Hi,
I sent below mail to Makemytrip management but there is no response from them.
We have booked three ticket from MAKEMYTRIP website for trip - Amritsar to Katra on 11th May at 10:15pm. We took bus from Hall Gate at 10:15pm. Bus was not neat & clean at all.For luggage bags, Yashika travel supervisor wanted more money from us as per no. of bags.We called on MAKEMYTRIP helpline no. but nobody had picked up a call. Then, we paid extra money to Yashika travel agency for luggage bags.
After sitting on slipper, we had identified, THERE IS NO AC CONTROL BUTTON IN SLIPPER & AC CONTINUES RUN AT MAX COOLING. We requested to bus driver/supervisor to low down ACcooling, They said " Bhaiya AC itna hi chalega, window open karlo agr thand laag ri ha aur band karuga to puri bus k ek sath band hoga.i.e. They don't even have AC control buttons in bus"
My question is to MAKEMYTRIP higher management - If you have unreliable group of bus service, why are you providing to us & make our journey worst. We were totally fed up from bus service provided by Yashika travels &
behavior of there staff as well.
After compromising whole night with high AC cooling, they took Rural & Under developed road route from Amristar to Katra which have all roads broken. Local traveler prefer small routes so that they can save fuel/kilometer from smaller route instead of avoiding National highway route from Amristar to Katra.
Hopefully, Your team are already aware from word "Customer Satisfaction", If someone booked Sleeper online & paid more money as compare to others, obviously they wants more comfort & reliable
service which make their trip precious & happier. But in case of our trip, MAKE MY Trip made worst journey ever in our life.
When bus reached on JAMMU at 4am (12th May2014), Bus supervisor come to us & said" Please go in other bus as we have less no. of passenger in current bus & take seat in other bus if you will get". We had fight with them as we paid it for this bus which continuously go from Amristar to Katra(Non stop) & why would i changed bus with my all luggage bags due to clubbing of 2 bus passenger in one bus irrespective of any
technical fault in bus. At the end we moved out from bus on Jammu & took local service from Jammu to Katra after facing harassment & misbehaved from Yashika traveler bus staff.
We will never plan our trip MAKE MY TRIP as there is no connection between travel agency & MMT teams. Your team don't even know about service provided by traveler agencies.
Kindly help me to take my money back from MAKEMYTRIP Group & also ensure, they will not do same thing with other customers.
