My airline had cancelled my flight from kolkata to pune. Makemytrip told me that my refund has been processed on 26th of september and i should be getting it within 3 working days. I didn't. When i contacted them, they told me i would surely get it by the 1st of oct. Again the deadline passed and i didn't get a dime in my account.
I contacted them again and they said that it would for sure reflect in my account by the 4th of oct....

I booked an oyo hotel through makemytrip (Mmt) having booking id nh[protected] by playing the total amount in advance. But after reaching the hotel at 11:15 pm the hotelier said that rs. 646 is pending which i need to pay at hotel. The hotelier denied check-in unless i pay the pending amount upfront. This is regarding mmt travel finance option in my mmt app. Earlier i availed this facility for air ticketing however from the last 5-6 days i am trying to book a few tickets but on the payment page, the mmt finance option is not coming.

As per recent announcements made by ms nirmala sithraman (Hon finance minister) regarding gst rate cut for hotels having room rate above rs 1000/- applicable from 1st oct 2019. This is also applicable for bookings done in advance before 1st oct 2019 having check in dates after 1st oct 2019.
