I have two makemytrip e gift cards of rs20848 each. I am trying to book a hotel which is costing me around 50000. So when i am trying to apply the gift card and pay the rest by card its is saying invalid since the amount in one gift card is 20848.
I need to make the booking as soon as possible. Please help regarding this matter. The gift card was issued by make my trip on 11th dec 2018

    I have earlier submitted a query and also submitted a mail with regards to my parents flight booking in relation to the check in luggage and meals. I booked a return ticket from sydney to visakhapatnam with makemytrip with scoot airlines. These are the booking details below with the scoot airlines

    From the booking we don't see any check-in luggage being provided as we don't see any details in the booking itenary. Also there is no details about the meals in the ticket. When we contacted scoot airlines they advised to contact makemytrip as it was booked by a third party. Not just that but also my mothers name was printed incorrectly which is another issue.

    Even after repeatedly enquiring there has been no response. My parents are really worried as their flight is on 20th december and they will be flying in 2 weeks time and still we did not hear from anyone.

    We need someone to take action asap and get back to us promptly with the details.

      In short, the hotel i booked was mmt assured. I booked hill view room and the right room was not provided. I complained to mmt and they assured the room will be changed but it was not done by the hotel management. I demanded entire refund of 7459, but these mmt cheats say that they can only give 2500 back. That too, these cheats put only 402 in my credit card, the remaining they have put in their wallet. I have requested them to put in my credit card, but they are cheats of highest grade and denying that.

        I am ashok from kerala i am submitting this complaint regarding price variation in makemy trip site whether i booked air ticket from trv to sin on dec7 through scoot airlines, but in this airlines site showing ticket 12479inr for 2adult for my same ticket which i already paid in makemy trip cost me 13289inr after paying i go to check my ticket status i found 800rs more taken from me by makemytrip site, and i called makemytrip execsujith but he told me to contact scoot airlines, and everyone know scoot airlines always not reachable and no other substitute contacts in india, so ehat should i do.           Just booked a property through makemytrip in pondicherry and finally that property was like haunted house and rooms were horrible and waskroom tap was broken and floors were dirty and had pan masala in the floor and cigarettes smell was coming and ac air glider was broken and water was flowing. So we need to get out from the property as we came with the family. I just wasted my money and my time... I paid 5.5k but totally got wasted and maketrip is not refunding my money and i trusted makemytrip but at last i got cheated by them.
          Why should i pay money when i don't get a basic amenities.

            The reservation was for gangtok to siliguri. The driver dropped us on the highway just outside the town of siliguri around 10:20 am saying that he did not have the permit to enter the town. The total trip distance was less than 115 km. The driver was on the phone 80% of the time during the drive. We could hear him negotiating a pick up from bagdogra airport all along and the reason he dropped us mid way it appears was that he wanted to pick up some party from the airport at 11 am. We had two senior citizens in our group of four and this proved to be a great inconvenience. He said that he would talk to the company and have the amount equivalent to the cab fare (From the point where he dropped us to our designated drop off point) refunded, but that never happened. At the least, i want an amount of rs 300 refunded and action taken against the gozo cabs company and its driver nirmal. I have already complained to gozo cabs and they asked me to contact mmt for the refund. Thank you.

                Makemytrip made my morning with difficulties i booked a hotel in gurugram which is makemytrip assured hotel, amenities was missing there and they resolve it in 2hrs by cancelling it & said now you will not get charged, thinking that i m fool! My booking was refundable before 12pm today, however just to make me fool they said this to me, when i asked for a compensation “we can give you 2000 voucher”, dear makemytrip i can easily get that much discount on your portal so what was the compensation “zero” again tried to fool me, then supervisor came in role and again started the same #, i want to know if they you guys are not able to handel any booking then why you are making such advertisements taking such great celebrities.

                  Make my trip has given me a mmt travel finance of 200000inr through capital float. Whenever i booked my air tickets, travel finance option was visible.
                  And it is appearing in my booking page. Already my cibil shows i take a 2lac loan from capital float, that’s why others bank not provide me any travel loan.

                  Please remove & close mmt finance. As do not want the same. It reflect my credit score. Unable to remove from profile. It very irritated me in call centre no one help me to do this.

                      I recently published a hotel review on make my trip by mistake and now this review can’t be deleted. Even after calling customer care they said it isn’t possible from my or their end. This is totally unacceptable from a renowned business site like make my trip. Kindly help me and take the required action.
                      I need it to get it resolved immediately on urgent basis.

                        When i booked the ticket there was not anywhere mentioned that i need to arrange for schengen visa because of double transit. Neither on the ticket nor in the visa conditions details were mentioned, and to evidence this i have attached the screenshots of the app which i have sent it to mmt no where it's has not referenced that visa is mandatory.

                        Also, there was not even anywhere mentioned that this was multiple carrier flight, as i bought this flight because i thought it fully lufthansa.

                        I am highly disappointed with the service that makemytrip has provided as no one was really bothered how stressful and everything was indeed predicament, specially when i was no where at fault.
                        I have called makemytrip numerous times but no one really resolved the issue. Then i had to on the spot book a flight, with the only one option that was available for the day; which was not cheaper at all!

                        What i don't really understand is why nothing has been mentioned on ticket and how can makemytrip expect the traveller to know that because of specific scenario visa is required and when i booked the flight it never mentioned that it was multi carrier flight operated by 2 other operators.! I find the whole scenario as quite misleading and they have failed to provide the full information about the ticket. Had it been, i would have never booked this flight.

                        I have been sending numerous emails to mmt and have called them, but no one had the courtesy to follow up. They have denied for the refund and gave the reason that mmt is no where is fault.

                          On 3rd october 2019, at about 7.41pm, i started getting debit message for rs 17000 / rs 17000 / rs 17000 / rs 8100 for debit to make my trip for purchase of domino's pizza, i was surprised and validity of coupons were upto 31st oct 2019.
                          I immediately block my standrad charted card from where this transaction has happened.
                          I complained to make my trip and they sent me returned money confirmation.
                          I also send dispute notice to stanadard charted local pune branch from which the credit card was issued, but now again they are raising the issue that, domino's pizza in turn declined to pay back the money, transferred to them.
                          I find every transaction of this suspicious and i want this to be deeply scrutinised, pl send me the mail if you want any more information.

                            Mistakenly i have created 2 accounts for myself. I created one account with my email id. The other account i created using my mobile number, wherein i got an otp. One with email id and the other with phone number. Im getting the same bookings in both my accounts. I'd want to delete one account. I would like to delete the account with my phone number, so that i can use my phone number for my other account.

                              Hotel booking was confirmed on 17th november 2019 for a booking date on 23rd november 2019. Check-in denied at hotel on arrival date. No information was provided on cancellation or alternate hotel. Gross negligence on their part. Operational issue should not be reflected on consumers inconvenience. Schedule was disturbed and lot of stress to family.

                                I have booked a tickets for a domestic round trip.
                                The total amount for the round trip came to rs. 25605.00
                                While finalising the payment it suddenly hiked and i ended up paying rs. 26955.00.
                                I was charged convenience fee of rs. 1350.00.
                                I believe this approach on their website is quite deceptive and often misleading to consumers.
                                I tried to find more info on this "convenience fee", but i couldn't find any clear answer.
                                These practices seems to be unethical and possibly illegal

                                Hi there,
                                Make my trip representative tried to contact me and asked me to pay another Rs.24999 to claim the refund of convenience fee..
                                I tried multiple times to contact him back but he didn't answer at all.
                                I am happy give them my bank account details for the wire transfer or they can issue me a ac payee cheque.

                                So as of now I still haven't issued a refund of the so called "convenience fee"..
                                I hope this resolve soon

                                  I have booked a honeymoon trip to spain through mmt. All issues related to trip were supposed to be taken care of by their team.in this this their visa team has misguided me regarding my documentations and for which i had suffered.
                                  I have submitted all the documents but reason for visa denial was that "reason for leaving of the member state is not ascertained". This can happen only due to miscommunication between documents sent and what embassy wanted or the return tickets which are supposed to be provided by mmt. So this was ideally the role of mmt visa team to assist me in. It is in this role your team has failed to deliver. Otherwise i would have managed on myself all these things but due to paucity of time i was seeking mmt's assistance.in this they refused to return my advance money deposit of 83992. I have raised complains for the same to multiple people of mmt but to no avail. They stopped responding to my mails and even closed the complain portal on trip management section. Now i want a amicable resolution of the same.

                                    I have booked a ticked on 7th of november this month and after booking my ticket, i wanted to make the chamges in it. I called customer care of mmt and they took a request but they did not resolve the issue since it is 23rd of november today. Whenever i am trying to call on their customer care, they are just saying that their concern team is working on it and they need addtional 24 or 48 hours but after 48 hours it was the same situation.
                                    All are the players and they runaway after making fake promises.
                                    I have recorded their some of calls where they promised and runaway.

                                      insurance copy not sent after multiple follow ups

                                      Hi,

                                      While booking my flight, i had opted for the insurance in month of 20th sep-19. It has been almost 3 months, i have not received the copy of the insurance.

                                      I booked a hotel using mmt; while selecting a room it was mentioned that in 18k room tariff per day; "free breakfast", "taxes" + other benefits are included.

                                      When i did the payment, it charged around 24.5k with split of 18k and around 7k taxes.

                                      My complaint is that if it was mentioned that tax was included in 18k, why it charged the tax again?
