Dear Sir/Madam, I tried booking a ticket from Chennai to Kuwait on 03.02.2015, but couldn't successfully book the same though the amount of Rs.11843/- debited with MMT Ref: NN[protected]P01. Since i am in real need for the ticket i tried immediately another transaction for the same destination, this time it was a successful transaction with MMT Ref: NN[protected]. Then I lodged a complaint to MakeMyTrip, at the same time I have lodged a chargeback complaint with the My Bank. After 2 weeks of chargeback registered I received the disputed amount of Rs. 11843/- from VISA. But within a week time Bank has debited the same amount from my Credit card stating that it was a charge back from the Vendor and advised me take up with the vendor (MakeMyTrip) which is having the money already. On April 10th 2015 I called your customer care on [protected] and spoke with Smt. Bhanu who acknowledged our dispute and confirmed having the excess amount of Rs.11843/- and also promised to give the credit in 72 hours. I waited 7 days but credit not received and called on the same number to escalate the matter but no person is connecting the call to the concerned person and almost made me to wait in call for more than a hour. In the process of calling and complaining I found recklessness of the people who arte attending the calls and cutting the calls without telling anything and so on.. It’s very shame to have the disputed amount with you for more than 2 months and wasting our time for contacting you and mailing you. Please find the relevant attachments from the MakeMyTrip regarding above transactions. Under this circumstances’ I demand my money to be refunded immediately without any further delay. We are sorry to read about the issue. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case and found that on 3-Feb-15, you have made two transaction for the same flight details and for same passenger .Find below the details of the bookings :

1- NN[protected] : Booking was made on 3-Feb-15 at 20:05 hrs and was confirmed. All the details were sent on the same date on the mentioned E-mail id but the details might not receive to you as the e-mail id entered was incorrect (veerendra.[protected]@gmail.cim) however all the details were sent on the listed mobile number ([protected]). Also, according to the airline the ticket issued on this booking has been utilized by the passenger.
2- NN[protected] : Booking was made on 3-Feb-15 at 22:16 hrs and was confirmed. All the details were sent on the same date on the correct E-mail id (veerendra.[protected]@gmail.com) but the passenger did not utilize the ticket and become no-show on the flight.

Now, as per the airline cancellation policy, refund of Inr 5275.00 has been initiated from our end on 11-May-15 with a refund reference number#[protected]. The same should reflect in your bank account as per your bank processing cycle.

    I was booked tickets via Makemytrip on Oct 7th 2014 to fly from Goa to Mumbai on Jan 15th 2015 from Spicejet but due to some problems with the airlines the tickets got cancelled and i got a call from the same airlines that the refund will be process within 14days. Everything was going smooth. After waiting for almost 1 months i called Spijest and confirmed that the refund was proceed from there end and they transfer the money to Makemytrip accouint, after their confirmation I called to Makemytrip for inquiry the refund process they asked me to wait for 7days to get the refund in my account, but the refund was not done after that i called them several times almost 3months for the refund but the useless, careless, thick skinned employers kept saying, we” are sorry for the inconvenience we are working on it please wait for another 7days we will defiantly refund your amount also we passed this matter to higher authorities. It’s almost 4months over and I have not yet received my refund till date. I seriously think those get salary by cheating the customers like this. Govt should take serious action against these companies and I am going to spread the word of this stupid company to all the people i know in this world who will never ever book tickets from this cheating company anymore.     I have booked ticket for Air India through Makemytri.com.But for my bad luck, flight got cancelled and so my tickets got cancelled and refund was initiated on Feb10. But even after 7 days the refund was not credited to my account but they have updated in the their website that transaction been processed and is succesful. But it was not correct and I contacted the customer care and I got the reply on that moment that it is not done and will be done in couple of days. But its been 3 months and still I didnt got the money. Now as the latest update they are saying that they have transferred the amount is giving me a RR no. But they are not ready to send any mail about the transaction details or refund confirmation from their side.
    And the bank is not aware of Such a RR number and they are saying they cant do any investigation unless I provide a mail confirmation of the refund.
    I have contact the customer care for about 20-25 times and every time they are saying the same. They have the worst user account portal where I have escalated my complaints 6 times and even then I am not getting any email communications from them.
    It is evedent that its their fault and refund is not done from their side because that must be the only reason why they are reluctant in giving me the transaction details or email comfirmation about the money.
    So Please help me in sorting the issue.
    They are the worst service providers and the customer care is the no1 guys who dont know anything about work ethics.

      I had booked flight tickets with the booking id NF[protected] and IN1504B0SO71431. I Had Made a payment of 21780₹ and 37851₹ respectively . I got tickets for booking id IN1504B0S071431, But I didn't receive tickets for NF[protected], After doing the payment a lady called and told tickets got sold out and hence i would get the entire 37851₹ in 2 working days. It's more than 8 days I have not got the amount and the call centre guys Don't provide any details and disconnect the call. i cancelled the other tickets too. Worst service by makemytrip. I have called more thAn 100 times but haven't received any response .,

        Make my Trip team, i have called your customer care 8 times untill now and wasted many hours just in requesting them to reissue my new E-Ticket(with modified travel date). Your team just gave me time (6 Hrs, 3 Hrs...) and just want to some how get away from customer. I urgently need my new E-Ticket to get my management approval but its pathetic from Make my trip that you have taken all PAYMENTS but you are not issuing the new E-ticket. This is the worst customer service i have ever seen in Indian Industry. This is my last time to book any flight from your company and i will also spread this message to my office colleagues/ friends to not book any ticket from Make my trip. I again request Make my trip team & Management to take this issue seriously and issue my new ticket urgently.           Hello, I am really very disappointed with MakeMyTrip.com. After my cancellation of my ticket(Booking ID: NF[protected] just because of the Delay of Flight. As per the rules, I must get the full refund of Rs. 16, 170/--. But, I have got only Rs. 15438. So, I have still not got the difference in amount of Rs. 732/--. For this concern, I have so many tickets/complaints (Complaint No.:[protected] raised on 8-JAN-2015 unresolved, Complaint No.[protected] raied on 14-APRIL-2015 unresolved yet) but there is no response yet even after a long period of FOUR MONTHS. When I tried to call at the customer care center on 14-APRIL-2015, the guys whoever has picked up the call has ABRUPTLY disconnected my call which is really UNACCEPTABLE. So, now I would like to claim my money as well as the TIME that has been wasted by MakeMyTrip.com. So, I would like to request you to kindly look into this matter.

            This is regarding my booking for ticket from Delhi to Dubai, 12th April 2015. I booked Ticket for travelling to Dubai and made payment from my ICICI Bank Account. Payment got deducted from my bank account but I didn't get the ticket, instead I got a mail that booking attempt was unsuccessful. After that I called customer care and I had talk with Sonu Thapa, she said You will get the ticket within 6 hours, when I asked in case I didn't get the ticket what should I do? She assured me bu saying again that Madam don't worry we will issue you the ticket. After 4-5 hours I got a call from Make my Trip that they can not issue me the ticket due to some technical problem and they will process my refund. I asked how much time, female who called me replied will take 2-3 days. When I insisted to talk to some senior she said no one around as it is Sunday and you will get refund by tomorrow, i.e. on Monday. Then again I called customer care number and asked to adjust the amount with some other available ticket and I will pay whatever balance amount would be there. Mr Amit Kumar (CCE) replied it can't be done, we just can initiate the refund. On Monday & Tuesday, I didn't get any refund neither any call from them. On Wednesday (15th April 2015), I again called customer care to ask my refund status, the person replied me there is some technical problem at our end, so you will get your refund with in 24 hours. Again today (16th April 2015) I didn get any refund and I called Customer Care number, and had talk with Ms Neha Jaswal (CCE), instead of replying me she disconnected my call after hearing my question. Then again I called, another female CCE attended my call, she said you have to wait for 5 working days for your refund. When I asked her transfer my call to some senior person, she said no one available. Again and again she replied that you have to wait for 5 working days. Today is 5th day that my hard earned money is deducted from my account and blocked with Make my Trip, they didn't issue me the ticket, my travel plan got delayed, I lost one of my meeting in Dubai and instead of helping, their CCE are not listening and disconnecting call in between, not transferring call to senior, not refunding my amount. What is the solution for all this? Who will bear the loss? Is there anyone who can attend my complaint?

                I had booked a a ticket in makemytrip.com from chennai to bangalore and banaglore to chennai. In the eticket and also the site, it is mentioned as a refundable fare but when i wanted to cancel the ticket, Indigo flights are not refundable is what thge customer service person had told. Why is it mentioned refundable for Inigo domestic flight when it is not. I had wasted my ticket fare due to this issue. I would like to press charges against make my trip for providing a service which is false.

                    I have paid and confirmed for hotel booking and because of lack of information provided by the agent i had to cancel, then the story started. I have not received my refund yet inspite of repeated reminders. I feel they are cheaters and do not have professional ethics which i have noticed while talking to couple of agents there. i will not recommend this as it is sick and worstest service.!!!

Hotels provided didn't not have basic amenities like light, door lock and or even safe deposit locker in the cupboard in Phuket. 2.For a phi phi island tour, i was very clear that i was interested in snorkelling and other activities. However, i was booked on a tour wherein no such activities were allowed and you would be taken on a big boat . On reaching Phuket the travel agent assigned told me that i would not be allowed to get down on island and tale part in snorkelling etc. If i wish to do so, i should be paying some 2000 bhat etc as i would be required to take a speed boat on sharing basis to get down at tyhe maya bay and also do snorkelling on the way. That are the hassels i had to face. 3. I was very clear about vegetarian meal options and hence was clear when i made my booking that they should suggest me hotels were vegetarian buffet was available. They booked me in hotels that they provided only "bread" as vegetarian. But make my trip has charged me for buffet meal price. Is bread a buffet meal ?? 4. In Phuket we had transferred to another hotel and makemy trip as courtesy decided to refund that amount paid by us directly. I wrote repeated emails and made calls. However, on 17th March 2015, i receive an email saying that the refund is processed and shall be credited in my account in 6-7 working days. As on today, 13th April 2015, i still havent received the credit. And when i wrote back they said, they are not even ashamed to tell me that it would take 2-3 more working days as the RRN was generated today or the previous working day Makemy trip are fooling people. I suggest for hotels booking it is better you go and book directly as Makemy trip will tell u that they are giving discount, but actually they are charging higher than the what the hotels offer Secondly, they are not bothered about the customer once you have made the payment for the holiday. thirdly, they will keep lying to you. Like how they told me on 17th March that they hace initiated refund . However, it was never done on that day.

                        I booked my honeymoon trip for 3, 20, 000 INR for Europe.Trip was about to embark on 14th April, 2015.On 9th April, 2015 Friday evening their travel consultant called and told me to pay full money otherwise my booking will be cancelled. I was planning the trip for like 20days with them travel agents of makemytrip and I finalized the this particular package on or around 25th of march, 2015(15 days before the commencement).Now on 10th April their travel agent called and informed me that my visa got rejected.I asked for refund and they started showing me the brochures and said that 0 refund if trip is cancelled before 15 days of travel

                          This mail is in regards to the complaint for an agent Vikash who gave a false commitment. i was been told that i will be getting the Double bed room however when i reach Hotel i was been told by the hotel management that we have a booking of twin sharing room for you after which i acted upon and spoke to the hotel management stating it cannot be because i has booked the double bed room.
                          After which i called back Vikash who did my booking from the hotel itself however vikash did nothing for me and just made me fool over there that he will call me back however no call back was received by him.Hotel management also spoke to him and asked him who gave you the booking for double bed since we were closed on for booking of double bed after which vikash replied he spoke to someone in hotel only however hotel people said there is no one by the name which vikash was telling. Vikash was absolutely hiding him self from this episode as i kept on calling him on his direct extension which he provided me [protected] at the time of booking and the no one picked up the call. vikash spoke to me just once and asked me to check in the same room which was twin sharing he said he cant do anything as if now. i told him specifically while booking that i do not want the twin sharing bed room and he gave a false commitment that it will be a double bed room only. i called on the number numerous time from 2 pm till 5 pm however he kept on avoiding my calls also one of the peon picked said he is on lunch break, i requested that person please ask vikash to call back when he is back from lunch however i never recieved call back and i kept on waiting

                            Hi, I made flight booking through MakeMyTrip Website. Booking Id:NF[protected]. (Port Blair --> Bagdogra, hop at Kolkata) Today, when i checked the spice jet website, there were no such flight timings as : 8:05 --> 10:25 (from Port Blair to Kolkata). The passengers travelling on this booking Id are 60 yrs and 80 yrs old females. And they are in trouble now. I called up your customer care service numbers, but they replied indifferently to my problem. The best option they gave was to cancel the entire the ticket and refund me the money. After this i will have to book new flight tickets with 3 times the original price. now my parents and stuck at the Port Blair airport. This is mistake/nuisance created by MakeMyTrip, due to which we are suffering. I request you to get me justice. MakemyTrip should pay/make arrangements for the trip (Port Blair --> Bagdogra) so that my parents can reach home safely. .

                                I have not received cash back for total 3 bookings done from 3 different mobiles, by different name by make my trip app on mobile.. I have filed a complaint since last 3 months..but i didn't get any reply, any refund from your side... The booking ids are as follows: 1) NF[protected] NF[protected]NF[protected]...Immediately check the refund status of these id's by today & complete the refund process by today.

                                In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case and found that as per offer T&C, cash back was applicable on only one booking because passenger has used same form of payment ( Debit card ) in all the 3 booking. As per offer T&C tji offer could only be available once against a single form of payment ( Debit card ). We have already processed cash back of INR 500.00 against booking ID-NF[protected] with RRN#[protected] on 01-Jan-15 and we hope that same has been credited to your account.                                   My Spicejet flight from kolkata to kerala got cancelled due to non-operational reason in the month of December, 2014.I had booked this flight via makemytrip online portal. As per the discussion with makemytrip customer care, i raised a cancellation as well as refund request against this booking on 3rd January, 2015. Yet I have not received the whole refund amount, makemytrip have refunded only partial amount. As per the email communication from makemytrip I was supposed to get an amount of 21048 INR but makemytrip have refunded only an amount of 20020 INR. So the difference between the refunded amount and the actual amount to be refunded is 1028 INR. I have already talked to the makemytrip customer care as well as raised service request with makemytrip for which the reference ID is [[protected]] but yet there is no response from makemytrip. Requesting you to please look into this issue and help me in getting rest of the refund amount.                                     Hi, I made a booking for 1-DEC-2014 from Ahmedabad to Bangalore and the amount is Rs 6525/- (connecting flight) Booking ID -NF[protected] Ahmedabad to Mumbai -- flight no 9W - 7023 Mumbai to Bangalore -- flight no 9W - 411 I recevied a booking confirmation and e-ticket before reaching the travel time. But when i reached airport, i was shocked that only one ticket is confirmed out of two (Ahmedabad to Mubai is confirmed) When i called the customer support they said 9W - 411 flight was cancelled and it is non-operational (After checking with the respective airline i came to know that filght was operational). After calling couple of time to customer support they suggested me to book any of the flight from Mumbai to Bangalore and make my trip is going to refund the new ticket amount. I booked a new ticket with an amount of Rs 5324/- (fligh no 6E 212) Till date (8-Apr-2015) I have not received the complete refund. Pending amount is Rs 1518/- Issues:- 1. Worst customer care 2. Giving false information that the flight is non-operational 3. Cancelled the ticket on 4-Dec where as journey date is 1-Dec (show casing that I have cancelled the ticket where it was done by Make my trip) 4. Not proper response even after calling many times to customer support.

It means only you people speak the truth other all are liars. Your website was surely having the problem and I am sure I had clicked for booking from Mumbai to Banglore. You just wave of the penalty. As Flight No. G8-395which have been booked because of the mistake of your website is been sold out. Just change my date to 28th May for Flight No.G8-326 without any penalty. As it is your companies mistake. Person from your company told me to Revert in 72 Hours but he did not. He told me that he will asked the airlines people to wave off the penalty. Just Stop fooling people. See the volume of business i give to you Sir. Atleast care for good customers. It is the mistake of your website. I am sure i had entered Mumbai - Banglore I am really upset with your website. It is just becomming difficult to book through your website. I wanted to book the ticket for May 15th Mumbai - Banglore. What the hell the ticket is booked from Banglore to Mumbai according according to its own timming. What the hell is this. Your people calling me and they committed me that there will no further problem from make my trip so you book all the tickets through your website. First your website was showing that the server is down on mobile app . And when it become alright to my surprise i booked the ticket from Mumbai to Banglore for 6.05 am flight of Go-Air. And your app booked me from Banglore - Mumbai for 15th May 7.20 am on its own . I want my refund this time I wont let it go . Before also money got debited from my account and ticket was not booked I got the money back after 20 days. I just want refund or else this will be taken to aviation minitry and also to Mr. Narendra Modi. That how you people are cheating people for getting money for date change. I would not tolerate this any more. Make my Trip people is calling we will investigate. What the hell. Its just because this people have our money. Give me my proper booking. which was orginally entered which was from Mumbai - Banglore on 15th May. Sir it is the request to aviation minister kindly look into the matter serouisly and do the needful. This travel websites fool people like anything. Sir it is Mistake of the website and this make my trip people are asking 1750/- per person as penalty for booking another ticket. Means charges are more than charges of tickets.                                         Dear Sirs, I am mailing regarding an outstanding issue I have with MakeMyTrip for a flight I had booked. I had booked a flight to Jaipur Bombay Jaipur for 25 Jan 2015 returning 27 Jan 2015. This was booked on Go Air. Due to weather conditions the flight had not taken off from Bombay till 10.00 AM at least on 25th Jan. Go Air staff authorised a full refund and made me sign a claim form too. Till date MakeMyTrip has not forwarded that refund to me. The case ref is : A Reference ID[protected]. I have been going back and forth trying to get a solution but no response from MakeMyTrip.
