The website advertises of Loyalty discounts against each booking. Which got debited on its own without any bookings. Since Marcy 2015 am escalating to the management of makemytrip.com for a revert, yet they have not been bothered to revert on the same in 5 months. The status still shows as open. Any suggestion what can be done to get them to penalise...

Makemytrip.com - the most horrible experience. Please donot ever book with them. We booked a four star hotel using makemytrip. And guess what ? The standards were like a minus star hotel. I made a flight booking from New Delhi to Bangalore on 14th July 2015 around 9:15 am using the make my trip app on android. . The amount was deducted during the transaction.
