दिनांक 28.09.2019 के बाढ़ में मेरा कार जेन इस्टलो BR1AJ1423 पानी में डूबा था। मारुति का सर्विस सेंटर, गुड रिंच, पटना में गाड़ी लगा है। दिनोंक 16.10.2019 को इसका क्लेम किया गया।6.11.2019 को ऑनलाईन कमप्लेन नं0 [protected] भी किया गया, गैराज वाले का कहना है यह कार बनाने में बहुत लागत आयगा, इसको बनाना ठीक नहीं रहेगा। मेरा कार जो मूल्य( इंस्योरेंस के अनुसार) है, वह भुगतान किया जाय।

        Claim motor insurance policy no.3001/mi[protected]/00/000 of your swift dzire new 2017.
        I am not satisfied with the surveyor's investigation as it is the responsibility of the surveyor when the vehicle arrived at vipul motors to talk to the customer and make a report of multiple claims without talking about how the incident happened while when there is a bump in the traffic from the front to the back, the body will break. I do not want anything else but only the solution, how to get my car right, i hope the same from maruti and the insurance company. If i do not get any solution, then i will be compelled to go to court on maruti and insurance company.

            This is to bring to your notice about Maruti Insurance Broking Private Limited and SBI General Insurance Company who is responsible for the delay of my car repair and still its on hold as the process of claim settlement is pending. I purchased this car from SWG CAR WORLD dealer (showroom) located in Durgapur/ West Bengal.The main issue is I have a Celerio Car VXI AMT( Registration No- WB40AJ0302) which has been damaged and injured by a Mini truck on road and bumper is damaged and got scratch/ dent . Even the front end also got injured because of the mini truck hit the car on the wall, there was a pillar and the scratch along with bumper damage . I have renewed the premium on Oct-2018 (Policy type- Package Policy -Private Vehicle )for a year, within a year I have not even claimed once, but now I want to repair the damage and wish to have the claim it fully. The insurance was done through Maruti Insurance Broking Private Limited . When I showed the car to the Maruti Workshop, the engineers declared that bumpers are damaged with dent and scratches. When I am trying to claim the process is on hold because of SBI Insurance approval. The agent has not even turned up to see the problem he is just arguing by using rough words and threatening me that he will not approve me more that 50 % just on one side of the car and I need to pay extra though I have already renewed the premium because of any accident cause. The Workshop person has send the picture of my car through the linkto the SBI Insurance Co. Here the main issue is when I am speaking to Maruti Insurance company they are not ready to take solve it instead of that they are asking me to contact SBI General Insurance co, which actually was done by Maruti Insurance Co. Now I am just being harassed once by calling Maruti Insuarnace Co . and again on the other hand by calling SBI general insurance Co.The SBI agent without verifying it, said that he wont even approve 50 % also. That seems he is just threatening not to process any claim which shows his arrogancy and rude behaviour . His superior even is not ready to accept the fact to send him and verify .
            . He even denied it to claim full which is also not acceptable . Its my car got damaged by a truck hence after reading all the details I have renewed the premium which clearly mentioned that I can claim it fully.

            I am loosing complete faith on Maruti Insurance as if they make sure that we customer renew it on time but while solving it they are just ignoring and telling me to contact SBI general insurance ... which is their responsibility .

            Please look into this matter seriously and provide resolution it as soon as possible.

              I have paid the premium of 1 year bumper to bumper car insurance but when I went to claim Maruti insurance agents are forwarding me to speak to SBI general insurance from where they have done the insurance . Now my question is if I have done through Maruti insurance company why do I need to talk to SBI insurance people . More over I did that I spoke to one of the SBI insurance agent his name is Subhojit Sengupta from SBI insurance and he is so rude and told me only half of the one side of the car damage done by mini truck accident that is 50% and behind that is bumper is almost dent that he is ignoring and misbehaved while communicating . The front side got a crash just because of the attack made by mini truck on the wall, even that will not be covered. So why a customer is being harassed everyday since the car was given to the local dealer showroom workshop (SWG Car world, located in Durgapur, West Bengal). Even they are not serious to resolve it. I have done the renewal through them and now they are least bothered. Calling Maruti Insurance to resolve even they are just casual . Car is given at workshop on 12th Oct, 2019 still no solution . SBI General insurance agent is arrogant and on top of that he is not ready to come and see the car which is lying in workshop. He is behaving very harshly . I want my full claim amount to repair the car damage which actually covers in the insurance .

                This is regarding the Maruti Insurance which has been done for my Celerio Car . No proper claim approval is given ... If I have already paid bumper to bumper insurance and when my car gets damaged minutely why I am unable to claim it ????

                Now if I have paid for insurance completely and telling me to speak to SBI general insurance for the claim settlement why so??? why you people are harrassing a customer ? When I called to SBI general insurance even they are denying to provide claim that means I have wasted my money in doing insurance . If this is not solved immediately I will definitely reach to Ombudsman process and file this against ... SBI agent name is Surojit to whom I have conversation. I need the money back if this is not solved . SWG Car is the dealer (Durgapur /West Bengal) from where i bough the car and at that time insurance was done by them after explaining and in the insurance letter its clearly mentioned about the claim procedure, so after reading and understanding the whole procedure I have spent money in insurance ...I need this problem to be resolved soon, otherwise things will become worst from my end .

I have hand over the vehicle to sb car kalyanpur kanpur on 10 oct 2019 but my claim still awaited. I would like to intimate you that my policy covers upto 14 oct 2019.

                    My renewal for ignis was due on 8 of oct 2019 and as per the quotation i paid them on 7 oct 2019.
                    They on the next day requested for car photo for renewal due to which as per them the submission was delayed by them.
                    I had given what was asked for in time and now they are asking for late fee charges.
                    Why should i pay if there is no fault of ours

                      I am second owner of the car, i have changed rc on my name however missed to transfer insurance.
                      I received several calls from bimal maruti for insurance.
                      I clearly asked to issue policy on my name as i am a new owner, and they agree for it, promised to give two coupons also for servicing discount. They asked my rc copy and nominee name, i had provided the same.
                      They issue policy in old owner name only. When i called and asked then they said it will be modified in 2 working days.
                      Since then i am waiting for policy on my name.

                      Since that time they are saying, it will modified and send to you. Yesterday i called again and then they say i need to pay endorsement charges of 1734rs. I clearly denied it.
                      Initially i was getting policy in cheaper price however i thought i should continue with maruti insurance.

                      This is the cheating case. I am tired of following it to change ownership hence writing here.

                      Naveen has promised me initially to issue policy on my name and 2 coupons. I have talked with bhupati also but yet no resolution, they saying 1-2 days since more then 2 weeks. Please either cancel policy and return my money or issue it on my name.

                        This is in regards to my maruti insurance policy no mi0002039.

                        The personal accident cover should be rs15, 00, 00, this has been checked and confirmed with insurance advisor but as per the issued policy document the pa cover is on rs2, 00, 000.
                        I contacted to maruti dealer to get the policy document correct but they are not able to fix the issue.
                        Can someone look into this issue and do the needful or advice me.
                        I don't want to continue with this incorrect policy document.

                          Few days before i have repaired my car by paying myself in vishnu cars, keelkattalai, chennai.

                          This is a new car, so i do not have rc and permit at that time. They said you can submit after and you will get money back by claim insurance.

                          They took too long time to issue permit and rc.

                          Now im having rc and permit. But no response from there. Please help me to solve this.

                            நான் 2018 ஆம் ஆண்டு 10 ஆவது மாதம் #abt_maruti_ltd #கடலூர் இடம் இருந்து புதிய dzire வாகனம் வாங்கினேன். அப்பொழுது வாகனத்திற்கான காப்பீடு பத்திரத்தை அதற்கு உரிய தரகரிடம் உரிய கட்டணம் செலுத்தி அதற்கான ரசீதை சமர்ப்பிக்கிறேன் என்று வாகன விற்பனை பிரதிநிதியிடம் கூறினேன். பின் ஒரு நாள் அவர் நிறுவனத்தின் காப்பீட்டு விற்பனை அதிகாரியுடன் என்னை நேரில் அணுகி மாருதி காப்பீடு எடுத்தால் மட்டுமே வாகனத்தை பதிவு செய்ய இலகுவாக இருக்கும் என்று கூறி என்னை அரை மனதாக சம்மதிக்க வைத்தார்.

                            அச்சமயம் எனது வாகனத்திற்கு 1 வருட வாகன காப்பீடும் 3 வருட 3 ஆம் நபர் காப்பீடும் பதிவு செய்ய பட்டது (மாருதி இன்சூரன்ஸ்-ராயல் சுந்தரம் ஜெனரல் இன்சூரன்ஸ் லிமிடெட்). அச்சமயம் ௧ வருட காலாவதி கெடுவிற்கு பிறகு 3 ஆம் நபர் காப்பீடு பற்றி விற்பனை பிரதிநிதியிடம் வனவியபொழுது, கெடு முடிந்த பிறகு வாகனத்திற்கான காப்பீட்டை மட்டும் புதுப்பித்தல் போதுமானது 3 நபர் காப்பீடு மேலும் 2 வருடங்கள் கழிந்த பின்னர் புதுப்பித்தல் போதும் என்றும், புதுப்பித்தலின் பொழுது முகவர் சொல்லும் காப்பீட்டு தொகைக்கும் மாருதி இன்சூரன்ஸ் காப்பீட்டு தொகைக்கும் வித்யாசம் இருக்குமாயின் அதை அவர் சரி செய்து தருவதாக வாய்மொழியாக உறுதி அளித்து இருந்தார்.

                            நான் இன்று காப்பீட்டை புதுப்பிக்க முயற்சி செய்யும் பொழுது மாருதி இன்சூரன்ஸ் நிறுவனத்தின் தொகைக்கும் காப்பீட்டு முகவர் தொகைக்கும் பெரும் வித்யாசம் வந்தது (12, ௦௦௦). மேலும் நான் மீண்டும் ஒரு 3 நபர் காப்பீட்டை எடுக்க வற்புறுத்த பட்டேன். இது தொடர்பாக எனக்கு வாகனத்தை விற்பனை செய்த விற்பனை பிரதிநிதிஇடம் வினவியபொழுது மழுப்பலாக பதில் வந்தது. நான் பொய் வாக்குறுதியில் ஏமாற்ற பட்டு இருக்கிறேன் என்று உணர்ந்த அடுத்த கணம் abt maruti ltd, கடலூர் நிறுவனத்தை நேரில் அணுகினேன்.

                            அங்கு என்னை எதிர் கொண்ட வாடிக்கையாளர் சேவை மைய அதிகாரி முதலில் மழுப்பலாக பதில் அளித்தும் என்னை காப்பீடு எடுக்க சம்மதிக்க வைக்கவே முயற்சி செய்தார். எனது தொடர் கேள்விகளுக்கு பின்னர் எனது தவறை ஒப்புக்கொண்டார். ஆனால் அவரால் தவறை ஒப்புக்கொள்வதை தவிர எனக்கான தீர்வை கொடுக்க இயலவில்லை. பேச்சுவார்த்தையின் நடுவே சற்றும் சம்மந்தம் இல்லாமல் அந்நிறுவனத்தின் சேல்ஸ் மேனேஜர் குறுக்கிட்டு "வாகனத்தை விற்க விற்பனை பிரதிநிதி ஆயிரம் சொல்லத்தான் செய்வார்கள், வாடிக்கையாளர் ஆகிய நீங்கள் தான் விழிப்புடன் இருக்க வேணடும்" என ஒரு அருமையான விளக்கத்தை அளித்தார் பாருங்கள்... அங்கு தெரிகிறது அந்த நிறுவனத்தின் தொழில் நேர்மை. விற்பனை மேலாளரே இப்படி என்றால் விற்பனை பிரதிநிதியை பற்றி நான் சொல்லி நீங்கள் தெரிந்து கொள்ள தேவை இருக்காது... குருவுக்கு ஏற்ற சிஷ்யன்...

                            இதில் கவனிக்கபட வேண்டியது எனது காப்பீட்டு பத்திர என்னை எனக்கு தர மறுக்கிறார்கள். காப்பீட்டு நிறுவனத்திடம் கேட்டால் நீங்கள் உங்கள் வாகன விற்பனையாளரை தொடர்பு கொள்ளுங்கள் என்கிறார்கள்.

                            #irda வழி காட்டுதலின்படி இது சட்டப்படி குற்றம் ஆகும்.

                            காப்பீடு வாங்கிய ஒரு வாடிக்கையாளருக்கு அவரது காப்பீட்டு பத்திரத்தின் என்னை கட்டாயம் வழங்க வேண்டும், தகுந்த காரணங்கள் ஏதும் இன்றி காப்பீட்டை புதுப்பிக்க மறுக்கவும் கூடாது என்று சட்டம் சொல்கிறது.

                              On dated 26.09.2019 at 9.30 to 10.00am i call on [protected] for information for renewal of my maruti alto k10 car (Hp 10a 9355) police which has expired on 29.09.2019 a link was provided on my phone no [protected] i open the link which was provided by the insurance company and was informed for payment rs.8308 only i make the payment though my icici debit card vi* maruti. After payment company has not given any confirmation

                                      Hi, i am pk sethy and have renewed my insurance policy for my car (Alto - ka04 md7360) in feb 2019. Through maruti insurance and icici lombard.
                                      My policy no is:-300/mi[protected]/00/000.
                                      The insurance representative informed me to send the soft copy by mail.
                                      But till date i have not got the certificate soft copy.
                                      I had contacted the customer care also in this regard but did not get any positive action.

                                      Please support me getting me the certificate.

                                        Sir, my car is laying in the open sky from 23 july 2019 in anand moter lucknow, anand moter signs for the above vehiclr claim, but there is no cooperation by the dealer. Regarding the claim.. Upondoingthe repair work of the vehicle is called. Anand moter chinhat lucknow is being asked to talk to the inssurance compony and get approval. While you should know that under the agreement of the maruti suzuki and inssurence co, my car has been insured by the dealer, andnot i have chosen the insurence co. As per my wish, if the maruti suzuki costemers trust and fulfill thier promises if it fails to do so, maruti suzuki's loyalty. It is the being installed anand moter is responsible.
