We renewed our car insurance on jan 4th 2019. I didnt received my hard copy of the insurance policy. I want my car insurance hard copy to be posted to my registered address.

We have registered the above request almost 4 times, below are the complaint numbers registered by me,

I dono till how many times i need to request my hard copy of the insurance policy.
Maruti Insurance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have taken insurance from National Insurance through Maruti Insurance, Unfortunately my car has been accident 2 time in this insurance period, Survey has been done by Insurance company but as per surveyer he can not approve claim because car is having old damaged also and i need to repair old damage first than he will process for claim..

    I, suresh chandra saren (Jhargram, gaighata) did'nt receive my insurance paper from the insurance dealer gopal das who is operating our insurance paper.
    As per his record we should have get our insurance paper within 30 january 2019 but it's almost 1 month, we did not get any paper even after calling him repeatedly. We almost paid fine by police for not showing insurance paper.
    Kindly take any action as quick as possible.

      I have received your email reply from consumer complaint in on 07/02/2019 as
      my complaint was forwaded to Maruti Insurance Broking Private limited and i should be received reply within several days.(but this several days becomes more than 10 days.and sofar iam not received anything)Already i paid my insurance amount through online on 08/01/2019 and almost 40 days over and still i am not able to get my car renewed policy. If it is possible to send my renewed policy with in a week from this date(18/02/2019) otherwise you will refund the amount and i will get from other agency.

        I havent gat bima policy and its conformation iihave done paynent throuugh net banking.
        I. Have provede documts related it to prime car dewas.
        But after 24 hours a dont get policy for my car

        Sir, I had changed front glass of my wagon R under Maruti insurance comprehensive cover, now it is leaking water inside( probably because glass was not fixed properly at the time of replacement) . This being the fault of service centre only, why am I being asked to pay compulsory Rs 1000 + sealent charges for getting it repaired. Please guide

          I being a bonafide customer of maruti insurance, i always prefer to purchase my car insurance from yours. Most recently during renewal of my insurance with dealer m/s sky automobiles, bhubaneswar, odisha; i had been assured time & again to provide three nos. Of free/complimentary service coupons for my car (While delivering the insurance certificate); which they failed to provide. I have talked to the concerned executive who was dealing with me, again he assured, but didn't do the needful action. I take it as a cheating & harassment to me and obviously i shall have a second thought during the next renewal of my insurance.

            I am trying to take a new insurnace policy with maruti and the response from the local chennai insurance new policy is pathetic and unprofessional, after several calls now they have come to collect the check and now we are still waiting for the policy to be issued, in this competitive world if maruti is going to behave in such a way you are going to run out of business.

                  My car insurance is with your company, your follow up starts 6 month before the date of expiry of the policy,, if it is before one week or two week, it is understandable. Please instruct your team to avoid this type of aggressive marketing
                  Second thing, if an insurance is renewed for years, what verification you need again.
                  If it is new, your verification is understandable, for renewal why you waist the time of customer to get any verification, the thing advisable is to check the documents in your hand properly before renew the indursnce

                  I was advised to renew car insurance on 13 Jan two weeks in advance by adviser and pay online .I was told that it takes time to process and you will get original policy paper within 10 days .
                  It is disgusting that I have not received policy even after so many days .MH12GR 2004 is my car.

                      After complaining about the issue of claim settlement on 22nd jan no action has been taken fron your side. Every time i call they say we are forwarding your complaint to concerned team. Again after calling after 7 business days still they are asking me to wait for 48 hours. If you can't resolve in 7 days what will happen in 48 hours. So very unhappy wuth your insurance surveyor report. Very unhappy with your customer care team. Totally led down. Even asked before 7 working days you ask to wait for 7 days. Is it that you only work in 7 days not before that. Good efficiency.

                      My car policy expires tomorrow yet I have neither received either the soft or hard policy. Premium was paid about 12 days ago.The local dealer has promised to send it tomorrow but I have my doubts since it is Sunday. I hope my doubts prove wrong . I would not dare to take the car out after expiry.

                          Car was intiially in name of mr mohinder singh in delhi (Dl 5ck 6497) now transferred on name of premjeet singh in chandigarh (Ch01bs 4365). New rc has been made and i have also got policy transfer certificate stating new and old owner of insurance policy with new number details of the car

                          I just want the original policy copy which is currently running on this car
                          It has to renewed in feb this year

                                  I am writing this to show my dissatisfaction and to complaint against maruti auopace chandigarh. This is in context of car insurance which was done by them. I am their regular customer from last 2 years (Fy[protected],[protected]. I met with an car accident in january 2018, i got my car repaired from bosch service and got a claim from insurance company. After completion of insurance period of 2017 - 18 in march, i got my policy revised again from autopace and told them, i have taken an insurance claim in january 2018. Instead of telling, they have not deducted my ncb and revised my insurance policy this time from (Oriental insurance company). Now, i again met with an accident in december, 2018 and i plan to claim insurance and gave my car to bosch service station, but this time insurance company is saying your ncb was not deducted and this is a type of fraud, so you cannot claim insurance and you have to pay on your own. Insurance company said to get your car endorsement done for rest of the months from where you get your car insurance done. Bu when i conveyed the same to autopace they are saying we cannot do your endorsement for rest of months and if we do full year ncb money will be taken. On the top they are saying we will change your insurance company from next year with zero ncb.

                                  You are requested to kindly resolve the issue, as i am facing very unprofessional and rude behavior from autopace chandigarh. My car is not secured from any accident, theft or any kind of miss happening.

                                    Hello,

                                    My Alto's policy was expiring on 19th jan and i received the call from dealer(peaks auto) and he uploaded the details online to renew the policy.

                                    Around 7:00 pm i received the call from maruti customer care and after confirming all the details they said my policy has been renewed and i will be getting the hard copy from my dealer itself.

                                    This is the same procedure how the policy is renewed from maruti and we have been renewing since the last 9 years.

                                    Maruti can confirm the details from the call log conversation [protected].

                                    Why was i told that my policy is renewed and i got the call twice?

                                    This is really a soft way of harassing the customers.

                                    Had they told me at that time i would have renewed my policy from other sites.

                                    This is really a frustrating experience.
