Hi Team, I booked a Flight ticket from Chennai to Delhi on 2nd Nov. 2015 and Journey date was 18th Dec. 2015. As company had promised a cash back of rs1500 because of their Diwali offer in which if we are doing transaction for 4000 or more than 4000 through CITIBANK card and applying an offer code " APPFEST " we are eligible to get a cash back of Rs 1500 and last date for cash back was 5th Dec 2015. but till now they haven't provided any cash back although am calling them regularly but still they are not giving any confirmation that either I will get my cash back or not.
