Respected sir
I would like to inform that my maruthy swift (Reg no kl 05ag 324) given at the avg workshop on 26/08/2018. But they delayed to inform the insurance company and the insurance office deny to accept the damage caused due to flood and delay. When i made an enquiry to the surveyor mr. Biju t s he reacted very rudely, as a teacher it was very disgrace to me. But later he agreed to give the insurance benefit. Later on 6/12/2018 they finished the work and the surveyor submitted the report on 10/12/2018. But the insurance office informed me that they cannot give cashless service and inform to pay the entire amount to release the car, otherwise to wait for 14 days. As i am going through a hard phase with my disabled child without my car, i humbly request you to take necessary action immediately to release the car.

      I have renewed my car insurance policy number og[protected]-00045766 on 30.11.2018 by paying premium online. I got a sms stating that my policy is issued and it will be mailed to me within four hours. But even after 36 hours also i have not received the policy. They didn't respond to my email also. Once they get the premium they just forget to even look at the customer.

        I renewed our car insurance vehicle no. Ts07ee9061 on 14.11.2018 through maruti insurance at acer motors, trimulgherry, secunderabad. Still we have not received original policy bond from them.

        We have called over phone to them several times but we have not received any correct response. Always they are telling that, policy bond has been issued and that is with the courier people. But as such we have not received any original bond from any courier.

        Concern person of the insurance department is completely hopeless and not supportive. Badly we need the original insurance policy bond, as we want to go out. We filed a complaint in maruti helpline madras, regarding this issue on 25.11.2018, still there is no response at all.

        We really tired by the service of maruti insurance. Kindly try to understand our problem and help us immediately.

            Hi,

            My policy got expired on 29 nov 2018, i got a call from fair deal sector10 noida to renewal the policy. I told them to come on my office address and get the money. But their executive made false promise by morning to evening but never came to collect money. My policy got expired still i did not get my new policy after doing everything. I was always getting my policy on time since last six years but this time their services are pathetic. Please take some action against these guys (Rasmi and akash from fair deal noida sector 10).

              Sir, i have purchased maruti suzuki wagonr gj26n1546 on 30 nov 2017 & renew insurance on 20 nov 2018 through maruti suzuki dealar. Both time thay issued photo copy of insurance which is not readable. At the time of diving compitant authority demands orinal insurance copy i can't provide them & i have to pay penalty. I have not got orinal insurance policy on company letter ped.

                Sir, my vehicle rj 14ac4555 met accident in the month of may 18, my vehicle insured with oriental insurance maruti portal.

                I have submitted all claim related documents along with neft details but till now neither claim setteled nor any information recevied.

                My vehicle also got total loss, so we are suffering without vehicle and also suffering with financial situation.

                Overall we feels that very poor customer service by maruti insurance, we are completely fadeup with this.

                      My policy by the insurer SBI general insurance with No.[protected]/R71394060 was booked online on 11th of Oct and was subsequently cancelled. I got my HDFC Ergo policy renewed on 13th of Oct through dealer with policy no.[protected].
                      I haven't got the refund for the cancelled policy even after passage of more than a month and even no one from the company is bothered to revert back. I mailed them and also registered the complaints through calls more than 5 times but all in vein. I expect you to take some action asap.

                        On dated 18 aug.2018 my car was accident near gabipur village. in this accident my car 2 tyre was damaged. but server passed only one tyre and another one tyre not passed by server till date. for the same i have done complaint in maurti insurance complaint no. many times but till date they have not provided any resolution. so plz resolve my problem

                          I had a car swift dzire (Model 2009) throughout insured by maruti.in august 2018 i sold this car and requested in writing to lovely autos jalandhar to give my ncb as i wanted to buy the new car. They told me to buy the new car and my ncb wil be adjusted in the policy of new car. On 13 sept 2018 i purchased new car (Ciaz) from lovely auto jalandhar. When i went to take delivery of car they told me that my ncb is awaited so it can not be adjusted in policy of new car and i was told to pay the whole amount of insurance of new car and i was assured that the ncb will be refunded to me with in 2-3 days. Since then i have been harassed by officials of lovely autos in one pretext or the other as i am continuously visiting them for this money and no refund is given to me till date

                            The car is total loss due the flood, car already took by the insurance company. And till date money is not settled

                            And from insurance company no respones till date and not ansewring the phone number which they provide. Very poor and fraud performance of your staff

                            I am awiting to puchase new brand maruthi car after the seltlement. But this kind services i want to be re think if continuing like further delay

                                  My car no. Tn23ch8667. My 1st year insurance cover up to 2/11/18 they call me renewal i renewed policy 27/10/18 with gsnesh cars. My car damage on 29/10/18. I contact ganesh cars vellore they said you have to wait for 3/11/18. You renewed u can claim 2nd year policy start. Pls clarify what is the rules regarding. Pls help me. This is not complaint. Even ganesh cars people also don't know.

                                    I depoisted cheque of rs 16105 toward my car insurance renewal premium on 15/10/2018, for which areceipt no 22751was issued. But till date policy has not been received by me. On my enquiring on phone no [protected] and [protected] the lady always reply back we will call you but never a call came. I fail to understand is this the service for which maruti is known.
                                    May irequest you to look into the matter and send me my car policy immediately. I request vyou to take suitable action against the concerend offical /dealer.

                                      My car insurance date of expiry was 26.10.18 midnight.
                                      I have inquired the matter severally, even to the manager (Sudha Motor) but all in vain.
                                      Now i request you to cancelled my request of renewal of policy immediately. As i have decided to opt for other company.

                                        It been 4 months since I raised the claim still its not settled and nobody has a clue as when this will be settled.
