Taking payment for a booking that has not been confirmed

It is proved that Make My Trip is only interested in new customer. I was told that I will get 200 RS cashback if I will make my booking with Koak Card so I did, and at last I was told that I would get Make My Trip vouchers which I would be able to use during my next booking. SpiceJet flight cancellation refund

SpiceJet SG215 was cancelled on 17th Dec. I called MakeMyTrip to cancel the tickets under 2 different PNR (Y8DCQZ and ZYJJ5Q). To my surprise the cancellation request was not sent to SpiceJet until I called the airline on 28th Dec. SpiceJet refunded the amount on 30th Dec but MakeMyTrip is hoarding the amount even after committing that they do not hold the amount....

Regarding Bus Service
