I had initiated a refund request for my booking ID NF[protected] on 6th Jan 2015, but have not received anything inspite of my repeated followups. Every time I call, I am assured that it will be processed within 4 business days but days just pass on. We need a stricter law against such practices for better consumer service in this country. The fare summary said I can do free cancellations with in 24hrs so I went ahead with the reservation around 10:30PM on 15th Jan. When I called the makemytrip next day around 9:30Am, they mentioned the free cancellation is with in 24hours of the same day(Which is no where mentioned in the ticket)since...
