In this by mistake i booked room for single guest
I realised it and tried to modify booking from app thinking i wil have to pay difference only for extra guest
But instead it booked one more room
And i was charged 19769

I called customer care executive and told about this he guided me and told i should cancel this booking and amount wil be refunded as second booking is refundable.
When i tried it showed cancel entire booking i again contacted customer care and informed them regarding this they assured me not to worry only second booking wil get cancelled and first wil remain same i did so and called customer care to add an extra guest to my previous booking i have been told hotel reservation desk is clsoe and u wil get a call from make my trip next day for additional guest info and charges
But yesterday i didn't got any call so i called customer support today i have been told my entire booking is been cancelled ur second booking refundable so you are getting that refund but first booking non refundable so won't get any refund if you want you can book other room again!
I wanted to talk to supervisor call was not been transferred and was been asked to wait for two hours for call from your side.
What kind of service is this?
Are there call centre representative are fully aware of functioning of services?
What should i do now?
Now my both booking cancelled not getting refund too
Whn i called customer care service n number of times
On 30 th oct i got confimatray mail from make my trip that my previous booking is confirmed and room reserved
But now again on 3 rd of oct i got mail your booking cancelled
I m not getting what to do
