booking has not been confirmed but amount debited

I had booked booked through make my trip. My account name is vidhya rajamohan. We booked two beds in manyana hostel, indiaranagar, bangalore for 30 august 2019 to 1 september 2019. We paid through netbanking. The amount has been debited but no booking is shown. The helpline has no provision to talk about this issue and the chat is also not responding....

How is that possible i had paid 26000.i know some money gets deducted during cancellation but this is not fair you cant cancel the whole amount and it is not a small amount

I just finishing booking tickets with make my trip.com and was shocked to see a 1500 rs surcharge on my ticket for convenience fee. This was taken on a ticket totaling 10, 733 rs at the end of the transaction. This equals 15% surcharge for booking on their site after they have already charged you normal booking fees included in the fare. didn't get refund even after 20 days

Booked a hotel in jalandhar, cancelled it on same day. All transaction was online. 12 days over no refund. Contacted their executives 4 times. 4 times and 4 different reasons. During the payment option i have selected the monthly emi option for 12 months for the total purchase of inr 89673 for which the monthly emi was approx. Inr 7900.
