Missing parts and work not done properly
On 8th august 2019, i left my car mp04cc6947- alto at nexa rana motors
pvt. Ltd b-242, okhla industrial area, ph-1 new delhi-110020 for repairing of accidental damage through insurance claim.
On my repeated demand, they delivered my car on 25th august 2019. During initial inspection of my car, i found
1. The damaged part after repairing not fitted properly.
2. The central lock is working.
So i refused to take my vehicle and on promising by body shop manager mr. Vansh mehra for doing all these work, will return on 26th august 2019
On 26th august, when they delivered without doing anything of above mentioned work. This time again i checked vehicle properly found that
3. The mud flaps was missing
4. The ply board above the spare wheel was missing.
On checking the bill found that wrong item listed
5 rear bumper paining on demand which was not covered under insurance claim : i never raised the demand nor they asked for permission
This time i refused to pay 100 percent they raised rs 15115. So i paid, rs 11000 and rest will be paid on settlement of my issues.
I complained to maruti on 25th august. The reference no. Is [protected]. Unfortunately they have closed the case without my knowledge
Again i called maruti, provided new reference no. 87833396 on 29th august.
Though there is communication from nexas, but they are not ready to take action except the point no. 1. They agree partially to complete the point no.1
Maruti Insurance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
