MakeMyTrip — Money not refunded... company making excuses

Hi Sir/Madam, I have booked a bus ticket via makemytrip from bhopal to pune of 1 feb 2014. when i tried booking first time transaction got successful and also my money got deducted(1400/- INR). But while returning it showed an error that sorry due to technical error can't book your ticket. i thought as its technical error so money is safe, it will be refunded like it use to happen with other travel site irctc and redbus etc. again i tried, again money got deducted but still same problem occurred. After sometime i got 2 mails stating that i have booked two tickets and both are confirmed. I talked to customer care of makemytrip, they said madam there is some technical problem so it happened. He has raised a complaint against one ticket as i wanted only one so he has confirmed one and for one he raised complaint and told to wait for 7 seven days to refund my 1400(which is obviously not a small amount to donate.) IN1401R4S19C711- complaint reference id please note. After that again i tried calling but no response, they said sorry mam for the delay but still its pending.Again they said it can't be refunded. What is this. I don't have patience to call again and again and explain all the story. Please help me out they are not listening. i Again called them, they said this can't be refunded. I i got delayed response its their fault. what should i do in this case. I dont want to donate them 1400 rupee. Please help me out. Please :( :(
