refund issues

I had booking thru MMT for spice jet. Spice jet cancelled the flight in dec, '14 and jan, '15. now since last 1 month i am calling/mailing. if you call no response and if you mail then also no reponse that too after i got confirmation that refund will be processed within 2 /3 days etc. really bad service...

Refund not yet received

I have cancelled my flight ticket booked from this site. At the time of cancellation, I received a message that, I will be refunded 6744 Rs. Even after one month of cancellation I haven't received that money. I have escalated the complaint to their managtement. Till date no response from them. I haven't received any response from them....

Request for Invoice/Bill for a holiday package

Booking failed but credit card charged

I was trying to book ticket from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to Hyderabad, India during Bakrid time of Sept 15. I entered my Samba Credit card details. After entering the password i got a message from Makemytrip.com that booking is failed but my credit card is charged. This happened on 5-1-15. I contacted them for refund of money. Even after 2 months no refund for cancelled flight!

My Delhi to Chandigarh Spicejet flight was cancelled on 13th December 2014. Even though spicejet has refunded the money to MakeMyTrip, they still haven't refunded it to me. It’s clearly mentioned if i cancel the booking before 18th Jan (2pm)… The cancellation fees is NIL

Its really pathetic after so many calls & confirmation by your team I have been charged the cancellation for no reason

I want my refund back…Please let me know the further steps…
