Fraud (on online hotel booking)

I had made a booking online on makemytrip.com for one night stay at Venetian hotel. I had booked for a plan that included breakfast. However when i arrived at the hotel, was told that breakfast is not included, hotel even showed me the mail from 3rd party vendor (working with makemytrip) that the booking does not include breakfast. This is a clear case of gross negligence and fraud from makemytrip....

Cancellation charges deducted on flight cancelation

I had booked a flight ticket from Allahabad to Delhi through Makemytrip.

I received a call from Air India that the flight has been cancelled and I cancelled the ticket.

But the deductions were made by Makemytrip.

On contacting them, they asked for sending a confirmation from Air India Airport Office whcih I sent on 7th January 2015 and am waiting for the same.

Hi, I had booked a package with MMT on 13th of Nov. 2014 to Manali. My journey date was on Dec 20th, 2014. In lieu of some untoward circumstances (my wife being pregnant) which we came to know only after December 1st week, I had requested MMT to cancel this booking and refund some part of it.
