Respected sir/madam
My mahindra scooters back tyre had some problems and i needed some spare parts to repair it. I went to two of the spare parts shop of mahindra in kochi and both of the shops doesnt have the spare parts and they always give the same excuses that it will come next week and all. It has been nearly one month and my scooter is still at the worshop and still i havent got the spare parts. Please give me a replay and please help me.

    I took my scooter for repair and servicing on 16.03.2019, after it met with an accident. It has been more than a month by now (Today being 21.04.2019) but the repairs are still to be complete. Every time i call the service center (Amon motors, kolkata) they give some lame excuses and ask me to enquire about the status of the repair "next week" and give me false assurance that by next week it will be complete. Initially for the first 1-2 weeks, the person i spoke to kept giving excuses that he is "out of station", when this seemed too old and too guessable, he switched to "parts unavailability". Now every time i call him he says "parts have to arranged from somewhere else", "body kit is not available with us, we have to arrange it from somewhere else", etc. He even advised me to install a different color body kit, because by some strange reasons, he couldn't arrange my scooters original body colored kit. I've all the call recordings for the above conversations. Also when i called their customer care, the executive tells me to wait patiently. She repeats 'if the dealer has asked for some more time, you must wait". On pressing further she says"if you still have problems, contact the dealer, they will only be able to help you". This is highly unexpected from a brand like mahindra two wheeler's and this day i swear that neither will i ever buy a mahindra vehicle again nor will i advice anyone i know to do so.

      Worse days of mahindra.. There is only one service centre 15kms surrounding my area (Tambaram, chennai). I have given my scooter for service on march 27, 2019. Till date they haven't repaired my scooter due to spares unavailability.
      All the local services are not taking up any of the mahindra two wheelers in chennai, due the spares unavailability.
      All the mahindra consumers are in same pathetic condition.
      Such a poor operations from mahindra company.
      The unsuccessful firm who is now dealing with jaws brand.

        This complaint is regarding mahindra's service center (Goregaon), mumbai. The bike service was on 27th december by the above service center. The service they provided me without changing my engine oil caused my bike a heavy engine damage. This engine seizure now costs me 25000 to 30000 approx according to the service center. My bike is under warranty. The only thing is i blame the service center for their poor mistake or service rendered to me. I hope they help me out with it. (Not the extended warranty company but the mahindra service center should help) the service head, the head of service head, zonal head, etc gave me unprofessional replies. (Not mentioning what they said, egoistic heads, ain't loyal).

          I am living in bhopal. I have mahindra rodio sym 125. Recently my scooty got damaged by hitting road side divider. Now i want to repair my scooty but unfortunately the service center of mahindara scooty is not available in bhopal city as well as no any alternate availability of mahindra scooty parts in bhopal.             Dear sir/madam,
            Am bijaya karan, from bhubaneswar, odisha.
            Your show rooms are closed in our city. I have buy a bike (Mahindra centuro nxt) in november 2016 from kalvik motor, patia, bhubaneswar. But before few days am facing problems in engine. I have not found a single service center in bhubaneswar. It has 5year warranty on engine, so how to and where i claim my warranty. Pls.. Try to solve my problem as soon as possible. Other wise i go to the consumer court against mahindra company.

                I respect to mahindra gusto two wheeler md

                I was purchased a bike of mahindra gusto 110 cc 2015 model
                In past there is full tank of petrol but at home small function
                After when i was i went to outside i poured a liter petrol it didn't reach upto 8 km and after i have got doubt and i poured a liter petrol at bunk there is a problem of mileage for my mahindra gusto i have poured rs 100 petrol it was runned upto 8 km per liter there showroom in our area which ot means mahabubabad please tell me solution for this problem...

                  Hi,
                  This is regarding the mahindra mojo. Actually my first sentence you people stop doing the two wheelers manufacturing. Why you peoples making the customer to suffer.
                  The problem was in ecu unit. Actually its a very rare thing that ecu is rusted and tooth got broken this shows what's the quality the mahindra is giving. And first thing is i left my bike in showroom in mysore they told the there's a problem in fuel injector and after that i didn't believe and again i showed some other foreman he clearely told that there's a ecu problem. And again i went to banglore nafs showroom he told that ecu is not under warranty and i was having 3 year of engine warranty and 2 years of extended warranty. But still they given a wrong information and make me to spend nearly 15 k with 2 months of time and after replace ecu is worst than anything the packing was poor it seems to be used one.. Please remove the negligence peoples from your company so that mahindra willl have life of two wheeler manufacturing..
                  I am expecting to take a action against mojo team and back soon otherwise i will escalate this issue directly to the higher level and i know how to handle this..

                    I bought mahindra centuro 110cc bike on December 2013. From the beginning it creates problem. But now Whenever key inserted alarm sounds and the bike did not start. Here at Suri birbhum west bengal no showroom or service centre of mahindra bike are available. I communicated with the company by mail and customer care no. But they just advised me to go to a service centre which is 120 km far away from my residence. But it is very much impossible for me to go to 120 km distance with such out of order bike. So I am really confused and can't think what I should do in this situation.

                        I purchased mahindra gusto in may 2016, for one year it ran good but after that i faced lot of problem with its starting. It use to stop while riding. I showed it to machanic he told it has problem with its cdi. My scooty is standing at one place since one month. Very bad experience with gusto and its service centre. How much resale value can i get of this scooty pls tell.

                          I have mahindra gusto scooter, i purchased in 2015, first few month it run good but after 5, 6 month it started giving start up problem, i used to give service regularly many time i faced battery related issue so as per the suggestion from dealer i changed battery but still problem is there, now my scooter is not able to start with button or kick it is just standing on one place. As per the dealers opinion it should run everyday.
                          Very very bad experience i have about mahindra's this product. I am frustrated now.

                            Really no constume satisfaction. I will never visit again. If this is the status of mahindra, keeping service stations like this then don't purchased mahindra jaws or else. Sorry guys

                            The fact is the behaviour of servicing staff
                            When on saturday in evening i went to dp motor since i am not comfortable with the route of chennai, i took the appointment for monday and was confirmed so for that. I told the problems of my vehicle to mechanic, he confirmed me to come on monday. Later on i requested the if i will come on the time i will be the first in que to get servicing, he was affermative regarding the servicing and spares. When on monday i reached the dp motor's he bluntly told to take serviced vehicle at evening time which i refused then he came with a stupid solution to have rapid servicing. I told ok go with that. The rapid servicing started from 930hrs to1330hrs. Secondly at last they told we are not having spares come on next monday. Now tell me i have done blunder by purchasing mahindra two wheeler rodeo in 2010. Or mahindra is not interested in the products we was manufactured. Then what about the services in future for jaws and other. Why they are befooling the innocent citizens of our nation.

                              I'm hr chauhan h/o of mrs pushpa kumari, chauhan niwas mohalla hardaspura teh & distt chamba hp-176310 has purchase the two wheel gusto 125 from dealer city automobile dharam shala road ujjain distt kangra hp on 7/11/2018 diwali day and after week scooty is not working properly, neither starts with self nor kick, and lying ideal @ road side when contact time & agaian with sub dealer at mob no[protected] parel auto mart chamba hp irresponsible & rude behavior shown and not send any company mechanic despite of assurance given by him through telephonically, which leads mental harassment and unnecessary wastage of time and carriege of scooty by personal veh which charge huge amounts. Now tomorrow morning ask the company dealer to attend the problem at site and take n/action to avoid any further loss of valuable customer satisfaction. Which is also reflect the bad name of mahindra company due to these types of dealers. Hope for strick action against such irresponsible dealers towards general public dealing.

                                We have Mahindra Rodeo purchased in october 2010. Presently indicator is not functional properly and LED light inside Indicator remains on even if bike is put off with keys.

                                This has been happening since few years we noticed it now. We are unable to get to any service center as almost all are closed dow.

                                Kindly advise where we will get this rectified. We are resident of Mira road, Thane 401105.

                                  Anti theft function is not working properly.. when I insert it's own the siren starts beeping and imobilizes engine. Even after trying too many times the bike doesn't get started.. please suggest me a solution... From the first day it self the clock was not showing right time nd I got some problem with trip meter cable so dealers had replaced the whole digital meter, even the new meter doesn't show right time, trip meter and the fuel gauge too it shows half tank where actually fuel will be in reserve. And that fuel indicator never came down from half tank. Please suggest me a solution for anti theft key problem, because I am unable to start the bike now.

                                    There is no show room and service centres at chittoor. Even spare parts also not available. You people have to do something regarding this because its very difficult if any repair comes and we are facing problems. Plz do help us. While buying vehicle they will promise we will take care if any problem comes, but now there is no show room and no service centres available.

                                      I'm the owner of mahindra mojo 2015 model. This is the second time i have faced an issue pertaining to warranty. The first time i had an issue was with the ecu, where when i raised a warranty claim, it was inititially denied stating that as my bike missed 1 scheduled service the warranty cannot be claimed. My bike had only run 10, 000 km till that time and as i was not in pune, i could not get the bike serviced. I had no possible way of getting it serviced at that time. Finally this was taken in to consideration and i was given a warranty claim of 70%.

                                      I faced another issue a month back, the speedo meeter had water vapour in it after every wash. I approached the service center and i was told this was a known issue and can be covered in warranty. Howerver my warranty claim has been rejected stating the same reason as before that my bike missed a single service. The service center called and they stated i do not have the warranty any more.

                                      This is not acceptable. Mahindra has no provision to get the bike picked up and serviced then, how would some one who is not in the state get the bike serviced.
                                      My bike has run around 12~13k km till now, and its the second manufacturing issue.
                                      Revoking the bikes warrranty because of a missed service is not acceptable. Also the service has nothing to do with the speedometer console.
                                      The reason it developed cracks is a clear manufacturing defect.

                                        Hello sir/madam,
                                        My name is nagraj and i am a proud owner of mahindra two wheelers for the past 8 years. My gusto met with an accident and needed to be repaired. One of the mechanics from sree laxmi venkateshwara automobiles, anekal picked up my scooter on 20th of september, he promised to have it repaired and delivered in a weeks time. Until now i have not received the delivery of the vehicle. The service center people say that the vehicle is still not ready. Until this monday they gave a reason that the materials have been ordered from the company and they have not arrived. Since yesterday they are claiming that all their mechanics have quit the job and they do not have anyone to repair the vehicle. I need to claim insurance for the damages, but i have not yet received the vehicle yet. It's been more than one month now.

                                        Please look into this matter urgently and help me in getting the delivery of the vehicle. It is becoming very difficult without the scooter as my wife has to take the cab every day to drop my son to school and bring him back. Also the service center is about 18 kilometer away so i cannot visit daily, now they are not even receiving my calls.

                                        My mahindra gusto number is ka05 jq 4044.

                                        Appreciate your immediate action in this matter.
