I booked a bus ticket from make my trip on 26th february of inr 591, through internet banking. Amount was deducted from my sbi account but the ticket was not booked, but make my trip claims that they did not receive even though my bank - sbi
Confirms that amount has been transferred to their account on 26th february. If transaction id. Has been generated that means amount has been transferred to make my trip. But they are not accepting that amount is transferred and continuously asking me to contact my bank.
How can they cheat like this. They are not accepting due lack of will to transfer back the money. Please refund the money back to my account as soon as possible

    Worst hotel booked by MMT for us at Hanoi
    We passed through an unforgettable and worst experience of a hotel booked for us during our multi country visit in Nov. last week., at Hanoi in Vietnam.
    During our stay there, when we communicated our diificulties to some Utkarsh Singh, soon, and he promised us to solve the issue and revert back soon. Neither their local suppier not any one from MMT reverted back or replied or solved the issues as if not solvable in other country.MMT was not bothered once money is collected beforehand.
    The Hotel Atrium, Hanoi was pathetic, inconvenient, dirty and like a third class gas chamber.
    I was with family, for my pleasure trip, The question was of choice of hotel/ or our accommodation, which was highly incorrect, amidst tall claims, where ANYONE can be upset.
    1.The 10X10 room was having leaking of water from one wall which soaked our bag full of fresh clothes in one night. The water was collected on floor, which was needing moping twice by worker, when reported at the front desk. The source of water may be likely from air conditioner drain pipe, which was opening in room!!
    2.There was NO window, ventilator, gallery, balcony or exit/entry except only one door. I had shared the room pictures to MMT, soon. It was like a gas chamber (covered by spotted wall papers), with stale air of days, offering smoky bad odour of perspiration and / or previous stay of an unhygeinic dirty passenger.The room was not cleaned too. The Hotel atrium was a small unit in highly congested area amidst small shops, and hotel people were running, a spa, beauty parlour for ladies, massage centre on ground floor. They had a couple of other rooms and this was the smallest cell like an Andaman cellular jail, which was allotted to us by MMT, . Verbal reassurances of MMT are never the prevalent facts on ground zero.
    3. Despite a clear cut MENTION in their final voucher, this room especially had no breakfast facility, the front desk said. The other rooms had. While we had to leave the room early for morning itineraries, we managed the breakfast from outside. Though MMT charged us for the same and, it was written written contract / voucher also., they can refer final voucher). Was that just for a writing? That indirectly suggests that criteria in selection of room by their sales people/ you must have made wrongly/ without knowing details of hotel ! There was no tea/ coffee in this room.
    4. The unit was not even the worth for motel. This was the statement given by the tour guide who used to pick up us, in mornings.
    5. Why to expect/ talk of swimming pool facility, even the napkin was not there in bathroom/ wash room. The owner behaved like as if she was obliging the street walkers for a free rain baseira. Atrium Hotel is situated in a narrow lane/ street., as shown in picture . MMT showed a class and level of maturity of choosing accommodations abroad for a client who trusted MMT .
    It was an absolutely uncomfortable stay for us in whole trip of 14 days.
    I have travelled so far 37 countries, but this is the first experience of getting cheated and being befooled, which shattered our trip pleasure. It was a pure betrayal by MMT, while we had laid a full trust on them. Who can remain silent on such issue. They should return our total stay charges of Hanoi, fully back to us.

      I have a valid ticket booked on makemytrip booking id : nn[protected], booked on the 23rd of december 2019 at 4pm approximately for rs 27, 388/-

      Just to check the ticket prices i went to cleartrip today (Picture attached with the time stamp) and was horrified to find the ticket at almost rs 10, 000/- lesser.
      Yes i do understand that prices are controlled by the airlines, however tried to call and check about the mmt best price challenge.

      The agent said, he wasn't aware of such an offer, when i quoted specifics, he said, "oh but sir you have exceeded 24 hours." this irked me because now it is apparent that he was blatantly lying to me. Therefore i continued to ask him details about my cancellation procedure and timeline it would take me to cancel and receive a refund. He kept repeating the same thing over to me, for which i got irritated and asked him to comply with my request and just give me details. He put me on a long hold, i'm not sure why and came back saying he has checked with the airline and asked me whether i want to cancel both the sectors : blr - dxb and dxb - blr, i asked him why he took so long to revert, he again put me on hold and then the call dropped.

      I had a funny feeling about this agents attitude and called back the call centre to check if my ticket has been cancelled and requested not to cancel my ticket as i was only checking the procedure and the timeline.

      However i was shocked to know that the previous agent had without my confirmation cancelled the ticket.

      This is just plain wrong and so inconvenient for us customers to spend time to complain, call the call centre stay on the ivr for long calls and be put under this kind of stress.

        I'm extremely disappointed with makemytrip because i had booked for bhurj khalifa activity on december 12 th for which the voucher was not sent to me and i couldn't contact the local agent,
        I made several international calls to make my trip and they resent the voucher after the time got over. We were not able to use the vouchers and after making so many calls and complaints make my trip is not ready to refund the money for the same. Booking i'd - 0180 - activity bhurj khalifa

          Makemytrip have to refund me rs. 3400 for the activity which they failed to provide on 16/10/2019.

          But the refund was not provided after 40days even after many failed calls and chat messages in makemytrip mobile app.

          No reply to mails i sent.

                My phone number used for some booking by somebody, i am not aware of that, i received 2 sms from make my trip. Now i received a call from executive for bulk cancellations of booking. I ignored the sms when received thought that may be it by mistake, in sms they use name vini, mohit. Please take action this illegal usage of phone number without my permission by unknown people.

                  Air india flight ai570 on 31st october 2019from mumbai to chennai was delayed by 5 hrs. I had to book another flight as i had connecting flight from chennai.
                  I was given print out by air india at chennai airport to claim full refund. I submitted all the documents on 7th november 2019 but the case is still not resolved in spite of calling, sending emails with documents again and again.
                  I am told by mmt representatives they will solve case in 24hrs - 48 hrs. Today being 19th december 2019 still no resolution. Mmt supervisor is not intrested in solving the matter.in spite of me calling several times no call back from supervisor though promised for call back by mmt representatives.
                  Air india has also sent mail that i am eligible for full refund. Still mmt is delaying. Please solve this matter.

                  At the outset, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that may have been caused to you while availing our services because of rescheduling of our flight AI570 of 31October19.

                  Despite it being our constant endeavor to operate all flights on time, sometimes the flights do get canceled / delayed / disrupted / combined at the last minute due to various constraints such as technical, operational, Air Traffic Control, bad weather, late arrival due to traffic congestion, etc, reasons which are beyond our control. In this case the flight was delayed due to technical reasons.

                  However, whenever a flight is rescheduled, passengers are informed immediately on their contact number, via SMS and Calling, so that they can make the alternate arrangement if required. Accordingly our Contact Center initiated the same. We would also like to inform that when a flight is delayed at the last minute due to above reasons and majority of the passengers are at the airport carrying out such a exercise turn futile.

                    Worst customer service i have ever seen by any travel company. I booked a cab from vadodra to indore but due to lack of legal documents cab got stopped at border check point. After this driver denied to move towards destination and he leave us over there. That time we were standing in the forest area (Naxalite area) for around 3 hours.

                    I tried to connect mmt call center and they also said sir you have to manage by your self. Then i booked local cab with premium charges.

                    I have faced so many issue from mmt still your team is asking me for invoice copy of that local taxi driver???
                    Why we are expecting bill from local taxi drivers where no one is ready to help us in that area???

                          I booked the redwoods homestay in wayanad for 27th dec to 29th dec through makemytrip will full payment of rs. 14, 580/-.

                          When i called the hotel for confirmation, to my shock i was told by the hotel person that this homestay stopped functioning 2 months back and they have not received any confirmation from any of the agents.

                          Now i have been calling customer care for the refund from past 5 days just to hear excuses. This is annoying me as i have paid nearly 15, 000/- which is a huge amount to me.

                          Now since i am lodging complaint in this forum, i expect my money within 24 hours.

                          Please note this trip is planned exclusively for children as they have vacations and they are very much exited about this trip. Now because of the negigence of make my trip, i am not able to afford to plan any other trips because of shortage of money as my money is blocked by mmt.

                          Please help me in getting my money of rs. 14, 580/- today itself and help me in proceeding with my holidays.

                          For your ready reference i am attaching the confirmation received from mmt for booking.

                          We are very much disappointed with mmt for poor response.

                            I had booked a cab from make my trip for mumbai to goa return journey from 12th dec 19 to 15th dec 19. I had made the complete payment in advance (Excluding toll charges and travel permit charges). The journey started on 12th december at 7am from mumbai. I was travelling with a girl friend. Mumbai to goa journey as shown by google maps was of approx 11 hrs by road and the distance is approx 580 kms. The cab driver said he won't be following the route shown by google maps as that route is a bit longer and he will take us through a shorter route. The driver didn't know how to read google maps. We were near amboli and goa was still 2.5 hrs away when the driver banged a car in full speed. I and my girl friend we both were sleeping in the backseat when this incident occurred. Due to this accident, my head immediately bumped into the front seat and it hurt me, luckily there were no serious wounds. When i got out of the car, i saw that the cars from bumper is damaged completely and the tanker from which water is passed on vipers has completely broken. The people from other car which was banged by our driver were shouting and abusing. They finally called up the cops and after an hour our driver paid 2000inr to the other car owner and settled the case without filing it with police. Then the driver started the drive and we reached our hotel in goa at 11.30 pm. We reached goa at 11.30 pm, it took us 17 and half hours to reach goa from mumbai. I was furious, our complete evening was wasted. We had plans to spend that evening in goa. I asked the driver to get the car repaired early morning and pick us up at 10 am on 13th dec for goa sight seeing. The driver said it will take atleast one day to get the car repaired and asked us to travel in the same car and travel back to mumbai in the same damaged car. I straight away said no and said i will talk to make my trip. On 13th dec morning, i called up make my trip customer care team at around 11am. I explained them the entire incident and after multiple follow-ups and multiple calls, i was informed that an alternate cab is being arranged and it will reach at our hotel in next 15-20 mins. Nothing happened after that for few more hours. Finally at 9 pm when i called up make my trip again, i was informed that no alternate cab can be arranged and i have to travel in the same cab. I categorically denied, how can i take the risk of travelling with the same driver again and that too in a damaged car whose speed can't go beyond 30kmph. I asked mmt to give me a written confirmation that if an accident happens with the same driver again, they will be responsible for the same. Mmt denied and after a long conversation, around 10 pm mmt agreed to cancel the booking and refund the amount paid while booking. While i was refunded the amount paid while booking, i have not been refunded the toll and travel permit charges i had paid to the driver to the tune of inr 1000. Further, due to this mismanagement and insensitiveness of make my trip customer care team, our entire trip was horrible. I had wasted my full day on 13th dec only in following up with mmt and the cab vendor on calls. Further, we had to arrange a different cab for our trip on 14th dec and 15th dec for which we were charged a very very high price... I want mmt to apologize for the insensitiveness and compensate/reimburse us for what we had to go through..

                              I have mmt travel finance of rs.200000 through capital float.. It is appearing in my mobile app and whenever i am going on the final payment page their is no option to use this credit facility. I tried more than 10 times to contact make my trip customer care and when they hear why its not appearing there. And issue is not getting resolved. When i called capital float customer care they says everything is fine from our side you need to speak to mmt customer care

                                I had a experience in make my trip that one of my booking through jet airways got cancelled. So i have contacted make my trip from the month (May) regarding my cancelled flight. They are very good with maintaining the same set of answer with all the customer care executives "we don't know the time line when you get the refund, we don't make fake promises, so any other assistance you need?"

                                Flight cancelled - may from chandigarh to delhi
                                Airlines - jet airways
                                Complaint about - worst in making customers feel
                                "what you have said is forget, what you had did is forget, how you make them feel is not forgettable" i feel bad make my trip as a customer

                                  I have been using makemytrip mobile app for long years but never faced any issues. On 10th december 2019 early morning when i booked air ticket from mumbai-kolkata-mumbai (Bom-ccu-bom) for[protected] and return on[protected], my booking id - nf[protected] and pnr lgqr3u.

                                  I was shocked to see the date once booking was confirmed as it was booked for wrong date i. E.[protected] and return on[protected]. I was very sure about the journey date and checked twice before proceeding for payment but due to makemytrip system fault, it was changed automatically on the final stage which was not shown to me. I had only come to know after the payment was made.

                                  Immediately i called makemytrip customer care and informed mr. Ayush. He had given two options, i may raise an issue and wait for the resolution or i can ask him to check with the airlines (Spice jet) whether changes can be done.
                                  I had chosen the second option and i advised him to contact airlines but mr. Ayush told that airlines (Spice jet) asked for a difference fare of rs.2040/- to modify the date. I checked online and found the price of ticket in the same flight was available at the same price which was changed to me. When i asked the same to mr. Ayush, he told that he couldn't make any arguments with the airlines and i had to pay the charges as difference in fare. I had no option but to pay and i paid to airlines (Spice jet) directly and i got the date changed.

                                  Now, as i have paid the amount of rs.2040/- due to the fault in your systems, i request you to refund the same.
                                  You can check from your systems as i'm very sure about the date for which i wanted to book the tickets.

                                    Good afternoon, on december 3, my family was supposed to fly from delhi to goa, but because of aeroflot, which canceled its flight from moscow to delhi, we could not get on your flight and we had to cancel it. It was stated that you will return the money in the amount of 3308r, within 7 days, but the money did not come. Give us our money back.

                                      Just to bring to your notice, due to sudden medical emergency in my family i had to cancel my dubai trip. I had booked radisson dubai for four days, and intimated both the hotel and mmt regarding my change of plans. I got confirmation from both hotel and mmt executive (Mohit) that hotel as an exception is okay with modification on the dates, for which i told them considering the health conditions i will be able to confirm on the dates by weekend and i am okay with refund or mmt credits also.
                                      After 2 days i get a mail from mmt that hotel has rejected modification or refund for my booking, on further probing mmt executive gave me reason as it was not in terms with out terms and conditions hence same modification or refund is not possible. I mailed to the hotel which in turn confirmed that they were okay with modification as an exception but due to delay in reply from mmt end booking has been marked as no show. And its been more than 8 days now and mmt team are still unable to give me a reason for no modification. I have already shared the hotel mail with them.
