Hi, I made a booking for 1-DEC-2014 from Ahmedabad to Bangalore and the amount is Rs 6525/- (connecting flight) Booking ID -NF[protected] Ahmedabad to Mumbai -- flight no 9W - 7023 Mumbai to Bangalore -- flight no 9W - 411 I recevied a booking confirmation and e-ticket before reaching the travel time. But when i reached airport, i was shocked that only one ticket is confirmed out of two (Ahmedabad to Mubai is confirmed) When i called the customer support they said 9W - 411 flight was cancelled and it is non-operational (After checking with the respective airline i came to know that filght was operational). After calling couple of time to customer support they suggested me to book any of the flight from Mumbai to Bangalore and make my trip is going to refund the new ticket amount. I booked a new ticket with an amount of Rs 5324/- (fligh no 6E 212) Till date (8-Apr-2015) I have not received the complete refund. Pending amount is Rs 1518/- Issues:- 1. Worst customer care 2. Giving false information that the flight is non-operational 3. Cancelled the ticket on 4-Dec where as journey date is 1-Dec (show casing that I have cancelled the ticket where it was done by Make my trip) 4. Not proper response even after calling many times to customer support.

    Respected Sir/Madam, Ref : NF[protected] Its a Shame on you and your company. Just fooling people. When the person is saying truth . It means only you people speak the truth other all are liars. Your website was surely having the problem and I am sure I had clicked for booking from Mumbai to Banglore. You just wave of the penalty. As Flight No. G8-395which have been booked because of the mistake of your website is been sold out. Just change my date to 28th May for Flight No.G8-326 without any penalty. As it is your companies mistake. Person from your company told me to Revert in 72 Hours but he did not. He told me that he will asked the airlines people to wave off the penalty. Just Stop fooling people. See the volume of business i give to you Sir. Atleast care for good customers. It is the mistake of your website. I am sure i had entered Mumbai - Banglore I am really upset with your website. It is just becomming difficult to book through your website. I wanted to book the ticket for May 15th Mumbai - Banglore. What the hell the ticket is booked from Banglore to Mumbai according according to its own timming. What the hell is this. Your people calling me and they committed me that there will no further problem from make my trip so you book all the tickets through your website. First your website was showing that the server is down on mobile app . And when it become alright to my surprise i booked the ticket from Mumbai to Banglore for 6.05 am flight of Go-Air. And your app booked me from Banglore - Mumbai for 15th May 7.20 am on its own . I want my refund this time I wont let it go . Before also money got debited from my account and ticket was not booked I got the money back after 20 days. I just want refund or else this will be taken to aviation minitry and also to Mr. Narendra Modi. That how you people are cheating people for getting money for date change. I would not tolerate this any more. Make my Trip people is calling we will investigate. What the hell. Its just because this people have our money. Give me my proper booking. which was orginally entered which was from Mumbai - Banglore on 15th May. Sir it is the request to aviation minister kindly look into the matter serouisly and do the needful. This travel websites fool people like anything. Sir it is Mistake of the website and this make my trip people are asking 1750/- per person as penalty for booking another ticket. Means charges are more than charges of tickets.       Dear Sirs, I am mailing regarding an outstanding issue I have with MakeMyTrip for a flight I had booked. I had booked a flight to Jaipur Bombay Jaipur for 25 Jan 2015 returning 27 Jan 2015. This was booked on Go Air. Due to weather conditions the flight had not taken off from Bombay till 10.00 AM at least on 25th Jan. Go Air staff authorised a full refund and made me sign a claim form too. Till date MakeMyTrip has not forwarded that refund to me. The case ref is : A Reference ID[protected]. I have been going back and forth trying to get a solution but no response from MakeMyTrip. I had also spoken to my bank and withdrawn the transaction but they have debited me again.         dear sir i avadhesh mittal booked my bus ticket from delhi to agra today. my transaction no. NU[protected]. when i was booking my ticket at that time 199 Rupees amount is being shown on make my trip screen. but when i booked 249 Rs is deducted from my dabit card. then i called to customer care of yours he told me that 50 rs is our service charges. but this 50 rs was not showing on screen when i was booking my ticket. some health insurence option was there for 50rs. but i did not take that insurence. please tell me why did u charged from me? please response. thanks®ards avadhesh mittal contact no.           I booked for a holiday from Chennai to Goa for 6 passengers through Make my trip.com on 10.3.2015 under booking reference IN1503B9S083342 for both Air ticket and accommodation. After accepting my reservations, I was asked to pay a sum of Rs 106, 740/ which I paid through my Credit card and the Bank also approved the payment. After collecting the money from me, a message popped up in my computer screen to tell that my reservation was not confirmed and that I would get a call from them. After 2 hours one executive called and said that the price had gone up and wanted my authorisation to charge this value also. I refused and asked him to cancel my booking and refund the amount of Rs 106, 740/ stealthily charged from me. They confirmed, vide their mail reference[protected] dated 11.3.15, that my bookings were cancelled and have initiated refund of Rs 106, 740/ as of 11.3.2015. Thereafter, on my further follow up through mails/ phone calls, different people tell different version; all my complaints/ escalations etc., were smartly deleted by them as if they wre resolved. Even my account of their portal now shows that I have not made any bookings with them nor any complaint pending. I am sure this travel portal is indulging in organised crime to swindle people who make bookings for higher value through them. I have already initiated legal course for bringing up a winding up petition of this Company under Sec 433(e) of the Indian Companies Act and also planning to file an FIR with the jurisdictional Police station for the fraud committed on me.             My name is tejal shah Email add [protected]@gmail.com i have tired booking international flight ticket twice from make my trip first was on 2nd april 2014 after the payment page i got error tickets could not be booked and the payment of 74000 was debited from my credit card. Again on 4th april 2015 i have faced same issue where my tickets were not booked but my card is debited for 77000. In total my 150000rs plus has been blocked on my cards and i am not getting and proper response from make my trip when called customer service they keep on transfering me from one dept to other and at end the line gets disconnected.

                Hello, I had a booking with spicejet and the travel date was 4th jan, i booked it from "makemytrip" and the flight was rescheduled for more than 90 minutes so i had to cancel the booking and i made a cancellation through makemytrip on 2nd jan around 6:30 pm and in this case i was supposed to get full refund according to terms and condition but as confirmed with spicejet my booking was not cancelled with spicejet but its cancelled with makemytrip i got all the proofs, i kept calling them on the dates given by them but they just keep on saying that they will write the mail to their seniors, and spicejet is denying to give refund as the booking is not cancelled with spicejet so please help me.

My grand mother recently had a knee surgery and she had to change her plan due to certain circumstances... Now I am asking that why cant his son can travel on his ticket..I am ready to show all id proofs of both my grandmother and his son willing to travel.. Poor response from make my trip side... And we have found that you have already raised the cancellation request for one passengers on 4-Apr-15 and the refund of Inr 496 has been initiated from our end on 7-Apr-15. The same should reflect in your account as per your bank processing cycle towards the original form of payment.

                    Hi, The Payment was failed for the booking ID NF[protected]. I have done the Payment for Rs 8671/- and Make MYTrip has refunded only 8552/- amount back in my account. I have raised the complaint thrice but no refund processed till yet. Reference Numbers are: [[protected]], [[protected]], [[protected]]. Every Time each executive told me that the amount it will reflect in my account after 72hrs, its been now more than 15 days but I have not received any refund till yet.                       i have booked a ticket on make my trip on 24th march 2015, for 30th march 2015 from delhi to hyderbad...for which i checked umpteen no of times before booking for 30th march 2015 ..but finally when i got the ticket it was booked for 21 june 2015, adn my ticket id was NF[protected]..i was really shocked to see my ticket to be booked for 21st june 2015..and i cant even cancel my ticket apparently it was non refundable..i called them so many times and they just took my complaint twice on id[protected] first and second time on id[[protected]] ...and now they even stopped taking my calls..this website is half the time giving all false information..i want them to cancel my ticket and process my refund..i even have a proof that this website is showing false information to the clients..

                          In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case and found that the travel date was 18-Mar-15 with departure time 11:05 hrs. Passenger has selected special claim option “No Show “while raising his cancellation request on 18-Mar-15 at 10:04 hrs. According to the Airline cancellation policy the booking should to be cancelled at least 2 hrs prior to the departure and in this case passenger has cancelled the booking within one hour of travel. Airline marked passenger a no show on this booking and has refunded us an amount of Inr 233 only, after deducting no-show charges. MakeMyTrip service charges are Inr 250. So, we regret to inform you that, we will not be able to process any refund on this booking. We thank you for contacting us.

                              My Spicejet flight from kolkata to kerala got cancelled due to non-operational reason in the month of December, 2014.I had booked this flight via makemytrip online portal. As per the discussion with makemytrip customer care, i raised a cancellation as well as refund request against this booking on 3rd January, 2015. Spicejet had confirmed that the full amount had already been refunded to makemytrip on 12nd Feb, 2015. Also makemytrip had sent me an email with the refund details and mentioned that the amount should reflect in my credit card account latest by 22nd March, 2015. But as of now i have received only 10522 INR which is approximately half of the amount, rest of the amount has not been refunded yet, even after multiple follow ups & raising multiple service requests i have not received any satisfactory response from makemytrip.                               money refunded, case can be closed...after multiple follow ups they have understood the issue and refunded back the amount
                              Yet I have not received the whole refund amount, makemytrip have refunded only partial amount.
                              As per the email communication from makemytrip I was supposed to get an amount of 21048 INR but makemytrip have refunded only an amount of 20020 INR.
                              So the difference between the refunded amount and the actual amount to be refunded is 1028 INR.
                              I have already talked to the makemytrip customer care as well as raised service request with makemytrip, but yet there is no response from makemytrip.
                              Requesting you to please look into this issue and help me in getting rest of the refund amount.

                              there was an offer which stated sbi card customers would get a cashbak if the ticket was booked through the card.

                                I had booked tickets on spicejet through makemytrip. The flight was cancelled. Spicejet has refunded 100% to Makemytrip but makemytrip has deducted Rs 5400 as cancellation charges on two tickets. I didnt realise till I chased up Spicejet and theyc onfirmed that they had made full refund to makemytrip. Makemytrip just refuses to answer my complaint that i have lodged and inspite of reminders and emails, there is just no answer. This is going on since a month. Shoddy customer service and unethical practices, completely unexpected from someone like makemytrip. They have surely gone done several notches in my mind. People beware of their practices

                                  I have booked a train on 27th march but due to some technical problem ticket was cancelled and the amount is debited from A/c, I have received a mail that the money will be refund in 3 working days. However I have not got any single update yet. I have got the Id number as ID NR[protected] and i have register my query to make my trip for which i have got Reference ID[protected]. So request you please have a look and refund the amount .

                                    I was trying to book an International Flight on 19th of March, 2015 through Makemytrip.com . My payment for the flight went through and money was deducted from my account but the makemytrip server gave some error code (like : Our server is tired) and the booking did not go through. I tried calling customer care and they told me that they the transaction is not successful and the money is on my bank's side. I raised concern with my bank and bank came back within 2 days confirming that the transaction went through successfully. I then raised a formal complaint ( Reference ID:[[protected]] ) raising this issue providing my bank details of the transaction. It is almost 2 weeks since then and I did not receive any response except some of the automatic ones. I tried calling customer care and supposedly they raised this to their accounts team but I am not seeing the deducted money is getting deposited back to my bank account.                                     First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you as what happened is certainly not in line with our service standards.

                                    Further please note that, we have validated the case at our end and found that your booking was not confirmed with us and your refund of complete amount of INR 183081.00 will be initiated from our end on 11-Apr-15. We will keep a follow up on the same and will take this to the closure on priority.

                                    I do not understand why it is taking so much time to get the money refunded.It has been more than 3 weeks.
                                    Also, first, when I reported the same through customer complaint (Reference ID:[protected], I did not get a single reply apart from the automated one.. I have to keep going back to your site and escalate it, call customer care until on 4thApril some one from customer care told me (not through mail, I called them) that I have to submit bank statement showing the debit. I immediately send the same. Then on the same day I got reply from customer care that the issue will be resolved within 72 hours!!
                                    It has been 1 week from then, and whenever I call customer care, I got the same reply (and sometimes they hang up one me) that it will be resolved. Once even they told, that the money has been transferred to bank and bank will credit it. When I asked for the reference number for the same to take up with bank, they promised to email me the same but I did not get any mail!!

                                    Again on 7th April, I am seeing some new complaint has been created (not by me, with a different Reference ID :[protected] and I got yesterday a mail telling me : "we have escalated this refund concern to our accounts team to validate the records and the response is awaited. We request you to kindly cooperate with us and we ensure to get back to you within 72 working hours to share the status with you."

                                    I do not know what is going on!!!

                                    I will always remember this and makemytrip will loose myself and my friends as their csutomer.

                                      I booked hotel+Flight on 15th Feb 2015 but transaction got declined and my CC was charged for 32800/-. till date i only got refund of 10000/- rest 22000/- yet not refunded by MMT yet.                                         I booked a tkt online no- NN[protected] on 23rd May Suddenly received a mail that my tkt is canceled and no reason of cancellation. I did enquire that the tkt is not canceled by Airlines company but is canceled by Makemytrip.com Still struggling to understand the reason of cancellation for par 8 days.
