    PNR: [protected] Booking Id: NH[protected].
    I had a booking of city motel Colombo, and I was aware that it is dormatory type and I really believed the photos displayed by make my trip . When I inquired about addition of 1 adult male to that the customer care executive Miss RENA confirmed with the hotel that they were completely booked and the hotel is ready to refund you the money completely . I told to provide confirmation for cancellation in sometime, After that day I called 7 times but they only litigated me from one associate to other denying the fact of cancellation . Being let down once I said ok for no cancelation, one of my brothers visited city motel before my arrival at Colombo and showed me that the place was worst as anything,
    1) mosquito net is torn and stinky
    2) washroom and shower area don't even have doors violating the privacy and curtains are placed
    3) one cannot sleep as the partition is not complete there is gaps which creates a load noise .
    4) no windows are thr and also no ac
    5) suffocating environment
    6) toilets are dirty .

    To which I informed the executive about the same and he confirmed that we will solve your problem in 60 mins after u reach the hotel and your trip is make my trip assured complete refund is gauranty,

    It is sad to say that it's over 30 hours right now after my arrival and not even one of my problem is solved I have been literally [censored]ing out money outside for stay because MAKE MY TRIP IS COMPLETELY CHEATING WITH PEOPLE.

    Worst worst experience, right now even i[censored] call helpline / hotline they don't listen instead of solving problem they keep phones on hold and after that u recive a text that your issue is closed .

    I have lost my 14 day trip money to make my trip .

      Dear sir / madam, i went to canada in july 2017 and booked my ticket through make my trip. I was return ticket of 22 july from toronto to new delhi via london. While checking in at toronto air port they issued me boarding pass but did not allow me to board in plane and did not take my bags as my name on ticket was printed two times like (Baljit singh baljit singh)
      According to them it was a mismatch.
      At toronto neither make my trips indian no. Nor canadian nos responded me as staff of air canada asked me if they can correct it. But efforts in vain.
      I had to buy new ticket and flew from an other terminal.
      In the mean time my family called from here mmt thhey guided us to send them invoice of new ticket so that they can refund new ticket amount.
      I sent them same as make my trip demanded. I reminded them so many times and even through emails, calls but neither they responded nor refunded my amount, however, they committed me many times but did nothing in the end.
      Kindly do the necessary action.

        Please note we have booked durgamba bus from bangalore to bhadragiri on 31/08/2019 are pnr: 3037786, seat no: 27, 28, service no. 33d (Bng-mng-udp-kpr), bus no: ka-51 b 3343, but due to engine failure bus stopped in middle of sakleshpur ghat at alibillu.. Later on we were not given backup bus and also had to travel in ksrtc bus incurring our own cost. So please refund of rs 500for cost incurred from alibillu to our destination brahmavar, refund cost for inconvenience caused due to bus engine failure. Please consider this on urgent or else we shall file complaint to durgamba motors and also for your app. So do the needful at the earliest.

          I have booked hotel (Hotel krishna palace) at mumbai bookind id is nh[protected] in the name of sarvapriya bansal mobile no. Is[protected] for date 04/09/2019 and as per cancellation policy i can cancel the booking before 02/09/2019 after deduction of 30% cancellation charges of total booking amount and i have requested for cancellation on 31/08/2019 through call and email but make my trip executive not able to cancel my booking and saying there is no refund available on cancellation.

          Please look into the matter and help me to get the refund from make my trip.

            I booked a room at chunda palace udaipur through mmt for 25th august 2019. Offer was showing 9457/-. I confirmed and nodded for 7000/- to be devoted from my wallet. Next screen was for balance payment of rs4716/- which should be rs 2457/- it was midnight of 23 rd august 2019 and i had no option but to click for same and ask for excess rs.2259/- as my 7000/- were on stake. I done so and while i asked excess rs 2259/- to be reversed and credited in my account ; management is denying citing the reasons that 9457/- offer may have got changed. This is fraud and i will report it to mr. Deep karla, consumer forum, rbi all other relevant agencies and media if not explained why delay to pay in excess money charged. Pl respond asap

              Hi,

              I have been using mmt for a long time and recently i was offered mmt travel finance powered by capitalfloat and i was happy for this gesture and loyalty offer. I was able to use the service and found very helpful and also making the payments on time. Since 25 days makemytrip shows my current balance but and available limit but as soon as i go to checkout it doesn't show as an option to pay with. Capitalfloat states that they have no idea and makemytrip surrenders and always ask to contact capitalfloat. Very unprofessional

                Similar problem as the below i am unable to use mmt finance while making booking, the operation is not visible.

                I tried calling mmt and capital flot no solution

                There is always this issue with mmt payment option.

                Capital flot says that from their side everything is ok, mmt has to approve.

                All the kyc documents verification done, i have used initially it was easy to use. But later its stooped displaying the options.

                  Make my trip has given me a mmt travel finance of 200000 inr through capital float. The same has been appearing in my credit account but today when i tried to book this option is not available in checkout page. I again checked my credit report and capital float is still available there. What kind of fraud mmt is running?

                  When i contacted the support via chat they are asking me the booking id. If i am unable to use the finance its clear that i didnt booked anything. Tbh i dont know what type of support staff is this. When i asked them if they cannot activate it then cancel it so that it wont appear in my credit check. They are also not doing that.

                  So i am writing an official complaint here.

                    I had booked booked through make my trip. My account name is vidhya rajamohan. We booked two beds in manyana hostel, indiaranagar, bangalore for 30 august 2019 to 1 september 2019. We paid through netbanking. The amount has been debited but no booking is shown. The helpline has no provision to talk about this issue and the chat is also not responding.

                    Your company doesn’t know the value of time their customer is waiting at the airport and not picking up the call and giving tentative time of the taxi arrival and at a last moment they are saying that taxi is not available.If your not able to handle your business kindly shut it up because others service providers are much better than you.

                      I had booked round trip flight ticket from bagdogra to delhi and i had to cancel the ticket due to some problem and after cancellation it is showing no refund
                      How is that possible i had paid 26000.i know some money gets deducted during cancellation but this is not fair you cant cancel the whole amount and it is not a small amount
                      I use to book everything from mmt whenever i use to travel because i liked make my trip and i could trust this app

                        I had booked a sydney to bangalore from jet airways (Qantas operated by jet from sydney to singapore, sinagpore to bangalore by jet) for 28 apr recived a call saying singapore to bangalore flight is cancelled and offered a diff flight and again after fee days recieved a msg saying full ticket is cancelled and no alternate flight was offered, was asked to contact airline directly which was no use as call was not getting connected, called make my trip asked for refund they said within 45 days i will get the refund, numerous calls and emails exchanges still awaiting for refund, makemy trip cust care is really useless and are very rude, its been 4 months still awaiting for refund.

                        Greetings from MakeMyTrip.
                        We acknowledge your concern and truly understand the inconvenience cause to you on the matter.
                        Would like to update you that we are continuously following up with Jet Airways / concerned authorities for refund against your booking and the moment we receive the amount or any update on the matter, we shall keep you informed.
                        For reference, we have attached the refund application copies which is the proof that refund is pending for approval.
                        We would also like to assure you that MakeMyTrip is not withholding your money and never will. Kindly do note that the issue of refund being awaited from Jet Airways for customers who had future dated bookings with them at the time of discontinuation of operations, is faced by all flyers regardless of where and who they booked their ticket from, including airline's website. We thank you for being supportive with us.
                        For your kind reference, we are sharing below a view of the developments so far -
                        It has been reported widely in the Press that Jet Airways has been placed into bankruptcy protection as of 20 June 2019; and an Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) has been appointed by India’s National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). MakeMyTrip has filed all details of customer claims due from Jet Airways with NCLT as per the prescribed process. As a result any refunds (full or partial) will now get processed as per the directions of the NCLT.
                        As per the latest update from International Air Transport Association (IATA) which is a trade association representing world’s airlines, it continues to work with the airline to manage the claim process but expects a delay given the bankruptcy filing. Further updates will be provided when additional details become available.
                        So far MakeMyTrip has filed claims of the customers due from Jet Airways with NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal) as per the prescribed process. Refunds will now get processed as per the directions of the NCLT. We will notify you as soon as we hear on the refund status. We sincerely hope you understand and appreciate our limitations in this matter, being an online travel partner and solicit your continued co-operation and patience in this matter.

                          I just finishing booking tickets with make my trip.com and was shocked to see a 1500 rs surcharge on my ticket for convenience fee. This was taken on a ticket totaling 10, 733 rs at the end of the transaction. This equals 15% surcharge for booking on their site after they have already charged you normal booking fees included in the fare. I saw a previous complaint saying the same thing they were charged 1200 rs convenience fee so this is...

                          Dear sir,

                          I feel sorry and pained to bring a very small issue to your notice. I am a very small customer of mmt and use mmt for my family travel purpose.

                          Recently i had taken a trip to delhi and had a cab booked through mmt. I had the worst experience of my life.

                          I had to spent 1 hr 15 mnts outside airport with no cab even though i called the cab 30 mnts before scheduled time. The cab never arrived even after talking to mmt care without break for 45 mnts. I was totally drenched in my sweat and my wife was just red with anger. I travelled to attend a family function and had to miss it due late arrival. I had to bear the severe brunt of missing it. My entire experience is written in my complaint to mmt. Even now mmt is not responding with a resolution. My entire trip was waste of time because mmt was not able to arrange cab on time despite advance booking. The driver was not even informed that i am landing at t 3 terminal. Today i came to know through mmt escalation that the cab had broken down and they did not want me to know about it.

                          What a pity that i was told the cab is arriving in 10 mnts till they changed 3 cabs and did not even tell me the cab number which arrived at the end.
                          The cab driver took detour twice to fill gas (Not sure why twice) then charged me for 6 extra kms. And did not have change of 127 when i gave him 2000 and when i arranged 1900 he did not pay the balance.

                          Mmt customer care people are so adamant that they do not want to listen to the customer voice and force pre-decided resolution on me. Whether i agree or not.

                          I am a loyal customer of mmt but looks like mmt does not want to bother about a small customer. Anyway mmt has so many of them and losing one will make no difference.

                          I am sincerely hoping for a response.

                            I ram jaiswal choose MMT agency for the best trip and can enjoy my trip without any tention of getting the thing arranged and managing my trip but I felt it was the worst trip of my life as per personally I could have planned much better trip by myself .so i will write in points whatever I had issues with the trip :-

                            (1)- As from the first day when we landed in Bangkok there was no transfer arranged by you team as i have already informed your team regarding the changes in timings of the flight way before but your team did not took it seriously and you all wasted 3-4 hours at Bangkok airport and could have our dinner also as we were busy in arranging the things on our own and then we reached pattaya at 5'o clock in the morning and at 7'o clock your tour guide calls and says to be ready in 15 minutes or else he gonna leave us as it was like we have been doing formality by making this trip as we did not came here to enjoy and relax.

                            (2)- When we came to Bangkok airport on 20th august from pattaya for the krabi flight when we reached the airport we came to know that flight has been delayed for about 3 hours which was booked by your team itself and we were not informed about this and when we contacted for this they said sorry we forget to tell and by this we wasted our whole day at Bangkok airport as we could have planned something if we were informed.

                            (3)- when we reached krabi we came to know that you all haven't added phi phi island tour as I have already paid for that and your agent told me to pay 2000TBH per person if we want to go so by this you all wasted that day too and when we reached hotel we saw that the hotel room doesn't even have AC in that room and it was low grade room and as I paid for 3 star hotel and did not have expected this kind of standard from MMT and as I did not had any option left I had to stay in that room and when I informed your team about this they took the whole day to solve this problem approx 9 pm and that day of our even got wasted as your agency did not planned anything for us that but took money from us.

                            (4)- when we came back to Bangkok from krabi as that day special so I planned a honeymoon value pack for that day and as these thing were even mention in the PDF you all provided at the time of payment but I don't know how irresponsibly you all managed the things and wasted that day too and at evening there was cruise ride planned for us but that day none of your tour guide contacted us and after all these thing I had to contact you all for so many times due to which I got very disturbed with this and due to which all o[censored]s couldn't enjoy anything and were expecting to quickly over this trip.

                            As I planned this trip for my partner as there was special day for her but you 'll ruined our trip and I hope not to choose MMT next time for any of my trips and going to suggest others also not make mistake which I made as you all wasted my time, money and mood.

                            I have sent all the attachments you all can go through this.

                            And once again thankyou MMT for arranging such a worst trip.

                            @makemytrip booking Id NL[protected] this is worst tour Co. as they charged as per discussion but failed the commitments made as after reaching destination they denied for many things mentioned in there itineraries and wasted my money nd ruined trip and not responded contact.

                              Booked a hotel in jalandhar, cancelled it on same day. All transaction was online. 12 days over no refund. Contacted their executives 4 times. 4 times and 4 different reasons. Some said rupay card needs time to receive refund. Some said 7-12 days more, some said go to your bank. I went bank with arn and rrn number which the executive gave me. Bank said they can't check status by typing any reference or code number. My first bus cancellation refunded reflected in bank on same day of cancellation but te hotel case is some different case. Where my money went. Rs. 1043. Bank didn't receive. I'm checking my account everyday. Mmt said we have processed. Then where it went? I can believe in ghost but not on mmt refund promise. It's been 20 days. Where is your refund promise?

                                Hello sir/madam,

                                We booked on 03/07/2019 ticket to srinagar for our holiday plans for date 30/08/2019.in first week of august home minister revoked article 370 which caused closure of srinagar and tourism. So we called up makemy trip and checked they said the airline refunds full amount till travel 23/8/19 as per govermnet advisory. So we talked with airline and they said if we cancel they will give few amount to the agent to refund. But makemytrip deny of any single rupees to refund. We explained them that considering the situation they should refund full amount. But they are not giving any refund.

                                  Made booking through make my trip. When reached hotel for check-in, authorities told that we are not allowed to check-in because it was mentioned that couples are not allowed but this statement was not reflected when the booking was done. Was asked to call make my trip and to shift the booking in another hotel.
                                  Called the concerned authority. Refused to shift in first place, then, was asked to pay the extra amount. When asked for nearby hotel where we can stay, the call was put on hold for half an hour and i disconnected.
                                  Called again and they refused to shift the booking. Refused to adjust money with other hotel, refused for refund. This happened on 18august, 2019.
                                  Called again on 22august, 2019, had word with muzamal, for refund and they refused everything. They told from my side i refused to pay extra amount and it was all my mistake that i didn't read the instructions. No refund granted. And when asked to connect to senior manager, told that he will say the same thing. Told that he will escalate the issue and i will get the call with solution but till now no response

                                    We had booked 3 rooms in a hotel of coorg... But on the day of our check in we found that all the routes to the hotel were heavily flooded... Before going there we had contacted the hotel to check the situation there... But we were mis lead by them...in the very morning were roaming here and there for a decent hotel... We tried to contact the customer care but no body received the calls... Please understand that it's a situation related to natural calamity and was unavoidable... I humbly request you to cancel our booking as we could neither got to see the hotel nor took the service for which we had paid

                                      I have booked a room in makemytrip in oyo silverkey executive stays 38029 booking id was nh7p[protected] from 22nd aug 2019 to 23 aug 2019 from 12 pm to 11 am, but when i arrived over there on 22 aug 2019 @1pm the hotel receptionist told me that no rooms were booked in my name, and when i showed the booking details they told me that they dont know anything and i have not received any cancellation msg or mail yet. This is a serious issue that entails the trust on makemytrip and yesterday i was forced to book another room for my stay.
