Full payment ke baad bhi hotel me pnr no nahi show ho raha tha. 7 hrs wait karne ke baad bhi room nahi diya. Hotel blue moon jasola new delhi ki meri[protected] ki booking thi. I did my hotel booking on makemytrip.com and every i went to make the payment the booking date always got reset to the default date which was 27th sep, where as i wanted the booking for 9th oct. I would go back and again do the booking, i did this twice and finally saw that the date was 9th oct, however when i received the voucher it showed 27th sept, i immediately called the hotel itc grand ridge tirupati and told them that this has happened...

At first they told me it will be deleted soon and after several mails they told me that the account got deleted but when i try login, login was successful and was able to see my trips and all.
