regarding refund against air ticket cancellation

I just made a booking from Varanasi to New delhi by air India.

I wanted to book the flight for 10th august but mistakenly it was booked for 10th september. So i instantly cancelled the booking.

I had paid Rs.1959/- for the booking but receiving a refund of Rs. 374/-.

Also, if the complete amount is not refundable then also you can deduct your nominal charges and refund the genuine amount. Infact...

mmt travel finance along with capital float

I made a booking in jul using mmt travel finance with no cost emi for 3 months. I did not receive any biller or confirmation on the same. Upon inquiring it is understood that they have technical glitch in bill generation. Due to which i decided to preclose the whole loan amount and i could do that through mmt app.

But still there is confirmation from both the vendors. Neither makemytrip nor capital...

refund not received for 1 month

I have booked ticket on makemytrip on 14 jul 2019 and booking was failed and it shown message like reason for cancellation is wallet money inclusion.
It is depends on your software issue only. But you blindly blamed like cancellation was done by me. You have to correct your software. Almost 1 month crossed but i did not receive my refund till now. When will i get my money back? It is showing refund was processed on 15 jul 2019. Waiting...

regarding mmt finance emi deduction

Hi.
I had taken an emi option on mmt finance and my emi gets deducted on the 5th of every month and today is the due date but i had already paid it on the 4th.
Today i. E.5th, the amount got deducted again but in my balance, it is showing that it has been deducted only once.
Please look into the matter and revert back as soon as possible.

I was booking for hotel, at that time my payment got debited from my account but hotel not booked.
While booking after debited my payment the payment failure option showing.
I confirm from bank they said the payment successfully credited to beneficiary account, and i have a proof of that payment.
I also tried payment gateway that is gpay they also showing of successfully credited amount to make my trip.

mmt travel finance disappeared

As a regular user of makemytrip services, i have been offered mmt travel finance of rs.200000 through capital float. It is appearing in my mobile app and i have completed the auto debit option.

unable to delete mmt account

I accidently created an account on make my trip. I tried to delete it by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'.
It is really annoying as i wanted to link it with my email id which is already registered on mmt. And now i cannot merge my two registered mmt accounts
One registered through my mobile no and one through my email id.
I would be pleased if you could delete it as soon as poosible....

I was trying to book ticket during ask for payment.. I have made payment but mmt portal shows failed payment.. And later i have received the massage that money has received by mmt and there tran ref i'd.
But neither i am able to find the ticket nor able to find payment back option.

On mmt help section there is only limited option for communication but with no proper answer. There is only one answer that u will get money...
