Customers does not depend on staffs of your service center. Staffs are depended on customers. So they should provide better service. In the kottayam showroom the staffs have very cheap dealing and they are very angry. This staffs are destroys the value of your twowheelers .

    My name is chirag batra and my order no. Is [protected] and i have booked the mahindra gusto dx from paytm mall id no. [protected] and paid the amount at ex showroom price of rs 49190 as shown on paytm dated 27/12/2017. When i goes to dealer on 29/12/2017 he said the payment has recieved then i said to him that i take the delivery on 01/01/2018.

    But sir when i goes to him on 01/01/2018. He compell me to paid more money or said cancel ur order from paytm mall and said the payment of the product is not recieved so he is not able to deliver the product.

    Please note that {if i paid more than the ex showroom price of mahindra gusto dx as shown on paytm mall then he is able to deliver the product and payment has recieved and if i dont paid more money for that product then the dealer said payment has not still recieved.}

    Sir the problem is that when i had paid the actual amount of the product then why should i paid more to dealer for same product.

    So sir you are requested to please seen the matter what he wants.
    Dealer of northern motors faridabad stated in haryana harrass me for delivering the mahindra gusto dx.

      I am k. S. Babu, from mettur dam branch, salem dist. My two wheeler bike was not starting due to starting coil problem for past one week. (Supply not yet extended). Here the acd unit not available in service centre. So, i need a supply coil immediately (Acd unit) and also, i informed to my regular service centre atsale, gorimedu. (Sivam motors, salem dist.).         With regret have to inform that there is no spares available in service centre at anand city gijarat state and also no fast and reliable service ppont in anand. I have given my scoiter teo weeks before but si far tgey have not even tajen it for repair. Tgey said it will take more than one month. Hiw can customer wait for such a long period. Kindky take this matter seriously and provide good srvice to the customers...in anand city.

          I am shivendra kumar mishra army officer. I purchased an xuv 500 w4 model from star automobiles mahindra showroom jabalpur. I processed each and every thing through canteen store department and talked to the agency guys that i want to register the vehicle through himachal pradesh. At that time they said they will give me temp registration within 10 days at the max. Date of purchase of the vehicle was 5 dec 2017 today is 29 dec 2017 and still they are saying that the registration needs some more couple of days. However they are saying these things since last 10 days. My problem is that if i will fail to submit my registration papers within limited period of time in the bank it will start initiating penalty on the basis of 5000/- rs per day.
          Secondly why these dealer guys don't tell the exact date or the time taken to get the registration done on the time of buying the vehicle.
          Thirdly the dealer guys from whom i have talked initially are not even receiving the calls showing direct tolerance to the customer since they have just sold the vehicle and completed there monthly target.

            I've been roaming to you # dealer in ranigunj surya wheels past 8 months for my engine problem.. I'm having warranty and they are everyime saying that more 2months 3months and they're extending it... They gave me your mahindra service engineer's number named mousin (His number is [protected]) that # # guy is saying that we're now replacing the parts and when my aunt was there they were blinking their eyes and we're saying to replace those parts with old one.. Look after those # # # and please get back to me asap. When you people don't even know how to solve a problem why do you open your stupid mahindra? Huh? Call me asap. Vehicle number ts10eg0035.

            Im using mahindra flyte, really nice vehicle but im not satisfied with service. Because in showroom itself very tough to get spares. Chennai is the metropolitian city eventhough no proper quality service not available.

              I had brought mahindra centuro motor bike (My vehicle no. Mh 47 f 6764) from authorized dealer of mahindra two wheelers called s. M auto located at goregaon west, mumbai on 15th october 2015.

              Within 6 months of purchase the paint started coming off, within 1 year i had to replace the battery with a new one and now within 2 years of purchase the engine gets stalled while the vehicle is in motion which is a very dangerous problem while the vehicle is in motion in traffic.

              I am strictly servicing the bike as per the schedules with the authorised service centre of mahindra two wheelers i. E s. M auto, also i had conveyed with them about the aforesaid problems.

              But the service centre has got a equally pathetic customer care policy. Firstly they don't listen to the complaints of the customer properly and understand the problem in their products. Worst they blame customer, petrol pumps for the shortcomings in their product. The workshop incharge rakesh is least professional in understanding and resolving the problems of the customers and doesn't value time commitment made to customers.

              No doubt with such worst product and pathetic service mahindra centuro had faded out from the market within a very short period.

              I purchased Mahindra centuro bike in 2015 within two year lots problems like:
              1)changed clutch plate.
              2)changed battery .
              3) speed meter not working.
              4)millage is not good.
              5)Self start switch not working and last five day bike is not start.
              6)spare parts is not available in market.

              pls don't purchase Mahindra any product...

                Mahindhra is worst company in india as a indian company feeling ashamed my self why i choose mahindhra two wheeler gusto.

                I purchased gusto i am not at all finding service center in banglre properly.

                I have done service from alha motors whitefield, esquire (Belandur) alhs (Kundanahalli) now these service centers are no more.

                Dealers itself telling not to buy mahindhra two wheeler bikes.

                I will return my gusto bike to mahindhra only with free of cost please tell me address i will handover to you.

                  My Mahindra Centuro TN55-6091 nearly 3 years old.
                  Yesterday My vehicle travel to pudukottai district from my place when i started my bike with in 10km It was structed and off the bike any how i send to my bike ARN service center pudukottai to tell my problem to the manager 1.wiring problem, 2.low milage, 3.the bike was off while running in any gear i pay advance Rs.1000 for service 07/12/2017 they told me the next day (today 8/12/2017) get with full complaint satisfactory.

                  They call me today and Final Service charge 2, 135 and come and get your bike. I go and pay the Total amount(1000advance+1, 135 ramaining amount)

                  But the same complaint done.The ARN service center pudukottai don't attend as i said any complaint. Only water wash & oil replacement.
                  I call to The ARN Service center's Manager mobile number. He spoke indecent words to me.I was shocked. The bills says change the clutch plate and etc..etcc.. charges my bike is not run on the road. Just hickup and stopped don't start or some time starts and make gear the bike offed .
                  I am totally disappointed and very very very very very worst service done by ARN Service Center Pudukottai Tamilnadu.
                  Only water service & Oil replacement is the original service?
                  They are not just open the seat cover and chain brackets lot of rust mud in it. The call me and make local mechanic to rectify this complaint.
                  I Paid Rs.2, 135 for this stupid and worst service.
                  I ask to you that Just terminate their service Agreement and make better and best service center for us. Because we are the decent people that's why we would like Mahindra product . I never ask cheap words from and service center money is not important thing for me, but Service??????????????????????????????????????

                  Please immediately Destroy and discontinue & permanently close the ARN service center pudukottai Immediately. How many peoples are cheated by them god is only Known

                    From 1st january, 2017 to 30th november, 2017 i gave my bike for repairing and servicing for 6 times. I have been complaining the service people about the sound coming from the engine and some thing physically touching the rear break always. They have been telling some stories as the cause of the sound. Last time, the sound from the engine started coming just after travelling 5kms from the servicing center i. E. Yuvika automotives, r. C. Puram, patancheru. I brought back the bike and had shown them the bike and told them that last 5 times also, the sound was like that only even after repair and reminded them that i was reminding about the same problem all the time and told them to check the job card to check whether i am telling true or lies. If i give that bike for repairing out side mahindra service center, the problem may be solved. But as there is 5 years warranty, i am not going out side. Whom should i complain about this.

                      My mahindra nxt two wheeler is approx three years old. After buying my mahindra bike i noticed clock of bike approx one min slow every day. After several times complain service center solve that problem but same time fuel gauge showing half in empty condition. Service center conformed he will solve fuel gauge problem., buy till they not solved. Lastly i was handed over my bike in service center and wait one week. Now they refuse to solve my problem.

                        I bought a rodeo vehicle 4 years back and i'm so happy with the performance and mileage of rodeo. I usually recommend mahindra rodeo to my circle of people. But what's the bad thing is, the petrol tube often gets dismantled by itself, and the petrol gets spilled all over the road and i have to get struck some where in the middle of my journey. I under went the same issue, 4 times. Getting struck and feeling helpless in the middle of the road is disgusting. Please try solving this problem.

                          I bought mahindra gusto-110 on[protected] and since then my gusto-110 is not getting started with out choke. This issue persist till now and i have complaint about this issue manier time to the service center but still the issue persist. Repeatedly i have complaint about the same to the service center but all the time they do something with vehicle pickup and say now it is ok and further this problem will not persist any more.

Pratik gajjar and i have given my red color mahindra rodeo "gj 03 ds 2002" at porbandar city service center which is located near sai baba mandir at porbandar rajkot national highway, my rodeo engine was very well maintained and it was well sounding also was serving good pickup and max speed was around 95 to 100 before giving it to service station, only the problem was it was making miss firing some times thats it, and it is now more than 12 days i have given my rodeo to the service center and went there to test drive it after their several calls that your rodeo is complete and you can take it every time i went there it was getting worst and worst about 4 times i have gone there and still they haven't resolved my problem instead now my rodeo is blowing out smoke from the silencer, which it was not doing before, it has a really bad knocking sound from engine, which was not there before, it is now producing less power and pickup, which was really better before giving it to the service, and now they are saying that they can not do anything more than this, and asking for their charge and payment, please solve this problem as i already have 4 mahindra vehicles in my family and there is no other mahindra service center in porbandar city, i had also called up the customer care center but the service representative girl did not take or solve my complaint, so this is my contact and whatsapp number "[protected]" and my email address is "[protected]@gmail.com" kindly come up with a proper solution to this issue asap.                               I have purchased mahindra gusto 125 cc on 06/10/2016.
                              Time to time service is done but the said scooty is not giving us satisfactory performance. Even service centre of mahindra i. E. Karthol automobiles udhampur 182101 have not proper mechanic. Only one staff service station. Not even a single chair to sit and not a respect for customer. They servicing all two wheelers of other companies tvs bajaj hero honda etc. But not giving satisfactory service to that company for which they are authorized.
                              I have done my routine service on 19/11/2017
                              From the said service station. I have explained all problems before them i. E scooty is giving poor average pickup power is higly reduced self start is not working etc but they have made mockery by saying that air tyres is less and u people blaming us always. After service we moved to our home but on the way it doesnot show any improvement as it was worse than before in pick up matter.
                              Now what to do. My village is about 60 km from the said service station and it is not first time three to four times scooty was taken on load carrier.
                              Please check and visit said service station that it is good for such a reputed company to continue with this or not..

                                Am muhammed shaffy a govt. Of kerala employee at district police office kottayam. I gave my kl 36 d 4159 centuro for service 18-11-17, 9.30 am to pulimoottil mahindra center kottayam, till now they couldn't say when will return my vehicle because of not availability of spare parts.. Because of your company's dis comfortable and irresponsible activities made my life difficult. Make necessary action on this matter.. Other wise i will go for legal and social media actions against your irresponsibility.

                                  My name is amandeep jaswal my father hardeep singh resident of village hira nagar po kalruhi tehsil amb district una himachal pradesh purchased mahindra gusto 125 from vikas auto agency mubarkpur tehsil amb district una himachal pradesh on 23/10/16 when 3500 kms were completed the piston kit of mahindra gusto was damaged and 2nd time on 7000 thousand kms were completed and again it was damaged it has been repaired two times. On first repair i have paid 1200 and 2 nd time i have paid 790 labour charges. When my scooter was repaired 2nd time the owner of the agency was very rude towards me and he has told me that if again piston kit is damaged i will not repair it and will charge 10000 rs but my scooter mahindra gusto is in gurantee period. It is the responsibility of the agency to repair it. It's not my fault it is the fault of the company and dealer because i have purchased it from you i will take legal action if piston kit is again damaged third time kindly look into the matter and take action with regards amandeep jaswal [protected]

                                    This mail is regarding the lowest quality of the wiring harness quality. I had an impression that mahindra is really good in quality but failed to to get that. I have already put a complaint in customer care. I really don't understand the quality of wiring harness you people are using. I spoke to your customer care and arjun actually was. Very rude. He don't know how to speak or deal with the customer.

                                      I purchase mahindra gusto.
                                      I have some problem face. V
                                      Vehicle not start some time issue, vehicle gone at khandelwal automobiles at patparganj for same issue, they inspect the vehicle and replaced coil.
                                      During inspection they open all wiring in bad manner, repair wiirng and replaced fuse. And deliver the vehicle.
                                      But after around three km travel the white smoke was comes and burning smell was comes, i stop the vehicle remove the key from ignition switch but engine was not stop after remove the key.
                                      I again gone same dealer for same complaint after that they ask me your vehicle wiring need replace in payment basis.

                                        I'm encountering a major problem in my bike which best to my knowledge is due to the central locking feature. I want to know the nearest mahindra workshop where i could get help as my bike still covers the 5 year warranty.
                                        I bought the bike in 2014. I'm unable to get any help that could get rid of the problem. Please tell me the nearest and accesible workshop where i could get the bike done.
