I am the owner of the maruthi car alto k10 since 2012 and i am being continuously paying the insurance before it lapse. My policy was going to lapse on[protected] and i have paid the premium amount at garadu maruthi, mallaswaram, bangalore of about 4.5 thousands and odd and thereafter they have never contacted me or called me. But on verification it was found that the policy was not renewed by the garuda maruthi and have failed. Only on 6-5-2019 when i received the clarification call that what is the amount which is paid for insurnace premium and stated that 13 thousands was paid by me. Which is totally incorrect and i also replied on call on the evening of 6th. On the 7th early morning i went to the garadu maruthi, mallaswaram asking for clarification they sought sorry and connected to the person who was negligent in doing her work and sought for sending the photo. I have send but till this time i have called several times and the replay is not proper.

              I had a damages to car where i was taking left turn the biker overtaking from left suddenly stopped so i have to hit the brake suddenly to avoid major damage but the damage already happened on the left side door and one more biker coming from right side fell on the bonet so totally my left side door, right side bonet, right side fender and bumper had damages. I took the vehicle to show room and they said this is bajaj alliance he might not give full damage cover, i asked why he said the insurance guy will tell that it's a multiple damage. I said this is not multiple damage and your show room people called me 10 times a day and asked me to buy this maruti insurance only where i was getting the same policy in other insurance more cheaper than this now how can you say like this any way let them call me i will explain. As expected i got the call from insurance person and he said that i can give only one side not the both sides i asked him why he said sir this look like multiple damage and i can see rust on bonet he argued for long time and then finally said excluding boner ge will give rest, is this fair that when policy is going to expire this show room guys (Varun motors) calls and ask us to buy maruti insurance only and they will say lot of benefits and do false promises like 100% coverage now i ask where is my 100% coverage. Varun motors and maruti insurance are big cheaters don't trust them at all.

              महोदय मेरा नाम देवेंद्र कुमार पांडे हैं मेरी मारुति डिजायर मॉडल 2018 जिसका इंश्योरेंस मारुति इंश्योरेंस में यूनिवर्सल शैंपू से किया हूं एक एक्सीडेंट में क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई थी जिसके लिए मैं मारुति सर्विस सेंटर सिटी कार सतना में 19 फरवरी 2021 को गया था उसके यूनिवर्सल शैंपू केस सर्वेयर अरुण जिज्ञासी जी मोबाइल नंबर ([protected]) ने सर्वे किया और उन्होंने मेल के माध्यम से बताया की दोनों अलग-अलग एक्सीडेंट है आपके दोनों बाय दरवाजों का क्लेम नहीं मिलेगा जबकि दरवाजे भी एक ही एक्सीडेंट में क्षतिग्रस्त हुए हैं महोदय क्या कारण है कि मेरे की मुझे पूरा क्लेम नहीं दिया जा रहा है इससे मुझे बहुत सारी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है मैं चार-पांच दिन से बहुत परेशान हूं मेरी समस्याओं का समाधान नहीं हो रहा है मैंने मारुति सिटी कार के लगभग सभी अधिकारियों से बात कर ली है मगर मेरी समस्याओं का समाधान नहीं हो रहा है

                  My car swift dzire (Hr01as7530), fully insured from maruti insurance got damaged on left and right door sides. I took it to ekansh wheels, village tepla, ambala cantt. But the agency told me that surveyer (Sanjay gupta) not allowed both side claim. Only one side claim will be accepted. Why?                       Dear sir i did insurance of my car swift or02bw6917 at your maruti insurance, sky auto, bhubaneswar. Before doing it the insurance people telephoned every day three to four time. Even they sent a messenger to my house to do the insurance at maruti. But after i paid the insurance ammount rs.6724 on 16.3.2019 i am yet to my policy document. They dont contact me nor they respond to my phone call. There is no contact no of maruti insurance, sky auto, bhubaneswar avalable on net. The delhi telephoine do not respond on not contactable.
                      My proposal number isr84340463., broking policy number is 11277482. What is this customer care? Till the time payment is made they phone several times but afterwards they do not deliver the policy document. I am saddened to report you all these. Hope you improve the service and deliver the documents immediately.

                        Dear sir
                        Refer to insurance policy no 1101669 regarding vehicle no uk 07 da 2167. I have been informed by mr pretesh joshi that right side doors repair are not approved in view of delay in claim intimation above 08 days, although i have given a written statement in which i did explain the same.in spite of that i was asked to give a valid reason for delay. Kindly let me know if company wants to know my personal reason if so i will.
                        I would like to know if there exist different insurance policy guidelines for the two claims in spite of occurring at the same time as only left side claim was approved.
                        I have paid pretty good amount of money in insurance that too through maruti recommended insurance company so that when required my claim will be settled without any hitch but it seems that insurance company is least bothered about customer convenience.
                        It is requested that i may be provided the copy of guidelines for claim settlement either hard copy or scanned copy through mail.
                        It is further requested to expedite the matter to resolve it at the earliest.

                          I renewed my car insurance policy vide policy no 3001/mi/05604417/00/000.

                          At the time renewal your asstt conveyed that hard copy will be delivered to me within 4 days. After lapse of reasonable date i talked with your asstt and he told me that it has been sent. But the policy not received by me. I am not residing in remote village so question of delay does not arise. It is a willful negligence. I like to get my hard copy of policy within this week.
                          It is observed that your after sales service is very poor and seems that no claim, if arises, will not be processed for payment.

                              After the all prosses of theft car taken the car to maruti service center.
                              Last 45 days vehical is waiting for serveyer but is not attending,
                              Saying i want all the papers orijnals. Last 15 months i am suffring badly without car. Everybody in the system are doing timepass. Worst service given by the whole system. I called 20 support people last one year regarding the matter but claim is till waiting. This is not good for maruti car insurance.

                                I have renewed my policy in the official website of maruti insurance in the jan 22, 2019. As doing the renew online the site calculated all the amount with it and showed the cost as 18323. But when i got my official letter from the company as for the renew of my policy the amount there was written was 17137. That means i paid 1186 more from my account. The payment was done with the credit card.

                                        I renewed my car insurance policy on december 18th 2018 of my maruti alto k10 the eegistration numbee of which is mp20 cf 2326. I got a mail from maruti insurance of successful renewal of my insurance. But the attachment of the policy certificate shows error in opening. And i didn't even get the hard copyof the same till date. I tried contacting the officials concerned by my issue is still not resolved.in the confirmation mail the policy number i got is[protected].
                                        Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.
