I registered my complain regarding below issue and their system failure on 31st july 2019, after that i have called them many times but every time, it is same response that our concern team will contact you, either these people dont want to handle the issue or unskilled people are unable to understand the issue and problem in their system
Poor response not even in this case, same thing happened in past with my other car
Issue :
My car policy expiry date was 29th june 2019, on 21st june 2019, "competent automobile" insurance team executive collected cheque from my place and handover the draft copy of policy to me, on 29th june late evening, i called to customer care to check the status of my new policy, they told me that your car policy is activated and renewed, on 12th july 2019, i got message from "the new india assurance co. Ltd" that your cheque is bounced and your policy is cancelled, now my car met an accident on 05th july 2019 and policy is cancelled, now who will be responsible for such delay in communication and improper handling, still no body is giving any proper response
Here i want to ask few question to these people
1. On 29th june 2019, on what basis they told that you policy is renewed
2. On what basis, they cancelled the policy, why they didn't inform me for other option for payment
3. Why it was not communicated on time? Will it take one month to encash the cheque, what type of system they have?
Still no body is there to support on mentioned issue, better not to choose maruthi insurance, i have faced many issue in my previous claim with other car also.
