Misinformed Bus Details and No Response to the Grievances

Refund amount not credited since almost 2 months

I used the MakeMyTrip.com website first time to book flights, and my transaction of Rs 21, 984.00 got debited.

Then, MakeMyTrip.com cancelled my transaction and said to will refund my money in 2 days and will not refund. They will refund only Rs 21, 200.

Why should I suffer a loss of Rs 750 ?? Was my mistake...
