I purchesed mahindra centuro black digital meter on june 2013, bike have very huge problems-1.Pickup, engine gear, 02.Milage/Avrage 3.genuine parts break 4.water dripping in petrol tank 5.oil seal break.6 sounds of parts of body .my vechile is regularly servised with free and paid both.but then also i am facing problems. Service center at nagpur Nagia motors make estimate of 4150 rs.and upto now i invest in my two wheeler as amount of its prize and there is noservice of castmer.Kindly take quick action.otherwise i fill complain to consumer court and police station.and give the news to newspaper that all two wheeler of mahindra are failure and all have problem so dont purchesed it...

IF YOU STILL BELIEVE IN MAHINDRA BIKES BUY AND EXPERIENCE WASTAGE OF 55000.. PLEASE
BUY ANY TWO WHEELER EXCEPT MAHENDRA FAILURE BIKES.

I have so many problem in guesto scooty. I have every time scooty time to time service in jmd automoblies tilak nagar service center. They have charge every time but scooty not working properly in the service center. I have a ride a problem they have few kms run after that scooty automatically stop. Service center asked some electirc problem but they not resolve the issue. My scooty has been stand for service center long 2 months. But scooty problem still pending the same issue. I have tried.in same issue. Service center owner every engine work but or scooty electirc part. But same problem still pending. And service center charge every time this same issue but issue not resolve the tikal nagar jmd service center engineers. So please update i should i do.

I have a stallio motorbike. Each and every time I am facing a lot of troubles for its maintenance like gear, shockers, etc. Now its magnetic coil has been spoiled. I tried hard to get a new. But, There is no availability of the magnetic coil neither in service centers nor in open market. How irritating this is ? Why are You selling a bike ? When, you don't want to sell its spare parts ?You should have to assist your customers with their satisfaction. But, you don't.
Now I think, "I should sell it in to "kabarwala". So, Please tell me clearly, can you provide me any options as soon as possible ?

I CNR from Guntur district Andhrapradesh .2 days back i have given my scooty for service in guntur we have only one service station . Point is they have not done service at all in front of me water wash has done n gave me bike they charged 800 rupees . This is not the correct way . Provide us such correct mechanic service in guntur am i requesting you to do proper service . Customer is very important . I couldn't see that environment in mahindra showroom

I bought this bike 3 years ago.In starting time it was working very well but after 3rd service it is creating beeping problem whenever i start my bike, it starts beeping after doing many on and off the switch bike starts. even after new key of this bike has same problem. I am very dispointed from your this service and if i dont find any solution of this, I will not reccomand anyone for mahindra whether for bike or car.

In the year 2012 i bought rodeo in the early stages it was going good but after couple of years the two wheeler is not giving much needed mileage and maintenance is getting costlier and two days once i'm enforced to put petroleum and its giving under mileage only so i'm looking forward for remedy for this asap and i need solution for this too and i need one time settlement solution also for this

Iam sathesh from coimbatore. I purchased Mahindra Rockstar on June 2014, ENo: VNEEHO & CH.No: MCDKGIB14E1449339. Since i purchased following complaints not solved.
1. Engine noise never settled after servicing from authorised service centre.
2. Spare parts is not available. Last couple of years i spend more than Rs.10, 000 for this bike but this issue not solved. I Need a permanent solution for this problem, otherwise i will go to consumer court regarding this.
3. If i go for exchange they asking bike for Rs.2000 only.

Kandelwal motars patpadgang sarvice centre provided very poor service & fault & issue never resolves before 3 days me visit at service centre for servicing my bike but i m paid of 1822 rupees for completing my bill charge but service executive not provided bill of this charge & says for extra 200 rupees pay after that provided bill of 1822 rupees please take action & my issue in fuel leakage not resolved.

I have mahindra two wheeler kine vehicle i given service to skanda motors in rajajinagar bangalore on date 02.05.2018 but still not ready to service in my vehicle almost one month over what is this sir how many days your company service to two wheeler i don't know, this is not good sir. I am asking that service center person still not complete spire parts is not available tomorrow tomorrow they will telling.

I am a regular coustmer at khandelwal noida sector 10. The mechanics works under poor lightning condition and theey switch on mobile phone torch to see the fault.
2. There is poor sitting arrangement for coustmers and the workshop is very hot. And no air conditioner or cooler arrangement.
Pleas look into the matter.

But i'm asked clear to warranty, he told this is not engine part and not applicable warranty. Intial purchase bike told 5yrs warranty in engine. How it not applicable. But one weeek bad problem sam aa rahi aaj mainey 14.5.2018 ko service centre mai phone kiya to un logo ney kaha ki gadi ageny lana padega .

I had purchased mahindra bike centuro model in oct.2014. Ch. No. Mcdkg1b14e1h49044. E no. Upeeh050756 got registered in my name with registration no. Dl 9s ar 9562 on 03.11.2014. Since i purchased following complaint remain unsoved till date.
1. Mileage u claim 87.5 on road i got 45 km
2. Service centre never got set its pollution level.
3. Even in 3 years of regular service from your authorised centres i never got these issued settled. Ultimately my bike fails to pass pollution..
It is very surprising to know that 4 stroke bike fails pollution test. Which i got set from one local mechanic on the advice of pollution check centre.
Being a reputed company it is not appreciable for you.
What i can do now is that i am advising all people not to purchase your bike. As you does not keep your promises you are claiming to customers.
I am not here to get some words from you but just to inform you what you are giving to the customers.
Beside above i would also like to submit that battery quality is also not up to the mark as i got it changed twice in 3 years while in my previous bike of splendor i got it changed twice in 12 years only. The quality of tyres you are providing is also inferior.

I am abhijith rajasekharan from trivandrum kerala. Today i was gone to book a mahindra mojo. They treated me gently and i like the product very much but when i was going to make the payment for booking they shown me a helmet. Really i was shocked. When i purchased a bike of more than 2 lakh's your company can't give a company owned helmet and crash guard. They asked extra money for this around 6000. I was really uncomfortable with this.

The free helmet they given was showed below. Whats the use of this type of silly local helmets. Its use is only to cover the legal formalities by indian government, not used to protect ones life. This mail is an official procedure for that. Company is trying to foolish customers through this. Kindly take appropriate action against it.

My mahindra duro service not properly done frequently break down after service. No any response from service station incharge. Even he his refused to take from break down spot. He is very rudely language use to my wife. Pls take action from your otherwise i will definetly go to grahak suraksha. I am live in bharuch. This type of attitude not expected from mahindra. My level of trust in mahindra scooter now down. Pl do needful.

On 01.05.2018 mahendra centuro not starting. No dealer is ready to arrange pick-up. Called helpline twice but problem not resolved.

Every dealer is asking to bring the two wheeler to his workshop as the electrical problem can be detected only after connecting it to the computerized system.

Mahendra helpline says that dealers will arrange pick-up but dealears are not ready to arrange pick up nor they are ready to resolve the problem at site.

Only 2.5 months back it was serviced at lakhia motors, sanyas ashram, ahmedabad.

Company is not ready to listen that all customers cannot arrange transfer of an 'out-of-order' to dealers / mechanics work shop.

I am mr. Kirti shah (Mobile : [protected] - [protected]@marinecraft.co.in) from bhavnagar, gujarat. I am using rodeo scooter since last 4 years. Self start is not working since last 2 months due to not availability of "oneway clutch" part. Pl lodge my complain that inspite of numbers of request & reminders the local authorise agency has not rectify problem.

Every time i have communicated to mr. Tushar (Who is the official person) of your authorised agency. Today he has asked me to deposit advance payment for the spares. Please also confirm, does it required to pay any advance payment for the parts?

I approached your authentic service support centre but they couldn't fix it, saying this type of problem is in every bike. I bought my first bike i. E. Mahindra centuro and without the digital meter i feel blind. Pl respond and provide a satisfactory solution.
