நான் 2018 ஆம் ஆண்டு 10 ஆவது மாதம் #abt_maruti_ltd #கடலூர் இடம் இருந்து புதிய dzire வாகனம் வாங்கினேன். அப்பொழுது வாகனத்திற்கான காப்பீடு பத்திரத்தை அதற்கு உரிய தரகரிடம் உரிய கட்டணம் செலுத்தி அதற்கான ரசீதை சமர்ப்பிக்கிறேன் என்று வாகன விற்பனை பிரதிநிதியிடம் கூறினேன். பின் ஒரு நாள் அவர் நிறுவனத்தின் காப்பீட்டு விற்பனை அதிகாரியுடன் என்னை நேரில் அணுகி மாருதி காப்பீடு எடுத்தால் மட்டுமே வாகனத்தை பதிவு செய்ய இலகுவாக இருக்கும் என்று கூறி என்னை அரை மனதாக சம்மதிக்க வைத்தார்.

அச்சமயம் எனது வாகனத்திற்கு 1 வருட வாகன காப்பீடும் 3 வருட 3 ஆம் நபர் காப்பீடும் பதிவு செய்ய பட்டது (மாருதி இன்சூரன்ஸ்-ராயல் சுந்தரம் ஜெனரல் இன்சூரன்ஸ் லிமிடெட்). அச்சமயம் ௧ வருட காலாவதி கெடுவிற்கு பிறகு 3 ஆம் நபர் காப்பீடு பற்றி விற்பனை பிரதிநிதியிடம் வனவியபொழுது, கெடு முடிந்த பிறகு வாகனத்திற்கான காப்பீட்டை மட்டும் புதுப்பித்தல் போதுமானது 3 நபர் காப்பீடு மேலும் 2 வருடங்கள் கழிந்த பின்னர் புதுப்பித்தல் போதும் என்றும், புதுப்பித்தலின் பொழுது முகவர் சொல்லும் காப்பீட்டு தொகைக்கும் மாருதி இன்சூரன்ஸ் காப்பீட்டு தொகைக்கும் வித்யாசம் இருக்குமாயின் அதை அவர் சரி செய்து தருவதாக வாய்மொழியாக உறுதி அளித்து இருந்தார்.

நான் இன்று காப்பீட்டை புதுப்பிக்க முயற்சி செய்யும் பொழுது மாருதி இன்சூரன்ஸ் நிறுவனத்தின் தொகைக்கும் காப்பீட்டு முகவர் தொகைக்கும் பெரும் வித்யாசம் வந்தது (12, ௦௦௦). மேலும் நான் மீண்டும் ஒரு 3 நபர் காப்பீட்டை எடுக்க வற்புறுத்த பட்டேன். இது தொடர்பாக எனக்கு வாகனத்தை விற்பனை செய்த விற்பனை பிரதிநிதிஇடம் வினவியபொழுது மழுப்பலாக பதில் வந்தது. நான் பொய் வாக்குறுதியில் ஏமாற்ற பட்டு இருக்கிறேன் என்று உணர்ந்த அடுத்த கணம் abt maruti ltd, கடலூர் நிறுவனத்தை நேரில் அணுகினேன்.

அங்கு என்னை எதிர் கொண்ட வாடிக்கையாளர் சேவை மைய அதிகாரி முதலில் மழுப்பலாக பதில் அளித்தும் என்னை காப்பீடு எடுக்க சம்மதிக்க வைக்கவே முயற்சி செய்தார். எனது தொடர் கேள்விகளுக்கு பின்னர் எனது தவறை ஒப்புக்கொண்டார். ஆனால் அவரால் தவறை ஒப்புக்கொள்வதை தவிர எனக்கான தீர்வை கொடுக்க இயலவில்லை. பேச்சுவார்த்தையின் நடுவே சற்றும் சம்மந்தம் இல்லாமல் அந்நிறுவனத்தின் சேல்ஸ் மேனேஜர் குறுக்கிட்டு "வாகனத்தை விற்க விற்பனை பிரதிநிதி ஆயிரம் சொல்லத்தான் செய்வார்கள், வாடிக்கையாளர் ஆகிய நீங்கள் தான் விழிப்புடன் இருக்க வேணடும்" என ஒரு அருமையான விளக்கத்தை அளித்தார் பாருங்கள்... அங்கு தெரிகிறது அந்த நிறுவனத்தின் தொழில் நேர்மை. விற்பனை மேலாளரே இப்படி என்றால் விற்பனை பிரதிநிதியை பற்றி நான் சொல்லி நீங்கள் தெரிந்து கொள்ள தேவை இருக்காது... குருவுக்கு ஏற்ற சிஷ்யன்...

இதில் கவனிக்கபட வேண்டியது எனது காப்பீட்டு பத்திர என்னை எனக்கு தர மறுக்கிறார்கள். காப்பீட்டு நிறுவனத்திடம் கேட்டால் நீங்கள் உங்கள் வாகன விற்பனையாளரை தொடர்பு கொள்ளுங்கள் என்கிறார்கள்.

#irda வழி காட்டுதலின்படி இது சட்டப்படி குற்றம் ஆகும்.

காப்பீடு வாங்கிய ஒரு வாடிக்கையாளருக்கு அவரது காப்பீட்டு பத்திரத்தின் என்னை கட்டாயம் வழங்க வேண்டும், தகுந்த காரணங்கள் ஏதும் இன்றி காப்பீட்டை புதுப்பிக்க மறுக்கவும் கூடாது என்று சட்டம் சொல்கிறது.

    On dated 26.09.2019 at 9.30 to 10.00am i call on [protected] for information for renewal of my maruti alto k10 car (Hp 10a 9355) police which has expired on 29.09.2019 a link was provided on my phone no [protected] i open the link which was provided by the insurance company and was informed for payment rs.8308 only i make the payment though my icici debit card vi* maruti. After payment company has not given any confirmation

          Hi, i am pk sethy and have renewed my insurance policy for my car (Alto - ka04 md7360) in feb 2019. Through maruti insurance and icici lombard.
          My policy no is:-300/mi[protected]/00/000.
          The insurance representative informed me to send the soft copy by mail.
          But till date i have not got the certificate soft copy.
          I had contacted the customer care also in this regard but did not get any positive action.

          Please support me getting me the certificate.

            Sir, my car is laying in the open sky from 23 july 2019 in anand moter lucknow, anand moter signs for the above vehiclr claim, but there is no cooperation by the dealer. Regarding the claim.. Upondoingthe repair work of the vehicle is called. Anand moter chinhat lucknow is being asked to talk to the inssurance compony and get approval. While you should know that under the agreement of the maruti suzuki and inssurence co, my car has been insured by the dealer, andnot i have chosen the insurence co. As per my wish, if the maruti suzuki costemers trust and fulfill thier promises if it fails to do so, maruti suzuki's loyalty. It is the being installed anand moter is responsible.

              Missing parts and work not done properly
              On 8th august 2019, i left my car mp04cc6947- alto at nexa rana motors pvt. Ltd b-242, okhla industrial area, ph-1 new delhi-110020 for repairing of accidental damage through insurance claim.
              On my repeated demand, they delivered my car on 25th august 2019. During initial inspection of my car, i found
              1. The damaged part after repairing not fitted properly.
              2. The central lock is working.
              So i refused to take my vehicle and on promising by body shop manager mr. Vansh mehra for doing all these work, will return on 26th august 2019
              On 26th august, when they delivered without doing anything of above mentioned work. This time again i checked vehicle properly found that
              3. The mud flaps was missing
              4. The ply board above the spare wheel was missing.
              On checking the bill found that wrong item listed
              5 rear bumper paining on demand which was not covered under insurance claim : i never raised the demand nor they asked for permission
              This time i refused to pay 100 percent they raised rs 15115. So i paid, rs 11000 and rest will be paid on settlement of my issues.
              I complained to maruti on 25th august. The reference no. Is [protected]. Unfortunately they have closed the case without my knowledge
              Again i called maruti, provided new reference no. 87833396 on 29th august.
              Though there is communication from nexas, but they are not ready to take action except the point no. 1. They agree partially to complete the point no.1

                  My car had got an accident on 07/07/2019. And i surrendered my car in saple auto services in kankavli on 08/17/2019. And now my car is ready. We claimed for the damage of the car and all bills are submitted from saple auto care kankavli. My car was ready on 30/08/2109. But there is no response from your insurance team. According to saple auto service there is no response from your side and they are still waiting for your response. Please issue the same.

                    I having brezza car purchase through maruti dealership at jalandhar lovely motors. The first year policy i purchased maruti insurance of icici lombard policy number 300/mi[protected]/00/000. The policy was due for renewal on 23.08.2019 and maruti dealership insurance department guy has come and collect renewal premium in cash and i got renewed insurance policy from icici lombard 3001/mi[protected]/00/000 valid till aug 2020.in the mean time on 14 aug 2019 my car encountered a minor accident and i inform maruti dealership for insurance claim that is under process. However to my utter surprise i got a call from lovely auto insurance department that since i submitted a claim in existing icici policy hence revised policy has to be cancelled and without informing proper details of revised policy they cancelled my renewed icici policy and shifted me oriental insurance policy that i resisted and don't want also. They have not taken any signature for revised policy. This is totally mis seling dealership part. Kindly look into matter and resolve the issue as i want to continue with icici policy. My particular are as under:

                      I insured my four wheeler in oct of 2018. At the same time it was offered by your insurance office of solapur that, they are giving voucher of rs. 2100/-. It is very sad to say that till today nothing is been given. I contacted many time but only they told me that, we have sent it but to whom they have given don’t know.
                      It is very regrettable that such type of things happened in your nominated company.
                      I never expect for such kind of deliberate negligence by your office of insurance.

                        My brother's vehicle got off while travelling through water because of heavy rain a height which will immerse the tyres. And engine got off because of this .Maruti Insurance is not providing insurance for engine clean up work, which is the mandatory thing to do when water enters through silencer to engine .My brother's vehicle is in warranty period of maruti .Maruti Insurance customer care is saying that in comprehensive coverage they will provide only accidental damage happened directly to a part .If water entered directly to engine they will provide. Otherwise not .
                        In this case water entered to engine through silencer that's why they will not give insurance.

                          I have got accident my car number pb 02cm 0802 swift dzire. My car is at cm autos rupnagar punjab they all force me to claim full lose about my car. But i want to repair my car. I have maruti insurance bumper to bumper insurance. I don’t have big money to buy a new car but cm autos rupnagar punjab don’t accept my insurance. I have full bumper to bumper maruti insurance. You can check from my car number that is pb 02 cm 0802 maruti swift dzire. I don’t want total lose of my car. They cheat me by adding another charges to increase repair estimate against my total insured value of car. But i know they cheat me and make me fool. So please help me to repair my car asap. Please help me to solve my problem.

                              I had got accident near rupnagar punjab on dates 09/08/2019. I have swift dzire vdi. My car is there at cm autos but still from 09/08/2019 no single required action taken by cm autos and maruti insurance. I have hdfc ergo maruti insurance.                                 I have a maruthi baleno with reg. No tn43h9876. My last year policy
                                No is[protected] in the name of mr. Leowilliamjoseph.
                                My policy expired on 24july 2019. On 17th july i had paid my premium of
                                Rs.12312 as cheque to your local maruti agent at aadhi nexa servicecentre
                                At kotagiri nilgiris where i went for routine servicing of my car.
                                So far i have not recd my policy. The local agent does not give a proper reply.
                                I am unable to drive my car without my insurance policy. My cell no is

                                  My car no jh05ay4635 my policy expired on 27 may19. I'm going for medical issues in vellor. When i came my town and call to karlo maruti show room gaya bihar on 4 aug 19 to renew my policy by inspection car on my home. They are told to me u come on show room with car and nessary documents. How can i ride my car without insurance policy on road. Karlo maruti show room gaya bihar 10km far my house. I'm call on 33774477 call center and registered my complaint on 8 aug 19 at 4.00pm. My ticket no mi[protected]. But not take any nessary action about my complaint. And not any back call regarding my complain form maruti insurance. Why... Thank you

                                    I registered my complain regarding below issue and their system failure on 31st july 2019, after that i have called them many times but every time, it is same response that our concern team will contact you, either these people dont want to handle the issue or unskilled people are unable to understand the issue and problem in their system

                                    Poor response not even in this case, same thing happened in past with my other car

                                    Issue :
                                    My car policy expiry date was 29th june 2019, on 21st june 2019, "competent automobile" insurance team executive collected cheque from my place and handover the draft copy of policy to me, on 29th june late evening, i called to customer care to check the status of my new policy, they told me that your car policy is activated and renewed, on 12th july 2019, i got message from "the new india assurance co. Ltd" that your cheque is bounced and your policy is cancelled, now my car met an accident on 05th july 2019 and policy is cancelled, now who will be responsible for such delay in communication and improper handling, still no body is giving any proper response

                                    Here i want to ask few question to these people
                                    1. On 29th june 2019, on what basis they told that you policy is renewed
                                    2. On what basis, they cancelled the policy, why they didn't inform me for other option for payment
                                    3. Why it was not communicated on time? Will it take one month to encash the cheque, what type of system they have?

                                    Still no body is there to support on mentioned issue, better not to choose maruthi insurance, i have faced many issue in my previous claim with other car also.
                                    Maruti Insurance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Please provide me copy of my policy no[protected] for my car MH40AC6954 on My registered gmail id.

                                      Sir actually my car celerio vxi amt which is under insurance got a very little dent on one side of door and bumper by another vehicle and i wanted to claim the same so i approached the workshop they told me that it will be solved and told me to give 1000 fee i agreed but they told me to hand over my vehicle to them for 12-13 days which is very long duration for that so i requested them to please apply for the claim and when the claim comes take the car from me i will give but they talked rudely to me that we cannot help.

                                      This is very bad experience as iam continuously doing insurance from maruti since i purchased the car and this is the first time i want little help to claim the insurance but it was so bad.

                                        I renewed my car insurence from bimal auto agency india pvt.Ltd in bangalore and they didn"t give my papers .I renewed on 14 july.If there any problem to provide my paper .Please give me a solution .vehicle reg no: KL 58 Q 4734 and vehicle owner name is kadeeja kp
