This is to bring to your notice about
Maruti Insurance Broking Private Limited and
SBI General Insurance Company who is responsible for the delay of my car repair and still its on hold as the process of claim settlement is pending. I purchased this car from SWG CAR WORLD dealer (showroom) located in Durgapur/ West Bengal.The main issue is I have a Celerio Car VXI AMT( Registration No- WB40AJ0302) which has been damaged and injured by a Mini truck on road and bumper is damaged and got scratch/ dent . Even the front end also got injured because of the mini truck hit the car on the wall, there was a pillar and the scratch along with bumper damage . I have renewed the premium on Oct-2018 (Policy type- Package Policy -Private Vehicle )for a year, within a year I have not even claimed once, but now I want to repair the damage and wish to have the claim it fully. The insurance was done through
Maruti Insurance Broking Private Limited . When I showed the car to the Maruti Workshop, the engineers declared that bumpers are damaged with dent and scratches. When I am trying to claim the process is on hold because of SBI Insurance approval. The agent has not even turned up to see the problem he is just arguing by using rough words and threatening me that he will not approve me more that 50 % just on one side of the car and I need to pay extra though I have already renewed the premium because of any accident cause. person has send the picture of my car through the linkto the SBI Insurance Co. Here the main issue is when I am speaking to
Maruti Insurance company they are not ready to take solve it instead of that they are asking me to contact
SBI General Insurance co, which actually was done by
Maruti Insurance Co. Now I am just being harassed once by calling Maruti Insuarnace Co . and again on the other hand by calling
SBI general insurance Co.The SBI agent without verifying it, said that he wont even approve 50 % also. That seems he is just threatening not to process any claim which shows his arrogancy and rude behaviour . His superior even is not ready to accept the fact to send him and verify .
. He even denied it to claim full which is also not acceptable . Its my car got damaged by a truck hence after reading all the details I have renewed the premium which clearly mentioned that I can claim it fully.
I am loosing complete faith on
Maruti Insurance as if they make sure that we customer renew it on time but while solving it they are just ignoring and telling me to contact
SBI general insurance ... which is their responsibility .
Please look into this matter seriously and provide resolution it as soon as possible.
