I have booked a round trip domestic flight of which o cancelled one sector directly with Air India as was advised by make my trip due to high call volume and some problem due to which the system did not allow me to manage my booking on the website. I got an email fromakw my trip the same day stating that they has been intimated by Air India about the same. I had also been told that I'll get my refund within 7-10 working days. On not getting my refund for more than 2 weeks I have been chasing them over the phone for 3 days consecutively. Everyday it takes me about 2 hours and 4-5 calls to get through to the correct dept. And finally I am told everyday that the server is being updated. No call back is also arranged. The first day I was promised that I'll get a cancellation message within 24 hours and it's been 72 hours now.

    "Memories Unlimited" Right Im gonna remember this for a long time. SO I contact the make my trip service Desk because they have rescheduled my flight incorrectly as below <See attatchment> The Customer Service Guy first tells me he cant help and transfers the call to another and then another and finally the call is disconnected by the third service agent.I send a Mail asking them for the same call and don't receive calls or mails for he same for 5 days. Service Ticket numbers Reference ID:[[protected]] Reference ID:[[protected]] Reference ID:[[protected]] Reference ID:[[protected]] Reference ID:[[protected]] SO I call them today Feb 10th 2015 and Ask them to check the same, 1. Agent understands the situation and immediately asks me to contact AirIndia as MakeMyTrip is not responsible. 2.I understand its not his fault so I ask him to send me a confirmation mail regarding the same for which he refuses saying he never denied helping, I tell him I understand and ask him to send a confirmation mail asking me to contact Air India. This is the Mail He Sent (attached) 3. So I ask him before he transfers the call "can you help me with any escalation ID" 4.He Immediately informs me He cannot give any information on that nor can he check my complaints as he does not have access(I registered teh complaint from the same ID) 5.Finally he transfers teh calls without providing any info to the Air India Guy, I Do the entire story with the Air India Guy again(Who thankfully was patient enough) Here is My Problem : I have Booked the tickets for my parents to be there during my graduation.Yes I Did cancel my ticket from AirIndia(lost some 500Rs) but the problem is I need to wait for another week before I get the refund and then book another pair of tickets on another airline.Now I Dont have cash till the refund is done and the more delay I Do the expensive the tickets get.     Thanks but no Thanks For your concern...The point was never a refund...the point was the quality of service..and this reply only tells me that the agent answering has just looked at the logs and replied back.

    I went through hell for 2-3 days making sure my parents dont miss my convocation...No Thanks to you they will be attending it...Yes it took me more money but it was necessary.

    Anyways I am Not willing to spend a minute more wasting your and what is even more valuable my precious time on this nonsense...Good Luck...

      Request for Invoice/Bill for a holiday package

      Inspite of repeated calls and emails to Make My Trip, my request for Bill/Invoices at least for the air charges incurred during my vacation to Kashmir has been turned down. Without the bills, I'm unable submit the claims for LTA and losing thousands of rupees towards tax. My booking confirmation number with MMT is IN1403B6S089640. Please do the needful....

        I was trying to book ticket from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to Hyderabad, India during Bakrid time of Sept 15. I entered my Samba Credit card details. After entering the password i got a message from Makemytrip.com that booking is failed but my credit card is charged. This happened on 5-1-15. I contacted them for refund of money. They told me that they need 72 working hours then 48 hour and then 24 working hours. Now we are on 9-2-15 more than a month. My credit card statement shows SR 1, 082 charged and i already paid. All my requests are unanswered by Makemytrip. I am calling their contact numbers from Riyadh. They are keeping me on hold for more than 15-20 minutes causing me too much of expenditure. I request you to refund the my money at the earliest.

        I tried to book flight from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to Hyderabad India on 5th Jan 15. After submitting my Samba credit cad details, i got message from Makemytrip.com that my booking failed but credit card charged. My Samba credit card was indeed charged but no ticket delivered. I requested for my refund through several mail but they asked for different time limits and finally from past Jan 17 th or 20 th they are not responding to my mails. I paid my credit card dues of SR 1, 082 (Around INR 17, 700). It is really sad that such a reputed company like Makemytrip.com is not responding to customer complaints and not solving it even after more than a month!!. Shame on them.
        It is unfortunate that this happened to you. I stopped using MMT early last year after similar incidents. I had to send a strong email to the management to get things sorted out. I would strongly recommend sending an email to the CEO of MakeMyTrip.

          My Delhi to Chandigarh Spicejet flight was cancelled on 13th December 2014. Even though spicejet has refunded the money to MakeMyTrip, they still haven't refunded it to me. It is close to 2 months now. They owe me close to 2400 INR. They have even stopped responding to complaints now. I have attached a screenshot from spicejet.com displaying the amount due and other details of my journey.

            It’s clearly mentioned if i cancel the booking before 18th Jan (2pm)… The cancellation fees is NIL

            Its really pathetic after so many calls & confirmation by your team I have been charged the cancellation for no reason

            I want my refund back…Please let me know the further steps…

            I will not recommend anyone to use make my trip henceforth….Pathetic service

                I am extremely disgusted with the kind of professionalism and customer care ethos makemytrip has shown. my complaint refernce number is 150205/023834.You have the worst team of customer care and none of your customer care executives ahve the decency to talk to customers.it's pathetic. i booked a ticket on 5th of februaury 6E184 for 4754 rupees at 8.oo am.i got a confirmation mail from make my trip at 8:30 am stating my booking ID. the booking ID is NF[protected]. i was not sent an ticket.when i called at the customer care at 11 am i was told that system is on upgradation and that i could be informed about the booking status only after 2 hours.i DID NOT GET A CALL BACK.after trying to get through eventually at 4pm i was informed that my ticket has not been booked because of some technical glitch at your site!! how was it that my transaction was completed and an amount of 4754 rs debitted from my account and still my ticket not booked. and how is it that i gotno intimation from your site stating that due to some issues my ticket was not booked. i had to keep trying your number since 11:am to finally get the information at 4 pm.your customer care executives, MR ramakant even had the audacity to suggest that the flight seats might have got filled when it was still showning available tickets at 5:oo pm.not just that i was also very rudely told that the reason this has happened is because of some connection issues at my browser by the same mr ramkant!!! even the extension number i demanded for a senior executive were given invalid to me.i m also stating the extensions numbers i was provided, 9558 and 9527!!!both of them invalid!!!is this how you train your executives!!! i called make my trip a total of 9 times. everytime i was put on hold for periods longer than 20-25 minutes and everytime a new customer care executive would speak to me and not provide any help. this is the list of people i spoke to which i remember and none of them gave me a solution: 1. shalini gupta 2. ramakant 3.sneha 4.sumit shah 5. farhan 6. santosh i was told at 4:30 pm that it will take 5 hours for the issue to get resolved!!not a single time did i get a call back!!!eventually when i refused to cancel my call at 11:00pm did i get a call back from a senior executive and they said the only way they can help is by giving me a refund of the ticket!!!by that time tghe ticket was for 10.000!!!i ultimately had to book a flight which was 6000 rs more expensive than what i had originally paid for!!! if there were technical glitches at your end why should i pay the price for it!!!i want a full compensation!!!i spent more than 6 hours trying to get to your senior officials but to no avail!!!why was it that i was not even informed about the non confirmation of my flight ticket!!!i was eventually told about that at 4:30 pm by that time the fare price had increasedby 1500. I was then told that my complaint had benn registered and a request for booking of the same flight ticket at the original price i paid has benn put!!!why should i pay the fare difference for a flight that i booked at 8:00am for which my money transaction was shown to be complete!!!the reason it did not get confirmed was due to technical glitches at the company's end!!!i wa told that i would only get arefund of the original ticket amount and that no compensation would be given to me for the lossses your company has incurred on me at 11:00pm by which time the flight rates had increased to 10, 800!!!i want a full compensation for the 7000 rs i have paid extra for your fault!!! and if this issue is ot resolved withina week from now i am going to take this issue to the consumer court!!this is fraud!! how are u even running a company with such little professionalism!!!no where have i heard of money transaction being complete b ut the ticket not booking!! why was i not ingormed about the failure of my ticket booking!!!and why did it take more than 5 hours for your customer care executives to inform me that they can refund and not provide the ticket i wanted!!!why should i pay the fare difference when ultimately it was all uyour fault!!!kindly look inti the matter URGENLY!!!if i do not get a refund Im going to the consumer court for my compensations!!!

                    I booked a ticket from Mumbai to Nagpur and back for 6th Feb (both Air India) through Make My Trip. (Mr booking reference no is NF[protected].) Then I rescheduled it to 5th Feb (Jet & Air India). I received confirmation on date change but did not receive the e-ticket. I called both airlines as well as make my trip and got feedback that both my tickets were not booked. I have registered complaint for the same. on 5th morning 8.30 I received ticket from Nagpur to Mumbai. I am not getting proper response from customer care. They are saying system is under upgradation and seniors are busy. I don’t understand how I can come back from Nagpur if I don”t reach there. Also if I cancel ticket myself my money will be deducted. Who will pay it back. It’s not my fault that make my trip has not booked my ticket even after deducting money from my account. I talked to various people from Call center Nilansh, Rajpal, Swati (extn : 9566), Ankur (extn : 9514) and many more. Ms. Swati confirmed that they will refund the money but while processing my request she said again system has gone for updation. So call after 2 hrs. Then after 2 hrs she does not take call and another person tells to call after 1 hr as system is still not working. Now finally got messege that my cancellation is successful but amount is Rs. 12661 whereas while booking i have paid Rs. 16143. For no fault of mine my money is deducted. It is a fraud case and need legel action. Can anyone help how to proceed.

                      Dear Sir /Mdm. I booked ticket through Make My Trip Booking ID:NN[protected] Dubai to Patna return. I tried to cancel my booking online but not possible to cancel online. Then I Sent mail to Make My Trip on 19th Jan, 2015 and I received Ref. for that mail REF. ID:[protected]. But They didn't cancel my booking. I send reminder to them but no answer from them. I called many times their Dubai Office but call was hold for more then 30 mins but no answer. I tried to called their Indian office but there also same. I spent more then Rs.1, 500/ for calls and also my time, but no use. I am working in Sharjah - U.A.E. Kindly help me. Regards Ronald [protected]

                        [protected] I had booked a ticket on Makemytrip website from MAA-SIN on . I had been intimated that i will be getting my e-ticket in 4 hrs. [protected] I did not get my e-ticket till next day morning and i called up the customer care. After waiting for about 47 minutes i was informed that i will be getting my e-ticket in 6 hours and the delay was because my payment was stuck up somewhere. I sent my bank statement immediately and waited for the e-ticket. [protected] I got no response from makemytrip and called them 3 times where each person said that the ticket was confirmed and i will be getting e-ticket in 2 hours. They gave me a new booking id and reference number of complaint. I called them again after 5 hours to hear that there was no problem at all and the e-ticket was on the way. [protected] I sill didnt get my e-ticket. So i called the customer care again and waited for 38 minutes as usual. Many persons redirected my call to another after hearing my query. Finally a person told me that the concerned dept. was working on sending me the ticket and the payment has been received from me correctly. 1-2-2015 Still waiting for my e-ticket, i called again and waited for hours and spoke to many others. Finally another person told me that the ticket was booked and e-ticket will be received in 15 minutes. It was my first international booking. Therefore i said ok and waited. Meanwhile i was checking on the ticket rates which were raising considerably along with time. 2-2-2015 I called them again and heard that they were surprised to know that i didnt get my e-ticket till now. They asked me to wait for another 3 hours. I called them after 3 hrs and got another 3 hrs waiting time. Not even once they had called me. 3-2-2015 I called them at the end of the day to know that my ticket had been cancelled by makemytrip for no reason and my amount would be refunded only after 8 to 10 working days. They had also quoted that i had cancelled my own ticket. They are refunding full amount. How will the refund full amount for a non-refundable ticket, if i had cancelled the tickets. They gave me no solution for my travel. The ticket rates were nearly double by this time. All my hotel and itinerary costs were collapsed because of this. Headache from the beginning till the end. Not even once they called me. I called them and waited for hours and hours and finally found that the ticket was cancelled. My whole family is dejected. Now i'm still waiting for my refund.

                          My flight was cancelled on Spice jet on Dec 17 2014 as it became non-operational the same day. I cancelled my booking online via Make my trip on Dec 19 2014. The Refund is still pending to be received. I have called Make my Trip people many times and every time they would say that they will call back in 2-4 working days, but the call never came back. They are saying that the amount will be credited shortly, but till when we don't know. Apart from that they are levying Rs175 as Convenience Fee. I wonder what convenience these people are providing. And it takes 30 mins minimum to connect the call to Customer Care Executive. I have called 7-8 times and wasted my time.                           I booked a ticket from MakeMyTrip from Mumbai to Chandigarh (Via Delhi), Travel Date: 20 Dec, 2014. Booking Id: NF[protected]. Airline PNR: H02ZG, E-Ticket No.[protected].

                          The Air India flight was operation from Mumbai to Delhi but was Non-Operation from Delhi to Chandigarh due to bad weather in Chandigarh. Air India cancelled from Tickets and I was told that I will be getting refund from MakeMyTrip as my booking was through MakeMyTrip.

                          I submitted the Cancellation request with MM on 21 Dec 2014 itself. From then I am being told by MM again and again that I will receive my refund on some date which keeps on changing with time. Till now I have not received my money and there is no update on it now. I have called MM multiple times but I am getting no positive response.

                          MM representatives are so unprofessional. I also raised escalation step-1, step-2, and management escalation still no Response. Still there is no response. MakeMyTrip is looting peoples. This is the worst customer service.

                            BOOKING REFERENCE NO.: NN[protected] I have made a booking through makemytrip for Indore-Hanoi -Ho Ching Ming - Indore and got my eticket as well. But in my ticket bkk to han sector didn't get confirmed. Since 3 days, I raised this issue thrice with mmt customer care, and was always assured that nothing to worry, its all confirmed. (U can check the call history). But i was still not satisfied with the reply so called jet customer centre and to my surprise they said they said the foresaid sector is not booked by mmt, and I cant travel that sector without it being confirmed. I have always been a loyal customer wth mmt and now don't understand how things can be so careless at your end. I have already made my fwd boooking with hotels and cruise and now i don't have a complete confirmed tickets. I mean how can you issue a ticket without it being confirmed... Also calling customer care of mmt is such a big hassle in itself. Always have to wait for atleast 15 mins to get to the operator and have to explain everythng from starting. Its a really bad experience like for a prestigeous company like mmt. Even Visa Officials want a confirm ticket of travelling and without it they cant issue Visa to me. And now They have made me stuck in Middle. Such a dissoppointment and dissatifaction!! Clear case of Fraud and misguidance!! Anshul Jain

                              I made a booking on 25th July'14 through Make my trip for my travel to Jaipur for 7th Feb & Return back on 9th Feb'15. I had made a booking for 3 passengers travelling for a very important event. I only cancelled the booking for 1 passenger and 2 passengers were still travelling. But make my trip cancelled tkts for all passengers travelling for the trip. I have been calling Makemytrip since Saturday and there is no resolution to the complaint. My ComplaintID is Reference ID:[[protected]] with Makemytrip . I have my travel on Saturday and Make my trip doesn't have the guts to resolve the complaint and own up for their error. The most pathetic call center who doesn't have any history of complaints and makes customers repeat the complaint. They should be sued for this. Forget the compensation of the misery caused to us make my trip doesn't even bother to arrange a call back. Pathetic service provider, who doesn't accept or acknowledge the complain.                                 Due to technical error on their end ticked was not booked, but amount was Credited to their account, I have received SMS saying Due to technical error booking was not made so will return the amount to your account with in 3 to 5 working days (RS 24, 680) it has been more than 20 working days Amount was not credited to my bank, No proper response from their end I have called several time What would be the next step shall i take to the consumer court? I have every evidence in my mail and sms that when ever i call they would say the amount will be credited to your account with in 3days our finical department is working on it Someone kindly suggest me

                                  I had made a booking during GOSF Festival, which stated that a cashback of Rs. 2000 is applicable while booking on an App. I made a booking the code which got applied successfully using my Windows Phone App, and called up at customer care no. to check if the code was applied successfully, since I didn't want to pay more for the hotel booking. The customer care officer confirmed that the code was applied successfully. Now the cash back was to be creidted on 22 December 2014; I called up to check the status and the customer care officer stated that it will get credited shortly; however no cashback happened. I called up almost a week later to check the status and I was told that I will receive a call back for the same. I received a call from MMT they said that the booking was made on a windows phone and that under the terms and conditions they will not process the cashback. my question to the company is that WHY WAS THE CODE APPLIED at the first instance; I wouldn't have made the payment since I have other phones that run on iOS and Android. Since it's a lapsation of Makemytrip, this cashback should get credited.

                                      Make My Trip Booking ID IN1409B3S073124. Dear Sir/Madam, Myself Sumit Bandawala had cancelled my Mumbai-Chennai Return Ticket . & I got a mail from Make My Trip on 14 Nov 2014 that your refund will be reflected in 7-14 business days but till date they have not refunded any amount. Whenever i call they give me time of 3-4 days time for refund but nothing is done. its near about 4 months i am following up for payment. Today also i called they are just transferring calls to other departments and wasting time. After every followup a mail comes from make my trip regarding refund assurance which is false commitment. Please help me in the matter & take serious action against them so that they should not cheat innocent people again. Approx amount to be refunded is Rs. 7000.
