I had booked my tickets from Jaipur to Guwahati via Delhi and the return tickets too via Make My Trip (MMT) on 31- Aug-2015. There were two bookings for each trip amounting to a total of Rs. 17509 (Rs. 9779 and Rs. 7730 for the respective trips). On the home page of MMT, when I looked for the e-tickets, I found that the amount of my return trip was shown as only Rs. 2100 instead of Rs. 7730. I had contacted the concerned airline who had clarified what the correct amount was and had sent me the correct break-down of the fare and the receipts for each sector of the booking. When I expected the same from MMT, the Executive ARCHIT KAJLA shared a mere Word Document with the amount mentioned. I believe this can be easily done by anyone! It did not even have the electronic sign of MMT. Another Executive SUCHETA VERMA had sent a PDF on my request but this too did not seem authentic. The amount was never updated in the portal. They said that they could not update it due to a technical glitch! This would have its consequences later. 1. I could not get the Reward Points that I should be entitled to concerning the amount of money that I had booked the tickets for. 2. I could not cancel my tickets as the refund amount was much less than the actual amount. I had made several calls to MMT to get the amount updated but nothing was done for it. Even the mails addressed to the top management were not answered. I raised a complaint too along with copies of my bank statement and the receipts shared by the concerned airline. But no reason or proof could survive against the ‘TECHNICAL GLITCH’ of MMT! I had called MMT expecting that they would be able to rectify the issue. 1. Call 1 (Executive – RAHUL) on 03-Sep-2015 I had a conversation with RAHUL regarding the same issue. He said that he could provide me the invoice for my booking. I mentioned that I already had several copies of the invoice both from the airline and MMT. I wanted it to be updated in the portal. When he could not provide an acceptable solution, I wanted to cancel the booking. He said either of the sectors are non-refundable although I had confirmed from the airline earlier that the booking was refundable, which I had also noted at the time of booking. He was not able to sort any of the issues which I had raised. I wanted him to connect me to the FLOOR SUPERVISOR. He was so concerned about his performance being poor that he kept my call on MUTE instead of HOLD for several minutes. When he connected back, he mentioned that his FLOOR SUPERVISOR was busy and would arrange for a call back. When my emails were not answered to, how could I expect that a call back would be arranged? I said that I would wait for any length of time required but I wanted to communicate to the FLOOR SUPERVISOR the same day instead of waiting for the call back. I also requested him to keep the call on HOLD instead of MUTE. He kept the call on HOLD this time until he connected again saying that his FLOOR SUPERVISOR was busy again. I agreed to wait again. This time he again kept the call on MUTE and DISCONNECTED within few seconds. 2. Call 2 (Executive – GAURAV) on 03-Sep-2015 I called again the same day. This time I got connected to GAURAV. I had to explain the entire scenario to him. But even he did not connect the call to the FLOOR SUPERVISOR quoting the same reason. He, too, followed the same protocol of MUTE-HOLD-MUTE until he disconnected the call. 3. Call 3 (Executive – MONI MISHRA) Some days later, when I did not get any call or email from MMT regarding my concern, I called again. MONI MISHRA answered my queries satisfactorily and also clarified the correct amounts which I would get on cancellation. I went ahead with her suggestions and cancelled my tickets on 06-Sep-2015, expecting a refund would be made by 15-Sep- 2015. I also called the concerned airline to verify the amount. They confirmed that the amounts were almost similar if not exactly the same. But upon cancellation, the refund amount for the second trip was only Rs. 788 when I had booked the tickets for Rs. 7730! I had raised a claim for the same to ensure that the correct amount is refunded. But the portal did not show any claim number by which I could track the status of the claim! Neither any Executive provided me the claim number on call. I called once again for this. 4. Call 4 (Executive – CHANCHAL SHARMA) on 08-Sep-2015 CHANCHAL SHARMA accepted that the amount which I have claimed would be refunded to me within 8 working days (5 working days for MMT and 3 working days for the Bank). I accepted the same and ended the call. There was no response from MMT either through email, message or call regarding the refund till 15-Sep-2015. When the refund was not processed with the time promised to me, I called the Bank. They mentioned that they have not received any transfer from MMT. I called the airline again but they mentioned that they had already transferred the amount to MMT on the same day when I had cancelled the tickets! Now, I had to ask MMT for the delay. On the same day, I had called again. 5. Call 5 (Executive - LALIT) on 15-Sep-2015 LALIT answered me his time. I had to explain the whole scenario to him who assured that the refund would be done by 18-Sep-2015. When I asked LALIT about the delay, he said that he does not know why the refund had not been transferred!! Then he added the omnipresent reason of TECHNICAL GLITCH behind the delay! I now believe that MMT does not employ technically-sound professionals to solve the perennial TECHNICAL GLITCH! I rated LALIT 1 on a scale of 4. Yet again, the refund was not made on 19-Sep-2015 as expected. I had to contact MMT. 6. Call 6 (Exucutive - SUSHOBHIT) on 19-Sep-2015 The Executive named SUSHOBHIT said that the refund is initiated by not yet transferred to my account due to some TECHNICAL GLITCH. He asked me to wait for four more working days during which my claim would be reviewed and refunded by 22-Sep-2015. He assured that the issue will be completely solved by 22-Sep-2015 without fail! SUSHOBHIT also mentioned that he would raise my concern under HIGH PRIORITY to his superiors so that the refund is processed at the earliest. When I asked him to send an email confirming all the conversation that we had, he simply denied that he could not do so. On asking about contacting him on the same issue, he provided me his extension number on which I could contact him. I had none of my queries resolved, so I rated him 1 on a scale of 4. Having received no communication or refund from MMT, I contacted them again on 22-Sep-2015. I tried to connect to the extension number that SUSHOBHIT had provided me earlier. But as expected after all the encounters with MMT, the extension number turned out to be invalid!! I called again. 7. Call 7 (Executive - ALOK) on 22-Sep-2015 ALOK was on call this time. As expected and known, he again asked me to wait till 26-Sep-2015 to get all the refunds transferred. He also made the revelation that SUSHOBHIT had never raised my concern as a HIGH PRIORITY. He had not raised any complaint at all. Moreover, he had mentioned the waiting time as seven working days whereas; he had mentioned four to me. I believe that ALOK raised the concern to his superiors and assured that the refund would be done by 26-Sep-2015. On the same evening I got a call from MMT asking me to clarify why I had rated their esteemed Executive 1 out of a scale of 4. MMT could never arrange a call back in spite of assuring me that they would contact me for solving my concerns but they could undoubtedly contact me asking for my clarification. I assume that my explanation had convinced them. Had a 0 been available on the scale, I would have rated a 0 instead of rating him even a 1! The 0 is not only for the agent but for the entire management of MMT. After waiting for 3 weeks instead of only 1 and going through the ordeal without having the refund yet, I am more than convinced now of the promises that MMT makes to the customers are only for their own benefit! Does MMT have no mechanism in place to keep a track of all the pending requests and solve them on time? Does MMT have no SLA to follow or any management to guide them? Does the Floor Manager never train the Executives on how to talk with customers, forget about solving their problems? The MUTE-HOLD-MUTE-DISCONNECT policy is never noted by them? Does the Quality Management team never monitor the calls that are being handled? And don’t forget to honour the Technical Team who can neither find the reason behind nor solve the eternal technical glitch!!     Dear Sir, I would request you to kindly intervene and get my issue resolved. I may submit that I had booked a package tour to Russia through Makemytrip and as per trail mail I raised the issue of veg meals in flights normally not provided to passengers in international flights until it is requested by tour operators. They vide their mail 23.7.2015 (reproduced below)confirmed to me that veg meals has been confirmed with flight but we were not provided veg foods and we starved during this journey and felt harrased. When taken up with them, lthey informed that they are refunding the money vide mail Dt.7.9.2015 and also committed to pay conveyance charges for lunch dinner incurred by me but now they are asking me to obtain vouchers to be redeemed in next flight which are not acceptable as I shall not avail any package through them in future. 2nd issue was we had to hire special taxi for lunch dinner time. Basic amenities of lunch dinner even on payment were not taken care as promised at the time of booking. In reply they have confirmed that they will be refunding conveyance charges incurred @500 per time x2 for 6 days i.e.6000/- plus Rs.2000/-towards flight meals not provided but now they are evading on one or other pretext. Sir, from my trail mail, you will observe that during our stay a fire occured in hotel and we were stranded for 6 hours on footpath without food and their local representative never bothered to enquire about our stay or well being. This group has totally shaken my faith in package tours and I will not ever dream to go throgh makemytrip packages.       This is in reference to our booking ID- NN[protected] in terms of which air tickets from Delhi to Prague and back were booked for 11th Aug. 2015 and were sent to us by email on 26.July.2015 bearing booking ref. YJFFL5 where in it was mentioned as RESERVATION CONFIRMED.

      These bookings were made by my son, Sukhdeep Singh from Germany using MakeMyTrip.com's web interface. So, we went to Delhi Airport with the tickets issued on, but were denied the boarding pass as the Air Lines advised that this was not a valid ticket.
      In the time of panic and stress, despite taking up the matter with airport authorities or suggesting/issuing us backup/another ticket, it was even more stressful to talk with the customer care executives. Sh. Gaurav & Bunty from MMT’s customer service kept us on toes for holding the mobile phone call for 21.22 minutes & 46.19 minutes between 1.00 A.M. to 3.00 AM on 11th Aug. 2015 at the Aero Flot Airlines counter in Delhi airport. Without any satisfactory reply, we missed out flight. Instead of issuing ticket in lieu of ticket dt 26th July, Mr. Bunty was demanding Rs. 131000/- for issuance of a new ticket for the next day.

      Even my son, Sukhdeep Singh, who was waiting to pick us up from the Prague Airport sent an e-mail to MakeMyTrip’s service email address on 11th Aug.2015 saying that 'My parents are standing at Delhi Airport, this ticket is invalid', ‘please take a swift action, as the flight boards in 3 hours' but no action was taken. Ultimately the airport authorities asked us to leave the Airport as the ticket issued was invalid.

      Being senior citizens, we were depressed, mentally & physically tired because of long journey & perforce had to again arrange for back journey with heavy luggage. We were emotionally harassed as all our excitement to visit abroad & to meet our son after a long time had gone waste and my wife was under stress turned depression due to the negligence of Make My Trip. We have been put to financial loss and were being mentally, emotionally and physically harassed.

      Lovelesh from MakeMyTrip confirmed that they have our amount that we paid during online booking INR 89, 684 (transcripts attached), but no further action was taken.

      Ref.ID[protected] Singh Charanjit DEL SVO was assigned on 13th August 2015 in terms of which we have sent more than 19 E-mails and telephonic messages demanding the refund of our own money, in response to 18 (automated) emails by various officials from MakeMyTrip, till date, we are trying to reach them to get our money back seeking a further compensation. For each of our email, an automatic response and case id is generated but no one takes it seriously and no refund has been releaased till date except that an automated response of “we will reply you within 24/48 hours” and it is more than a month now. This is too frustrating and sad at the same time.


      We have had booked 4 holiday packages in past from the same company but never faced any problem till this time which is the utmost uncomfortable, stressful and painful incident or chain of events.
      We once again request the company to refund us the amount as per details submitted via our email dated 30th Aug. 2015 and same promised by another customer agent, Lovejeet Singh from his email dated[protected], that “ We are working on refund query- wait for 48 hours”, without any further delay.

      Hope to receive immediate and favourable response for refund of money along with a suitable compensation. We could not have expected this from one of the most trusted Indian travel company.

      Its fault from your side, how can you even charge the cancellation charges to us, instead of compensation, you are deducting money?? Resolve the case completely if you do!

        Its been more than a month since i cancelled my ticket and refund is not yet given. The initial date given was August 24th 2015 for the refund. But i have not yet received the amount. Its really frustrating and causing lot of inconvenience for me as i had to book tickets again with the refund amount. I have called up customer care almost everyday since August 24th 2015, and the only response i get is your amount will be given in 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours etc. Everyday same response. This is my booking ID - NN[protected] I need the email address of all the top bosses like Deep Karla in your company so that i can send my complaints to him. Is there anybody who can give the email address?

          I cancelled one flight ticket via MAKE MY TRIP MOBILE APPLICATION due to flight delayed msg recieved by me from spicejet, and i select the cancellation reason flight delayed or prepond, which was correct as per normal human being, but make my trip did not send my ticket cancellation request to spice jet, my passenger was not show as per spice jet, so i got refund only for passenger not show, but my issue is that why my ticket was not cancelled, if some body is cancelling the ticket then why he should visit airport or travel .?? ticket was inr 3800, they refund me 822 rs, i should get refund 1750 INR, i have all the proofs and call recordings and screen shots of everything . thanks and regards AJIT KHARE [protected] [protected]@gmai.com

            Booking ID NN[protected]. I been waiting for the refund on the said booking ID for more than than 72 hours. Nobody from Makemytrip has bothered to keep me informed and it's been delayed. MMT Customer service is very poor and cannot answer to customer satisfaction. They respond only with scripted lines and disconnect the calls.

              I booked a ticket with MMT on 30th July 2015, I paid partly with my credit card and partly from my MMT wallet money. I did not get a confirmation of my tickets so I called MMt customer service and they offered to cancel the tickets without any penalty which I accepted and I got my money back on my credit card but I never got my INR 2000 which I used from my MMT wallet. Its been 45 days now I have been chasing MakeMyTrip with calls and emails and what not but they are just not bothered. Please help me.

                Hi This is with reference to our discussions on 13 Sep 2015 night. Let me explain you all how I have been illtreated by your staff. At first I have booked two itineraries having booking Ref No. IN1508B4S415107 & NN[protected]. We have traveled from Kuwait to Hyderabad. Later I have decided to reschedule our return journey (Total 3 Passengers) to 18 Sep 9.40 PM flight Which is from Hyd to Abudhabi & connecting flight to Kuwait at 2.15AM in Abudhabi. But, even though I have explaned very clearly and paid all the excess charges, One of your staff members named Dinesh did mistakes by selecting other flights instead of above said flight. You may please verify all audio recordings of our discussions on 13/09/15 morning 7.30AM to 10AM and please do the justice. Then I have complained the same issue with Varun Gupta and he suggested that, he will takeup my case and review the recordings of my discussion with Dinesh and he will do the justice in 48 hours. Meanwhile he asked me to pay additional amount and book the right itinerary. Later, if it is proved that, mistake is from your staff after reviewing those audio recordings, I will be paid back all excess charged to me. Accordingly I have paid excess amount again and booked the right itinerary and I have also requested to forward me a copy of audio recordings of my discussion with Dinesh. But till now I have not received my ticket copies and no response to my complaint. Yesterday when I spoke to one of your colleagues, he said that he sent an email to Varun Guptha and he will contact me in 4 hours. But till now I have not received any call from your end. Varun Shown me my itinerary with new changes through "Checkmytrip" also. A copy of the same is attached herewith for your reference.
                MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                  I had booked a round trip ticket from USA - India – USA on 09/14/2015. Make My Trip customer service played tricks during booking. I have seen a price online, while getting ready to book by logging in and entering contact number, received a call from Make My Trip customer service stating he is going to help to complete the booking with a best price. I said OK, then he took few minutes and said he is searching for the flight from his side and came up with a price higher than what I was supposed to pay online. Then he went on saying the price is increased due to someone else booked, etc. and asked to refresh the page to see latest price. To my surprise the price is now increased in online. I understood their tricks and said I do not want to book and will use another place to book. Then he starting playing using words and now came up saying he can help to get for the price I had seen in the website originally and can offer some wallet cash to use in future booking. This time I agreed to book (BIG MISTAKE). This fellow helped to book. I later came to know that I cannot choose the seats/meal or anything with airline until check-in. This made me worried because I am traveling with family and kid. The moment I learned this, called customer service to cancel the tickets because I was still within 24 hour cancellation period. As per the Department of Transportation, USA it is a law to allow consumer to cancel flight tickets for full refund if cancelled within 24 hours for any US originating flights. Refer to transportation.gov website for electronic document. MakeMyTrip customer service is nightmare - 1st they routed to multiple agent and most of the time it is only crappy loud music we have to hear. 2nd they keep saying tickets are no refundable and it is they’re company policy that they do not refund. Even after I explaining about the law and for which they should be adhering to, they kept refusing it. They disconnected my 1st call abruptly at 43 minutes, 2nd call ended at 56 minutes with the same exact discussions. I had called airline (Lufthansa) for assistance and they said I am 100% eligible to get full refund because I am within 24hours period but I need to get this done through MakeMyTrip. They even explained what MakeMyTrip should do to resolve this. And she provided the time by when it should be cancelled (09/15 11.59 PM). I had called again to MakeMyTrip and explained what Lufthansa asked to do so, this time they took the request and said will get back within 24 hours and void it. I believed this (another mistake)- I did not receive any further correspondence from MakeMytrip. I called again after 10 hours (09/15 8.00AM) to check status and now again I was given same lame answers, it cannot be cancelled it is our company policy, etc. There is another thing - 9/15 8.50 AM I again called Lufthansa to check, they're agent now saying it is now more than 24 hours and they can do best possible but MakeMyTrip should contact for assistance. This is contradicting with what her agent said earlier. She simply apologized and said the previous agent incorrectly calculated the time. Well, now I am at loss. Are these companies are above law?                   Also, I did not get the information that the tickets are issued in India neither from your website nor by the makemytrip.com agent who booked the ticket, I did mentioned to your agent that I am OK to book using USD.

                  Above all these, the airline confirmed to me that I am 100% eligible to cancel within 24 hours of booking for full refund and provided details on what makemytrip should do to get full refund (pre-authorization). I had explained the same to your agent (I have transcripts and recordings of these communications including makemytrip and Lufthansa agent codes).

                    I am one of the highly disappointed customers of Make my trip!!! I booked flight tickets to Nepal with booking Id IN1504B0S105884 in the month of April and as Tragedy struck Nepal with an earthquake I had to cancel the tickets because airports were shut down, and as per rule book and a commitment sms from Make my trip I was supposed to receive full amount. Several complaint calls n emails later I still don't have half of the amount in my account. I spoke to various executives including supervisors Mr. Nitin Saini and Ms. Nirmal and they assured that this account will be taken into consideration and I will be contacted back. I still haven't recieved any call! When it is so easy for you to charge money why is it difficult for u to return back what your customer is entitled to! Should I file an FIR against your company or bring this issue in public media or go to consumer court. Choice is yours. I know my consumer rights.

                      I has cancelled my booking on last week. (booking ID:- NF[protected] While doing the cancellation mistakenly I clicked on "My wallet" instead of "my account". So I called up the customer care and requested them to help. They said within 3 working days the money would be credited into my "my wallet" account and then I would be able to transfer the money to my account. But to my surprise even after 6 days no such money has been credied into my wallet account. everytime i called up customer, they replied that they can see the amount into my "my wallet" account. I even sent a screen shot which were visible enough that there is no such transaction. Also, without informing me they have close my complaints where it is actually not resolved.Now I want my money directly to be transfered into my account not to"my wallet". Pathetic service!!!.                           Here is a summary of my complaint. I have filed a police complaint and I think if all of the 1444 people file police complaints we will have enough for a class action law suit against these frauds. I want to pursue them to the fullest extent of the law.

                          Dear Sir/Madam, these guys are frauds. They act like they are doing something when in fact they do nothing. File a "CHEATING" Complaint with your local police station. I have been talking to these for 100 days and they have lied several times. First they said "the refund is already processed, you will get your money in 3 days". Then they kept sending me emails that said "we have been trying to call you" -- I had used a number I use in India but gave them my US number to contact but they never called but kept sending me emails saying they did.

                          This is when the actual fun starts: They then told me that "The Air India ticket was cancelled and the refund sent to MakeMyTrip but they rejected the refund by error!". I went the checked the ticket with Air India office -- the ticket was still "OPEN" -- no one bothered to cancel the ticket. When I called them with this information, I got a call saying "we are processing this refund right now". That was 3 weeks ago. I lodged a police complaint and sent the police complaint to the PMO office with my reference number and sent that info to the Makemytrip management.

                          Today I got an email detailing the "Cancellation" -- BUT I dont trust these. They are in all probability lying again. So, best thing -- FILE A POLICE Compliant. If there are enough of these CHEATING cases, we can find a prosecutor to go after this company's licenses. That is the only way to make these CHEATS listen.

I have booked a flight ticket on 14th july 2015 to Oman for to and fro travelling using make my trip.com website and the flight ticket cost was 21561 where the tickets are booked with Oman Air, The flight details are as follows: Hyderabad - Muscat | Thu, 16 July 15, 15:50 hrs. Muscat - Hyderabad | Wed, 12 August 15, 01:10 hrs. Booking Confirmation MakeMyTrip Booking ID - NN[protected] Booking Date - Tue, 14 July 15 Cancellation Request Confirmation Reference Number - IN1507R3S196255 As I was having some personal problem I had to cancel the return ticket on 28 July 2015 from Oman to India and make my trip has charged almost 17000 rs and they said the remaining 3176 plus 1072 rs will be credited to the bank account number through which I had made my transaction. They sent the email saying the amount will be credited by 8 Aug 2015 and I have been waiting till then. Till now there is no response for my multiple emails to the customer care of makemytrip.com. The customer care people are the most stupidest people on this earth. I have never seen such worst customer care. I have shown them all the proofs of my Bank Account like mini statement and bank account passbook statement. They say we already credited the amount and sent me the reference numbers and god knows to which account they have sent back my money and I am frustrated by this company and requesting you to please help me get my money back to my account. I am fighting like anything from the past 75 days and requesting your quick action on this Issue. How can they send the money to some other account without even verifying ? and what they are thinking about themselves?. I called customer care multiple times directly they say their supervisor will call me but he never calls me and I am getting Irritated by their Irresponsible behavior. I need a formal apology from makemytrip.com for making all this mess as well as my money credited to my correct account number.

                                I cancelled tickets to china by srilankan airlines on july 17th. I was approved a refund of rs. 1, 85, 000. However you can see it's almost 2 months and i have been escalating the complaints all the way to the management. I got the following response from a geeta on aug 28th (See below)

                                During the process someone even closed the complaint saying that it was resolved and i had to go back and reopen.

                                I have called several times the india number (I live in usa) and spoke with different people. Last i spoke to an agent on sep 1st and he promised that i will have the refund in bank in 5 business days.

                                Today is sep 10th and nothing happened so far. When i wanted to book the tickets, i left the booking incomplete and i got a call immediately from india to help me with the booking. When it came to refund customer service is lousy. I asked to speak with the manager and after a long hold customer service rep came back and said thanks for calling and hung up !!!

                                  Jait, these guys are FRAUDulent. Just file a police complaint for CHEATING against them. I want to see if I can mobilize everyone to file Fraud charges and police complaints against these guys. Once you do that, you will have the ability to get a prosecutor to file a class action lawsuit against them and get their licenses revoked. Also, send this complaint to the PMO office -- they should get enough complaints against this cheating company so they can take action.

                                    Nn[protected] i booked the ticket from delhi to osh, while booking ticket, in the booking transit is different airport but while book the ticket they didnt provide any information, the passenger need transit visa and have to change different airport like, they didnt give info, passanger is denied to boarding, makemytrip, not giving proper answer, its non refundable ticket, i have to file a case, pls help dear friends now 30700 rupees, who gonna return, they saying sir its mention on ticket, but its not return in ticket, and after tissue the non refundable ticket for what this info even, they are not giving good answer pls friends,

We have also cross checked the e-ticket and confirmation email which was being delivered to you at the time of booking and found that we have clearly mentioned that this booking is Non-Refundable. Hence if we raise refund with the airlines you would be getting approximately 2000/- INR as a refund amount.

                                    Do note as their was change of airport at Russia hence Transit visa would be required for travelling on such itinerary. You can reach us further if any more assistance is being required.

But Once I paid money, they called me and said that, it contains only Air fare, VISA and Hotel. When I booked last time with you guys, I got a call from you guys to confirm everything about inclusion and exclusion. Why not this time? Customer Care Person : Sir, You booked in 2014, Now in 2015 policies has been changed. So we booked it immediately. I am struggling with them.                                       Please keep screen print of every page when making the bookings. then atleast you have the proof.

                                      Still knowing makemytrip, this may not be enough.

                                      So after making the bookings, I make sure I call then and send them email with the screen print of booking from my account.

                                      These days you can search for flights and hotels directly on google and book directly with airline / hotel.

                                        With reference of subjected booking ID NL[protected] we would like to escalate the issue of wrong name in the e-tickets under the purchased tour package. As we are the first time traveller and were seeking the assistance from Make My Trip team for our tour package. We faced the worst experience during our communication from Make My Trip in below points: • Firstly, we were advised to fill a form online to initiate the formalities and adhoc payment for the related package. We did accordingly and never put any other details rather than our names. • Secondly, we never received any communication to submit our passport copies to issue air tickets to fulfil IATA requirements to issue an international air tickets which is mandatory as per our communication with the local office of Make my trip. • Your team was not at all supporting in any manner when a first time customer is asking for an assistance. We had a lot of telecommunication with your team mates and the answers were neither satisfactory nor assisting to get solutions. • The E-tickets were booked just on the names given. No details such as the age, passport number, expiry and issuing dates on passport were asked from us. • When we asked to help us to change the name as per the passport, we were asked to pay a cancellation charge of 80% of the ticket and then book a new ticket for the same. We were also not intimated about the flights cancellation charges. * Make my Trip online people say that it is not mandatory for them and they dont require any passport details from any customers to book their international tickets., though their local office people said that no international tickets can be booked without passport details. We have paid Rs. 32000/- for booking a tour for 3 people. Now this MMT people are not responding to our complaints and they blaming us that we had given this names and hence they booked the tickets. My question is why our passport details were not taken before booking the tickets. Its because of their mistake that our names has error on the tickets. Would request to help us with this issue.

                                        With reference of subjected booking ID NL[protected], true that we were contacted by your management and we were asked not to cancel our bookings as they said they will get the required changes for us as it was the mistake done by the executive while booking and they asked us to wait for sometime till he reverts back to us... After a continuous follow up for almost a months time the concern manager said that the changes cannot be made and that we will get the refund. This was informed to us on 10th October 2015, and then he was suppose to get back to us with the details of refund, which have not received till date.

                                        What the manager did was just borrowed time from us so that they can calm down the escalated issue. Now nobody is even bothered to revert back to us for the Make My Trip side.

                                        I had inquired at the local office and also with other online agents from MMT after this issue took place and they had clearly mentioned that no bookings can be done for the international travel unless they have the details of the travelers in a proper format with the copy of the passports. The people at the local office in my city showed me a form that is required to be filled by the traveler and only after that the booking is initiated for the air tickets. Even the same is forwarded by the online agents seeking the information of the traveler. No such form was sent to me nor any mail for confirming my name and details was sent from my side. Then why did the agent dint send me that form and how did that agent booked my tickets without taking my details. I have all the recordings and mails to justify the above thing.

                                        Today because of that agent I have lost my money and nobody is replying on the refund part, infact their system is showing me that there is no refund to be made in my case.

                                        I would request the consumer forum to help me get my money back.
