Hi, i am pk sethy and have renewed my insurance policy for my car (Alto - ka04 md7360) in feb 2019. Through maruti insurance and icici lombard.

The insurance representative informed me to send the soft copy by mail.

I have many times call to customer care and local katariya branch for my car accident but not revert and respond by person then today i was goto katariya - dumas road for visit then his call me today not any one meet here for any insurance work and his told me required insurance claim & serivice coupne.
