Actually I booked my ticket on makemytrip.com and I mailed the customer care that I want to change the flight date. They told me to change my date via a website provided by them but when I checked that site there is no such option. When I again mailed them no response from there side. I have no idea about what's happening and what they are doing. I had no idea rather than complaining about their company

    We booked our travel with makemytrip.com for Uttarakhand package on Puja holidays from kolkata.In their program chart, it was mentioned that all hotels and resorts are 3start property but actually some are unfinished guest houses and some are just like house properties.Driver provided was rush driver and car was not clean any day and driver was uncleaned and had bad smelling. The food offered at accomodation are highly priced which is not matching with services of hotels, even we have to wait for an hour for hot water in buckets as no gyser or heater was there in those accomodation.Even after mentioning we are non veg, still they provided veg foods and complementary was wrost ever just tea and dahi paratha, unclean bedsheet and poor toilets are very much experienced in all travel stoppages, driver was not at all friendly and created a lots of quarrels with us when we asked to slow speed cab in express high ways.They mentioned about welcome drink, hot water 24X7 which was absent in all location.When we are calling them, they dont respond, cut our calls and sms and whatsapp us, they we are busy, I am primary accusing Richa Chirania travel expert and his manager Rohit Our bookin id IN1505B1S269434 CRM id[protected]

    Even the company make my trip has given different travel chart to driver and driver is not willing to following our travel charts for sightseeing and also he is not willing to go by our travel time.

    Driver eitenery was not matching with our eitenery given by richa your holiday expert.

    Driver was unknown to uttarkhand and was asking roads and routes to everyone on the street even school kids.

    He said us to drop of with our luggage and your fellow hotel will pickup.

    Further in future we shall not go with make my trip and will ask fellow travellers not to go with make my trip..we will publish all this in all social media and leading newspapers with the travel vendor name and also the holiday expert name...we will also give photographs of the so called poor 3 star hotels and will also specify that you refused to honor our complaints...during making payments we use to get so many calls from holiday expert...but when we were stuck in distant mountains the holiday expert didnt received any calls with the excuse of sickness and refused to help us...our day were lost with no cooperation from make my trip...tthe most amazing part that the eitenery which we got in mail and which the driver had was different...the driver also asked money from us as he had no money with him...iis this the kind of service you and your organisation provide to customers after taking full payment?
    In almora the driver asked us to drop midway in the distant mountain and asked to contact hotel...is this the kind of service make my trip promised?
    We have all photographs of the poor hotels and foods you provided which we will submit in social media and all leading newspapers...after taking full payments with lots of promises and after spoiling the entire tour its easy to give allegations...bbut imagine being a customer when you are stuck in distant mountain and you driver had different eiterny and there is no one to help and you entire day is lost then how do you feel as a customer? How do you feel as a customer when most of the spots is not covered and you face with rash driving in the express highway? Dont you feel cheated? Its our hard earned own money which we have payed...so after making full psyments this is the service you provide? And even after complaining you dare to say that you cant honor us? is this so called make my trip? We will publish in social media and all leading newspapers with all photographs of poor hotels and services and food type...

    During the travel from Almora : At the time of return due to No-Entry after 5 PM, the cab driver faced trouble to reach the hotel as he tried to reach there three times but he was not able to succeed due to road barricaded by the local police and at that time Cab driver was being harassed by the Guest and also Mr. Gautam from ( Chaudahry Tours & Travels) faced such kind of behaviour.
    Hence now we will not be able to Honour your case as same has been declined by our other vendors too. Please treat this post as a final response on your concern from our side.

    It doesnot matters to me whether this is your final response or not...also only this kind of reply is expected from make my trip..such a rubbish organisation who makes business for only profit and gives poor quality hotel, food and services to customers with no committment...what about different travel plan which I got in mail and why the driver got different travel plans? And what about the poor hotels and food provided? And also the driver has no knowledge o[censored]ttarakhand and was asking even school kids about the roads ...he and his travel company choudhury travels was asking money from me? Why? Am I supposed to give money to the drivers? And why the driver has no knowledge of the road and so if we stuck in traffic we have to make our own arrangenenrs? Wow what a one sided reply you gave with no apology from your side...such an irresponsible company who treats their customers with no importance...I will surely broadcast this is social media, all leading newspapers and all leading news channels with all photographs of poor hotels and with the name of Richa Chirinia and the travel vendor name chowdhury travels and will also broadcast your irresponsible replies...after taking full money from customers and after providing such a poor service how dare you blame on customers? I have all proof of your poor service and what oroof you have of my misbehaving? Only words of mouth? And with no apology how dare you blame on customers after taking full payment? How dare you gave an one sided reply? So thus its proved that make my trip is a nonsense profit making company who doesnt take care of customer grievance s and complaints but only takes money and gives poor services in return and also openly says that they are unable to honour a customer complaint because they have actually intentionally spoiled the entire trip...

      I booked a round trip ticket on 2nd November, 2015 at around 11:30 pm from Bangalore to Kolkata for 14th April, 2016 with the return being on 26th April, 2016 under the name Kumari Shikha. During payment via net banking, the amount of Rs 8029 was deducted from my account and it showed that my session has expired but no booking confirmation showed up. The booking ID is: NF[protected] and this is showing only under the "completed bookings" section of my MakeMyTrip account on the website (not on the app) with the status as "unsuccessful" and its showing "under process". I emailed the MakeMyTrip support with an attachment of my netbanking statement which clearly shows that 8029 INR is payed towards MakeMyTrip. There has been no response from their side and you cannot talk to the customer service executive as they are probably busy making the big bucks on this sale. I have attached those two documents here as well and i hope they can resolve the issue quickly by either confirming the ticket or refunding the money back to my account.

        I had booked about 6 flights with MMT but had to cancel due to a death in the family. The travel was scheduled to happen on Oct 2 and return on Oct15. I faced issues with site and cancelled directly with airline. Raised refund from MMT. For the ID NF[protected] about 11, 110/- is still pending. (more than 35 days). I am fed up of calling the call center again and again. They promise a call back but never occurs. When agents seem to notice that we don't wait till the call is escalated to supervisor or Manager, they deliberately disconnect the call. Nobody is able to provide a history of why this amount is not reflecting in my account. I provided my 2 months account statements as well for verification, but to no avail. Kindly assist.

        WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS?

        THE REFUND CLAIM WAS FOR Rs 11, 110/- and not Rs 3150/-.

        If you have processed and sent the refund, show me the case history or transaction reference number and other details for me to cross check.

          I have cancelled two transactions on 3rd Oct and 18th Oct and still awaiting refund amounting to INR 11644.00. Have been constantly following up with them ever since but with no resolution. Upon checking i found they even closed by ticket as resolved. Had to reopen the tickets and escalate the matter but still waiting for actions.

          If I don't get a resolution soon I am going to file a complaint against them in the consumer court.

          This experience is surely going to influence my decision in future.

            I Brajmohan sharma booking id NW[protected]. I had flight AI 549 chennai to port blair scheduled on 03 Nov 2015 at 5:00 hrs. But it was rescheduled at 9:30 hrs. I did not get any information. When I reached to chennai airport and enquired at ticket counter, they told, we are not provided with any contact detail by make mytrip. This caused me lot of inconvenience. I could not sleep whole night and had to wait at airport for this long time. Please take up my problem with higher authority, so appropriate action can be initiated. I hereby attached the print out showing customer contact information missing.

              Make my Trip Booking Id- NF[protected], Booked on 14/08/2015 I have cancelled this ticket directly from airlines on 27/08/2015 and the same was confirmed by makemytrip on 02/09/2015 and assured that refund amount will be credited within 07 working days. After that I have contacted plenty of times to there customer care but still the refund amount is not credited in my account and status is showoing as under progress.

                Hello sir
                i m sadananda bhat a senior citizen traveled with my family in the month of oct 2015, vide id no[protected]
                i wanted 4 star accommodation for all 5 nights and i have paid as per requirements and this tour is not sponsored/lfc/ltc

                i wanted to enjoy with my family in 4star accommodation and the hotel at udaipur(HOTEL LE ROI) IS AN ORDINARY HOTEL you can visit their site and they say it is a budget hotel

                i have mailed so many times to MMT and i could not get convincing reply
                i can forward all the mails to you if required

                now i request pl look into the matter i want the cost of hotel accommodation 2 HOTEL AT UDAIPUR with an instruction to MMT not to cheat the customers
                in this regard i have made a complaint to MMT representatives at JAIPUR on the same day and i was forced to stay in that hotel for two days because there was no other go

                  This is regarding my booking with MakeMyTrip with the booking ID NF[protected], and the ordeal I have faced after that. I had made a telephonic complain against the same on Saturday, and I was assured a response within 2 days. However, that has not happened yet (even after 6 days). Hence, I am forced to write again. I had made the above booking about 3 months back for the route CCU-DEL (travel date 15th Oct) and DEL-CCU (travel date 25th Oct). On 11th Oct, I canceled my CCU-DEL leg of the journey through your online portal. After the cancellation, I got a confirmation mail as well that my CCU-DEL leg is cancelled and that I will receive some refund within few days. Also, the online system showed my CCU-DEL journey as cancelled while my DEL-CCU journey still stayed (as I obviously wanted to travel on that flight). On 24th Oct - just 1 day before my flight, I randomly got to know that MMTrip cancelled my DEL-CCU ticket too!!! On calling the helpline number, I was told in a cold voice that you had yourself cancelled it on 11th itself. That is obviously not true (and your system can confirm that). You can also check the voice recording of my call that I made on MMTrip on 23rd Oct. I had clarified with the agent again regarding my journey (my ticket was not cancelled even till 23rd). While processing my refund, the refund processing agent made a serious error and cancelled my 25th Oct ticket. This was a seriously important travel, and your helpline agent suggested me to book myself on an alternate flight for that day and promised MMTrip will reimburse that (she also promised a call within 2 days which never came). I can explain the entire situation on a call, and you can obviously check everything at your end and realize that it is a error on your part. I look forward to an urgent resolution to this one. I am attaching the initial booking as well as the e-mail received after the cancellation. Also, if you check the refund amount, I have been refunded only close to 2500 Rs, which is obviously because I was supposed to get refund for one leg. E-mail ID: [protected]@gmail.com

                          I booked the bus trip from pune to nagpur from make my trip.The bus operator send me the sms 24 hour before departure informing the cancellation of bus trip.
                          I called the bus operator for reschedule or refund... Was the option suggested by operator, but since booking was done through make my trip asked me to get refund from make my trip.
                          I lodged the request for refund through make my trip website .
                          After one year of followup make my trip is asking the sms from operator and informed that there was no bus cancelled by operator.

                          It was the worst from make my trip that they closed the request on their own several times and at the end denied about bus cancellation itseld, which take nyself also in embrassing situation as only one side can be true and discourage from using worst make my trip service further or to recommend to any friend of pals and explain them my experiance.
                          Although amount of refund not much but this is matter of after sales service and business ethics.

                          Make my trip is proving themselves unethicle all fronts.

                            I have booked a ticket from Chennai-Frankfurt (for date 30-Jan) at 3 AM on 29 october for my family with Booking ID - NN[protected]received on my mobile:[protected], and Money is deducted from my axis bank account without confirmation email or Eticket email. The email address used - Mirabelle.[protected]@gmail.com and mobile number:[protected] for this Booking.

                            I have called makemytrip Customer care and none of their Customer care representative were able to track this transaction with Booking ID, email address or phone number, then finally one of their Customer Representative told me that the ticket is not booked and money will be returned back to my account within 7-10 working days.

                            Below are the other details for this booking:

                            Bank’s name: Axis Bank

                            Amount deducted: Rs. 39896

                            E-coupon used: AXISIF

                            Mode of transaction: Axis Bank Debit Card

                            Please help me in this regard. is this normal behaviour. I need to book the ticket, but I can't book it until makemytrip confirms about this cancelled ticket.

                              On 7th October, 2015 i tried booking a flight from Chennai to Colombo for 5th February, 2016, after providing my credit card details on make my trip website i got a message saying that the Transaction has failed although i received a mail from my bank STATE BANK OF INDIA (SBI) that the transaction has been made on my credit card at MAKEMYTRIP INDIA PVT LTD on 7th Oct and the bank has confirmed the said payment to make my trip on 8th Oct to me by phone. Ever since the the 8th of October, i have made repeated calls and sent repeated mails to [protected]@makemytrip.com and all they do is give me a standard dialogue that "the refund will be completed in the next 72 hours" or repeated mails by extremely inefficient members of the customer service team asking me for the same information that i have previously provided to them at least four or five times. It has been almost a month or in terms that people of makemytrip understand "528 hours" and it is clear to me that no action has been taken and they have done absolutely nothing till date. Also i have received mails with unfounded statements from makemytrip saying that they have tried to contact me but failed - to this i would say that i have replied to every single mail you have sent me and i have NOT RECEIVED EVEN A SINGLE phone call from you till date. So for the last time i request you to take action immediately and not " simply notify people and sit there", before it escalates any further.                                 NH[protected] is my booking ID.We( 9 members) booked La Flora Pleasant stay in kodaikanal based on the reviews from Makemytrip by paying 17000 rs. We travelled on 23rd October 2015 and once we reached the hotel in Kodaikanal the La Flora management denied us rooms stating that makemytrip has not given any booking to them. They made us wait along with kids for 3 hours and when i called makemytrip they did not respond well. We threatened the hotel that we are calling Police and will lodge a complaint then hotel booked Sterling Valley view. The rooms were brand new but not ready for staying as there was pending electric work, no proper service to room. Make My trip claims what you see is what you get and we did not get anything we saw. I am looking for REFUND as we all had to go through this horrific incident. Children suffered as it was so cold.

                                  I booked two flight tickets from MMT app on 16/08/2015 with the booking Id NF[protected] and NF[protected] and as per offer by HDFC and makemytrip.com i was supposed to get Rs 1000 cashback on both the tickets (i applied DOM15HDFC coupon code ) within 14 days .

                                  But its has been 2 months and i there is no information from their side and i hv only being receiving mail to wait and watch . Neither my Cashback is being processed niether they are replying to my mails . it seems they have and auto mail checker mail enabled and only keep sending me mail to wait .

                                  Please resolve this as soon as possible . I may not being using MMT any further due to their negligence and irresponsibility .

                                    Abu dhabi – kochi – abu dhabi round trip booked on air india express through makemytrip on 06 june 2015 for travel to kochi by ix-452 on 17 jul 2015 & for return to abu dhabi by ix-419 on 21 jul 2015. Booking id: nn[protected]. _experience
                                    I requested for cancellation of my round trip on 03 jul 2015 and, subsequent to my phone call, received email confirmation of cancellation, reference id:[[protected]], on 4 jul 2015. Was informed that i will be refunded, after accounting cancellation charges, within 48 working hours. I checked my makemytrip account and it showed the following message:

                                    Please note: i paid a total of rs. 34, 739/- at the time of booking and as per the committed terms of makemytrip, duly printed on the issued e-ticket, refund amount will be subject to deduction of a cancellation fee of rs. 7931 plus rs. 500-towards makemytrip service fee, totaling rs. 8431/-. (As per this calculation, refund amount works to rs. 26308/-
                                    Refund didn’t happen with 48 working hours or even on 10th jul.2015. I started sending reminders and continued to contact them on phone. For my email reminders(Total eight(8) spanning one month) initially there was no response. For my phone calls, they used to send new reference ids with commitment of refund to be effective within 48 working hours.
                                    On 15th august 2015, i received a confirmation mail that an amount of rs 843/(Say 2.3% of my eligible refund) will be refunded within 3 working days. Quote: “kindly note refund amount of inr 843 makemytrip booking id nn[protected] has been processed. Amount in your account may reflect in up to 3 working days in case your issuer bank is …”. Actual received: rs. 842/-
                                    Since this was not acceptable to me, i sent mails for review and after so many reviews and contacts, another refund confirmation of rs. 1111/- (Forming 3% of eligibility) was received on 4th sept. 2015, informing me that makemytrip reviewd the refund request successfully!!! Yes, i was taken for a real real ride by: makemytrip

                                      I'm Srinivas Annavarapu, booked ticket to my mother in law from Hyderabad to Dublin (Travelled to Dublin on 12 June actual return date 03 Sep 2015), due to some circumstances i have extended my mother in law's return journey from September 03 to November 18 and paid 17400rs on September 02 2015 from then onwards I’m sending so many emails to Makemytrip team but not issuing E-ticket. As my wife also planning to come to India with newly born baby we need to know the journey plan so that i can book ticket to my wife with my mother in law. As I’m not getting E-ticket to my mother in law i couldn't book the ticket to my wife, due to this ticket price gone up (from 550 euro's to 1000 euro's). I HAVEN'T EXPERIENCED THIS TYPE OF BAD SERVICE IN MY WHOLE LIFE, IT SEEMS THIS COMPANY SUCKS.
