1. I had made this booking for INR 58,529/-, whereas the same flights and same hotel booking with Yatra.com was costing me INR 55,552/-. However, being your loyal customer, I preferred MakemyTrip over Yatra, expecting that you will consider and give me credit of the difference...

At the outset, I was pleased with Make My Trip services, however, once I made the initial booking payment. My complaints in this regard are:

1. On the pamphlet of 'Best of Thailand' , there was an additional Rs,2,000 discount per person, this discount was offered in an arbitrary fashion. There was no (*) in the pamphlet to suggest that there were any further conditions that would apply;
