Nn[protected] i booked the ticket from delhi to osh, while booking ticket, in the booking transit is different airport but while book the ticket they didnt provide any information, the passenger need transit visa and have to change different airport like, they didnt give info, passanger is denied to boarding, makemytrip, not giving proper answer, its non refundable ticket, i have to file a case, pls help dear friends now 30700 rupees, who gonna return, they saying sir its mention on ticket, but its not return in ticket, and after tissue the non refundable ticket for what this info even, they are not giving good answer pls friends,
And 2nd they send mail pls provide info passenger details, i did too, even they never ask for visa details and all, now they saying we are not responsible. . Pls pls help out.

Further in regards to your complaint, please note that we tried contacting on your listed number i.e. ending with xxxxx26422 however got no response. We have also cross checked the e-ticket and confirmation email which was being delivered to you at the time of booking and found that we have clearly mentioned that this booking is Non-Refundable. Hence if we raise refund with the airlines you would be getting approximately 2000/- INR as a refund amount.

Do note as their was change of airport at Russia hence Transit visa would be required for travelling on such itinerary. You can reach us further if any more assistance is being required.

    I booked Dubai Trio Pack which includes Air tickets, Visa fees, Transfer, Hotel and one day activity as on their website. But Once I paid money, they called me and said that, it contains only Air fare, VISA and Hotel. Here is my conversation : Customer Care Person : Sir, this package includes only Air Tickets, Visa Fees and Hotel Me : But while booking it was showing me other things also. Customer Care Person : Sir, May be you removed those activities while booking. Me : How can I do that and why will I do that, If I am getting something as Inclusion. Customer Care Person : Sir, Might be technical issue Me : If that's the case cancel my package and refund money. Customer Care Person : Sir, We have already booked your flights, so we will refund money only after deducting as per air lines rule. Me : Why you guys did not inform me before booking? When I booked last time with you guys, I got a call from you guys to confirm everything about inclusion and exclusion. Why not this time? Customer Care Person : Sir, You booked in 2014, Now in 2015 policies has been changed. So we booked it immediately. I am struggling with them. Please be careful, while booking online through MakeMytrip. Packages what you see there, or different when you make payment. They will keep telling that either its your mistake or technical. They cheated me.

    Please keep screen print of every page when making the bookings. then atleast you have the proof.

    Still knowing makemytrip, this may not be enough.

    So after making the bookings, I make sure I call then and send them email with the screen print of booking from my account.

    These days you can search for flights and hotels directly on google and book directly with airline / hotel.

      With reference of subjected booking ID NL[protected] we would like to escalate the issue of wrong name in the e-tickets under the purchased tour package. As we are the first time traveller and were seeking the assistance from Make My Trip team for our tour package. We faced the worst experience during our communication from Make My Trip in below points: • Firstly, we were advised to fill a form online to initiate the formalities and adhoc payment for the related package. We did accordingly and never put any other details rather than our names. • Secondly, we never received any communication to submit our passport copies to issue air tickets to fulfil IATA requirements to issue an international air tickets which is mandatory as per our communication with the local office of Make my trip. • Your team was not at all supporting in any manner when a first time customer is asking for an assistance. We had a lot of telecommunication with your team mates and the answers were neither satisfactory nor assisting to get solutions. • The E-tickets were booked just on the names given. No details such as the age, passport number, expiry and issuing dates on passport were asked from us. • When we asked to help us to change the name as per the passport, we were asked to pay a cancellation charge of 80% of the ticket and then book a new ticket for the same. We were also not intimated about the flights cancellation charges. * Make my Trip online people say that it is not mandatory for them and they dont require any passport details from any customers to book their international tickets., though their local office people said that no international tickets can be booked without passport details. We have paid Rs. 32000/- for booking a tour for 3 people. Now this MMT people are not responding to our complaints and they blaming us that we had given this names and hence they booked the tickets. My question is why our passport details were not taken before booking the tickets. Its because of their mistake that our names has error on the tickets. Would request to help us with this issue.

      With reference of subjected booking ID NL[protected], true that we were contacted by your management and we were asked not to cancel our bookings as they said they will get the required changes for us as it was the mistake done by the executive while booking and they asked us to wait for sometime till he reverts back to us... After a continuous follow up for almost a months time the concern manager said that the changes cannot be made and that we will get the refund. This was informed to us on 10th October 2015, and then he was suppose to get back to us with the details of refund, which have not received till date.

      What the manager did was just borrowed time from us so that they can calm down the escalated issue. Now nobody is even bothered to revert back to us for the Make My Trip side.

      I had inquired at the local office and also with other online agents from MMT after this issue took place and they had clearly mentioned that no bookings can be done for the international travel unless they have the details of the travelers in a proper format with the copy of the passports. The people at the local office in my city showed me a form that is required to be filled by the traveler and only after that the booking is initiated for the air tickets. Even the same is forwarded by the online agents seeking the information of the traveler. No such form was sent to me nor any mail for confirming my name and details was sent from my side. Then why did the agent dint send me that form and how did that agent booked my tickets without taking my details. I have all the recordings and mails to justify the above thing.

      Today because of that agent I have lost my money and nobody is replying on the refund part, infact their system is showing me that there is no refund to be made in my case.

      I would request the consumer forum to help me get my money back.

        I recently booked an international hotel (Singapore) from makemytrip.com. The company in the fare policy showed that the room in fully refundable until 23rd December 2015 and there will be no cancellation charges in case the room is cancelled before that date. When I booked the Hotel and paid the entire amount, the Voucher that I have received states that the rooms booked are Non-refundable and there is 100 % cancellation fee in case of cancellation. That is total Rip-off, websites like Booking.com and Agoda give the option of Pay at Hotel and these Guys are taking money upfront and are making false charges. Within two minutes of my booking I had filed a complaint and showed them proofs – Screenshots and Video of the FARE POLICY that was available before booking the rooms. After my complaint they have changed the Fare Policy but have replied that NOTHING can be done and the room will be NON-refundable. The person who has seen all the proofs and replied without any justification is Kuldip Ravaiya. The company did not have a decency to apologize for their mistake and do the needful instead take consumers for granted thinking - "inke sath kuch bhi karlo". I had mentioned to them that I will go to all consumer courts to get justice but people like Kuldip Ravaiya and makemytrip CEO Deep Kalra do not care about consumer rights. The company is FRAUD and there is CEO Deep Kalra is a CHEAT who operates a company full of lies and cheating. I demand a new booking Voucher that states full refund if cancelled before 23rd December and an apology letter from their CEO for harassing customers and stealing money. Makemytrip and their CEO – You may not understand the POWER of Consumer Forums and Social Media as yet, But they are here to give us Justice. STOP TAKING US FOR GRANTED.

        In times where companies are proactive in helping customers in case of errors at their end.. I really had to push Makemytrip by all limits to accept the wrongdoing and resolve the issue. The company has now agreed and provided me a fresh voucher with updated cancellation policy of 23rd December for full refund.

        Big Thank you to the Consumer complaint team and Makemytrip to finally amends.

            I booked an international hotel through makemytrip. Before that I checked the fare policy of the hotel which stated a 100% refund in case I cancel before a certain date. After booking confirmation, to my utter horror, the cancellation policy is printed as totally non-refundable. Its a booking worth Rs. 10000, and makemytrip is refusing to accept this serious error on their part. I am attaching the screenshot of the cancellation policy which has the name of the hotel in the background. This is a case of clear mistake on the part of makemytrip's web team in terms of correctness of the cancellation policy. They have to acknowledge and take responsibility and bear the full refund to their customer.

              Myself R. Pradeep kumar, I have booked a TO and FRO ticket from Doha to chennai and made payment to make my trip. (NN[protected] In which i have travelled one way (i.e- from doha to Chennai), whereas return ticket i have to cancel & request for refund, so i called make my trip customer care from my india number +91-[protected] on 22nd Aug'15. Make my trip representatives told me i have to call jet airways and cancelled the ticket. As instructed by make my trip, i called jet airways and finally cancelled the ticket on 22nd night itself, but still refund was not processed. I need to know the exact commitment on refund. Please contact +[protected] for the clarifications. if the issue is not closed in week time, i may have to register a compliant against make my trip.

                The kind of service makemy trip is giving is very worst & when you will try to call their toll free number you will never be able to reach them to solve your problem. Its like sales company people who just know how to sell product & they don't care about there customer. I booked my ticket through makemytrip transaction number is IN1507B3S031537. they have not sent me invoice bill of ticket fare. As I am trying to contact their customer care they always we can not do anything. I am still struggling for my bill as I have to claim that bill but due to their poor customer response I lost 5000/- Rs.

                  I have tried to book the ticket with MakeMyTrip Android App on 18th August. While first attempt of booking, apps failed to book the ticket with some error saying "Retry booking" then I tried second attempt and it booked it but after some time I got another booking which was failed as by the android application earlier and deducted the money. I called and sent mail multiple times almost everyday to the customer care but no response now a days at all. I logged complaint on 18th Augut still no response to from day MakeMyTrip Customer care.

Last week I got an another mail saying that I need to wait till 2nd of September (today) and today i was shocked to see that i need to wait till 8th.                         We r making complaint against makemytrip for not refunding rs 50424 / -
                        We r waiting for the refund of rs 50424 / - paid 2 times to makemy trip against booking id no; - in1508b4s210243 in lieu of del - blr - delhi airticket for 6 pax. . Last 15 days we sent more than 50 complaints but nothing has been done so far to refund my extra amount with company. Waiting for refund at the earliest. We already submitted pdf kotak mahindra bank statement to prove that rs 50424 / - debited and credited to makemy trip. We find this company as the most worst company i have seen who r liars and cheaters. Rgds / c s bhatia

                            On July 8 I purchases this ticket with booking reference Id NF[protected] on MakeMyTrip.com. This Website offers an Auto list of regular Travelers attached to ones account. I booked three tickets and after the comfirmation I realized that it has taken my name twice. So the looked like 1. Manish Khatar - myself 2. Maurya Khattar - my son 3. Manish Khattar - again my name. I immediately called MakeMyTrip and they advised me that they will check with Technical team and if the issue is with website they will refund the entire ticket. I kept following this for two months and I was always told that this is my mistake and have to bear the cancellation charge. Also their webiste never allowed me to escalate this issue to Management. This was not over when I cancelled my ticket and just got Rs. 229 out of Rs. 3000 Booking ID: NF[protected] Airline Penalty: INR 1920 MakeMyTrip Service Fee: INR 250 Convenience Fee (Non-Refundable): INR 600 Refund Amount: INR 229 This is absolute harassment and arbitrariness of this website. I would like to raise this to the highest level of escalation.

                            On July 8 I purchased this ticket with booking reference Id NF[protected] on MakeMyTrip.com.
                            Everything was going smooth until I used the Auto list of regular Travelers attached to my account on this website. I selected three names myself Manish Khattar, Rashi, and Maurya Khattar.
                            I booked the ticket and after the confirmation I realized that it has taken my name twice. It looked like this.
                            1. Manish Khatar - myself
                            2. Maurya Khattar - my son
                            3. Manish Khattar - again my name.
                            Although this immaturity was mildly amusing but I thought to get this corrected by myself and called Customer Care.
                            I immediately called MakeMyTrip and they advised me that they will check with Technical team and if the issue is with website they will refund the entire amount.
                            After that uncountable number of attempts was made to get some response but I was always turned down with some or the other excuse. I kept following this for two months and none of the email or phone conversation was humble or courteous. I never got a responsible answer and was always told that this is not website but my mistake.
                            I always argued that how having same name twice on a single booking could be customer fault. It should be handled at website level but no one from Support understood this simple logic that you should accept and upgrade this basic check on website.
                            To add to further frustration their complaint process never allowed me to escalate this issue to Management. My complaint always remained at 1st Escalation and was always marked resolved.
                            This was not over when I thought to follow the process and cancelled my ticket and just got Rs. 229 out of Rs. 3000 with again no responsible answer.

                            This is absolute harassment and high-handedness of this website. They are here to steal consumer’s money and certainly doesn’t care about them.
                            This behavior makes me believe that they think they are above everyone and no can stand against their willfulness.

                              I booked a ticket in Makemytrip.com to travel from Coimbatore to Bangalore in Jet airways 9W-2650 flight on 17th July 2015. I cancelled this ticket since the flight was delayed by 2 hours and i have to get my connecting flight to go Singapore. After cancelling the ticket i called the customer care for refund for my ticket. Customer care executive asked me to submit Stamp document from Airlines since the cancellation is for special purpose (Flight delay). I submitted the stamp document which i got from Airline on August 12th. After submitting the stamp document i received mail that i would get my refund within next 7 working days. After 7 days i called customer care and they again asked me to wait 7days. After 7 days too they have not refunded my money. Still in customer care execuive keep on telling i have to wait 7 days. There was not response from makemytrip.com for my request. My complaint reference number is[protected] and My booking id is NF[protected].

                              Further in regards to your complaint, please note that we have tried contacting on your listed number however got no response. Also we have checked and found that refund for INR 7, 294.00/- has been initiated on 31-AUG-2015 with RRN #[protected] as same would be reflecting in your account as per your bank processing cycle.

                              Do note that airlines has declined for full refund as flight departed at 23:30 which was rescheduled for 55 minutes and as per their procedure full refund is only being offered if flight is rescheduled for more than 01 hour. Same charge deduction is reflected in the airlines stamped document which has been forwarded by you.

                                I just completed my travel made car rental booking with makemytrip from 7-10 August 2015 from delhi-Agra-Mussoorie-Delhi four months in advance, very well planned and well did homework. I was initially contacted by dilasini an agent from makemytrip for my whole itinerary lucky i booked my own accomodation. Reference IS:[protected]. Makemytrip was so caring until you make your payment. Once your payment is done, you're dead forever. This agent prepared a itinerary on friday to visit agra. I asked her to change itinerary as agra and most shops will be closed on friday's. Advised her to add dhaunalti to itinerary. She repeatedly told me that she's waiting for the techinical team to update her. She prolonged this until a week before our travel, then suddenly she is informing your bookings are transferred to my manager mahesh bhatt. This guy talked to us so friendly and said he'll will help us by guiding us in the trip along as we are visiting india for first time. This guy mahesh bhatt charged us no fee for guiding instead he made us to book hotel, food and travel expenses for him. He said he travelled agra like 1000times and mussoorie like 3times. Thats the reason we decided to take his help. We finally regretted a lot for it. This guy never revealed any information related to driver or rental service, just replied always am travelling along and everything well taken care of, dont worry. I again updated this guy that itinerary must be changed as agra is closed on fridays and dhanaulti must be added. Dont worry just pay few hundreds/thousands extra driver will take you wherever you want and can inform the driver on the spot. No need to be included in the itinerary was told. Once we arrived the airport, there is noone to pickup us from the airport. Mahesh bhatt made us to wait in airport for two hours at the Airport EXIT. We are all three friends travelled together. He picked us from airport only after we made a call to him and simply said nothing for his delay. Then instead of taking us through yamuna expressway this guy took us through another way that took 6hours to reach agra and reached agra at 9pm and all shops were closed. This guy ate food like hell as though he has never seen any food before. His hotel was booked by us, his travel for car by us was upgraded to 3000 rupees extra for him and all of his expenses were paid by us. Then they told me all driver food, toll taxes are included in package. But we paid for for every meal of driver food and all toll taxes etc. When we asked him so many questions, he always replied us dont know, dont ask me, i am just travelling like a friend and nothing to do with guiding. You must ask dilasini. When we asked him then for what reason you travelled with us, no reply, am just a friend. How the hell he could become our friends if he didnot take up this booking via makemytrip. Finally we didnot do any sightseeing for four days except for taj mahal. We did 2hrs shopping at mall road mussoorie that's it. We made a complaint registered to makemytrip, but instead of providing solution, this company just closed the case thrice without notifying or contacting us for anything. I repeatedly reopend the case and they kept closing the case after a week without contacting us for anything. This guy whatsapp us to withdraw complaint as he'll lose his job. The way he pleaded, wrote an email that this is misunderstanding. Immediate after this email, this guy again started troubling us by forcing us to take a trip along with him and pay for him again for accomodation. We reopened the case again on him of this behaviour. This guy immediately sent an whatsapp msg that will you withdraw your complaint ot you want me to lose my job and this guy is so stubborn to cheat people as many times as he would. MAkemytrip took no action and simply closed the case. Now the case is reopened again two days back. Never ever choose this makemytrip forever in your life viewers. They can never help people in their bookings. They just want to protect their honor and their employees who cheat their customers. Lucky the driver was so good and he helped us by saving us from this guy and his cheap tricks. Thanks to the driver. Decided never makemytrip again for anyone as they dont makeur trip, they spoilurtrip. Pls be careful before choosing your travel agents, rather choose your own car rental services and plan your itinerary to save all your money. That saves a lot of money. As everything is available online now. choose the trusting partners not someone like makemytrip who cheat on their customers and never care to provide solution too.

                                Mmt again closed the case purposely or without reading full content. I have reopened my case many times for them to take action. I have notified the reason clearly why this case was reopened again and again.

                                Its because after sending the email to hellotravel, i have not forwarded this email to mmt until they close my case today. i forwarded the email i sent to hellotravel to mmt only today after 7pm (31 August 2015). I have only provided partial screenshot of email to mahesh bhatt. How do mmt know that i sent an email to hellotravel in the first place without notifying prior to closing my case?? Do they have any answer for this?? As i gave a screenshot only to mahesh bhatt and informed him, its just to save your job and i will not withdraw my complaint from mmt. But immediately after this mahesh bhatt repeated the same cheating trick and forced me to take rajasthan tour holiday package for 10days and he was very nasty when i refused to take the package. So immediately i resend an email to hellotravel to withdraw any feedback of misunderstanding about makemytrip and their employees. But mmt is taking advantage of initial email sent to hellotravel to close the case without investigating the case thoroughly.

                                I have personally not sent any withdraw complaint request directly to mmt or their employees and i hold all proof for it. I am reopening cases for mmt to take action instead they kept closing until today.

                                Someone with commonsense will definitely think why is the case reopened every time. And will call respective person to verify on this issue.. No-one ever called except for one time by khyati trivedi and explained her everything already. Mmt wants to purposely close this case trying to find reasons. Rather it will be better if they can use their commonsense to think, why this case is reopened again and again.

                                Can MMT break all the records of the complaints filed against by being honest and sincere to provide justice to the customers affected by them and their employees??

                                Will they come forward to take action against their own employees for using mmt to cheat their customers???

                                How much do mmt care for their customers who get cheated??

                                  This is in regard refund status of my transaction. I booked 2 indigo Flight tickets on 9th of July'15 but the booking failed and the transaction was successful. They actually grabbed my Rs.18580/- . They promised me on 9th of July that the amount will be refunded within 2 working days. Buf nothing happened like this. Its been 2 months now since I am requesting them to refund my amount. They're making stupid excuses that my bank is not accepting the refund amount to my bank account. I even asked my bank about this but my bank also declined and said they've never received any amount or any request from makemytrip company. Horrible experience being a customer to them. Horrible travel agency.

                                      Email ID : [protected]@GMAIL.COM I was making a payment of Rs.4460 through my Payback points(Rs.1952) and rest Rs.2508 through my credit card. The payback payment was succesfull and then the card payment got declined by your useless servers. Because of this reason now I have to wait for 7 days to get those points back and its only after it that I will be able to use them. Within 7 days the prices of the flight will definitely increase. Now tell me whose fault is it. Will Make My Trip pay for the extra amount that I will have to bear to make the payment on a later date. Reply ASAP.

(PNR/ TICKET NUMBER[protected]/433451). sir i have already complained you on dated 19/08/2015, of make my trip regarding the worst service me, and all details i have send to him (make my trip) they want.. but till date my complaint status is same . after complained in consumer complaints web site, i have not received a sufficient feedback or your end.. I have sent mails and remind form make my trip customer care mail id several times against my complaint but neither they take any action nor they respond to me...
