Hi, The Payment was failed for the booking ID NF[protected]. I have done the Payment for Rs 8671/- and Make MYTrip has refunded only 8552/- amount back in my account. I have raised the complaint thrice but no refund processed till yet. Reference Numbers are: [[protected]], [[protected]], [[protected]]. Every Time each executive told me that the amount it will reflect in my account after 72hrs, its been now more than 15 days but I have not received any refund till yet. I need refund and compensation for this mental harassment and time spent on customer care every time. Regards, Arpit Agarwal

    i have booked a ticket on make my trip on 24th march 2015, for 30th march 2015 from delhi to hyderbad...for which i checked umpteen no of times before booking for 30th march 2015 ..but finally when i got the ticket it was booked for 21 june 2015, adn my ticket id was NF[protected]..i was really shocked to see my ticket to be booked for 21st june 2015..and i cant even cancel my ticket apparently it was non refundable..i called them so many times and they just took my complaint twice on id[protected] first and second time on id[[protected]] ...and now they even stopped taking my calls..this website is half the time giving all false information..i want them to cancel my ticket and process my refund..i even have a proof that this website is showing false information to the clients..

        In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case and found that the travel date was 18-Mar-15 with departure time 11:05 hrs. Passenger has selected special claim option “No Show “while raising his cancellation request on 18-Mar-15 at 10:04 hrs. According to the Airline cancellation policy the booking should to be cancelled at least 2 hrs prior to the departure and in this case passenger has cancelled the booking within one hour of travel. Airline marked passenger a no show on this booking and has refunded us an amount of Inr 233 only, after deducting no-show charges. MakeMyTrip service charges are Inr 250. So, we regret to inform you that, we will not be able to process any refund on this booking. We thank you for contacting us.

            My Spicejet flight from kolkata to kerala got cancelled due to non-operational reason in the month of December, 2014.I had booked this flight via makemytrip online portal. As per the discussion with makemytrip customer care, i raised a cancellation as well as refund request against this booking on 3rd January, 2015. Spicejet had confirmed that the full amount had already been refunded to makemytrip on 12nd Feb, 2015. Also makemytrip had sent me an email with the refund details and mentioned that the amount should reflect in my credit card account latest by 22nd March, 2015. But as of now i have received only 10522 INR which is approximately half of the amount, rest of the amount has not been refunded yet, even after multiple follow ups & raising multiple service requests i have not received any satisfactory response from makemytrip.             money refunded, case can be closed...after multiple follow ups they have understood the issue and refunded back the amount
            Yet I have not received the whole refund amount, makemytrip have refunded only partial amount.
            As per the email communication from makemytrip I was supposed to get an amount of 21048 INR but makemytrip have refunded only an amount of 20020 INR.
            So the difference between the refunded amount and the actual amount to be refunded is 1028 INR.
            I have already talked to the makemytrip customer care as well as raised service request with makemytrip, but yet there is no response from makemytrip.
            Requesting you to please look into this issue and help me in getting rest of the refund amount.

            I had booked a ticket for my friend through the makemytrip app.
            there was an offer which stated sbi card customers would get a cashbak if the ticket was booked through the card.
            i applied the coupon and booked the ticket

              I had booked tickets on spicejet through makemytrip. The flight was cancelled. Spicejet has refunded 100% to Makemytrip but makemytrip has deducted Rs 5400 as cancellation charges on two tickets. I didnt realise till I chased up Spicejet and theyc onfirmed that they had made full refund to makemytrip. Makemytrip just refuses to answer my complaint that i have lodged and inspite of reminders and emails, there is just no answer. This is going on since a month. Shoddy customer service and unethical practices, completely unexpected from someone like makemytrip. They have surely gone done several notches in my mind. People beware of their practices

                  I was trying to book an International Flight on 19th of March, 2015 through Makemytrip.com . My payment for the flight went through and money was deducted from my account but the makemytrip server gave some error code (like : Our server is tired) and the booking did not go through. I tried calling customer care and they told me that they the transaction is not successful and the money is on my bank's side. I raised concern with my bank and bank came back within 2 days confirming that the transaction went through successfully. I then raised a formal complaint ( Reference ID:[[protected]] ) raising this issue providing my bank details of the transaction. It is almost 2 weeks since then and I did not receive any response except some of the automatic ones. I tried calling customer care and supposedly they raised this to their accounts team but I am not seeing the deducted money is getting deposited back to my bank account.                   First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you as what happened is certainly not in line with our service standards.

                  Further please note that, we have validated the case at our end and found that your booking was not confirmed with us and your refund of complete amount of INR 183081.00 will be initiated from our end on 11-Apr-15.                   I do not understand why it is taking so much time to get the money refunded.It has been more than 3 weeks.
                  Also, first, when I reported the same through customer complaint (Reference ID:[protected], I did not get a single reply apart from the automated one.. I have to keep going back to your site and escalate it, call customer care until on 4thApril some one from customer care told me (not through mail, I called them) that I have to submit bank statement showing the debit. I immediately send the same. Then on the same day I got reply from customer care that the issue will be resolved within 72 hours!!
                  It has been 1 week from then, and whenever I call customer care, I got the same reply (and sometimes they hang up one me) that it will be resolved. Once even they told, that the money has been transferred to bank and bank will credit it. When I asked for the reference number for the same to take up with bank, they promised to email me the same but I did not get any mail!!

                  Again on 7th April, I am seeing some new complaint has been created (not by me, with a different Reference ID :[protected] and I got yesterday a mail telling me : "we have escalated this refund concern to our accounts team to validate the records and the response is awaited. We request you to kindly cooperate with us and we ensure to get back to you within 72 working hours to share the status with you."

                  I do not know what is going on!!!

                    I booked hotel+Flight on 15th Feb 2015 but transaction got declined and my CC was charged for 32800/-. till date i only got refund of 10000/- rest 22000/- yet not refunded by MMT yet.                       I booked a tkt online no- NN[protected] on 23rd May Suddenly received a mail that my tkt is canceled and no reason of cancellation. I did enquire that the tkt is not canceled by Airlines company but is canceled by Makemytrip.com Still struggling to understand the reason of cancellation for par 8 days. Please forward me the E mail ids of the Management members to ensure that they are made aware of this facts. Also let me know the details to launce a complaint in consimer court

                        I booked three tickets for my travel from raipur to Udaipur from makemytrip.com . The ticket which was mailed to me showed as non refundable ticket. So, when my plan for the travel changed, I did not cancel my ticket as it was non refundable. After the date of departure when I contacted makemytrip customer care service, they sent me a copy of the ticket which showed that it was a refundable ticket. Now, I did not get any refund as there was a mistake from makemytrip side. THIS IS THEIR FAULT AND I HAVE LOST Rs. 20000/-.. I contacted them but they have given me a refund of Rs. 33 on each ticket. This is fraud. I want to file a consumer complaint.

                          I Have booked 4 tickets, 3 tickets from Dubai To Mumbai And one ticket from Mumbai to Dubai, But they cancel my 3 tickets from Dubai To Mumbai, sending a mail that their is technical issue with the website and wrong priced are charged and they will return the booking amount, all the tickets will be cancelled . But they dint cancel my ticket from Mumbai To Dubai, i have to call airline to cancel the tickets and i have being charged Rs.2000/- But they said they will return all the charges with 3 working days, booking Date is 4th March'2015, since today i haven't got single penny from Makemytrip.com. They just keep sending mail that it will be solved in 96 hrs since 4th March, I[censored] call the Customer Care, call will be on hold for hours and hours, then they will keep on transferring the call from this dept to other and waste your time and finally disconnect the call. U cannot reach any agent even i[censored] hold the call for hours, they will just disconnect the call

                            i had booked a Flight Ticket on website from Pune to Dubai...Booking Id .IN1502B8S004038...confirmed ticket was shown on website and asked to make payment..Rs.16485 was paid on 04/02/2015..I did not received ticket..hence as advised by them i lodged a complaint on 05/02/15 .complaint ID[protected]..They agreed to refund my amount within 72 hrs...but did not do so by various excuses ..Again i lodged complaint on 19-02-15 complaint ID 150219=0233326 but did not refund the money or book the ticket..They agreed their fault on phone & agree they will adequately compensate for delay ..but even after 12/13 phone calls but did not do any thing...pl.help me to get justice...Mrs Pornima Doshi

                              MY TICKET FROM CHENNAI TO DELHI WAS CANCELLED ON 11TH FEB BY THE MAKE MY TRIP PORTAL ITSELF, BUT THE REFUND HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED. MY PARENTS WERE STUCK ON CHENNAI AIRPORT, AND THE AIRPORT OFFICIALS ANNOUNCED THAT THE "TICKET WAS CANCELLED". I'VE BEEN CALLING THE MMT PORTAL CONTINOUSLY. EVEN THEIR REFUND PAYMENT IS OF NO USE.ACCORDING TO THE PORTAL THE REFUND IS MADE IN 5 DAYS, BUT IT HAS BEEN 18 DAYS NOW. THE MMT PORTAL CANCELLED THE CONFIRMED TICKET ITSELF, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. KINDLY HELP. MY PARENTS SUFFERED MENTAL AS WELL AS PHYSICAL TORTURE ON THE CHENNAI AIRPORT. THEY HAVE UNLAWFULLY KEPT MY MONEY FROM 11TH FEB, 3;30 PM. PLEASE KINDLY HELP, OTHERWISE STRONG LEGAL ACTION WOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST THE COMPANY. THE COMPANY WHICH CLAIMS ITSELF TO BE THE 'INDIA'S NO.1 TRAVEL SITE' HAS NO RESPECT FOR ITS CUSTOMERS.

                                Hi, I have booked a airline ticket from SFO to BLR for $599 through Makemytrip website, customer care representative called me and helped to book the ticket, and i have asked for discount he said since all he can do is price match. later i went to a website called skyscanner.com and i was getting the same flight, same class, same time and same date everything is exactly the same for $537, i took a screen shot and sent an email to [protected]@makemytrip.com, i got a response that they want price match doc in pdf format and with all the details. 1> do any one would have pdf designer ready on there machine? 2> I still went and installed and sent from screen by screen and sent in a pdf doc. now again got a mail saying they want itinerary, Note : Unless i enter my credit card details cannot click on Book my ticket tab, so how can i go to next page. and since its already more than 24 hours and just 24 hours left to fly..the fare has slightly changed and its still less than what makemytrip is charging. I would request please take this complaint on priority and do the needful.                                   Hi, This is in reference to an e-ticket booked by me on 22nd January, 2015 from Kolkata to Bangalore. I received a wrong invoice with departure & arrival given as Delhi and Kolkata respectively. I am positive that I did not book the ticket wrongly. I was told by Makemytrip's customer care executive that it was indeed Makemytrip's mistake and that I would receive a FULL REFUND (no cancellation charges would be deducted). He also advised me to book another ticket as soon as possible and assured me that I would also get back the balance amount when I would book the new ticket. I booked another ticket for Rs. 9747. However, I received only a refund of Rs.4453 and when I called Makemytrip, they said that the accounts team had rejected my request since it was MY fault according to their logs. I asked him how the previous executive could have assured me that it was Makemytrip's mistake without confirming, and he just apologised for his colleague's incompetence. I do not require an apology. I want my money back. If their logs truly show that it's my mistake, then I want a compensation for the misguidance provided by their executive to me.I have all the calls recorded on my phone and would be taking a legal action if this is not settled at high priority. It's highly disturbing and shows total negligence of the customer.

                                      This is the complaint I posted in Make My Trip complaint page. But didn't received any reply from their side.It has been more than a month now. "I am really disappointed with this trip designed by make my trip.My whole trip ruined because of not proper arrangements and timings designed by your team.My concerns on trip was that my trip should be well planned with proper timing's, but it didn't happened. According to the itinerary provided to me through mail, it included the following services — Airport transfers through private taxi. (bangkok airport- hotel in pattaya, pattaya - hotel in bangkok & bankok hotel to airport) Hotel stay (bangkok & pattaya)- 4 star hotels. City tour through shared van. (bangkok & pattaya) Following problem happened on my trip- When we landed in bangkok, no transfers has booked for us from airport to hotel. Me and my wife waited & wasted 5 hours at airport at that day since we dont know whom to contact. I called your team from bangkok but there was no response. Eventually, we booked a cab from our own expenses and went to hotel in Pattaya. In pattaya, the hotels were booked but ...we again waited for a whole day but no one came up for the city tour. we wrote around 5-6 mails to make my trip team ..we even called the cust. care number many times…but we didn’t get any satisfactory reply from your end.. we had a talk with the Thailand helpline number, the person on call told us dat he did not received any information about our booking and told us to wait for another 6-10 hrs for package confirmation from your side. Then, we finally, after wasting our whole day..went out for our private city tour with our own expenses. In pattaya we were told that the check out time is 12 noon.. but fortunately, around 9:45 am we came to know dat it was not 12 but 10 am ...after the check out from pattaya, we had already booked the taxi (from our own expenses) from pattaya to bangkok.(as u were still sleeping) but there was a confusion created when we came to know that a taxi from your agency was already waiting for us(without any prior information). In this great confusion we wasted security deposit money for taxi. In bangkok hotel- the check in time was- 2 pm and we reached there at 12 noon.we waited at the lobby of the hotel for 2 hrs. then at the time of check in (at 2pm) we received a small paper from the receptionist regarding the city tour package timings and there was a contact no of a guide to whom we were asked to contact. we called the guide and asked him about our tour plan. He said that it was scheduled for dat day itself and since we were not there at 12..so we won’t b able to join him.Now, dat was really an absurd and senseless planning by your side. when u knew our check in was at 2 pm, then how can u plan for the city tour for the same day at 12 noon ..and dat too without even informing us… (no mails/no calls)..Again, we went out for our private city tour with our own expenses.. Now, the actual services provided by you includes- Hotel booking (pattaya & bangkok). Transfer from pattaya hotel to bangkok. Transfer from bangkok hotel to airport. I have dropped mail to your team, but no response has come which you can see in trailing mails. I want reimbursement of my trip now along with airport transfers, since my whole trip got ruined.
