But it was getting error. So I need to Confirm what is my Cancellation amount will i get it and what is my cancellation Charge that will deduct. Apart from that how much time the amount will get in my Account

    1) Reference ID:[[protected]] Baggage Booking id: NF[protected]paid extra baggage charge to airline instead of booking at makemytrip.com The booking was done on 2nd March-15 for flight from Pune to New Delhi by Indigo. I have paid to makemytrip.com Rs. 3750-0 extra for my extra 30 kg baggage, but when I reached indigo counter –they said they did not have any ref. and amount for 30 kg has to pay as it is not reflecting booking done by makemytrip.com- I tried to contact customer care of makemytrip.com and the person which attended the call said-pay to indigo and they will refund the whole amount .I have to pay Rs. 6500-00 to indigo with receipt no. =[protected] dated 2nd March -15 along with Rs. 3750-00 paid to makemytrip.com. Still struggling with makemytrip.com to get back my money . Rs. 6500-00 to be refunded back 2) Booking Unsuccessful for ID - NF[protected] The booking has been unsuccessful-Amount Rs. 10004-00 has been deducted from my account The amount still not refunded. The booking was tried to done on 2nd March-15. I tried to book flight from Pune to New Delhi on 2nd March-15 from makemytrip.com. The amount was deducted from my HDFC account to makemytrip account, but no booking was done. The amount is still not paid by makemytrip.com and I am struggling to get back the amount. 3) Booking Reference ID:[[protected]] payment deduction-no ticket received ( train ticket ) Bank transaction details: The booking was done on 27th Feb-15 for train ticket from Pune to New Delhi, The amount was deducted from my HDFC account to makemytrip account, but no booking was done. The amount is still not paid by makemytrip.com and I am struggling to get back the amount.       I have booked air ticket from Hyderabad to Chennai using makemytrip.com for 12th march 2015. But ticket got booked for 10th March 2015. Though I am luckily having the screen shot of the data that I have fed through their website, make my trip is not in a position to accept this fact. And they have forced me to go for the change of booking date by charging an extra amount of Rs1850/- and lot of inconvenience and mental pressure. Pl help me in this regard

        I had cancelled five refundable Spicejet tickets on 17th Dec 2014 while travelling from Port Blair to Kolkata. of PNR G9Q18A with Makemytrip booking ID - NF[protected] . Spicejet had sent me confirmation mail that they had send the money to makemytrip.com. After that we are constantly contacting makemytrip.com but they are just keeping us on hold saying after 4 working days, 3days, etc. I had lodged a complaint last week, this week also on 4th March 2015 but I thing they are too idle to refund the same. Please help me in this regard. I am feeling cheated.

          Booking ID: NF[protected] With reference to above mentioned booking throughout Make My Trip I have written to the airline for refund. It has now come to my notice that the airline has refunded entire amount on 07th Feb 2015to Make my Trip. However the same is still not been refunded by the company into my account. It is completely a matter of cheating and shame upon your company to behave in this manner. I have wasted my hours calling at your customer service team but to no avail. What makes your company to use others money and blame it to Airline company for delay? I have a written communication from Spice Jet confirming the refund on 7Feb to make my trip and when I called up at the customer care no. My call is either kept on hold or was transferred from 1desk to another. I have lost all the faith into this company and would never use the services of this agency in future. I also urge the people not to use the services of this fraud company. They use public money for self development and have no morale or ethics.

            Hi Team, I am extremely dissatisfied with Make my trip now:Its almost 1 week I am dealing with you for booking ID: US-1410B4S003384, I called mulitple times for my Booking which I put on hold because I am not able to travel on my actual dates.I got hold one of your agent (after 3 days no one is picking the call) on 3/5/2015 then she say "We can change the dates for your hold booking but you need to pay $300 for you penalty fee then $500 for fare difference" I said why fair difference if I am paying date change penalty fee.Then I call Swiss airways first the dates which I told to get changed is May 21st from Miami to New Delhi and coming back on 14th June from New Delhi to Miami, airlines told me $475, and they also claimed, if make my trip agent talk to swiss sales department they can wave of my this amount.I am not able to travel on my actual dates because of some emergency Situation I thought make my trip as reputed company will never cheat like 2 cents. I really feel cheated now and I am not going to recommend Anyone Make my trip from now onwards.Please give my Refund back after penalty amount or call me and resolve my issue asap, I am not going to do any business with you guys anymore.               I have booked two 2 tickets round trip from Chennai to dubai and i have cancelled it due to change of plan and i have given the cancellation request and was advised that cancellation charge of Rs 2500 will be levied per ticket in due of cancellation. the total amount paid was 36792 for the tickets and less cancellation fee it was shown in the website i would get a refund of Rs 15595per ticket and in total 31190rs as refund but when submitted ok for cancellation they show a refund amount of 13600 when tried to call the help centre they just divert the call and put the call on hold for more than 30minutes every time i call the same thing is happening again and again there is no response from make my trip kindly help

                I booked my round trip tickets(Bangalore-Kolkata) through Make My Trip for Spicejet Flights. The flights were cancelled by Spicejet and they said they had refunded the complete amount (8900) to the travel agency i.e Make My trip. But, I have received only about half of the refund(4650) from Make My trip. Their service is really pathetic. I have called them 100 times but they say they will refund the complete amount in 1-2 days. I am really frustrated with their non responsive attitude. Kindly help in getting me my full refund.                   Hi, Booking ID : IN1501B7S301410 Hi, I used my debit to book for the above booking ID through your website but money deducted but no ticket issued. i sent mail, no replies, i am trying to contact through toll free and other contact numbers which has been provided by you to contact but its absolutely waste as am keep waiting waiting for hours but could not reach any representative. It has been one month and my personal timings going for this every day along with depressions. Money Deducted : 30.000 INR Date: 11 Feb 2015 Bank: ICICI Account : Debit/Savings The below complaints has been raised through my login ([protected]@gmail.com) but of no use.. just eyewash for customers.                   I got message from customer care that it has been processed on 28th March but still now, I haven't received the amount despite checked with my bank also. Why is this delay and just for sake of it, you are providing some comments here to.. Its been two months now struggling like anything to get hold of your team with no result.. Customer care.. always engaged.. Even if I connect after 1 hour, I will get nothing concrete resolution.. Am sure you will loose customers very soon and you all guys will be out of the market.. Very soon.. Mark my words... its not one customer... most of the people are struggling to get refund from your organisation and customer service is pathetic and worst.. Don't have words..

                    Its a shame how big names like makemytrip are coming up with great offers to fool their consumers and make money out of them. So here's how i got affected by one such fraud deal. On 3rd March i booked two separate tickets for my fiancee one from Dubai to New Delhi for Rs. 7600 and another return from New Delhi to Dubai for Rs.10000. The very next day makemytrip came up with this amazing scheme where the tickets for the same date were available for Rs. 1100. I cancelled the Dubai to New Delhi ticket and booked a fresh ticket under the scheme saving a couple of thousands. Both the transactions were successful and i received receipts for both via email, cancellation of the previous ticket and booking of the new one under the lucrative offer. I was the happiest person for a couple of hours before i received another email from them stating that the bookings made between 1st to 4th March cudnt be processed due to some technical error. We regret to cancel your booking from Dubai to New Delhi made on 4th March. My question is, How my other ticket booked on 3th March remained unaffected by the so called technical error in their server. And only the ticket booked under the offer got cancelled. And above all if you wish to discuss the same with them their customer care is the most difficult to get through. CLEARLY THEY ARE CHEATING THE PUBLIC AND MENTING MONEY IN WRONG WAYS. I am raising my voice against it, some serious step need to be taken. I am a couple of more people who incurred a loss of thousands because of this.

Date Applied for Cancellation - 07/02/15 I have been following up with Make My Trip since past 1 month for refund of cancellation of my International tickets. The response that I get from them every time is that they are still processing the request as refund not yet received from the airlines. Finally, after 1 month of following up they told me to contact the airlines to know the status. Firstly, I don't understand why I have to follow up with the airlines when I booked my ticket through Make my trip as being the travel agent in this case. Also, I should be nowhere concerned to this as I paid the money to Make My Trip and not the airlines. Even after all this I called the airline directly and checked with them & I was told that the Ticket has still not been updated as 'cancelled' and is showing 'open to use' from your agent Make My Trip. Then informed Make My Trip about this and they saying no we have already cancelled. They saying airlines giving only Rs. 400 refund. So if you want this much refund we can give it to you right now otherwise you will have to wait. To check if this is the truth, I called the airlines directly for this & they told me only Rs.[protected] would be deducted maximum per ticket out of Rs. 84, 840 that I paid for 2 International tickets. Clearly, MakeMyTrip is trying to fool the consumer here and not ready to refund the money back. I don't understand what else do I have to do to get my refund from MakeMyTrip.com P.s. - I tried to make a complaint on their website, but there is a hitch that doesn't allow to go to the next page.

Following that i cancelled the previous booking and made a fresh booking under the lucrative offer... Both the transactions were successful, as i got receipts for both. The cancellation of the previous tickets and confirmed booking of the new one. I was the happiest person for a couple of hours before the got another email from makemytrip stating that due to some technical error the bookings made from 1st March to 4the march cudnt be processed. They regret to cancel the ticket booked under the offer... My question is, the other tickets i booked on 3rd March for the actual prices are still confirmed and unaffected. Like the return ticket from New Delhi to Dubai booked on 3rd March for Rs. 10, 000 stayed unffected by the so called technical error that happened in their server... MAKEMYTRIP IS CHEATING THEIR CONSUMER BY FALSE SCHEMES. I am raising my voice against it, some serious again is required. I know a couple of more people who got effected in the same false scheme and incurred great loss of thousands...

                          BOOKING ID: NF[protected] I spent 3 days trying to sort my issue with MakeMyTrip but they have the most ridiculous customer services. Air India says the airline date change cost (penalty + fare difference) is Rs.13000 but MakeMyTrip is telling me that it is Rs. 21000 - so they are charging Rs. 8000 EXTRA for a date change – These are just fraudulent charges over and above the actual costs. Also, according to their customer service team I'm not allowed to make an online one-way date change myself (even though I have booked myself) and the airline says I can only make a change through MakeMyTrip since I have booked through them. So smartly MakeMyTrip leaves me no option but to pay them this fraudulent extra amount. The supervisors were NEVER available and the customer service team promised me a call back from the supervisors 5 times over but I did not receive a single call. There is a list of complaints that will go onto consumer forum should I file a case there.

                            Details of the complaint can also be found in complaint ref id-"[protected]" in makemytrip.com. 1. I was booking 2 tickets for honeymoon trip for my brother. I booked two tickets from Singapore to Bali on 27th Feb at 3:59 PM. 2. But after payment from my credit card amount- 12622, I DID NOT GET ANY CONFIRMATION EMAIL OR SMS, BOOKING ID OR ANY OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION INSTEAD AFTER PAYMENT GATEWAY I WAS REDIRECTED TO THE HOMPAGE .However, the amount was deducted from my credit card( I HAVE BANK STATEMENT AND SMS the amount is deducted by MAKEMYTRIP.COM). 3. When i contacted customer care i was not getting any useful answer, THEY SAID IT'S A TECHNICAL ISSUE. Instead of sending me confirmation email or booking id I WAS SUGGESTED TO BOOK THE FRESH NEW TICKET new ticket which was higher than the already deducted amount. THIS IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR. 3.I booked the ticket on urgent basis and i not only face trouble and inconvenience but i am also not satisfied with the customer care services. Just because of this I also face lots of hassles in booking new ticket from other credible source(THOMAS COOK) and END UP PAYING MORE . My experience with makemytrip.com is not at all good and not even up to the expectation. 4.I am still trying to connect with your customer care to refund my money but they are saying that the payment in the database is showing PENDING. But IT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. 5. With mention ref id above "[protected]", i have already sent them BANK STATEMENT. 6. Last reply that i got from the above mentioned ref complaint is that THEY WANT ME TOO SENT BANK STATEMENT (which i have already sent it to them) AND THEY WANT ME TO GENERATE OFFLINE BOOKING ID THROUGH CUSTOMER CARE AND SEND IT TO THEM. This is not acceptable behaviour AS ALSO POINT OUT IN PT 3. 6. It has been almost a week i have not received any call or message from MAKEMYTRIP.COM. 7. please help. REFUND MY MONEY.

                                Spicejet cancelled almost all flights in Dec 2014. It was my misfortune that it was my wedding - 7th Dec 2014 and 8 of my family members and me were left stranded.We were to travel from Kolkata to Chandigarh. I had requested Makemytrip team to help, asking if any alternate arrangements could be made for me, but there was no response.All my ceremonies timing was hampered, as somehow i reached Delhi and had to go by road to chandigarh. Spicejet promised to refund the 100% fare for Delhi to Chandigarh leg oof journey, and did so. But makemytrip, after much follow up did not credit the whole amount and has been making blunders and mistakes and deducting some amount or the other. Most have of my mails come back with the standard copy paste reply and my calls are generally put on endless hold. They think customers have no other work rather than following up with them? Is not the whole purpose of booking a ticket through their website rather than direct booking is ease of travel? Is their only agenda is to earn money from the bookings and then shake away all responsibility of a travel agency?

                                  I made a booking on makemytrip 7 days ago but the booking was not made and my bank account was debited 30, 000 rupees. It has been a week now and my account is still not credited with the same amount. I called makemytrip many times. They said they have escalated the issue..but now they are not even picking up my calls... [protected][protected] order no :NF[protected]P09 [protected][protected]

                                    I had a booking made at Makemytrip website to travel to Italy (Rome) from Bangalore on 20th of February (return on 1st March). However, I changed my booking on 17th of February (3 days before travel) to 29th May (return on 7th June). This was confirmed with a payment confirmation at Makemytrip website while making the changes with an agent (I don't remember his name). I received an email from [protected]@amadeus.com confirming my new travel dates, which I received immediately after the changes were made i.e. 17 Feb 2015. I was awaiting my new travel ticket confirmation from Makemytrip which did not come. On 25th Feb, I received an email from one Mr. Jatin Kumar (Via email ID [protected]@makemytrip.com) telling he was trying to get in touch with me. I tried calling Makemytrip[protected] numerous times and no one was able to help. They kept forwarding my call giving some excuse or other. After 2 hours of tracking via same number, I was told that I will get a response in 24 Hours. On 26th feb, another staff of Makemytrip called and said my ticket was not booked. He gave some vague reason and said that he has to book it again. When I told him for the same dates i.e. 29th May 2015 for Bangalore to Rome (Via Abu Dhabi), he said there were no seats available. I did a parallel search on makemytrip website and I was getting tickets on the same flight. He did not get me tickets for any day in the close vicinity of that date as well and all this while, i was getting confirmation of tickets on makemytrip website. He said he will get back and hung up the phone. I suspect some foul play and is a cover-up for not making my booking and not willing to replace the same booking. I send Makemytrip an email explaining the same. It has been 5 days and they have not bothered to respond. Any calls made to makemytrip ends up with some untrained staff member connecting to another untrained staff and then the call just gets disconnected. Their complains and feedback page doesn't work either. When I type all the details and submit, it says "Unable to submit, try again". I expect a clear response as I have spend a lot of money for this ticket and a new booking for the said dates as soon as possible.

                                      I have booked a Spicejet flight in MMT from Bangalore to Delhi on Jan 02, 2015 for the travelling Date Jan 09, 2015.I got a Msg from Spicejet on jan06, 2015 that the flight has been cancelled due to operational problem.so after consulting MMT i cancelled the booking.They promised that the amount Rs.6130 will be refunded within a week.But 3 months completed.still now i have not received my refund.Filed a complaint up to Step 4 in Complaint Forum of MMT.They are sending the repeated forward mails of Apologize mails.That too had stopped responding now.No use in that.Customer service are not responding to calls properly.There are many complaints already in consumer complaints also.This shows their responsibility and service to customers. if this is keep on continuing, MMT will surely lose all their Customers soon.. MY MakeMyTrip Booking ID- NF[protected] and MY mail ID:[protected]@gmail.com.kindly look on to this matter and refund my money as soon as possible.

                                        This complaint is with regards to the incomplete commitment made by MakeMyTrip for Day 6 of the tour plan that I have purchased. Though there were many issues in the trip of which I have informed MakeMyTrip in separate email (email sent to Hitesh Khatwani), this mail is to bring to your notice about our Day 6 experience. On 26th Feb 2015, my wife and I were ready after breakfast for Patan as it was promised in our itenary. We waited for the travel agent, we called MakeMyTrip also twice. But this issue was not resolved. We did not have any trip to Patan. Please let us know how you plan to address this inconvenience that we have faced. Will you compensate financially for it? Because we feel cheated by MakeMyTrip as MakeMyTrip has not kept its promise. We also had some bad experience which we have already informed to Hitesh Khatwani by email. My Booking ID is: IN1412B6S185103 The following is the plan that was sent to me for day 6 (26th Feb 2015): Day 6: Kathmandu - Delhi Breakfast is at the hotel, later check out and proceed for an excursion to Patan - Located about 5 km south of Kathmandu in the Kathmandu Valley, on the southern side of the Bagmati River, Patan is one of 3 royal cities in the valley. A destination for connoisseurs of fine arts, Patan is filled with wood and stone carvings, metal statues, ornate architecture, including dozens of Buddhist and Hindu temples, and over 1200 monuments. The city is known for its rich tradition of arts and handicrafts. On time, transfer to the airport to board your flight to Delhi. On arrival into Delhi, get a transfer to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay. We had booked AC cabs for all travel, but in more than one instance AC cabs were not provided. On the third day, they were suppose to end the tour with a one hour boat ride.. they did not meet that commitment and again after I complained to MakeMyTrip then their local agent arranged it for the next day early morning boating. I have spent a lot of money just calling them from Nepal over ISD.
