    my booking no NF[protected] was cancelled on 9 february 2015 and the refund amount has still not been given back. i checked the website 10 days before (around 4 march 2015) and my refund status was written completed but i still hadn't got refund i have called regularly to there customer care and the only response i've got is to wait for more days. The last time i called (7 march 2015) they asked me to wait for 4 days and assured me that i will get it back within those days ( which i haven't). there site has a complaints column in which i have escalated the complaint several times without a getting a response. they send autogenerated mail replies even on there official facebook page i'm a student and i feel completely harassed and torn up as i cannot afford this i have tried everyway to get my money back but in vain

    No I got the refund on 14 match not on 6th March.
    I guess your slow customer service couldn't initiate the funds for 8 days.

      On 13.03.2015, 1900 hrs we tried booking a ticket from Mumbai to kochi, we managed to until the last step however the AMOUNT WAS DEBITED from my account BUT I DINT RECEIVE THE TICKET. I immediately tried calling the customer service number ( which takes ages to get connected ). The most horrible part is the line keeps getting disconnected every time I started speaking to the executive. I narrated my problem almost to 10 people at the customer service, And no matter you call them at 8 in the evening or 9.30 in the morning they are always having high call volumes.         I have done the cancellation on 2/Jan/2015 for booking ID NF[protected]. I have not received the refund money in my account till date. I'm extremely frustrated and literally pissed off with your service.I had made 11 calls in the past three months to your customer service and till date I have not got any update on when I will be refunded with my money. If the issue is not sorted out in the next day or two I'm, going to take legal action against you. I have been waiting very patiently on this issue for the past three months. Please do respond ASAP.

          I have a strong complaint to make: 1) On March 5 I made a booking Bangalore-Houston-Bangalore as per Booking ID no.IN1503B9S034349. One lady called Anjali handled the booking.As per her suggestion I made the full payment of Rs 3, 46, 092.I even received the receipt from you based on that. I never received the tickets and later on visiting your site was shocked to note that Make My Trip had not even made the booking.In the process you had even taken the full amount from me.No one from your organization even bothered to call me after that and neither was my amount refunded. 2) On March 9 I again tried to find a similar ticket from your site.Immediately one lady called Arti Puri contacted me.Based on the discussion I again booked the Bangalore-Houston-Bangalore flight for Rs 3, 21, 334 as per Booking ID IN1503B9S063140.I requested her to adjust this amount with the amount already pending with Make My Trip.She told me that adjustment cannot be made as the previous amount had already been sent for refund. Arti told me that as a special case I needed to pay only Rs 50, 000 to book this ticket and the balance amount could be paid by March 16.The advance payment was immediately made and acknowledged by you.She also said that the previous amount would be refunded by March 12. 3) I have not received the refund till now.I spoke to your agent called Ashish just now and said that the refund will only be made by March 14 and that the original deadline of March 12 was wrong. 4) As a customer, that too of an International flight I am very disappointed by the attitude of Make My Trip.My money is stuck with you for no fault of mine and instead of acknowledging the mistake and immediately refunding the amount you are making me run around trying to get my own money back. 5) Are you also admitting that training given to staff members like Anjali, Arti and Ashish are so inadequate that they cannot solve the customer's problems. 6) It is so difficult to get through to your agents as you do not seem to have sufficient staff

            Hello Sir, My Self Jaypalsinh Parmar I have booked online Air Ticket from MakeMyTrip.come for my Friend Rajubhai Patel on 10-Mar-2013 from KolKata to Bagdogra . My Amount was deducted but i have not received any bookings or confirmation of e-ticket . i have also verify with makemytrip and they said booking was not done( Vadodara branch Chakli Circle, GUJARAT). Then they said that if payment is deducted then it will be credited to your account within 72 hours. Now it more then 72 Hours and my amount is not credited. Then i have booked my ticket second time on the same day and got the confirmation of e-ticket. But for the first transaction amount is deducted from my account It is also showing on my bank transaction. I have also try to call the make mytrip help line number but i have not get the proper answer from them I have doen the payment from NetBanking service of IndusInd Bank. Makemytrip Air Ticket from Kolkata to Bagdogra. Amount 4174 so please requested you help me to get my amount .

              Hi, I have booked 1 tickets from MMT details & canceled through MMT portal BOOKING ID: NF[protected] BOOKING DATE: 25 Dec Cancellation details REQUEST DATE Mon, 26 DEC' 2014, Airline operator confirmed that they have refunded money to MMT but till date I have not received my refund in my bank account. I have done several complaints to MMT but each time their response is fixed "Sir wait for 4-5 days you will get refund" or "Our executive will call you within 24 Hours" but no one calls back. Complaint Details:[protected] | Status Open I am frustrated calling MMT call center, need to wait for long time for connect then they transfer call to concern dept so again wait for 5-10 min some times they transfer it 4-5 times before reaching to concern department you will be bounced so many times. Sometimes during transfer call gets disconnected and you need to follow entire cycle again. I have wasted many hours calling MMT CC and got nothing but waiting response they never give proper reason for delay. I am MMT platinum tier customer and getting such a bad treatment for getting my own money back. plz help me to get my money back BR, Manu [protected]@gmail.com

                Sir I have booked flight ticket from the MakeMyTrip app for journey from Aurangabad to Mumbai dated [protected] of amount Rs. - 5890/-. But, I have faced an issue regarding lost of ID. I spoke to their customer care executive on same date and he clarify that the ticket was not booked but amount deducted from account. So amount will be credit to my acc within 24 days. But I didn't received that amount. Again I talked to their customer care executive and he told me to attach my acc statement with the mail. So, I have sent it on 20th Feb. Again their customer care executive replayed that this issue will be solved before 11th of March. But still I didn't received refund of ticket amount. Whenever I called their customer care service they first didn't received it and when they received, they forward it to another ones. So I can't understand what is going on with me. So please sir help me for getting refund of my money as early as possible. Waiting for your positive and quick response. Thanking you.

                  i have booked my tickets in jan2015 for my travel in mar2015. now in the first week of mar the previously confirmed tickets shows cancelled status (for no fault/ request of mine) i have called them umpteen number of times only to hear false promises n stories. neither are they issuing a ticket nor are they refunding my money. my travel date is very close and i am loosing out on the hotel bookings for my vacation and it is causing a lot of pchycological n financial loss. can you pleaseeeeeeee help me urgently... booking id is: IN1501B7S170910 booking reservation number:YNAD6W

                      I have booked a ticket through make my trip website and I cancelled a day before the journey date(100115 and Booking ID NF[protected] and I have to get my refund of Rs 14000 at least in a month... Hi I am disgraced with the service of your customer care. For simple refund issue you have taken more than two month and still I am clueless about the refund. Always generating auto IDs(so far 7) and postponing my concern for later. It is really unbelievable behavior from Make My Trip. Hope my issues ends here, otherwise I have to step out legally to get my refund. Anyhow thanks for getting delayed reply from your team.

                        I booked a flight with makemytrip (booking reference # NF[protected]. The booking was cancelled on 13th Jan’15 It’s been 2 months now and I haven’t received the refund though the website says that the expected refund date is 16th Jan’15!! Additionally the below message is displayed online: Refund amount of INR 10564 for MakeMyTrip Booking ID NF[protected] has been submitted to the bank for processing and waiting for their acknowledgement. Refund would be processed in 1 working day if cancellation was done online else may take up to 2 working days if done via our call center. I have checked with my bank and no amount has been credited back. In the past 2 months, I have called the customer call center at least 15 times and each time I get connected after a wait time of not less than 20 minutes!!! After the long wait time, mostly your systems are down and you can’t extract any information so you ask to call back again or the call mysteriously gets disconnected. I have requested for call back when the systems are down – the request is registered but till date I haven’t received any call back. I have even saved two call-center executive details – Bhoomika Arora and Amit. They provided me with their direct extensions for an update and even gave me a confirmation that the money will be refunded within a week of talking to them – nothing moves even after that. When the refund didn’t come and I tried calling them directly – the message that comes is that the given extension number doesn’t exist!! I am told that the payments are getting delayed because of spice jets cancellations and refunds – but I didn’t book a spice jet flight. Mine was an indigo airline booking.

                          Fraud (on online hotel booking)

                          I had made a booking online on makemytrip.com for one night stay at Venetian hotel. I had booked for a plan that included breakfast. However when i arrived at the hotel, was told that breakfast is not included, hotel even showed me the mail from 3rd party vendor (working with makemytrip) that the booking does not include breakfast. This is a clear case of gross negligence and fraud from makemytrip....

                          Dear Team, I am very much fad up for Aastha Nigam respond...I had booked one honeymoon trip for Kerala. all payment confirmation and detail as attached with booking ID- MakeMyTrip Booking ID IN1501B7S248547. I am very much negative for your arrangement...I had booked honey moon flavor for Munnar location and same i didn't get, Now my dear team please tell me this is your why of working...It's my life time movement and because of your lack of service, I am not getting that same, Aastha is not picking my call, I had tried so many time but she had not picked my call and not respond on SMS...as his last communication, She had confirm that payment will refund but still i am not getting any confirmation.                               I had booked a flight ticket from Allahabad to Delhi through Makemytrip.

                              I received a call from Air India that the flight has been cancelled and I cancelled the ticket.

                              But the deductions were made by Makemytrip.

                              On contacting them, they asked for sending a confirmation from Air India Airport Office whcih I sent on 7th January 2015 and am waiting for the same.

                              There has been many email contacts but to no solution.

                                Of various follow up nothing has happend refund dept mr surjeet singh had told me last week it will be done but still nothing has happend

It was indeed a memorable trip. As every trip has some highlights & lowlights; even we had a few. Lets start with the highlights first: 1. Presence of MMT person at airport for receiving Luxury tours is very professional company and it was good selection from MMT. 2. Timely pickup and drop locations 3. Good hotels Now the lowlights: 1. Itinerary was received only a day prior to the travel date; with almost no scope to check and suggest any changes. MMT could have easily shared us the itinerary atleast 8 to 10 days in advance 2. Reason given in delayed vouchers was Chinese New Year. If this was the reason; MMT should have asked us to make all the balance payments 15 days in advance ; to have a hassle free trip (No such information was given to us) 3. Inspite of pointing out the error in hotel voucher; same was not rectified. This ultimately resulted in lot of confusion; waste of time, mental stress at Singapore during check in at Swissotel on 22 Feb. We lost half a day due to this. Again the due importance was not given for details of the itinerary. 4. Sea Aquarium at Sentosa is Asia one of the largest; but to our surprise we were given only one hour to see this world famous aquarium. How does MMT expect us to cover such an aquarium with kids in one hour’s time. Again here; we had asked to start the tour little early (tour start time was 1.30 pm); we were told this was the standard time. We being a group of 7 people+2 infants; special drop in smaller SIC at sentosa could have been easily possible. 5. No communication was done by MMT people to reschedule our Half day City tour; which ultimately never happen (We seek full refund for the same; please process). 6. MMT being our tour planner; should have informed on basic Do’s and Don’t’s in Singapore- for e.g. hotels close by 10 pm in Singapore. If MMT tours are getting over by 10 pm; with no breaks for dinner- how and where are we expected to have dinner with kids when half the Singapore is closed (Both Night Safari & Twilights were over by 9.30 ~10 pm) 7. WOW factor was missing from the entire trip. -- Thanks, Mayur Khambete

                                    Dear Sir, This is to kindly inform you that I have booked air tickets of economy class of Air India AI-9604 for 4 passengers, as follows 1. Ramesh Chandra Jaiswal 2. Lakshmi Jaiswal 3. Abhishek Jaiswal 4. Preety Jaiswal from Allahabad to New Delhi through Makemytrip.com on 15th Nov 2014 with the travelling date of 26th Jan 2015. Booking Reference Id - NF[protected] On 12th Jan 2015, I have got a mail from Makemytrip.com that due to some technical issues, the particular flight stand cancelled on 26th Jan 2015. After having words with customer care executive of makemytrip.com, i got to know that i have two options either reschedule my flight or i can take refund. Then, i have mailed makemytrip.com that kindly reschedule the flight on 25th Jan 2015 for the following passengers: 1. Ramesh Chandra Jaiswal 2. Lakshmi Jaiswal And cancelled the flight of the following passenger: 1. Abhishek Jaiswal 2. Preety Jaiswal. Later on, when i had checked through the Air India Call Centre Team to confirm about change schedule and cancellation status. Air India Team told me that my agent i.e. makemytrip.com had requested to cancel all the 4 ticket. Then i had contacted makemytrip.com team, then initially they are blaming me that this was my fault, they cant cant do anything but when i had send them all the proof of e-mail conversation then finally they that this was their mistake. And confirmed me that they pay refund of the following passengers: 1. Abhishek Jaiswal 2. Preety Jaiswal And also told me that they will arrange new tickets on the same itinerary for the following passengers, for whom they cancelled the tickets by mistake. Now, make my trip confirmed me through mail on 13th Jan 2015 that they had processed the refund amount of 3454 for the cancellation of the following passengers: 1. Abhishek Jaiswal 2. Preety Jaiswal And ask me to pay the balance amount of 10250 (as fare has been escalated till date) for the fresh booking of the following passengers with the assurance of the refund of 10250 within a week, paid by me. 1. Ramesh Chandra Jaiswal 2. Lakshmi Jaiswal Now from this point, make my trip team is doing all the wrong doers not to refund my amount 3454 & 10250. Initially, they told me that amount of 3454 has been processed from our side and now it is not our responsibility that your bank has been processed for this or not. Later on, i had sent them my a/c statement, which shows that i didnt get any refund from makemytrip.com. While contacting them, again they admit that this is their fault that they didnt processed the amount of 3454, even blaming me too, that i am lying. While doing regular conversation on call and mail too from past two months. Everytime i got a date of extension from them. It is almost 7 times from them to need extension to pay my refund. Last extension was till 10th march for paying the refund amount. while contacting today that your deadline ends yesterday, makemytrip people once again forcefully take an extension of 17th march. I think i have done a blunder mistake to book my air tickets from this worst travel portal and blocked my hard earned money due to the mistake of their own guys. Please suggest, what to do? I need basic amount of 3454 & 10250 and due to mental harrassment, now i need compensation too. Regards Abhishek Jaiswal

                                      Booked ticket for international airlines as well as hotel and informed team for cancellation and they did.

                                      Booking ID - AP[protected]

                                      We had informed from the make my trip team that booking has cancelled and regarding refund they will let us know.

                                      After one week we got the email that booking has cancelled and its not refundable.

                                      So we requested that, If the booking is not refundable, please send us the confirmation details from airlines and hotel.

                                      We did not get any proper information from make my trip till now .
