the problem in the vehicle. Instead , they make a huge bill to be paid. and even if i paid Rs.1800, my vehicle problems are still the same. when i told them, that you have just made a huge bill instead rectifying the problems with the vehicle, they dint react. My vehicle was even better before it was serviced. after service , it always takes 4-5 mins to start. even the kick start doesnt work now. and all it irritates me a LOT in the morning while going to office.
                                        It is really pathetic. i dont know whether they did any correction in the vehicle or not. when someone is paying for something then expects something in return too. i have lost the hope now that they will listen to me.i dont know whether you will listen to my mail or not, but this was my unhappiness which i really wanted to show.

                                        I am the riding mahindra Duro since Nov.2010, from the beginning & still facing problem By Agarwal Auto, Moradabad, there is not any customer support system & process of Of work,
                                        the things are that recently i had availed 3rd paid services of the same scooter. so i demand bill against Lube oil & Services Charges . In the same reply Dealer staff denied and Ask to collect the same and day after . I personally visited four time to collect the invoice Ag. the same.

                                        and the very Important things is that before three months agarwal auto was in same conditions. on Sunday when i desire to know the reason, i was quite shocked that They Don't have Any INVOICE SYSTEM FOR THE SERVICE CHARGES & PARTS from Starting.

                                        Boss My task & duty is not to Visit again & again to ask the bill BOOK & not to provide the same As in Charity .

                                        What WAS the Customer Support System From Company ????????????????????????????????????????.

                                        the another things they totally Untrained Local Services Mackinac, they apply their experiment to solve the problem and to manipulate to customer ... staff of the Customer totally concern with bad Attitude .

                                        still i have fllwig complained ...
                                        Duro Is not Physically fit., (Engines sound, Break Nut Bolt, balancing, stand rubber come out.)
                                        Great Mileage problem.
                                        no billing process .
                                        These above problem in after three services & under warranty... No durability of mahindra dure more over the the greater dealer support further i am look forward to Company support .



                                        If the company have the procedure to take back the same, i shall be very happy from this unnecessary Trouble

                                        I am from Mandi H.P, If you ever happen to read consumer complaints so pls dont make false statements to sell your products. I bought RODEO in late 2010 but right from that day mileage of my RODEO did nt cross 25; after all services and promises . i preffer to use my car instead of this junk. Either your dealers are not having good mechanics for proper servicing or your product is poor.
