my patient manjulata was admitted in manipal hiospital on 3rd september for her ankle dislocation surgery. the doctor did his job to the best but I am really frustrated by the nursing staff. Since the day my patient was admitted no care has been taken and they charge filthy for it. My patient has to wait atleast for 50 mins on an average to get their attention.
no dental care was taken. linens were not changed. for toilet...

Is it humanity to evacuate the sygerian patient after being discharged by security? This is a despicable act. If a patient comes to your hospital for treatment and after paying the bill, should he be taken out and made to stand on the road until the patient's attendant comes, it is a lousy and abusive method with any patient....

The response of front desk staff is akin to babus of govt office. Vikram Soni the face for the Manipal at front desk patient registration doesn't even know how to attend to patient. Had it been his family we have loved to see his reaction. Hospital are care givers and not babus adda for people to send you from counter to counter.
You understand your hospital more than patient. It is employee responsibility to make thing easier. Pathetic...

My mother was admitted in Emergency with MRN 351443 on discharge i got bill wherein X ray charges was posted. on enquiry they said x ray was done, when i refused and asked for report then after some hours they refunded the amount saying by mistake it was posted.
There are wrong practices going on and if we dont check bill unnecessary charges are posted.
