We have used ICICI Debit Card of Account Holder in name of Supriya A Dalvi. We made all 3 Transactions from same Account using same Debit Card.We have learned that there was no CASH BACK for third Transaction.Only Rs.1, 499/- has been done for 1st two transactions.
I spoke to Shweta Dua regarding this matter but was told that the Third Transaction was not made by same account.
I assure you all the transactions were done by same ICICI Account as mentioned above. Shweta Dua said that she will look into it & ask Financial Department about it. But there were no feedback from her. So I am sending an email with all details.Kindly look into this matter & looking forward to your positive reply.
I have spoken with Mr, Ketan Tandon & a message was send to him with Booking No. & other details.Still he has not reverted to my sms neither email. & Now he is not receiving any of my calls.
Make My Trip called me numerous times for Payment prior to the trip which was made on time.
& now after 8 months, no actions have been taken by you despite several request.
IF ANY APPROPRIATE ACTION IS NOT TAKEN IN NEXT 7 DAYS.I WILL TAKE THIS CASE TO CONSUMER COURT.

CURRENT STATUS:-
I started following up after One month after the Trip. I was contacting the persons ( Shweta Dua & Ketan Tandon ) who sold me the package & I was in co-ordination with. It was really tough to reach these people as they did not receive my calls. When they did, they said they will look into the matter & make the remaining payment.
But NO CALLS CAME FROM THEM.
This really consumed the time.
Then I emailed them on their email address about it.But NO REPLY.
Then I made complaint on their website, I got complaint number & an automated reply that Make My Trip executive will call within 48 hours. But NO CALLS
Despite Emails, Registered Complaints, Telephonic Conversation with Make My Trip Executives, they have failed to respond to committed time.
Recently I made two calls on Hot Line Number[protected]
- 1st Call was made on[protected], I spoke to Vibha of Make My Trip & I explained her about situation & she told she would respond within 24 Hrs.But She didn't.
- 2nd Call was made on[protected] I was disconnected twice while transferring, I spoke to Male Executive, he told me that remaining payment will not made.He gave reasons which seem invalid as all of the transactions were done as guided by MAKE MY TRIP.
He said that I should not to take any action against them ( Consumer Court action )& he will comeback within 48 hours.Its been 4 days, I have not received any call.
Make My Trip is making false offer promise while booking & payment. Once the 100% payment is done by the customer, they do not respond & neither resolve the problem. They do not response to their complaints neither give satisfactory feedback to costumers. They deliberately delay the matter.
I would like register a COMPLAINT against MAKE MY TRIP for MISLEADING THE CUSTOMERS.
Apologize any inconvenience to you while dealing with us. We have reason to believe your concern has been resolved as this concern of your appears to be more than 20 days old.
If just in case your issue still stands unresolved then please let us know for further action.
