I purchase 1 mahindra centuro bike last year my experience with bike is very bad . its very very bad bike of all the bike which is availabele in india. so i suggesst any one persone who attache with me . i told him never purchase the mahindra ant type of bike.

    I have bought Mahindra centuries disc brake model one month before and I'm facing loud engine noise and when complain to dealer they replying that is the sound of Mahindra engine not satisfied with their reply and I previously owned two wheelers from hero and TVS but it is much better than thus bike and till my dealer didn't arrange for registration for my bike and it is very annoying and fed up with Mahindra

      Dear Sir / Madam, I Sebastian Paul Miranda Owned the Vehicle Mahindra Kine Two Wheeler with Registration # KA53W2998. I have given my vehicle for servicing on: 28th August 2015 in ALFA Motors Whitefield Bangalore with Following Details Given Below During Inspection for Rectification Against Job Card # RJC-TWDA[protected] 1. Fuse is Getting blown every alternative kilometres and fuse is not getting stand (Fuse is Replaced Without Checking Electrical Circuit Problem Remain The Same) 2. Both side including front and back indicator is not working due to short circuit (Rectified the indicator by replacing winker relay 28 watts but Problem Start with Kick Start and Vehicle is not getting start) 3. Vehicle back tire suspension problem and getting vibrate during riding (Collar Rubber Bush Replaced But Problem Remains the same.) 4. Spike Compressor is Damage and inform to replaced the same (No Action is taken and i have inform your service advisor during collecting Vehicle on: 31st Aug 2015 to Replace the same.) I Have Collected the Vehicle on: 31st August 2015 by paying following amount details given below and found all problem remains the same. A) Invoice # CINV-TWDA[protected] Date: 31/08/2015 of Rs 629/- B) Fake Counter Sale Invoice # SPCSI-TWDA[protected] Rs 190/- Date: 31/08/15 (This is Fake Invoice Because Creating Counter Sale Invoice for escaping from work which is done during servicing for chit with customer) C) Fake Counter Sale Invoice # SPCSI-TWDA[protected] Rs 65/- (This is Fake Invoice Because Creating Counter Sale Invoice for escaping from work which is done during servicing for chit with customer)  The above issue is brought to Customer Care Notice On: 4th September 2015 @ 9:15 Hrs with complaint # INB46667 from ALFA Motors Service Centre Whitefield but no such action is taken.  The complaint was got closed without rectification and again reopen on: 6th September 2015 @ 14:27 Hrs but still there is no action is taken and complaint remain the same.  I have called maximum time to customer care and visit the service centre two times but still problem is not slove. Request you to kindly take such action on top priority.

        I P.Sakthivel ([protected]) purchased Mahindra Rodeo Rz through Shripathy motors, Thanjavur on october 2015. First two years it was working fine. From third year lot of problems arise even I gave service regularly. Break, accelerator and self starting was under repair and I changed. And kilometers are only 25/ltrs. Now finally after the big sound came from engine then the service peoples said the engine bore have to replace it will take Rs.6000/- How it will happened within 6 years?. Now I cant exchange also in this condition. I need justice either the company will take this amount or they can replace the vehicle new ( And the model also stopped) I am in big frustration also about the vehicle.

          I bought a mahindra two wheeler FLYTE from authorized dealer named Associated Automobile, dated on 14.04.2012 which was located at Benachity, Nachan road, Durgapur -13. I have not got any sell order from dealer in spite of paying all amount including taxes. I have been requested to the owner of the dealer since last 3 years. But he continuously deprived me as he closed his dealership.             Kind Attn : Mr. Anand Mahindra & Mr.Rajesh Jujhikar & Mr.Bharat Doshi Shame on you guys for selling defective scooters and backed by Non-Existant Service. I bought a Mahindra Flyte bearing No: WB07C 1773 in August 2009, I have done around 5000KM till date. From day one the scooter has plagued me with problems. Mileage has never been more than 25km/Ltr. Off late the scooter stalls and then switches off with petrol gushing out. I have been to the Service center in Kolkata, Mexx World on three occasions since 8th August 2015, but they only charge heavily and the problem still persists. Billing is cooked up and false. On confronting them, they remain mum. I have written to Mahindra two wheelers manager Vinay K Nigam as I was asked to. Inspite of reminders he too remains silent. The dealership's only solution is "Why Don't you exchange your flyte for a new one". They claim the company does not send spares. As for my scooters problem, it appears from this complaint board, that most Mahindra scooters suffer with the same problem. Incidentally I also own a 1990 Kinetic Honda which is still growing strong. I wish Kinetic were still making scooters. Think a million times before you buy a Mahindra Scooters. I hope Mr Anand Mahindra and his team do the needful to solve my problem.               From day one following issues frequent jerk during run noise from the engine, feeling that something loose int he engine clock goes back 3 minute per day my speedometer wire broken at 1700 km only. Distance to empty not in the bike but dealer shown me on pamphlet. not taking load of two person, engine not performing as per 110CC engine. mahindra person tell me that mahindra chit with customer that that paste only sticker of MC5 engine, actual it is not MC5 engine. this is my second complain. first complain given but still not resolve.
              bike is not up to the mark,
              i think mahindra has to stop production of two wheeler, because quality of bike is not good. so many issues in to the bike from day one.

              mahindra not checking the bike performance and only manufacturing the bike.
              The world worst bike mileage of 39KMPL against the committed of 84.7KMPL. Mahendra says always lies.
              Pls remove bike manufacturing license from mahendra. They have not stuff to manufacture the bikes.
              I HAVE VOLUNTEERLY SUGGESTED TO MY HOME TO BUY MAHINDRA AS I BELIEVE TO COMPETE IN THE MARKET THEY WILL SURELY GIVE THE BETTER BIKE BUT MY DECISIION GONE WRONG IT SEEMS. I HAVE PURCHASE CENTURO DISC BRAKE VERSION BUT ENGINE SOUND IS TOO NOISE AND I HAVE COMPLAINT NO OF TIMES TO A DELAER BUT THEY DIDINT GIVE ME THE SOLUTION.

                Sir, I have purchased Mahidra Guesto vechicle on 31.07.2015. I have paid full amount in cash for on road price including spares, temporary and permanent passing of vehicle at RTO. I experienced the following problems with the dealer. 1. on 31.07.2015 when I went with the vehicle to home I found that, vehicle remote key is not working properly and side lock key is also not working. I rushed to shown room duly travelling more than eight KMs and got it repaired. Before delivery of the vehicle they should have checked and ensured the pre-delivery checks. 2. I have paid the full amount of the purchase in cash. But hypothecation charges were included in the on road price. When I have noticed and asked for refund. Then they have refunded. I surprise how they included hypothecation charges on cash purchase. 3.During purchase itself they have took amount for accessories. Till now they have not fitted the accessories to my vehicle stating that accessories are not yet received the company. 4. During the purchase they have taken amount for temporary and permanent passing of vehicle at RTO office. I have got temporary passing certificate. I am asking repeatedly for permanent passing since fifteen days. I have handed over the vehicle on 03.09.2015 on their advice for permanent passing of vehicle. Even after two days, my vehicle is with them only and I am facing problems for transportation. When I enquired they are casually telling that, vehicle passing will be done on Monday ie., on 07.08.2015. By paying full amount on road price in cash. I am not utilize my vehicle properly thereby I am loosing amount on rented vehicle. Also I am harassed mentally on this issue. Your immediate action on this issue is appreciated.                     Hi i am Tarun Sharma and i am purchase new mahindra duro dz 125cc on 5 may 2014. i am maintain serivce after a week. but this scooter is down rated cause after a week. I am taking for service every week since may 2014 but still my scooter's engine is week after 12000 kms.the engine of scooter is almost dead.right away its a single handed than this scooter engine is dead and the mahindra service station is so careless for services and all .this mahindra showroom held in pinjore and its name was prem motors. this mahindra dealer's wants only money nothing more for coustomer.if any one action against them i am thankfull for him or her Regards Tarun sharma [protected]

                      Last year I have purchased one Mahindra Genturo Bike from your dealer, Sri Vignesh Motors P Ltd, Kattupakkam, Chennai-56. Bike Registered No ; TN -12 - D 8834 Engine No ; UPEEAI 33455 I have ride the bike nearly 5000 km till date and also made 3 services at the above purchase center. Even though My above Bike is giving Mileage of 35-40 kmpl. In spite of my several reminders your agency's are dry to increase the fuel efficiency, but they did not achieve it. At the time of purchase you have furnished the vehicle will give 80 kmpl, But now it is giving only 40 kmpl. Such as big Company I did not expect this much cheating. Can you pl arrange replace the Bike ! Further I can continue to ride the bike means I will become a POOR MAN for delivering the petrol to the above my bike mfd by yours.

Done by vindyachal automobiles opp. hotel yamini palampur distt kangra (h.P) there is a problem occur in display meter but as per honour of show room it is a regular problem in rodeo and he is not agree to replace FOC basis...

                          Sir I have purchase Mahindra Duro-DZ -125cc from Bongaingaon in apr 2014. Yesterday when I parked my scooty for petrol filling and open the seat lock the whole seat box fiber dismanteled and broken up from its position .It was very pathetic condition for me that time . How a very low quality material was used in making body of scooty . For reference i have attached the pics of broken fiber material . I purchased this scooty in the name of Indian Brand and low cost, But that time i was unaware that I have face such issue later on very early. In future I didnnot recommend my circle to purchase such a light quality of material. Pay more and try to purchased best.                             Engine noise from first day frequent jurk on above 50km speed cannot going to above 70 km speedometer not working after 1300 km run. Frequent feel that vehicle not balanced also 110 cc engine not capable of carrying two person. Mc5 engineer is only sticker pasted to cheat customer. No mc5 engine in the bike. Still dealer sell bike by using old pemplet(distance to empty -facility) petrol indicator showing not corrected

                              Dear Sir/Madam, I bought new Mahindra Gusto in Jun 2015 from Alfa Motors, Domlur, Bengaluru.. From beginning seat lock is not working. When i gave it for 1st service, I informed them very clearly about the issue and after servicing also it is not locking. From Thursday ( 6th Aug 2015) i am following up with them and they are telling that, they will come and resolve this but i am sad to say this, till now no one had come. Being a prestigious company, you should give value add for customer complaints and you need to respond them properly. Highly unsatisfied with your service. Regards, Pallavi

                                  I have purchased MAHINDRA CENTURO on Sep 13 with great hope and excitement. The Ads are fascinating...The features are out of the world... But after using for a period of almost 02 years... I feel that the product is the worst of all. The basic claim they are having - The mileage of 86 KMPL ... I dont know how they calculated it... I am very sorry to say here that... It is consistently giving me 43-45 KMPL.. I request Mahinda to look into this matter... or take this bike from me at free of cost.. A Cheated and a Ashamed Customer

                                    i purchase new bike in feb 2014 from your dealer Tewatia ji moters hodal (121106) distt palwal Haryana. on one month many problem it create in this bike this bike chain set is mour sound create, & this bike give average is 45 to 50km per lit . many time tells this in agency but no soluction, at this time tis key is not match his self bike so create sound, & cdma system is not proper working, your agency dealer is tell that about thjis bike is not good, company is not use original part, or any problem they talk to going to any other higher agency delhi - ncr, i have no soluction, only one year my bike is stand as a scrap, I mantally & financially disappounted this bike, i never prefer to purchase this bike plz i am blong middle class family i will never purchase new bike plz i humble request that plz sulve my problem
