I had booked for 2 oct check in and 3 oct check out at anp apartment.
But my check in was denied. Reason they said locals not allowed.
They said to me that it's in their policies.
They have mentioned locals not allowed in another link of all policies. Which is completely wrong.
Further when i received call from hotel representative he confirmed my name but they very next question he asked from where i belong. which clearly shows he wanted to know if i am a localite.
Seems this is a very easy way to make money. if localites was not allowed this very point should have been mentioned in guest profile or general restriction.
This is a clear case of fraud and make my trip supports it. and that's very annoying.
It's clear. i need full refund to my payment source or i will never you make my trip. As this amount is low. What if amount t would have been high. it's matter of trust.

And regardless whatever atleast take my suggestion. ask the hotel mention locals not allowed in general restriction so that no other customer is duped again.

    Hello: i would like to highliggt the recent fraud that happened to me. I am long time associated with MMT and a frequent flyer. Also, holding MMT Black customer relationship with MMT. Based on the milestone achieved, MMT credits cash rewards in as"My Cash" which can be used for the future bookings without any restrictions. There were two incident happened this month alone for which i have already registered official complaints however there was no resolution provided as i write this feedback. The first incident took place when there was a direct debit from my cash wallet of 2370 rupees on 7th Oct 2019 while I was in international trip. Earlier on 5th Oct I achieved two milestones so MMT credited 2500 rupees. The second incident is way more serious where last night 28th Oct, I received a message for my flight cancellation (15k+) and processing of refund (7k+) to "My Cash". I was in Panic situation since the flight got cancelled without my consent. Moreover, while i was registering another official complaints to MMT, there was a direct debit of 7k+ from "My Cash" Wallet. Moving to consumer forum if the timely resokution is not provided

    Thanks for forwarding it to the concerned team. My MMT user id is "[protected]@rediffmail.com" which i forgot to update in the initial thread. Also attaching the details of wrong cancellation of my flight. I am really expecting the timely resolution for this fraud. Total disputed Amount is 17k+ (INR 15484 original flight booking amt + INR 2370 My cash)

      Sir,
      Below is my ticket itinerary which we booked through makemy trip on may 4th, 2019.
      Ticket was booked with reference contact number - [protected].
      We had booked our ticket on may 4th & got our schengen visa 2 months before our travel date also, but we suddenly come with the surprise that we may need transit visa for uk on 25th september then we immediately rush and submit visa for transit in uk on 26th itself.
      Note - makemy trip did not have specification on transit visa on may 4th when we booked and when i started complaining about lack of information they try to immediately update system and try to put on customer stating it was there. They ask for proof or screen shot from me to prove i was false on my statement but you know what when i was just inquiring to reroute my ticket to istambul your team had blocked a trip for one way from chennai to istambul on december 3 this is how your team made mistake that there was no update on transit visa when we booked but they prove customer as false.

      When i asked query on change on date for onwards and rerouting the british airways gives very nominal charges but makemytrip kept giving me all false price of penalty charge7000 +5%, makemytrip fee 500 + fare difference (Every time it was different price and price werer touching the sky)
      At final stage when i got price from make my trip for change of date it was 54000 odd for 1person, which i kept stating that british airways itself is having only rs.35000 as fresh ticket fare, your people kept telling me that british air ways is charging all this things and mae my trip is charging only rs. 500 as fee which was biggest cheating words. As when i spoke to british air ways they said they dont put any penalty or so, they only charge difference fare. Finally when i explained british airways on the problems i am facing with make my trip they halped me to open ticket from your blocked segment and just imagine they have charged only 9500 per ticket. Which make my trip had demanded to charge rs. 54000 per ticket.

      Let me clear you guys, i was harassed to max level that i am gonna take serious action on this now, i have all the call records i have spoken to each and every telecaller of make my trip from junior to senior the names are below, (Gulzar shake, manjinder singh, blossom, asha, vivek, abhinav, anil singh, neha, shemala, prachi suman, sumit)
      I also have the call records of british airways mr. Hari krishnan who helped us to come out of this issue finally with a great support.
      I am going to publish this on social media on how make my trip fools travelers and cheat with this big amount on every step. Am also gonna write a big complaint to british airways that how this make my trip put things on british airways and creates negative approach and bad name to british airways.
      You may think that i cannot stop anything big for you but am sure i can at least bring the truth to public on how you people deal and cheat by spreading the call recordings so every traveler will start fighting with you to level you guys have harassed me and am sure i can atleast stop people in hundreds of number to deal with make my trip or start fighting for same by educating them how you guys play around by stating that its airline charges.

      I kept requesting to prachi suman who is so called "senior" in make my trip support team to just get my trip postponed without any fee as it was your mistake for less informative but she give me rs. 500 wave off 4 days harassment, then when i got connected with british ways with paid call the gentle men hari krishnan understood the way we were bleeding and gave a oxygen to breath and to live.
      Again prachi suman calls me and offer for rs. 500 as voucher as to cover the mistake they did, let me tell you clearly i can be quite doing my business if i get proper amount of voucher to use with full value than terms than condition by fooling me again for the level of harassment your team has given me. Else i am not going to sit quite for sure.
      I need immediate solution for this atleast now than letting me bursting on media, and am damn serious to do so.

        Sir i have booked 2 rooms for 2 days in kumbhalgarh capital o tiger valley resort, booking id is nh[protected] we have paid total amount of booking. But when we reached at hotel, they refused to give rooms when we call to nakemytrip they told there is issue with oyo and makemytrip so they cant give room after wasting 2 hours at last finally they told they cant give room in this resort and also nearby resirt. We have to manage by ourselves. They only can refund money and after arguement first they told 800 extra as mycash, but if we inquire other resort available minimum at 2500 per day per room while we booked room arround 1100 approx. So we have to pay 5500 more. Makemytrip staff also talked with our resort staff they told to pay 10000for 2 days so mmt refused that they cant pay, then they told to give 2890 as mycash immediately but till date we dont received this amount i have proof of recorded all call with mmt. Due to makemy trip our whole day wasted my four year child have to stay outsidw for 3 hours till we booked another hotel. Due to high rate of hotels we have to reduced our stay at kumbhalgarh from 2 days to one day. I am attaching my booking file for your reference.

          Hi all, i booked a train ticket which is a waiting list and train schedules by 11.30pm night. And i got confrmation from irctc ticket partial confirmed like mb and wl1. With that any way i cannot travel thought if cancelling. Make my trip only u can call and cancel when chart prepared. But till 10 click i tried but customer care working hours 9am to 6pm. Chat support i tried no one picked the ticket and more over after a day pick ticket. Next day when i called they said with in 4hr train depature we need to cancel. Due to their cc and chta support i was not able to cancel. If i would have done in irctc i would have cancelled same day after getting message and wl and tdr i would have got refund.
          Now i shared all the proofs to make mytrip not got proeper response how many times i called, issue not resolved and worst customer service i ever seen. Don't trust this type of apps, they really worse then ever.

            I was scheduled for taking nrt cmb blr flight on 28-oct-19 at 11.20am and just came to know at the airport there is no such flight today its on 29-oct, then how come mmt had issued a e-ticket for 28th oct.. And why was i not informed well in advance if theres a reschedule with a new e-ticket???. I have an infant travelling with me and my wife and all our hotel, rail pass, wifi etc were only upto 28th... Mmt is very casually saying they cant help and we can take 29th oct flight... Who will bear the extra expenses of extra day at hotel??? Or do they expect us to stay 24hrs more at airport with a baby???

            And mmt is not even confirming reissue of ticket with change date of 29-oct???

            And if i still want to return today itself as my original plan it will cost me more than one lakh to book new flight, who will bear that cost???

            Mmt needs to refund in full for thier mistake of not informing pasenger as its thier duty as agents thats why we choose travel agents in the first place to make it easy fr passengers but instead mmt is the one causing us financial and emotionsl hassles...

              I have booked jet airways flight on april 9 2019 but still havenot recieved the refund. The mmt staff is not giving me any news about my refund.. Its almost 6 months and i am still waiting for my refund. I have requested them a lot of times to give refund but they are not helpful... I need my refund back asap. U r the last hope i m trying to reach. Everytime i call them they are not giving any response on raising my request of refund. They only told me almost all have recieved their refund. Please look into this.
              I am tired and actually need my money as i have recently started my job and 4200 rs. Is not a small amount. Please give my refund back.

                Dear sir,

                I would like to inform you that makemytrip is my preferred travel service provider since a long time. So when i thought of choosing travel partner for my honeymoon trip i didn't thought twice before choosing makemytrip as my holiday service provider.

                Much to my expectation i was excellently approached by mr. Parikshit to choose my holiday plan and i booked my holiday trip at bangkok pattaya (20th dec 2019 to 25 th dec 2019) on that very day (Booking id nl[protected]. Then on 24th december i got a message stating my flight tickets has been canceled from spicejet end, so i immediately informed sapna sharma, my relationship manager for the trip.

                In this regard i got a call from mr. Ankit kaushik supposedly to resolve my problem, but surprisingly he paid no heed to my problem and gave his verdict that i have to pay additional amount despite having booked a packaged holiday trip. When i tried to explain my problem and i am not at fault to pay the additional amount he started shouting at me. I was so surprised to face such terrible behaviour from a makemytrip employee that at that point i even decided to cancel my trip for which he answered i can do if i want to.

                After this incident i am feeling like i have made some kind of crime to book a holiday trip from makemytrip, which despite having such brand name having such poor after sales customer service.

                I hope you will mediate into it and resolve the issue.

                  I booked a train for tonight from udaipur to jaipur (19666). After the final chart came out, the seat status was showing as RAC (reservation against cancelation). So I tried to cancel it as per the policy on irctc website, but it said that I booked it from MMT so the TDR can't be filed. When i tried to cancel it from MMT, it had an option of TDR filing via chat only. I delivered so many messages to Chat with Myra. But there was no response at all. I even called on your helpline but it had no option of speaking to an executive. As per the IRCTC policy I can cancel my RAC ticket at least half an hour before the departure time. But because of this technical failure in your website, I now missed the deadline to do so. I am very very disappointed with your service in this regard. Kindly pay attention to my scenario and provide a resolution to this

                    Hi, i have booked tickets for travelling from tinsukia to pune on 9th october 2019.
                    But plans changed & i cancelled my ticket.

                    Mmt is yet to refund me the amount of 11000/- approx.
                    I have been following up with them consistently, but they just keep delaying the stuff.

                      I used makemytrip app to book an international activity on 2nd oct 2019. The booking voucher was generated on the app itself (Screenshot attached with booking id and qr codes). The activity was scheduled for 12 oct 2019 in venice, italy. I reached the vendor location before time and showed them the mmt voucher. But they refused it saying that they are looking for a different voucher than one mmt generated on the app.
                      So then i called up mmt to resolve the issue and they said that a different voucher was sent on 10th oct on my email.in the meanwhile, vendor left with his ship and i was stranded.

                      So my issue is that first of all, makemytrip didn't call me to inform that a different voucher would be needed to redeem the activity. Also the voucher was sent very late, just 2 days before activity. How can they expect me to read my mails on vacation. And lastly the vendor they were working with had no information on the passengers names who would be travelling with them. That is very unprofessional.

                      I request a full refund of rs 2678 from make my trip.

                        I am biswarup chakraborty, a regular customer of makemytrip company regret to inform you that i booked hotel mountain trail at balasore (7th october to 9th october) for two days during durga puja with triple occupancy through your website. On 7th morning at 8.32 a. M. I called up mr. Vivek shaw of hotel owner of mountain trail for our room booking confirmation. He told us everything is ok.
                        When we reached at hotel, we have been offered a temporary room (205). The hotel owner mr. Vivek shaw told us that within half an hour we will get another room for first day and on the next day room no. 201 will be given. We have asked for a permanent room as we have booked it on 12th september.
                        Room no. 205 has no ventilation or any exhaust outlet due to air conditioning facility. He told us that he will charge rupees 300 extra for ac facility. Thus rejected his offer and continued to stay in room no. 205 without ac facility.
                        Suddenly we have discovered that our television was not working. We reported him immediately regarding this but no response. After having lunch again when we have asked for television, they told us some mechanic will come and check the problem. We gave them our room key and left for darshan of panchalingeswar temple.
                        At 5 p. M. When we returned and asked for the television set to be repaired or not? We got the reply from hotel boy that mechanic has taken the television set for repairing. Then we have asked for another set. Hotel boy suggested us it is not possible for them better we watch youtube on our mobile phone. During our conversation with hotel boy all of a sudden the owner of that hotel mr. Vivek shaw started abusing us with slang languages that we have paid the amount to makemytrip.com only not to him. Also physically pushed me and said better to leave his hotel immediately.
                        We were totally surprised for this offensive behavior of the owner of the hotel mountain trail, mr. Vivek shaw. As we have no other option / choice but to stay for our puja holidays we returned back to room no. 205. First time in my life, i have experienced such ill-treated hospitality from a reputed company.
                        We have evidence of our room facility (No television set), strongly protest for this kind of in human hospitality.
                        You are requested to take immediate action against this person and hotel mountain trail (Panchalingeswar balasore, odissa). This kind of audacity cannot be tolerated. You should black list this hotel immediately so that any other customer does not get cheated further in future.
                        Take it as an official complaint against the owner of hotel mountain trail, mr. Vivek shaw.
                        Soon we are going to publish this review to all related websites and further move to consumer court with legal formalities.

                        Till date no compensation or refund given by Makemytrip, whenever we are calling their Customer Care Team, only giving false commitment.
                        Also sharing room image as proof, color television set is missing.

                          Make my trip has given me a mmt travel finance of 200000inr through capital float.. It was appearing in my mobile app and wenevr i tried bookingbthe option showed me in final booking page.. And from today its not appearing in my booking page and i tried more than 50timea to contact make my trip customer care and when they hear why its not appearing there.

                            I booked 3 tickets with booking ref no. Nn[protected] dated 13-mar-2019, pnr no. Ebkrte jet airways flight delhi to doha for 07-may-2019.
                            I received a mail on 18-apr-2019 that the flight was canceled by airlines. Makemytrip agents promise refund will be reflected in the account within 7 days. I received an mail on 07-may-2019 the refund amount of inr 11184 for makemytrip booking id nn[protected] has been successfully processed.
                            But this amount only for 1 ticket another 2 tickets refund not process yet.
                            I called much time to customer care regarding this they said to wait for some time. I am waiting for 7 months but i did not get my refund. They are not giving any alternate, due to this i and my family suffering from last 7 months, how i can survive, i am very disappointed. Please help us and take action regarding this for my refund.

                              I booked a hotel in leh for 19th oct to 22 oct via mmt and paid all the money in advanced. When i reached at my destination the hotel is locked. Mmt make fool for us all the time. They provide a hotel which is already locked since last one month and they just saying for given alternate booking but they didn't provide that. All this time i had to suffered with high fever and ridiculously cold. My wife and cousins' wife had vomitting and very painfull headache... We have to suffer from cold wind in 10°c temp for 3 hours and they only said about waiting for 20-25 mins everytime... All this time we have passed through so much difficulties, we have problems in breathing but what they all do only just saying about sorry & sorry. But the only fact is that we all have to pass through physically and mentally harrassment only because of mmt and they also denied for provide any compensation... Those behaviour were so rude and ridiculous... They are just want to make their profit but they have no feeling about their customers and their trip.. They just ruined our whole trip, our whole day... I want to take legal action against them.. They dont have any rights to spoil someone's trip and health. They just put us on the road for 3 hours in freeze temperature...

                              Why my complain mark as resolved while i didn't get any message from any side or any compensation.. thats not good.. you can't do this things.
                              They have provided a discount of INR 8000 before booking however they are now denying stating its for future.

                                I booked cab from makemytrip from gurgaon to jaipur and got confirmation that it will come 9.30 in morning. When i called driver, he confirmed he will reach. Then he dint reach till 9.45 and found that he is not coming. Then makemytrip customer care asked me to wait for another cab which they are arranging and it will come in sometime. But it dint come n again cust care asked to wait, after many hours, they just said that they are unable to arrange cab. So, my family trip went in vain and it became a big torture to use makemytrip which i'll never use again in future. Also, i made hotel booking using mmt, so i asked them to refund my hotel amount as i am unable to reach hotel due to non availability of cab from makemytrip but they are just doing nothing and wasting my time. Even tried talking to senior person but they kept us waiting for hours and said they will call but nobody called. This is really pathetic and i decided never to use makemytrip and also told lot of my friends not to use it as it is fraud. Just due to this cab mishap by makemytrip i was unable to go to jaipur and also felt bad in front of my guests. Really pathetic service by mmt. Fraud people, customers money is not something growing on tree. I need my money back.

                                  For my flight cancelled by the airlines where the booking was done through mmt (Makemytrip), i have been incessantly following up with mmt on the refund status. Every call i make to the customer care only the person is different whereas their updates has no progress to share with customer.
                                  In jun i had requested to escalate and mmt promised my case will be escalated and chased up.
                                  Today when i call again, there is nothing mmt can provide as a promising answer. Where will common person like me go than seeking support of travel agencies like mmt to get such issues sorted out? Where is the customer service in its true sense displayed by mmt here?
                                  I have called them at least 1 time a month since may '19 for the refund and mmt has not been able to do anything about it.

                                    Booking id - nf[protected].
                                    Journey date: 06.10.2019.
                                    Scheduled departure: 20.35 hrs.

                                    On 06.10.2019, i received an email and also a text msg, that my flight was delayed for 20 min and rescheduled at 20.55 hrs.
                                    I checked in at 20.05 to 20.10 with my family but was denied boarding, stating that there was no delay in the schedule and they have nothing to do with delay email/msg received from mmt.
                                    I was forced to board next day flight at 12.30 pm and was charged additional approx rs 18000/-, which was a huge financial loss and in a situation o[censored]rgency was a typical metal agony to me and my family.
                                    I contacted ur executive on the helpline no., but they went on telling that, i should have reached airport earlier. And for the mmt email/msg, they told me that, it was a technical error and they are sorry for that.

                                    I should have reported early, but at the same time, whether that eamil and text msg of fight delay from mmt is not equally responsible for my delay.

                                    If this is the case, i will get wrong information and loose my hard earned money, then why do i go and suggest for mmt.

                                    I request your goodselves to look into this matter and resolve this issue asap.

                                      I have booked a ticket from mumbai to jaipur ai 611 departure time 11.15 am, jaipur to mumbai ai 612 departure time 14.00 hrs (Booking id nf[protected]) which was delayed by 10 hour, so i had to cancel my ticket, which the booking was made at same time and amount was paid as a whole at once.
                                      Now air india and makemytrip is not refunding, airindia is telling the pnr is different and makemytrip is telling its fault of the airindia.
                                      Its huge mental torture to get the things right, the airinda and makemytrip is making money and consumer is the loser,
                                      There a tele conversation (Conference) so the both the companies start blaming each other instead of solving the problem. I asked both the companies to sent an email to me the reason of cancellation and why not refunding.
                                      The both companies are not providing email to sent email of the complain

                                      What to do next
                                      1) both the companies is making money and cnsumer is suffering
                                      2) flight is delayed without any information and reason
                                      3) why shoulder a consumer suffer

                                        I accidentally created an account in make my trip
                                        app with my email id. Now i can't access my first account. There's no option in your site And mobile app to delete account permanently No customer care number for account issue which is really weird and annoying. My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly delete this account linked to mmt permanently.
