I am writing this mail to express deep dissatisfaction with the recent holiday package by MakeMyTrip. This was one of the worst holidays I ever had. The team at MMT has been the worst travel organizers and I would never ever come back to this team in my life. We had multiple instances of bad experiences on the trip. • On Day-1, the cab which was scheduled to arrive at 7:30 AM, did not report till 9:30 AM even after multiple calls to the vendor who was very rude. • On the same day, we were informed that we could not travel to Lachen/Lachung by the vendor while all other guests in our hotels had confirmed trips. The next morning, we were communicated the same by the driver as well. However, when I walked down to the tourist office and called the vendor after confirming that the permits were being issues and travel was happening, he changed his stand and then sent a cab. This was totally unacceptable. • On Day-2, on reaching Lachen, we found there was no booking for us, the hotel was closed for repair and the owner said that they had no partnership with MMT. Moreover, this was a hotel with a tariff of Rs. 600 per night. How on Earth can MMT offer me such hotels in a 3-star package? I stood there calling your pathetic team for an hour but there was no help. It was freezing there in Lachen at below 10 degrees, I got cold and my family had a terrible day. We had to book our own hotel that night. I don't understand what kind of service MMT provides where the voucher said confirmed but we had to pay out of our pocket for a different hotel? • On Day-3, we reached Lachung, where the hotel was again pathetic. They had no room service and the food they served had flies/insects. • On all other days, we had problems with either the cab or the hotel. We kept paying out of our pocket to the driver because on multiple occasions they mentioned some or the other key tourist place as not being included in our package. We would never know because neither your team nor the vendor shared the list of places to be covered.

    dear sir
    i have given my booking to your representative Ms Shilpa Goel for my trip to Greece and turkey and my booking no IN1406B0S021320. After confirmation .
    We have transferred the amount Rs292000 against the booking and visa.
    We have given the list of visa documents and the same were submitted to you representative.
    Further asked the documents so that hotel booking & visa formalities were also submitted on 17 &18 of June to your executive Mr Umesh Singh in your office at gorgon.
    In the evening his reply was that he can not get visa for us, it was verbally.
    And my documents were send back to me at my adress .
    when i asked for the payment to be reversed to me they asked for deduction for hotel booking for RS 30000.00.
    i asked for the voucher for booking and cancellation so i can approve .
    it was on19th june.
    till to day i have not received any mail or satisfactory answer for it.
    sir when the hotels were not booked for us which was confirmed by mr umesh on 17th june then how come cancellation comes in picture.
    since last 4 days no one responds from your office nither shilpa who took booking nor umesh who was working for visa.
    it is surprised as company like yours deals with customers in such iresponsible manner then i do not want to say further.
    we are your regular customers and if we get such response is a surprised to me.
    may be i am a small customer but a small customer is equally important for organisation.
    request pl look in the matter and get me refund of RS 292000.
    a positive move will be highly appreciated.

      Make My Trip: Deficiency in Services I would like to share some of my unlimited memories We 4 ( Vinay Dixit along with son Varun Dixit & Friend Vishal Manot with his Son Yash Manot) booked a Thailand Trip through Make My Trip Booking ID IN1303B25550 Tour Code MT3004 We boarded the Thai flight TG314 from Kolkata to Bangkok on 30th April 2013 and landed at around 6.10 AM and after coming out of the airport, we met Miss Nina, who told us that we need to wait till 10 am since another couple would be coming down from Mumbai flight at 9 Am. We told her that it was mentioned that the pickup was at 8AM; she refused to change and made us wait till 10. We were given an itinerary for MT3004-B with P.N.R No: R[protected] on the ITC BANGKOK CO LTD 50/980 Moo 9 Bangpood, Pakkret, Nonthaburi 11120 Tel[protected] email [protected]@itcbangkok.com Finally 7 o[censored]s from Kolkata and two from Mumbai were transferred to Pattaya. The driver dropped us in front of hotel, kept our baggage out of the van and drove off without even being courteous enough to help us take it in. We checked in at 11.45 am at ALL SEASONS PATTAYA to find out we could not check-in till 2PM, we had to spend time in lobby for 2 hrs. There was no one to guide us or meet us. They asked a deposit of 1000 baht per room, to which we were willing to deposit 100 US Dollar but they refused. Finally we had to get it exchanged from outside and deposited in hotel. The hotel as per the make my trip itinerary was supposed to be 3 stars or equivalent, but it was not. We were in for a shock- the hotel is located in a narrow by lane- much away from any of the main tourist areas. The room did not have a tea Coffee maker and when I asked front desk I was informed that this facility is not available. The luggage boy kept on asking for the tip. Hotel did not even have the basic facilities making our stay and the entire trip more unpleasant and unbearable. We waited at the hotel for the pickup as mentioned at 5 pm for ALCAZAR SHOW but there was no one to pick us up, we could not call the local contact since we were not carrying the local sim, we left hotel at 530 and bought a local sim to call them up but by the time we were back the van had picked up Mr & Mrs Bhattacharjee at 545 for the Alcazar show and we were shown as No Show. We were asked to be ready by 730 for dinner, the pick-up van arrived at 8 along with a person called KP in a motorcycle who got us dropped at the dinner place, Mumbai Masti, on reaching the restaurant we found ourselves once again in trouble since three halls were occupied with dinner and we didnt knew where to have ours. We called up KP and made him talk to the manager/owner and finally had the dinner which was a very lousy one. After coming out we could not find the van and there after called up KP who asked us to take a local transport to reach hotel and the amount of 200 Baht would be reimbursed next day morning. We went to bed at 10 Pm and when on bed my friend Vishal found the body itching, stood up and found the bed having BED Bugs all over called up the reception that responded after an hour and showed them the Bed Bugs to which they immediately shifted us from the 714 room to 806. As a result we could not have a proper sleep. The Next day the pick-up van driver called us up in our room phone at 7.45 and asked us to be down by 8 or else he would leave. We somehow managed to get ourselves down without freshening up and found that the driver was going away we ran and managed ourselves to be in without having breakfast the driver was very rude and ruthless. He lacked in basic courtesy. He was not ready to listen to us; he only told us or did what was told him to by the travel agent. In a hurry we forgot to pick up shorts, towels etc for the coral tour, ending up with no activities. We had tried to call KP but he did not pick up the phone it kept on ringing at last we had to call Make My Trip Mr Sanjit Hazarika (Kolkata office, Senior Executive  Sales.) to inform him the kind of facilities we were getting, he passed on the line to some madam to whom once again we had to narrate the complete story at our cost, she said she would get back to us within 15 minutes with a solution which she didnt as expected. I informed my brother in Kolkata and he called them up and he was asked to shoot them a mail, which he did on 1st May 2013. Thereafter we were picked up for the ALCAZER SHOW by the ruthless driver and reached there to find Mr Jack the local agent who got us the cheap tickets for the show. After the show at 7.15 we were sent for dinner and once again there was no pick up van after the dinner, we called KP and had to wait for half an hour for the van. He was avoiding us simply because he had to pay us 200baht, he did not care to give us 200 baht, and we had to ask for it as if we were begging. He was the one to tell us the day before to take a taxi and he would pay us the fare. After the above instances we were all down at the lobby at 8.15 AM on the 3rd day, we had to wait till 9.45 AM for the pickup van to arrive. It seems as if time for us is not precious. If we are late by 5-10 minutes then the driver will leave us but if the driver is late then we will have to cooperate with him. Finally we left Pattaya with a bitter taste and on the way to Bangkok hotel they took us to gems and jewellery and WAT PHO where we met Ms Nina and Mr Tyron wearing the Make my Trip Jersey. We told him about our bad experience in Pattaya, and about the mail received from Anit Sarkar stating that Already advised the Tour Manager over there to take special care for the rest of the trip Request has been sent to provide better room to clients in Bangkok. Even then No special care was provided to us. The Hotel Howard Square Boutique was again a normal cheap hotel with no stars and far away from the Market place /Main town, Pratunam/MBK/Suan Lum etc the driver as usual left us outside the hotel. We were picked up from hotel for Dinner and the Van person took us to Asian Delight restaurant, as we picked up plates the owner/ manager came and asked us about the trip we were from after knowing he said that they do not have any booking for us. It was a mockery o[censored]s since every other person in the restaurant looked at us. The Driver spoke to someone and he took us to another hotel, Hotel Rasoi and immediately left us after dropping. Within 10 minutes Mrs Shyamali Bhattacharjee receives a message stating that we were not in Rasoi and the Driver has thus left us. I called up Tyron made him talk with the manager of the restaurant and informed him that we are already there he said that the van would reach by 9.30PM, Mr Uday Agarwal waited outside the hotel for the van while we had the dinner and drinks in Rasoi and paid for the Drinks. We called up Tyron to know about our pick up, he said that the driver waited for us for half an hour and left and now we need to go on our own. We all 7 people were in a swoop; neither were we carrying the hotel address nor the amount, while the local cabs could not understand the place Hotel Howard Square. We were around 15 mms away from the hotel in a foreign country and it seemed as if we are lost. Uday Agarwal, Mr & Mrs Bhattacharya and me along with my son tried to tell Tryon that no van was there but he was so adamant that at last we had to call up the tourist police. After receiving a call from them Tyron called up and informed us that the Rasoi people will be arranging the cab to send us back. On talking to my brother he informed me that Make My Trip (Mr Anit Sarkar) had given us a complimentary Safari World & Marine Park tour for tomorrow and to get in touch with the local agent. The local agent Mr Tyron refused saying that they do not have any such information. Mr Bhattarcharjee and Uday Agarwal was so much moved that they asked us to accompany them to lodge a complaint to Jaraounkung 101 RD, WATPRAYAKAI Police station Bangkok. We reached hotel to find that the cooling of room very poor with no fans, we lodged a complaint but nothing was done. We along with the kids were completely tired and somehow managed to sleep. Next, 4th Day we left for sightseeing & marketing and at around 11 Mr Tyron called up to let us know the complimentary vouchers he was having for 4 o[censored]s. He met us in Indira market and handed the same and included uday too since he was with us. But since half of the day had passed by and the next day we were to leave for Kolkata we were given Madame Tussauds and Siam Ocean world vouchers. In the night Mr Tyron was present at Rasoi Restaurant and waited for us and had us dropped in to our hotel. Fifth day we visited the above 2 places along with Mr Uday and Bhattacharjee and felt very bad since Mr And Mrs Bhattacharjee kept waiting outside. We reached hotel to find the Airport Van waiting outside, since we had bought TV the driver asked us to pay 100 Baht/TV. We called up Tyron but he said that yes we need to pay for it but we were not told anything as such nor anything related to this was mentioned in the itinerary or any other document given to us. Overall, the agent, drivers were rude, ruthless, disrespectful to our entire group and not at all understanding plus the local agents there were only interested in filling their pockets by trying to sell us local sim cards, changing currency and vouchers for safari world etc. etc. We had to shell out extra amount from our pocket and see the places. Being in a foreign country I think every moment was precious, time shouldnt be wasted but because of the drivers and agents a lot of worthy time was wasted. The so called Indian Food offered there was equivalent to a langar service in a gurudwara. You state in your package Indian meals at Indian restaurant. However go with the notion that these restaurants are like a big hall where buffet meals of sub-average quality is kept. We preferred having food at our cost instead of having meals provided by you. We had lunch in Pattaya which was exceptionally well cooked, and same we did in Bangkok. But according to your agents the Indian meals provided were at the best restaurants of the city. They simply want to save money by providing food at cheap places. According to me Meals can be very easily skipped as they are a sheer wastage of our limited time and are not worth eating. We would be happier eating a burger. Things were un-organized, there was plenty of miscommunication, agents went missing, and hence the entire tour could be summarized as a complete disaster. Make my trip people talk very sweetly to trap us in the deal, once they get payment, make my trip" does even bother to care and respond to their customers. Worst after payment service I have seen in my life. Their vendors in Thailand are some low class thugs running tours and travels locally, their service level is so bad, even if monkeys were given a chance would provide better service than their local vendors. They shout at you as though they are doing us a charity act, given a chance they will get physical also. If you cannot hire proper trained guides, you should not conduct the tour. As your commercials say 100% satisfaction or money back I would seriously like you to return the money. & compensate my loss. Add to it the harassment which I have been subjected to because of such inefficient and bad service and this has turned out to be a nightmarish experience. It says make my trip  memories unlimited yes, I have got unlimited bad and unforgettable memories. The trip was not even half its value. I trusted a company, who proclaims to be the best, but the experience was horrible. I simply wasted my money and time by booking the tour by MAKE MY TRIP. I WOULD NEVER EVER INVEST MY MONEY INTO MAKE MY TRIP PACKAGES AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND MAKE MY TRIP TO MY FRIENDS AND ACQUAINTANCES. Looking towards a positive approach Vinay Dixit

        I had purchased E-Ticket from Makemy trip.com, which is attached. It was for my son who was travelling abroad for the first time from Delhi.
        DELHI –SINGAPORE- JAKARTA- 26TH May 2014
        JAKARTA-SINGAPORE-DELHI – 21st and 22nd June 2014
        Since there is no direct flight between India and Indonesia, it has to be a change over.
        His onward journey was smooth. However, it was a nightmare at the very beginning of return journey.
        The ticket states that he will travel by Jet Airways 9W-4106, flight operarted by Jet Airways from Jakarta to Singapore and by 9W-19 from Singapore to Delhi.
        Actually, it is a code sharing arrangement between Jet and Garuda Indonesia. Since, the corresponding Garuda Flight number was not mentioned in the ticket, Garuda counters at Jakarta Airport refused to honour the reservation. They would not even check the corresponding flight manifest to see the name of the passenger.
        After running around for nearly one hour, I could get hold of a senior Garuda Executive who was kind enough to listen to the problem and helped in getting the boarding pass just less than 30 minutes to departure. There was one more lady passenger in the same predicament.
        All the tension in a foreign airport was due to carelessness /mischief of Makemytrip. They are mentioning the Garuda flight number in the onward journey part whereas in the return flight part it is missing. This was not only in the ticket I had purchased, it was the same story in the ticket of the other lady passenger from Mumbai.
        I want to know what is the motive behind this mischief by Makemytrip.
        It is audacious to state that 9W-4106 operated by Jet Airways when Jet doesnot fly to Indonesia.

          I booked a bus ticket for Lucknow to Delhi, the travel date of journey being 15th of May, 2014. When I reached the boarding point, the ticket was cancelled ( without any prior intimation) because of which I missed an important meeting the very next day. Since then till today I.e upto 21st June, 2014, I've called them for 6 times asking for a refund and every time I call them the response that I get is "will revert you back in 24 hours" and I do not get any response further.

          Does it take such a reputed company to refund INR 1300 for a cancellation??

            I had made payment of rs 1200/- for booking of hotel at
            Delhi.

            We had enquired with our bank and bill desk and they
            Confirmed that the amount has been deducted twice.

            When i contacted make- my- trip on 5 th june they thoroughly checked and

            And told me that the money is lying with the accounts deptt and would get my refund within 96 hrs.

            Now, 12 days have passed but i have not received my refund.
            I again contact on 19th june and again received same reply from make my trip.
            Kindly inform is there any provision to get penalty for delay in refund.


            This has been my worst experience.

            Kindly try to make refund of rs. 1200/ + penalty at the earliest.

              I have booked two air tickets on Air India to New Delhi from Trivandrum for[protected] and back to Trivandrum for[protected] on[protected]. After getting the print out I realised that onward ticket was a transit flight. In the first screen it seems to be a single flight. Since the passenger is a lady and a reputed Officer in Central Govt. Organisation, not willing to travel in a transit flight. So I cancelled the onward ticket within one hour. But the cancellation fee charged was for two flights, which is very heavy for me. Double cancellation charges for single destination is injustice, please reconsider your policy and refund half amount to me. But he said the VISA form he sent was wrong and new form has introduced by Italy embassy, which he will send on 30 th. May2014 by E-mail along with address for me to send. But he did not sent the address and sent only on 2nd June 2014 after several telephone call. I was asked to send new Passport photo also proof of my retirement along with waiver declaration form. Since I have made ticket from Jorhat to Delhi at the instance of Anamika Shing for 29 th June 2014 and return on 11 july 2014, I was quite disturbed again, because no status report received so far till 7 june 2014.                   I have received a quote from Make my trip for Amarnathji Yatra. I have sent emails for the receipt of the said quote. And i had confirmed the booking by sending names of people travelling in the evening. But in the evening after i send mail, executive called and said "sir i send you wrong price by mistake and you have to pay Rs. 12000 extra". And today morning i.e. on 15/6/2014 the said executive is saying that he has not received any mails from my side. This is an unresponsible behaviour and false statements from the executive. How can a booking quote be revised subsequently on confirmation of booking when there is no mention about it on the booking quote ?

                      I booked a trip to europe from makemytrip and i did online transaction of Rs. 41386 but i didnt get confirmation from makemytrip for successful transaction. I called makemytrip executive and ask about the transaction and she said that transaction was not successful, so i did it again and got confirmation from makemytrip for successful transaction. But after few hours i got confirmation from my bank that both the transaction were successful and insted of paying makemytrip Rs. 41386 i paid Rs. 82772. I registered my a complaint three months back to get refund of extra money i paid. But till now i didnt get any positive response from MMT.

                          Booking ID: IN1406B0S052727 Website fare at the time of making a payment: Rs.48813. Actual amount paid : Rs.54917 Executive name : Karan Malhotra Travel date: 30/16/2014 As a first time flyer, thought of taking help from the customer care while making a payment, called them and went through the entire process, i told the executive that i want to go with Rs.48813 which i have searched 5 minutes before, he searched and confirmed and went explaining the refund policy which i acepted and came up with a figure of Rs.54917 He generated a Booking ID, sent a link and i made a payment through the link. I recieved the confirmation and invoice which says the total fare inclusive of all, but no breakup such as refund policy which i opted, base fare, fuel taxes etc. If this is the case they can raise the invoice with any amount and cheat the customer which happened in my case. When called the customer service and explained my scenario, they simply say "Air fares change every minute" and the executive might have charged when the fare was high at that particular moment. Also, the customer support told me to submit the proof to [protected]@makemytrip.com that the price was Rs48813 at the time of payment. As a customer, I do not have a proof of the price at the time of payment as I trusted the site and its customer support, but i could take few images of the website which still show the price of Rs.48813, even after several hours after the payment. Infact, I was monitoring the prices on the website a day before the payment, on the day of payment and the day after the payment and the variation of the prices were very minimal around 100 or 200 with the actual price around Rs48813 . I understand that fares change but not the way happened in my case. I was also able to make a payment for Rs.48813 when i was paying through the website on my own on the day of payment and the day after. If this company has minimum ethics of doing the business, they should investigate into this issue and pay back the variation and take the necessary action against the executive who booked. Such people get a bad image to the company. As customers we do not have time to keep complaining/blaming the company unless we are correct. Had I gone through the website for making a payment I would have saved around Rs.5000. Reaching the customer support has costed me 5000, which is funny for the people who read this..

                          The Sales rep made a international charges for domestic booking he charged me 3000 rs extra for domestic booking and claiming that it is airline fluctuations. He was very rude in the handling the issue..
                          I had 3 failed bookings as a evidence
                          I was forced to call customer care and make the phone booking due to these failed booking.
                          whom I should contact to resolve this query.. I just want to cancel my entire booking and not turn to makemytrip again if I dont get my issue resolved

                              I sent below mail to Makemytrip management but there is no response from them.

                              We have booked three ticket from MAKEMYTRIP website for trip - Amritsar to Katra on 11th May at 10:15pm. We took bus from Hall Gate at 10:15pm. Bus was not neat &amp;amp; clean at all.For luggage bags, Yashika travel supervisor wanted more money from us as per no. of bags.We called on MAKEMYTRIP helpline no. but nobody had picked up a call. Then, we paid extra money to Yashika travel agency for luggage bags.


                              After sitting on slipper, we had identified, THERE IS NO AC CONTROL BUTTON IN SLIPPER &amp;amp; AC CONTINUES RUN AT MAX COOLING. We requested to bus driver/supervisor to low down ACcooling, They said " Bhaiya AC itna hi chalega, window open karlo agr thand laag ri ha aur band karuga to puri bus k ek sath band hoga.i.e. They don't even have AC control buttons in bus"

                              My question is to MAKEMYTRIP higher management - If you have unreliable group of bus service, why are you providing to us &amp;amp; make our journey worst. We were totally fed up from bus service provided by Yashika travels &amp;amp;
                              behavior of there staff as well.

                              After compromising whole night with high AC cooling, they took Rural &amp;amp; Under developed road route from Amristar to Katra which have all roads broken. Local traveler prefer small routes so that they can save fuel/kilometer from smaller route instead of avoiding National highway route from Amristar to Katra.

                              Hopefully, Your team are already aware from word "Customer Satisfaction", If someone booked Sleeper online &amp;amp; paid more money as compare to others, obviously they wants more comfort &amp;amp; reliable
                              service which make their trip precious &amp;amp; happier. But in case of our trip, MAKE MY Trip made worst journey ever in our life.

                              When bus reached on JAMMU at 4am (12th May2014), Bus supervisor come to us &amp;amp; said" Please go in other bus as we have less no. of passenger in current bus &amp;amp; take seat in other bus if you will get". We had fight with them as we paid it for this bus which continuously go from Amristar to Katra(Non stop) &amp;amp; why would i changed bus with my all luggage bags due to clubbing of 2 bus passenger in one bus irrespective of any
                              technical fault in bus. At the end we moved out from bus on Jammu &amp;amp; took local service from Jammu to Katra after facing harassment &amp;amp; misbehaved from Yashika traveler bus staff.


                              We will never plan our trip MAKE MY TRIP as there is no connection between travel agency &amp; MMT teams. Your team don't even know about service provided by traveler agencies.


                              Kindly help me to take my money back from MAKEMYTRIP Group &amp; also ensure, they will not do same thing with other customers.

                                My name is Nisha Vaishnaw .we have booked holiday package from Make my trip on 9th may. we had paid 51362 including transport and hotel stay.

                                We have followed many times with representative Ms Kanchan regarding contact details of all hotel (houseboat ) and transport person. But the same was not provided even after many follow ups.
                                On 21 st May None of Transport person contacted us. after so many efforts at 10.30 am transport person contact us which supposed to pick us at 7.30 am.

                                Due to payment related issue between Make my trip and transport company, our cab driver halted the car near patnitop for 3 hrs in middle of the road. (where no facility of toilet and water).After so much followup with Ms kanchan(from make my trip) issue has been resolved after waiting of 3 hrs in mid of road due to that it delayed by 3 hrs . we reached srinagar at 2 am Night. As conatct details were not provided from Make My trip we couldnot able to locate the house boat we have booked even we have not received any call from houseboat person.

                                as there is no option left we have to avail another houseboat for which we had paid our own.

                                we had complaint the same incident to the representative Ms kanchan very next day.also complaint with make my trip for refund but till date i have not received any positive reponse from them.

                                  Hi Sir/Madam, I booked my holiday trip with Make my trip on 19/05/2014 for Kerala. I paid 153000/- as a complement trip amount and promised I would get 3 star properties and just one 2 star in Rameshwaram. I was offered a route chart which says there would be maximum 3-4 hours journey in Cabs while moving one city to another. We were 4 adults and a kid, . My aged parents in law were also travelling with me and they made the trip miserable and terrible rather than memorable. I was all reliant on them while making the route chart as I am not aquainted with the south Indian route.. As per Itenary, we were supposed to visit Munnar, Allepy, kanyakumari, Rameshwaram and finally kovallam and then from Kovallam to Kochin Airport.. Since I was not awared about the route, I gave my consent. Then I got to know this route chart was not at all correct. I requested them to make it as From Munnar to Rameshwaram then Kanyakumari, then kovallam, Allepy and Kochin airport as it could have save a lot of time and my in laws parents would not suffer. I called them about more than 20 times but they did not respond.. They said hotels are booked and can not be changed as they have no rooms available.. I called few hotels however they all have vacant rooms since it was off season trip.. The worst part is the hotels were not upto the mark only Hotels in Rameshwaram and Kanykumari were some extent satisfying. Most of the hotel were worse than lodge where AC was not working.. Rooms were stinking and there were bed bugs and mosquitoes.. The lavatories were also not clean and room have damp patches due to leakage from roof.. It was a nightmare for us. Will send you few images I clicked from my phone later.. We had to travel 4 day for about 7-8 hours in the cab and not have any chance to visit places.. and we almost lost our flight the last day due to longest travel and had to board the flight without our luggage.. which we got the next day from different flight. I therefor request you to get me atleast 50% of my booking amount as they did not keep their words once they have the money..                                     Dear sir I was a loyal customer of your company since last 5 years but you have broken my trust by not refunding me for the booking I cancelled on 5th May having booking id- IN1404B7S233579, Aircosta from Bangalore to Chennai on 8th of May.I called up the airlines directly to cancel and dor refund I called your customer care on 5th May but I did not receive any message confirming cancellation refund. I got shock when called on 8th May, got to know that due to technical error it dint get cancelled and dey will cancel it now. I waited for 10 days as directef by your agent.But did not get the refund of Rs. 5868 after deducting Rs.2500 as penalty from Rs. 8368, so called on 19th May when I was tols to wait another day. But nothing happened so called back on 21st May and I was told to wait 4 more working days as case has been forwarded to account department. Again I called up on 27th May at 8a.m and was asked to wait for 4 more days but I requested to talk with the supervisor and after listening to my problem the supervisor told that he will call me before 4 pm with the solution. But I dint get call back so I called at 4 pm and was shocked to know that you do not have my bank details. What an excuse! I cancelled my return tickets as well with the same account details and got refund for return trip within10 days. And even if you dont have my account details why am I getting this information aftet waiting for 25 days? Anyways I agreed and gave my bank details through phone on the same day 27th May at 4 pm. I was told to wait for 4 working days. But no refund reflects from your side, so I called [protected]@ 10 am and I was told the same story to wait for 4 working days when I denied and demanded ro talk to supervisor I wss told he is not available and call back will be arranged within 2 hours but no call back till now . Now I would like to inform you that I am going to file a case against your company on harrasement and fraud if I do not get my refund within two days and before that I request you to revert back within today with valid reason of the delay and solution .                                       i booked a urgent ticket yesterday night from make my trip the amount of ticket was 7649/- the ticket was not booked and they deducted the amount even a mail or message regarding it i m attaching my snapshot of bank account so that you can see the proof of it

                                        I want to inform you that the money you supposed to return my brother Yaniv Levanda about his fling ticket from India to Bangkok have not been supplied correctly. On 18 February 2014 Yaniv Levanda order a fling ticket from your company and then he canceled it. However, after a few days he spoke with you and he got the promise that you will refund his 10, 378 rupe. Until now he apply to you over 4 times and nothing has changed. I am writing to ask you to please make up him soon and not to drag him anymore.
