refund not given for cancelled tickets

Issue tickets with incorrect passenger name

I made air ticket booking through makemytrip of a passenger whose doesn't have last name on his document. So while filling details I just fill first name section and left second name blank. And there system allows me to do so and I proceed to next page to make payment with one popup message saying you should have valid document having this name.
