Updated by Dhiraj Kumar I had already contacted MMT several times, but WORTHLESS. I am pasting some comments below made by MMT on facebook page -
MakeMyTrip.com: Hi Dhiraj, We have checked the information and we have already asked you to provide us the bill/receipt for the payment you made to the driver directly. We have no issues in refunding you the extra amount you paid to driver, however we will not be able to initiate any refund without the proof of payment.Unfortunately without the same we cannot process the refund.
Dhiraj Kumar: Please collect the invoice copy from your cab Driver. I think this is very easy for you. I have already informed about your driver's behavior. I had reached at airport about 1 hour delay. When I was in wrong way, I had complained to your customer care two times. Your cab Driver had stoped car near Delhi railway station. I had informed your customer care executive and he told me to pay full amount . Extra will be refunded! Now please contact your cab Driver… collect the invoice copy and refund me the extra amount… that's it.
MakeMyTrip.com: Hi Dhiraj, We would not be able to refund the money without the invoice/receipt.
Dhiraj Kumar: Why you don't collect that Bill copy with your cab Driver? It is easy to check my payments. Please check the receipt copy of your cab Driver.
MakeMyTrip.com: Hi Dhiraj, We would only entertain the copy received from the customer not from the driver. If you can provide the same, we would be able to process the credit.
Dhiraj Kumar: No issue, I am arranging the bill and provide you here very soon. I have already contacted your cab Driver Md Moin Ph# [protected] cab number - DL-01-RT-2373. I will show you Bill. If you want more then I can also show cctv footage @ airport where he has dropped me, my call locations where he had driven & recorded voice of your customer care executive in consumer court.

With reference to your complaint, we request you to please send us the receipts/invoice to [protected]@makemytrip.com, so that we can get this investigated further and initiate the refund accordingly.
