I have booked 4 tickets to and fro from hyderabad to jfk thru makemytrip. I was asked to pay rs.3, 19, 072/- which i have paid and i was told that was the best offer. To my utter dismay, seat numbers were not allotted and when i tried to block my seats in etihad flights, i have been advised to pay rs.16, 000/- additionally for allotment of seats. Neither the marketing assistants told me nor the ticket that was sent to me by makemytrip mentions that. I thought makemytrip will be very transparent but this experience of mine is otherwise. Please advise me the next course of action.

    I made flight booking under ref:nn[protected] for mumba-delhi-kathmandu-mumbai on 11th sept 2019. I used their emi option for payment but when i receive the card statement, no emi is shown and i am asked to pay full amount as per the card statement.

    Taking up the matter with their chat personnel is not effective since he does not appear to know the process.

    A mail has been received and it is surprising they ask for details on EMI. This proves that this company has no record of type of Payment and EMI option at site may be bogus to lure customers and fool them. In any merchant site the EMI option is executed automatically within 3 to 5 days as per my experience with Amazon, Reliance Digita, Croma, Flipkart and so on.

    This company appears to be in a mess. They could not clarify why EMI is not done and the customer care just informs it will take 15-20 working days (But they will not work) and just passes time. Now I have to convert to EMI with the Bank paying heavy processing fees and Interest @ 16%. This company claimed no processing charges and while booking EMI option Chatged me extra Rs 3320. All money lost in booking a ticket through this company due to fraudulent payment options to earn extra money.

      Booking I'd : NF[protected]

      I have paid all amount for my booking I'd mentioned above.

      I have not received tax invoice, so yesterday I asked for that from MMT. Executive told me that Rs 1250 is pending to pay.

      I have paid total amount then why they are asking to pay Rs 1250.

      Also MMT is unable to provide invoice showing infant charges separately.

        I booked a oyo room thru mmt for my friend. The stay starts from 18th sept, 2019 (Tomorrow) to 25th sept, 2019. When i called the hotel to inform late check-in, i was informed by the hotel that they no longer have contract with oyo and cannot allot a room. I contacted mmt and they told me that they will get back to me within 1 and half hours. But its more than 8 hrs now. I didn't even got a single call till now. Meanwhile i called mmt 3 times and each time i got the same reply that someone will call me within 1 and half hours. Now i have to make a new booking. I believe these people doesn't care about customers when there is any issue arises. I need double the amount of what i paid for the stay for the frustration i'm having right now.

          I booked my flight ticket and cab from makemytrip. Cab timing was 11 am on 12th sep. After calling so many times to cab driver & your customer service, i didn't get any response from anyone. Because of your poor service only, i was running late. So i sent message at 11.10 am via twitter. Again i booked another cab and paid double the amount but i reached at airport at the last minute and not allowing me to enter for check-in. After requesting there, they allowed me to check-in.

          As you have confirmed the cab service and i paid the full amount, still you didn't provide the service. Requesting several times, you didn't refund my amount yet. When do you refund my amount?

          Hello Team,

          I am unable to use the MMT Travel finance options for sometime. Not sure what the issue is I can see it on the home page but on the booking page it's not there. Spoke to Capital float and they informed it's something to do with make my trip. Can someone look into it.

The total amount got deducted from my indian bank account is rupees 5131 (Rs. Five thousands one hundred and thirty one) with net banking reference [protected]. Please credit the amount back in to my account.

              I booked hotel for 4 nyt 5 days fir honeymoon. But when my booking complt dates chnged. I booked it from 20oct to 24 oct. But after booking i chk it as booked from 20 sept to 24 sept.                 I had booked a flight ticket from kolkata to mumbai from makemytrip for the 15th of october. The money got deducted from my axis bank account but the site showed transaction could not be completed,. I did not get my ticket. One ticket from mumbai to kolkata got booked but the other one from kolkata to mumbai showed technical error dure to which i lost my money.

                Worst customer service experience no one picks your call nor even reply you on your email. I am constantly paying all my EMI of make my trip travel finance but now from last 2-3 months its not working even its not appearing on the payment page. There is no option to contact MMT for Travel finance

                    I booked these hotel on 2 September 2019 . through makemytrip app.but when i was booked that time they are showing University Pune address but after booking they sent me sms on Baramati address which is so far away from actually University pune address. near about 120 km.. suddenly I called to customer care but they were not accepting thier. i sent screenshot of addres... after i called oyo room they said its makemytrip mistake. still not they solve my problem and i called them 35 times but no solution..main thingnk is that ..thier employee told me..we will provide alternative ..they shown me property after last movement they said we didn't booked that property...her name is( Shai**** Son**** ) i also lost thier Money 1800..but still not given compantion now they are not calling me also... these is second time happened with me...first time they i book ..hotel and thier was no proper accomodations ...they are showing another pics and actually situation was different...oyo is better ...i want as soon as i want my money back snd compantion and action against employee. my booking id NH[protected] ...MY CHECK in 13 September 2019.

                    they are showing different at app and actual sinacero is different...they are saying we are partner company with oyo room but oyo giving actual information and not giving misguided information through their employee .

                    who was misguided me and create problem she is higher authority leader ...miss Sha*** Son****...due to her i waste 1800 plus previous booking amount...now no action is taking through company... they are refusing thier mistake through oyo...but oyo has not mistake... they are showing actually information...as soom as possible i want Solution what's i sent to mail miss yogita mamm...

                      I made a booking for a stay at trident bkc, mumbai by paying rs 1. The balance was to be automatically charged to the card on 5th september. That was not done and the booking was cancelled and a penalty for non-payment imposed on me. Ridiculous. Here are the details:

                      Yesterday i was shocked to receive a mail informing me about the cancellation of my subject booking at hotel trident, bandra kurla complex, mumbai. And penalty amounting to rs 9665 was levied on me when i had not made any cancellation. Some details:

                      1. This booking was made against my sbi credit card (Xxxx xxxx xxxx 3858) and rs 1 was charged on the date of the booking.
                      2. The mail received at the time of the booking said “remaining amount of rs 36419 will be charged on the same card on 05 sep 2019”

                      On enquiring with make my trip yesterday, i was told that my bank ‘had not released the balance payment on 5th september’, the last date for cancellation. I was asked to check with the card department of the bank as to why the payment was delayed.

                      This was a strange request as make my trip should have directly raised the charge on sbi cards on 5th september. Nevertheless i checked and sbi confirmed that they had not received any request for payment and hence there was no denial of payment by them to make my trip.

                      Make my trip did not follow its due processes in sending the charge slip to sbi and is now blaming me for non-payment. I demand that make my trip furnish me a copy of the charge slip which they sent to sbi cards asking for release of payment.

                      This is a clear case of negligence by your organization which left me with no hotel booking and i had to re-book at much higher rates.

                      Make my trip should refund me the amount charged as penalty immediately and also compensate me for the higher charges i had to pay for re-booking my hotel accommodation.

                      I have been allotted a MMT travel finance limit. When I am trying to book a hotel using this emi facility I cannot view the option under emi section to pay using MMT travel finance.

                        Hi,

                        Please note that i have booked a ticket on 30th sept from (Pnr qcb5kg) make my trip and then i wanted to reschedule it on 3rd of october.. But the twist is after receiving the ticket i found my child name is missing from the ticket so again i contacted the executive and they confirmed that it was there mistake not to include the name. So now i need to pay again and book the ticket of my child. I found that this is not the way to book tickets on daily basis where the flight ticket prices are dynamic.
                        I requested them to refund the money and the executive told that would be refunded within 10 working days.
                        Today is 09th of sept till now i haven't received my refund money. (Pnr qcb5kg).
                        Please have my money refunded.

                          I have booked a oyo hotel 1st, but mmts' assistant shifted to me to another oyo due to technical issues. I have already paid the amount for the room what i had booked (1032rs). Your assistant said me that she will transfer the money to new oyo. But the hotel authorities said me that we have to pay more money. Your assistant paid only 400 something to this. Then where is our money gone?🙄🙄🙄how irresponsible you are.😓😓

                          When sir my amount will refund. U told 10 days refund will come. My account there is no money
                          I had booked booked through make my trip. i booked One single room at the hotel name is Hotel Blue Saaphire for 29-Aug To 30-Aug for 1 Night.. We paid through netbanking. The amount has been debited but no booking is shown.

                            I just would like to let you know that you have a pathetic customer care. The booking was not done but my amount was deducted there has been no response what so ever from mmt. There is no way i am booking my tickets from your lousy web site! Horrible experience. There is a absolutely no way i cant get to any customer care executive. Finally explain one thing, how can i chat with a bot about a booking that failed to realize. Absolutely nuts!!

                            Hi,

                            I have used make my trip travel finance and paid amount 3 times and I cancelled some ticket still on make my trip, amount is showing for payment. I mail several time to capital float and called so many times for MMT but still they are not sending me my transactions details.

                              We had planned a trip to wayanad (Booking id: nh[protected]. But could not complete the trip due to floods there. We checked with mmt help desk and it was mentioned that trip date can be postponed. Now they have asked us to travel within september. Weather conditions are still not good in wayanad. Moreover as 5 families are traveling for this trip, suitable date is 19th oct. But mmt executive says that we will have to pay additional amount of 2500 rupees if we do not travel within september. Already we have paid additional amount as there was a wrong billing done. Refer attached image for details. On top of it we have been asked to pay more money. We are extremely frustrated with this response from mmt and request to help resolve this issue.

                                Gentlemen,

                                I am one of your existing customers, extensively using your site for booking needs. That on 31.08.2019 at 9.32pm i made a hotel booking (Intended to be for 01.09.2019 check-in and 03.09.2019 check-out) wide booking id. Nh[protected] and paid for it upfront 100% i. E. Rs.4337/- by my credit card. Nonetheless, on receipt of the booking voucher/message, i realised the booking effected was for 1.10.2019 check-in and 03.10.2019 check-out; consequently, within 8 minutes, i made a request to modify the booking for 1.09.2019 check-in and 03.09.2019 check-out accordingly, same was done vide your id. Nh[protected]. To my surprise, i was charged at the time of modification rs.3656/- stating that the rates for those days are cheaper.

                                To my utter shock, rs.4337/- charged for the booking of inadvertent date has not been refunded and i find no justification for you to retain that amount, for the reasons, (A) the hotel in question is not the one much sought after (B) modification is affected within 8 minutes from the original booking giving up the booking of rooms to be occupied a month later, therefore, it’s not a case where you/the hotel lost the opportunity to sell it to alternate customers (C) hotel specifically stated that the amount retained by you is not to their credit nor at their instance. To sum-up you have no entitlement to appropriate money which came to your account when there is no good reason/justification and you can't appropriate towards damages when you have suffered no loss or damage-even potential.

                                Under the circumstances, i urge you to credit rs.4337/- forthwith to the card on which the charges were made; lest, your illegal retention of money would amount to your activity of online fraud and cheating for which i shall take up the issue with appropriate judicial authority besides putting it on social media cautioning the gullible public that you are into fraud and fleecing.

                                  I booked above bus ticket to travel from agra to delhi on 7.8.19 through make my trip site and paid rs.1181/- from my account through debit card. But on the day of travel (7.8.19) the bus was reported as cancelled by the staff in counter at isbt, agra. His cancellation certificate is embedded on the body of the ticket print-out. The scanned copy is enclosed for your information. Thereafter i complained in [protected]@makemytrip.com and forwarded the same to [protected]@upsrtc.com to get refund. The complain references are as above. Till date neither i have got refund nor any response.                                     Hello,
                                    I have to cancel my entire flight booking (Nn[protected] owing to a medical problem with my mother neeta singh, aged 77, who was supposed to travel with me.
                                    Today, the first time i called a make my trip agent, he said the refund amount will be rs 69, 000.
                                    The second time i called an mmt agent, i was told the refund will be rs 40, 000.
                                    Now, when i checked the cancellation page online, it said the refund is rs 24, 000.
                                    I strongly object to this arbitrariness. Please be fair and refund my full amount.

                                      We booked our return tickets with makemytrip from mum to chennai for 4 o[censored]s. 24hrs before the flight, i get an email saying the tickets have been cancelled by us when we never instructed the cancellation.

                                      I called up makemytrip but as per them someone from my end had asked to cancel. This was a total lie by them.

                                      I had to quickly rebook it directly with the airline for 77, 000 inr. We request you to help us pay us full refund + extras we paid on the new ticket.

                                        I have 2 vouchers of total rs 4000 which i used to book. However, before i could pay the remaining amount and book the ticket, my system stopped working and i couldn't book the tickets.
                                        Now after rebooting my system when i tried to book the flights using the vouchers, it says that the voucher is redeemed.

                                        I tried to contact the customer care, they asked me to talk to their chat bot and there is no option for gift card issues there.

                                        They have provided a customer care number for gift card issues[protected]. This number doesnot works.
