I had made a booking online on makemytrip.com for one night stay at Venetian hotel. I had booked for a plan that included breakfast. However when i arrived at the hotel, was told that breakfast is not included, hotel even showed me the mail from 3rd party vendor (working with makemytrip) that the booking does not include breakfast.
