Dear Sir, I was trying to book flight ticket through Makemytrip from Bagdogra to Coimbatore for 3rd August 2014. Payment Rs.12008.00 has been debited from my account, but I have not received any ticket from Makemytrip. I approached customer care department of Makemytrip, They said that my amount Rs.12208.00 held up in payment gateway due to some error, As per their commitment I have not received any payment. I tried to talk their customer care many times but no response.

    Good morning, I tried to make a reservation for train tickets, three times but it didn't work! I'm from France and It's really hard to make reservation!! Makemytrip.com charged me three times and sent me an email to tell me I will be refund. The last email I got told me I will be refund the 4th of august for the 3 unsuccessful reservations. From now, I don't have anything on my bank account. I'm worried because I'm far from India and I can't do anything but sending emails. These are the three IDs : NR[protected] ; NR[protected] ; NR[protected]. Thank you for your answer.

      I had made booking with Make My trip, First i recieved confirmed Bus tickets from delhi to udaipur and vice versa also. Then i proceeded to hotel and cab booking. after booking all this i recieved the SMS ur bus has been cancelled from delhi to udaipur. I called customer care and complaint number IN1408R2F012318 was given and after 24 hrs i called again i was given response u have to pay 2400 more to get another bus ticket, which i denied i requested them to refund my full package amount, that they denied, they said no amount will be refunded except udaipur to delhi ticket fare. and after that no proper response and answer is given to me, now they r behaving very rude on phone as well.

      Poor Service has gone to worst.

        MakeMyTrip Reference ID - NN[protected] Sir, my booking for a flight from Sydney to Dammam was unsuccessful, through Make My Trip. This they emailed to me, that your booking is unsuccessful. But FULL money was deducted from my credit card. I have called your consumer service, they just say it will be refunded, but I have NO E MAIL CONFIRMATION of this undertaking, i.e to refund my money. They should send me an email confirmation that the money will be refunded immediately. They just talk verbally on phone, which I have to call (international call), and give no written undertaking.         Dear Sirs
        I booked my ticket from Mumbai to Cochi vide jet air ways on[protected]flight # 9W403/ PNR JJJRJO) . Due to some reasons I am not able to travel on that day. I want to postpone my journey to the next day[protected] at 6.20AM) .Since yesterday I am trying through net but getting
        reply that some error and try again.

        Please help me to get the ticket on 23/11/14.

        Dear Sir,

        I am A S Patil, I have booked ticket to Bangalore to Bangkok and return as well. but amount has been deducted from my credit card...but there is no confirmation mail or any message to my email id or mobile. so i really surprised how 'Make My Trip' Peoples cheat the customer.
        if i tried to reach those toll free numbers no bloody is receiving the call...its simply getting connecting to recorded voice recorder...its all bull

        Better i need to highlight in Social networks...

        Please Please don't book through " Make My Trip"

        Suggest me how to get that amount

            I am Navneet Gupta and my MakeMyTrip Booking ID no. is IN1406B0S062953. I was provided with a Kashmir package. I was happy and agreed with all the promises made by MakeMyTrip. They showed me many pictures through email and won my appreciation. My expectations for a wonderful holiday were sky high. However, in reality I was highly disappointed as I got the contrary of what I had paid for and all my hopes for a great holiday in Kashmir were terribly crushed. MakeMyTrip ensures its clients that their executives visit the hotels that they provide in the package. However, I have no words to express the third class hotels which I was provided with. An ordinary hotel offers so much more. Whatever I have experienced in this Kashmir trip, I informed the Sales Executive department and also to the person who had provided me with this package through phone and mobile sms from time to time. However, I was assured that all will be well but nothing as such happened. Whatever MakeMyTrip provided us with regard to transport, food and hotel stay was disgusting. We were charged for water and tea as well, which are generally complimentary. The car provided to us for travel purpose was fine, but the driver was a horrible person. He back answered us and didn't show us all the places listed in our package. On the Dal Lake, the Dal View Resort hotel which is inside the Dal Lake, had a huge nuisance with regard to the shikara ride to the hotel and back to the main road. We had to pay Rs 50 from our pockets for a one-way ride each time we came out of the hotel. We spoke to the Manager of this hotel and MakeMyTrip regarding this. Each of them told us to contact the other for this issue. Due to this we have lost heavily in monetary terms for this trip. Also, our holiday was a bitter experience. MakeMyTrip has failed to keep up to its word and failed to help us in any which way possible. When they wanted our business, they called me on my international no. (Muscat mob no). Now, they are not even answering our calls or replying to us through email. When MakeMyTrip can't fulfill its commitment, why is it in operation? Now, who will compensate me for this precious time and loads of money I lost not to mention the disapointment I faced throughout my holiday. It is my sincere request to you to help me get my well deserved compensation from MakeMyTrip in terms of the money I lost. Also, I request you to put a ban on such hotels which are a true shame to the traveller who has come from miles away for a good holiday in mind. If you would like to read a day-to-day experience of what I went through during my Kashmir package, I can send you the same as well. Please let me know.

            MakeMyTrip only knows how to break the joys of a trip. They should be called 'BreakMyTrip' instead of MakeMyTrip. Hotel Fifth Season in Pahalgam, Royal Dandoo Resort in Srinagar, Peacock Houseboat Group of Hotels, etc. are very disappointing. Do not get fooled by their beautiful pictures on internet. Please make your own enquiries before you pay MakeMyTrip for a holiday package.

                Hello, I am Adesh . I booked a volvo ticket from Agra to Delhi from makemytrip.com . when I reached the bus stop there was no name on the list of government bus booked list. I called makemytrip two times but everytime the replywas we are looking into the matter Nd we wo get back to you in half an hour. But i think the clock over there does nit work. so I prefer to all please never book a bus ticket from makemytrip. pls use any other portal.

                    I tried booking ticket through your GREAT SITE. Lost my 9000/- and ticket not booked. Message "Our Server is Tired".

                    There was a person named Deepak who says he can't give any written confirmation that I will get my money back. This means Make My trip wants to gallop my money to make profit?????? This site is into such type of fraudulent business of taking unsolicited money from Public.

                    Great thing is they have blocked their site for any complaints. Great is "Make My Trip.com"

                    I urge the public to be aware of this site and make their money safe.

                    Now I have to run from Pillar to Post to get my money back. This is what our Indian companies do...

                      Hi, I have made a booking in Citymax hotel, Al Barsha with a check-in on 13th July 2014 till 27th July 2014. Unfortunately I was unable to fly on the same day. I have contacted the customer support and it is poor response post waiting in the queue for long time. I made service request through your portal with 2 escalations but no one contacted me. I am ready to stay at the same hotel by postponing the date on which the customer care executive is not ready to accept. They do not even have a proper mail id to support the international travels. The one which is provided is [protected]@makemytrip.com and on sending mails to it results in bouncing. Please let me use the remaining days in the hotel or else has to refund the remaining amount.                         I booked my flight from Delhi to Mumbai and return tickets on 30th June, 2014. An amount of Rs.6288/- was debited from my Kotak Credit card on 30th June, 2014 but no PNR no. was allotted to me. Besides, Make my trip of his own transferred my amount to their violete account and now it is more than 15 days I have been contacting MAKEMY TRIPS. Secondly as a result of debit of the said amount and not refunding me the debited amount, the KOTAK BANk has levied me a penalty of Rs.562/-, which in fact MAKE MY TRIPS has to refund me as the amount of Rs.6288/- has not been refunded to me so far. Thus, you are requested to refund me the amount of Rs.6288/-+Rs.562/- to my kotak credit card AT THE EARLIEST.

                              For my booking ID IN1407B1S018017, I have been exobirantly charged of 3000 Rs than the website when I called the sales rep . When I followed up on Customer care - Sales rep Arnav is mentioned me that it is air fare fluctuations and it is not from his pocket he has charged ! that was very rude ! I booked it on 6 July for 15848, But even today 10 July the airline charges are 2000 lesser than what is charged by Sales person Arnav. I was forced to call customer care and book this on the call due to 3 failed bookings on the same day, This is not airline server issue but it is mistake from Sales rep but he is not accepting the mistake. I am disappointed with the customer support service and sales rep Arnav communication to resolve this query . I want the full refund of the amount which is exobirantly charged as it is ruining my vacation plan and a great disappointment. I want to cancel my plan due to this disappointment. Can you take it up with company and get me full refund for the caicellation of the ticket.

                                I had made a booking for package flight+hotel through make my trip from Bangalore to vizag starting 29/06/14 to 04/07/14.My booking id is NP[protected] .29/06/14 night i arrived at visakapatnam and headed towards the hotel booked for me, the hotel name is 99Residency.On my arrival the hotel guys informed me that they don't accept any online booking neither they do any business with makemytrip.com, i was shocked beacuse i had spend 17, 100rs from the debit account and i am hardly left with cash to take care of my other expenses.This started around 9pm in the night, from 9pm to 1 AM, i was standing on the road and calling the makemytrip customer care .I could only listen to there recorded message.Around 1.30 AM i happened to speak with one of their customercare executive who told that they will check and call me back by 10.30 am next day, i asked about my accomdation for that night he didn't have any answer for it.I was travelling alone since am a guy and a lone traveller, i took care of myself at the middle of night.Imagine if the same thing had happened to a female or a family.What will they do . Next day after fighting with makemytrip from morning to evening, i finally got a below standard room.They had completely cheated me with this package.And my business trip also got ruinned.I need them to settle my bill which i had spend for 29/06/14 night stay in a hotel and same bill had been forwarded to Melanie.[protected]@makemytrip.com This kind of online booking agencies should be stopped or strict rules should be made against them by consumer court.visakapatnam is a city iam travelling for the first time and i dont know anyone over there.I was standing on the road till midnight 1.30am without any place to go.Who would be responsible if something would happen to me.I don't want the same thing to happen to any other person.So please impose strict rules on this agencies who put human life in such kind of trouble.                                 This is in reference to your complain, please note that we have validated your case with our concerned team and found that they have already offered you a refund of INR1000 plus INR500 voucher as a compensation. Based on the bills which you have submitted, we see that you have paid INR1922.80 on your own for the first night (excluding room service) and amount paid by you to us was INR963.00 per night, so the difference amount we are refunding is INR1000 plus voucher of INR500. Kindly note that we re-considered your case and the best we can do is to process cash refund of INR1500.00 on this booking.

                                I had not received any refund as on date.More over i didnt ask you for any compensation for the loss and pain i suffered because of your firm.
                                Atleast you have to refund the amount which i had spend from my hand because of your mistakes.

                                  Hi Sir/Madam, This is to bring to the information and knowledge of Make My Trip management, I was communicating with one of your employee from the holiday tour department name Ms. Poonam Singh for Turkey delight package from few weeks and she offered a package of AED 10697 for couple and child as attached file 1(till yesterday price on your web showing AED 3999/person), and had ask for discount and she manage to offer me AED 150 cash discount and AED 250 travel voucher and then informed her that I will renew the passport for my kid and waiting for additional discount to round up to AED 10, 000 . she has done her best to assist me. After the renewal of the passport I spoke to her and ask her to send the final offer with discounts but she surprise me with the different price offer (AED 12497)as attached in file 2. It would be okay and fair to me if she has inform or given validity of the quote which is not the case and I was under the impression that she will come up with better offer . The above is still not the case and something new I found from the team, I call your office and then other employee picked the call name Mr. Nitin and I was requesting him to transfer the call to Poonam to speak on the quote and he pretend or may be .. I don’t know, he said I am the manager and told the price offered to you is the final price and the way he was talking to me very rudely, impolite and un professional where I am very upset o see how a person can represent make my trip and keep the customer happy or at least satisfy with the services. And then you say your slogan Customer Satisfaction :Superior customer service, 24x7 Dedicated helpline and over 5 million delighted customers & still growing. The above is not to complaint against him but to bring to your attention and such things should not be repeated again .                                     I had Booked my vacation on make my trip and my trip commencement date was on 21st June 2014 from Bangalore. This was one of the worst experience that i have received from makemytrip. We were promised a half day city tour and airport transfer but when we arrived at Changi airport the so called tour managers said our names are not part of the list and thus they cannot give us airport transfer and we are cheated thoroughly with the half day trip. I have requested for a refund from the trip coordinator Deepak.[protected]@makemytrip.com but seems to be not working out. Hence I am lodging a complaint on this issue.

                                      dear sir or mam I booked my hotel booking from make my trip on 19th june, 2014. Booking ref # NH[protected]. company charge to my citi debit card for Rs.10800.00 twice. I did used my hotel booking once. I did complain few times to customer service of makemytrip.com to give me a credit to my citi debit card what they charged twice. They gave me complaint id #[protected]. I call company few times and complain by e-mail few times. I email my bank statement what I got on my mobile to them. I never get satisfactory reply from them. They don't listen my situation. I am traveling all over India now a days. so please help me to get my money back what they charged twice.                                         Booking id: NF[protected] You people are testing my patience. It seems makemytrip Finance dept is managed by ! How the hell on earth you can't understand simple sum of mathematics. Dear, I request you to read my QUERY properly one last time I booked a ticket on 6th June from BANGALORE- KOCHI for 2 adults & 1 infant Cost me : 12590 INR I cancelled the ticket next day and the amount refunded to me is just 4412 INR ( 9th June) 287 INR. ( 27th June) I am attaching the letter sent by makemytrip on cancellation which states that refund amount to be 9900 INR I am attaching the my bank statement which credits only 4402 INR ( on 9th June, 3 days after cancellation) How on earth you charge 7901 INR cancellation ticket !!! And after 3 weeks wasting my time and testing my patience you are refunding mr 287 rupees more !!! I want my remaining 5221 rupees to be refunded at earliest. Dear sarfaraz this should not be the treatment to a GOLD MEMBER LIKE ME.
