Cancellation of Ticket

Dear Sir /Mdm. I booked ticket through Make My Trip Booking ID:NN[protected] Dubai to Patna return. I tried to cancel my booking online but not possible to cancel online. Cancellation Refund still not received

Cancellation of Tickets by Make my Trip for my Booking ID NF2201948715662

I made a booking on 25th July'14 through Make my trip for my travel to Jaipur for 7th Feb & Return back on 9th Feb'15. I had made a booking for 3 passengers travelling for a very important event. Refund initiated on 6th January 2005 but still not processed

I had initiated a refund request for my booking ID NF[protected] on 6th Jan 2015, but have not received anything inspite of my repeated followups. Every time I call, I am assured that it will be processed within 4 business days but days just pass on. We need a stricter law against such practices for better consumer service in this country.
