Wrong booking, description and photos

We booked a package trip with flight and hotel for 15.01.2015 to 17.01.2015 from Chennai to Hyderabad with a "good" but not to expensive hotel.

wrong tickets given- Booking ID -NF2201441072325‏

i had booked tickets correctly, paid for them and saw the confirmation details after payment on the last page. then i get a msg from the airlines giving me different dates of tickets booked !! i immediately called and emailed you but have not received a response yet even after 3 days. the dates booked were departure 10th april-12th april return but tickets given were departure 22nd february-12th april !!! this is just a way to get extra cancellation...

Refund stopped - no fault

I have booked a flight for 7am after booking it turned out to be booked at 7pm by make my trip systems.

I have cancelled the flights the next day which was on November 21, 2014. Still waiting for the refund and spoken to more than 10 people and running from pillar to post.

I had specifically told the guy handling our booking that we wanted a luxury holiday with hotels in the city center. When we arrived in Udaipur our hotel was 30 minutes away from the city center in an industrial area with construction going all around the hotel. Refund amount not credited since almost 2 months
