I am using mahidra centuro since 4 years, but during last 1 month i am facing a problem with starting the bike. I cannot start my bike with original key. Its started alarm beeps. Recently i was service my bike in tirunelveli tamildu dealer nellai motor. Service cost too much for the other vechile. My bike was lost and other spare key not functioned it was not mached. This type of complaint other districr dealer only rs. 300/- onle but nellai motor is charged rs. 1500/- for reason of wiring fualt. I have taken mahindra centuro bike 4years back. Its giving lot of problem in many issues,
1.) mainly its not starting in every morning, it will take more than 20minutses to kick start.
2.) most of the service centres closed. If we go for out side service station, they will scold me that why you have taken this stupid bike?. There was no spares available in the bangalore city also....

I had given my mahindra mojo at vijayawada showroom for small noise in engine.
They dismantle my bike and removed all parts from my bike engine.

Later they informed me that my bike is having crank issue baring, bore issues.

I contacted hyd showroom and they sent technician to guntur he confirmed there is no issue found on my bike engine.

They assemble my bike and they left later engine started...

My moped didn't start so i asked the service person to come to the residence and look after the problem. I have said him this since a month back still he is not responded to my call. I stay outstation my father can't take the moped by pushing it toeing so i asked the service person to take and repair he didn't even register the complaint just took my number and said will call but till now he has not come. I have bought mahindra gusto in november 2016, at the time of purchasing the salesman told us that the scooter gives 50-60 kmpl mileage, but it gives only 25 kmpl mileage, i have also contacted the service center of mahindra gusto but there is no improvement in the mileage. Suggest me what to do.

I have purchased mahindra centuro o1 in the year 2015, i have been checking the mileage from the day of purchase, every time is ranging between 40-45. But the showroom/company says it will provide 60. I have performed mileage test many times and still till today it is in the range of 40-45.

I gave my my mahindra gusto 110 to mahindra service center pss agency thrissur. Tc no. Xix/384, distillery road vanchi kulam thrissur - 680711. On 7th aug 2019. 1. Improve customer service before selling bikes or stop selling bikes as it is hard for a common man to run behind your worst service stations.

After running on road for few kilometers about 5-10 km, it gets stops automatically and doesn't start whatever you try either self start or kick start. I have to wait for about half an hour to get it started once again.
