As i took the europe trip from make my trip, our interview in chandigarh was on 10 oct 2019. The visa got refused due to 8th reason mentioned in letter. Which is "the information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not reliable." which was clearly the mistake of company in preparing the file and now they are not cooperating with us. Even not advicing us what to do next. Is investing in your company for a holiday is a money waste?

    I have booked an international fight ticket and i have change of travel date too i have paid the ticket cost and after while change of travel date i have paid the amount too but i have not received the invoice for the total amount i have been keep on calling the customer service several times more than 10 time in 15 days always the say the same in 24 hr issue will rectify but its not rectified they are not sending me the invoice all we bad costumer service very very bad management

      Its been over a year for getting a resolution for my travel hotel booking complaint, its been pathetic both from this forum as well as mmt team

      Very lousy no resolution for the wrong selling for over 18 months???

      I was been assured many times but nonsesne it is that it has never been resolved.

      Tried many time reacing mmt seniors but there is no heed???

        Mmt had offered me mmt travel capital float to my mmt account. I had used it several times for bookings. Now whenever i am trying to book any ticket, it is not showing in last payment option. I had tried multiple times but still not able to get this option at payment page.
        Requesting you to please look in this concern & sort it out asap.

          On 11th oct 2019, i booked a hotel in OYO hotel '' Hotel Sea Blue Inn'' by MMT of 2 rooms for 3 nights. In the Eve of 11th oct 2019, i tried to check-in in the hotel, intially hotel manager stalled us for some booking confirmation and then he flew away for 1 hr. i and along with my parents waited in the hallway for around 3 hours. then i tried calling OYO and MMT call center to resolve my problem, But in Vain. Everybody was just assuring to deal with my problem but nobody did anything. At last, divested of my choices, i chose to book room in the same hotel offline at an escalated price which costed me 4000 rupees extra. MMT guys proceed the refund process the very next day and made look they did some kind of favour. i want some compensation atleast for my mental trauma and hardship.

            We are a 5 star hotel in leh. Name is the abduz. We are unable to contact our bd, since he may be in j&k with no communication.               Dear team,

              Let me share my horrifying experience with you which my friends had to experience with booking made through mmt. On 12th sept, i had booked two flight tickets for them from shirdi to delhi for 13th oct spice jet flight with payment of rs 13828/. To our utter surprise the tickets issued to us were of 13th sept instead of 13th oct due to some glitch in mmt tool. My friend along with his family reached shirdi airport yesterday (13th oct) and two members out of 3 were refused by the airlines staff to enter stating that the flight was of 13th sept and not 13th oct.

              This was really a harassment at the airport and shocking since half the family had the flight to return and 2 members had to go through this pain. After lot of arguments and uneasiness at the airport had no option than to buy 2 more tickets again for the return to delhi on 14th oct which was not planned resulted in half the family to stay back in shirdi and to go back from the airport and checkin into a hotel and return again next morning for the return flight.

              Let me know in case you need any further detail for this issue.

              This is purely not acceptable, hence requesting you to kindly take immediate action and refund the entire amount of rs 13828/ against which the booking was made else will have to take this up on social media and consumer forum. Looking forward for a positive response on topmost priority.

              Just had a word with soumya from the mmt who had refused to share the department and kept saying that we will not be able to refund anything.

                I have booked kaya valley resort on 27 sep 2019, with credit card. My booking id is nh[protected] at time mmt deducted rs 1 and remaining amount will be autodeducted from card by make my trip on 12 oct 2019. But today on 13 we got msg regarding cancellation of booking. And after calling customer care they told that due to technical issue they were not able to deduct remaining amount so they have cancelled our room. I am ready to pay today but they have cancelled. They even not call or inform about on 12 if they inform, we also can make payment. Now price of all hotel are increased as 1 week remains. We have booked in advance so that we can get discount. I m very disappointed by mmt i thought it is very big brand name but now i feel cheated by mmt. That is mmt responsibility to deduct amount and as card is already working i used it and if anyhow they are not able to deduxt then they can atleast call before cancelling. Please do something

                  I humayun kabir, a consumer of mmt,, in 28sep 2019 i booked 2room with non refundable amount, but when we would go for check in and hotel denied our check in,, at that time we facing problem to fined another hotel and customer care of mmt not supporting us,, and after that we another with rs 11000 and facing losses and getting harrasment at that peak season in shillong,, we want my money back from mmt bokking amount and also we give extra amount to other hotel rs7000also

                    Even after broken down of vehicle and due to my emergency i hired a nearby car after two hours from broken down of vehicle and completed my trip with due intimation to concerned authorities. After our departure and after three hours of break down they have arranged a cab and intimated to us during our journey and told us to deduct for the advance paid 911 by us which is a cheating and arrange for full refund.

                      Hi team,

                      We booked hotel at udaipur via makemytrip and done payment of rs 1500, but while checking in hotel deny they do not have any tie up with mmt and our booking is cancelled, now make my trip is not entertaining us and not ready to lodge complain or to process refund.

                      I request you to look at issue on priority and sort it out.

                        I am a regular customer of mmt and i had paid rs 1499 fr the annual subscription where in a passenger gets a benefit of 2 air and 2 hotel cancellations and she to the shocking jet airways stoppage by the airline mmt also did not give me the one cancellation balance in my account even after my repeated complaints and calls and messages i was also promised a cancellation by the executive and even there are offers going on and the exec said to book but now if i need to cancel i am not getting the benefit of cancellation and whts the use of i have paid rs 1499 is this wht i get it's cheating by mmt and also if i cancel my booking now i wll loose the full amount hence urgently help me to get my full cancellation benefit back or my full ticket amount i wnt u to do the needful now. I had also taken oneore annual membership on my other email id after the exec promised me the reversal it's cheating the customer s

                        Don’t portray the blame excuse, if had been server error update me the history.

                        Time when they deducted amount and raised the amount of that particular frame raised.

                          This is regarding my hotel stay under booking id nh[protected], during which i have experience horrible service from hotel mandrin chandigarh and pathetic response from makemytrip.

                          I paid rs 2391 for the hotel stay booked thru mmt app and checked in there around 8 pm. I was to get up early next day as i had to travel at 6 am. However, due to bedbugs bites i woke up with bites all over my body, at 1 am. I was shocked. It took some time for hotel staff to understand the issue and the shifted me to other room, where i could only get to sleep not before 3 am and missed my schedule for next day. I informed mmt immediately about the issue and also sent them a video of the bugs all around.

                          I expected a responsible, customer centric company like mmt would take cognizance of matter and trouble i faced and would provide a reasonable resolution to complaint i made. However, they mocked entire thing and offered rs. 500 voucher as a compensation. Since this is no suitable response to the grievance i raised, i rejected and have since spoken/wrote to three different team reps from mmt, but they told "it is against their policies to go beyond the solution offered..."

                          I fail to understand why i am made to bear the cost of a stay which was painful and uncomfortable.

                          This is gross, regrettable behavior from services like mmt and would only compel me to seek legal recourse with suitable compensation for this pain incurred, in case they fail to address the issue.

                          MMT has charged me for flight for jet airways on 19th April the flight operations got cancelled and they have not returned my money since then. I’ve called them a hundred times however no refund has been initiated as yet. Please help me out here

                            I had booked a ticket from banglore to paris on feb 26th 2018, however since my visa was rejected i had called makemytrip and asked them to keep the status for the ticket as open they agreed and did so, but now when i want to rebbok the ticket they say the ticket is already refunded and are lying that ghe airlines dont have that policy but when i crossed checked with the airlines they said that they can keep the tickets open for atleat a year from the date of issue.

                              After booking before 5 months paying the entire bill amount hotel refused to provide us room when it was 12.45 am at night. Waiting with 6 senior citizen at night after travelling for more than 24 hrs... This is the kind of customer service you people are providing... Hotel shahjah agra vide booking no nh[protected] dated 10oct to 11oct refused to provide us room as the agreement between makemytrip & shahjah is no more... Need proper resolution on this else i will take legal action against makemytrip..

                                I had booked a hotel through mmt on 9th oct 2019 in hyderabad for staying on 10th oct 2019, the hotel name is hotel tourist palace, make my trip confirmed me the booking on 9th but wehen i went to check in on 10th the hotel refused n said they don't have any tie up with mmt and when i contacted them they assured to resolve in 45 mins but tgey didn't resolved nor responded i had to wait an hr for their call but they didn't called and finally i had to pay a lot more for some other hotel and had to suffer a lot in search of hotel with my family... This experience is horrible and should not be repeated with any one they should learn a lesson.

                                  We had booked 4 tickets for our family to travel to us and back though makemytrip booking id: nn[protected]Onward 18th april and return on 9th may). Our tickets were cancelled by the airline/makemytrip on 13th april; we rushed to the jet airways office and also called up makemytrip only to be told that they could not help us in anyway. Eventually with just 5 days to go and it being the easter weekend, we had to buy new tickets on a different airline for a very high amount. It's been 6 months now and i have made several calls to makemytrip and also sent several emails, only to be told that that my refund is still under process. Please help me get this refund of rs.2.5 lacs. This is my hard earned money, not to mention the emotional trauma involved. Looking forward to some favourable action.

                                    Ihave booked a europe trip on 2015 aug with my brother subham puhan. As per their schedulethey have taken money i. E. 3lakhs 2 thosand from me saying to book europe trip they also took our visa. At the end moment they told that your visas are cancelled. And since 4years they are telling u will refund the money. Always when i call them they just make some excuse.

                                      Booking id-nn[protected] on makemytrip india.
                                      On 7th september 2019, i had made a round-trip flight booking from mumbai to mauritius with air mauritius via makemytrip india. The total amount paid to makemytrip india by me was rs. 41, 537 (Invoice photo attached).
                                      The total amount was debited from my account at this point.

                                      On 18th september 2019, at 8:39am (Ist), i received an email saying my flight cancellation request is submitted and refund of rs. 5423 is in process (Photo attached below). However, i had not requested for this cancellation. I am based in doha, qatar, and according to indian standard time 8:39am, it was 6:09am where i live when i received this email.in order for me to request for cancellation, i would have to log into makemytrip and enter an otp for the login, however, i had not logged into my account, nor did i receive any otp in my emails from makemytrip at that time.
                                      Attached below is a screenshot of my email inbox (From [protected]@rediffmail.com) where the first received otp from makemytrip on 18th september 2019 was at 9:53am qatar time (Ist: 12:23pm). As per the email sent to me, i have requested for the cancellation on 18th september 2019 at 6:09 am qatar time (Ist: 8:39am), however i could not have logged into my account without an otp. This proves i did not log into my account on 18th september 2019 before 9:53am qatar time (Ist: 12:23pm) and have not requested for this alleged cancellation of my flight tickets.

                                      When i called makemytrip india's helpline on 18th september 2019 and spoke to suman krishnan, i was not given any complaint id and the customer service refused to file a complaint on my behalf stating that this cancellation was done through a website or app, so they insisted it was done by me (Email photo attached). They even sent me an email the next day saying this issue is resolved and they are closing the case from their end! This email was sent from swagata (Email photo attached).

                                      On 21st september 2019, after waiting for their response from the higher authorities; i demanded for an ip address, date and time of the computer that requested the cancellation. I also provided all proof from my end with images and pdf files proving this cancellation was not requested from my side (Email photo attached).

                                      On 22nd september 2019, i received an email on [protected]@yahoo.com, stating that makemytrip will provide a refund of rs.15473 to my account. No explanation was provided on their end, and no refund tracking information or details were sent to me.

                                      On 23rd september 2019, i got a response from swagata stating there will be a refund of rs. 20, 876 processed to my account. There was no explanation for this random amount refunded, and she said there would be further validation needed to refund more amount (Email photo attached).

                                      On 25th september 2019, i received an email from sachari majumdar from makemytrip, saying that they will need another 24-48 hours to resolve my query (Email photo attached). I sent an email demanding explanations for the inconsistent refunded amounts to different emails and asked for proof of refund transactions (Email photo attached).
                                      However, i was not provided with any ip address, date, times of the computer that requested this cancellation.

                                      On 26th september 2019, sanchari briefly explained that rs.20, 876 was a total of rs.5423 and rs.15, 473 provided by makemytrip. There was no explanation given for the terms and conditions as to why these refund amounts were processed (Email photo attached)

                                      I responded to her email on 26th september 2019, stating my urgency to book another ticket as i have already made hotel bookings worth rs.80, 000 in mauritius and have taken leave from work. I requested for the full amount of my ticket refunded and to give me details about the ip address of the computer. Since makemytrip was taking this situation very lightly, i decided to investigate this situation myself and demanded for the ip address. (Email photo attached).

                                      I got a response from anamika sen on 27th september 2019, saying that they have requested a supervisor to call back (Email photo attached).

                                      On 27th september 2019, after i spoke to abhijit basu via a telephonic conversation, he said he would provide me with the ip address of the computer that requested the cancellation. I also asked him to send me phone numbers and emails of his seniors at makemytrip so i could escalate this fraudulent issue myself. He wasn't giving me any details via the telephone and said he would email all these details.
                                      I received an email from him on 27th september 2019, with the ip address and date and time of the cancellation request (Email photo attached). However, he failed to provide me any emails or phone numbers of the higher authorities at makemytrip india.

                                      According to the email, the ip address that requested the cancellation was 223.189.167.35, when i used geo location to track this ip address, i found that this ip address was based in jaipur, india (Photo attached).
                                      This proves i did not request for this cancellation, since i was in doha, qatar at the time of the cancellation. Nor did i receive any otp to log into my makemytrip account to proceed with this request (As explained above).

                                      On 28th september 2019, i received an email from karthik gujral from a different email of makemytrip stating he contacted my number but there was no response. (Email photo attached)
                                      On 29th september 2019, i sent an email to karthik gujral stating i had provided 3 phone numbers and none of them received any calls. (Email photo attached). He replied on 29th september 2019 stating he couldn't contact either of those numbers (Email photo attached). I did not receive any calls from unknown numbers and refuse to believe karthik had contacted all three numbers provided. All numbers are functioning and in service. I replied to him on 30th september 2019, asking him to stop providing false stories and work towards resolving my issue (Email photo attached).

                                      On 30th september 2019, i got an email asking for otp to change my password for my makemuttrip account. I have not requested to change my password for my account and have not logged into the account at all (Email photo attached). My account has either been hacked or this is a fraudulent activity or a system error from makemytrip. I did reply back to the email saying this wasn't requested by myself, however this email bounced back (Email photo attached). As usual, i did not receive any help regarding this suspicious activity from makemytrip.

                                      On 29th september 2019, i had also sent an email replying to abhijit basu saying the ip address he provided was not mine and this is a fraudulent activity with full details and proof (Email photo attached).
                                      However, i got no response from abhijit or any makemytrip employees regarding this email. After 5 whole days of waiting for abhijit's or any makemytrip' employee's response, i sent another email on 4th october 2019 demanding a reply for my previous email to abhijit basu (Email photo attached).

                                      On 5th october 2019, i received an email from karthik gujral stating their tech team has requested to go to cyber cell as they investigated this was a fraudulent activity taken place (Email photo attached). However, there was no mention of any refunds or my booking to be reinstated. What type of customer service is this, where no one compensates their customers in a fraudulent case? I responded to his email demanding a compensation as i had no fault in this activity (Email photo attached).

                                      I have continually asked for a full refund of my ticket or my booking reinstated asap, however makemytrip india has only delayed this procedure and failed to provide me with credible sources of information.

                                      It is currently 9th october 2019, and i still have not received a single rupee refunded from makemytrip india. They continually sent these refund emails without providing any refund reference id, so i couldn't track the refund with my bank as well. They claim that the refund has been processed, but have never provided any photo evidence or tracking number or details of the refund sent to my bank account.
                                      Furthermore, they have not provided me with any emails or phone numbers of higher authorities/supervisors/managers to escalate my problem. They are inconsistent with their emails and have the worst customer service.

                                      Makemytrip india has such a poor security system that allows anybody to log into their customers account bypassing the otp procedure, to go ahead and cancel someone's booking without any warning or otp or calls. They also have a poor customer service that delays the problems as opposed to compensating their customer with right information. I had requested for the ip address several days before it was provided to me, makemytrip refused to forge a complaint from my side even though i insisted.

                                      I am in a state o[censored]rgency as i am in loss of rs. 41, 537. This amount is irreplaceable and precious. I have already made hotel bookings in mauritius worth rs. 80, 000 and have taken leave from my job for this trip. It is highly important for me to book another round-trip flight tickets to mauritius as the prices of flight tickets are increasing day by day. Makemytrip india should not only refund my full amount of rs. 41, 537, but also bare the extra cost of
                                      My next flight booking. Or they should provide me another confirmed booking on the same dates and times with air mauritius.
                                      I have gone through a traumatic experience after this incident with makemytrip causing my stress levels to rise with their lack of solutions and inconsistent information provided.
                                      Please help me in fighting for my money and my rights as a consumer. Makemytrip should not take such serious issues lightly, where their customer is in loss of rs. 41, 537. They should be taught a lesson to increase their security system and strengthen their customer service so that other consumers don't have to go through this trauma.
                                      Please raise an issue with makemytrip india to help compensate me with a full refund or reinstate my booking on the same dates and times with air mauritius.

                                      I hope the indian consumer complaints forum will take action against makemytrip and help me in resolving this fraudulent issue.

                                        I had booked a hotel through makemytrip.com at guwahati. The name of the hotel is oyo flagship 28562 hotel fortune, vide booking id: nh7p[protected]. The hotel manager cancelled the booking & sold my booked room to other party at high cost. I had contacted to the customer care of makemytrip.com & they assured me to refund the excess amount that i had incurred in guwahati & i had sent the tax invoice & my bank details to the makemytrip.com. Still now i have not got the refund. Makemytrip is totally fradulent nature.
