I met with an accident with a car swift RJ14 CP 8873 which is insured from your company. The person driving the car was drunk and was involved in rash driving. The accident was so severe that it could have harmed our lives. Therefore, I request you to kindly not provide insurance claim on this above mentioned car.

    My car (Vitara breeza zdi rj13cb8665) met with an accident a few days ago. It was hit by a bus and an autorikshaw from the side. Fortunately, nobody was hurt. On 5 june, 2018 i gave my car for repairaing at audi motors workshop (Netewala, sriganganagar, 335001) as it is under insurance. I was looking forward for complete support from the team but i guess my assumptions were wrong. The survey i received for my car was from national insurance co. Ltd under maruti insurance. Shockingly, the surveyor denied that my car was hit from the right side and provided claim only for left side of the car. Though i was very unsatisfied from his survey but being a doctor i left for an emergency and agreed with them to change the bumper and repair only left side of the car. They asked me to collect my car back on 8 june, 2018. I went there and was shocked to see such poor workmanship.
    Issues with the repair :
    1. Though the car bumper was changed, the alignment of the bumper was very poor. It had gaps and fitting issues.
    2. The dent arjacent to the bumper was not touched at all.
    3. Scratches due to auto rikshaw hit were as it is (Not touched)
    4. Scratches on the left side of the body which the surveyor claimed to fix were as it is.
    5. The 40k worth accessory that was tamperd were removed.

    When i asked who is going to fit all these, as a solution the reply i got was "we will provide double side tape, go to showroom we don't fix this." at this point i was completely agitated. I mean what is the meaning of investing in 11 lakh worth maruti suzuki car and insurance if in the end i have to deal with such poor customer service and issues. What made me more agitated was the rude behavior and illogical response that received from mr. Umesh sidana. He blatantly refused to come to any conclusion and rudely told me that he can't do anything and replied "it's your car do complain whatever i don't care".
    I hope some positive actions will be taken and i will be claimed the insurance adn services i pay for. I hope to hear from you soon else i will be forced to take strict actions against you.

    Hi. I sent a claim qutation for 17k. However there isnt any response from the insurers.

    Bad customer service. I request for a full claim without any parital paymenr from me. Since this is a breach in contract.
    Agent name Narendra Phone : [protected] is not polite at all in the customer conversation. Had bad experience with car insurance claim agent. Requesting Maruthi Insurance to hire best employees to support customers needs.

      I handed over my car to maruti dealer workshop on dated 11.6.18 but the service provider of maruti workshop has intimated the claim to insurance company on dated 13.6.18 i. E after 48 hours due to this i harassed and collect my car without claim. I want necessary action against the delinquent of maruti workshop. My contact number is [protected]. Thanks

        I renewed my car insurance policies online. One foralto 800 lxi and other for maruti ignis delta petrol on 10/06/2018. The company neither mailed soft copy on mail nor hard copy. Regiseration no of maruti alto 800 lxi is hr36z 7380. And ignis delta petrol is hr36ab 2371
        Atleast soft copy should be delivered in time. This is not fair practice of a professional insurer to harras cusmer.

        Your agent by name shivasankar in Bengaluru sold me insurance. He took my NEXA card and told me that he will give it back after adding point and also will give two service related coupon. Ever since, I am chasing him but he has not fulfilled his words. This amounts to cheating. Can you do anything about it?

          31 may -2014 to 31may 2018 the car is covered by maruti insurance/new lndia assurance co ltd. I sent car for repair under insurance on 21 may as car met an accident. After a week i was informed that surveyor rejected the damages only he can pass the front glass. I met to manager and g. M.in this regard, both argued that we are not responsible and liable, this is the matter of you (Customer) and new india assurance co. Ltd. I also asked to re - conduct the survey in front of customer and prove it that the damages are old but they denied. Now pl. Tell why maruti is not responsible to customer, maruti is the provider of the policy. Where is your care, support and satisfaction to customer. This is only the cheating, fraud and harassment of consumer. Please look into the matter and solve it as early as possible. Chainpal singh.[protected]

          Reply from insurance company through e-mail - Dear sir, This is in reference to your vehicle Regn.DL5CK-7570 which reported to us for accidental repair. The concern raised by you in writing regarding the approval of damages occurred. We forwarded the same to the Insurance co. The claim is rejected on the ground as pre existed damages, The initial communication is in trailing mail. Kindly either accord the approval of repair on payment or take the delivery of the vehicle.           I have get my car insurance online in the month of april 2018. It has been ensure by the company to forward the hard copy within 15 days. But inspite of complain no action has been done and i am still waiting for the same. My car no is JH04F9595.
          I have made renewal of Marutiinsurance policy on june 01 . Its been 18 days & i have not received the original copy

            I made online payment for renewal of maruti insurance policy of my car no. As01ak1190 but till date i have not received neither soft copy nor hard copy of renewal policy.
            I complained through toll free number twice but they assured to send soft copy within 10-15 minutes. I have not received the soft copy till now.
            Please look into the matter and do justice.

                My car swit vdi (Dl 5 ck 7570) is covered by the new india assurance co. Ltd. And maruti insurance brooking pvt. Ltd. Is the dealer of policy. At the time of providing policy / renewal, maruti promises the customers to repair /change the damaged parts without any delay and money, and they will provide full work and satisfaction without distressing the customers.
                In 2017, i sent my car to tr sawhney, gokalpur, delhi, for repair under insurance. Maruti repaired only 40% of the car and defended itself by saying - “ the surveyer of insurance company passed only the particular damages (40%) of total damage”.
                On 21 may, 2018, i again sent my car to tr sawhney, gokalpur, to repair under insurance as it was damaged recently. The lhs and front glasss got damaged.
                Again maruti defended itself saying -“ the surveyer didn’t pass the claim as these are the old damaged”.
                The insurance company and the maruti both are liable to cover all the damages, old or new, as this policy covers my car from may[protected] by the same.
                I want my car should be repaired completely as per the policies and promises made by both.
                Maruti insureance broking pvt. Ltd. And the new india assurance co. Ltd. Always condone at the time of repair/work under insurance and distress the customers.
                This is fraud /cheating to the customer as they don’t repair the damages according to the policies and the promises made to the customers. Both are involved in this scandal.

                I request you to enquire and investigate the matter seriously in the need of justice.

                As l have already given you in written the dissatisfaction letter about survey conducted. The re - survey should be conduct in front of the customer . Also provide the relevant documents with proof about the old damages as said by maruti trsawhney or concerned insurance. Pl give preference to customer satisfaction

                  महो. दिनाक 28/05/2018 को मेरी alto k-10 (Rj-17 5702) का एक्सीडेंट हो जाने से कोटा गोबरिया बावड़ी स्थित मारुती वर्क सोप (Rajasthan) पर कार क्लेम (Policy no. 2311/57531673/00/000) पर लगाई जिसका सर्वेयर दवारा मेरी कार की पिछे की लाइट को पास नहीं किया किया गया सर्वेयर साहब के वर्क सोप से नंबर ([protected]) लेकर कारण पूछने पर मुझे सन्तुष्ट करने की बजाई फोन ढंग से बात नहीं की और कस्टमर समझ कर तो बात की ही नहीं और सर्विस सेंटर पर बात करने की कह कर पडला झाड़ लिया और हास्यस्पद तर्क दिया की जिसकी गाड़ी आपकी लाइट से टकराई हे उसका शपथ पत्र लाओ कल से उसने क्लेम मांग लिया तो उनके ऐसे तर्क को सुन कर मुझ समझ नहीं आता की मेने बिमा किस लिय लिया हे. महो. जिस जगह का सर्वेयर साहब ने क्लेम पास किया वो भी किसी से टकराई उनका तो शपथ नहीं माँगा महो. चुकी मेरी गाड़ी की लाइट दुर्घटना से टूटी हे और इसका क्लेम लेने का में पूरा हक रखता हू और मुझ न्याय पाने का पूरा हक हे इसलिये मेने सर्वेयर साहब व सर्विस सेंटर से कहा की में मेरा पूरा काम अपने पेसे से करा लूँगा आप तो मुझ बस शुरू से आखिर तक की सर्वेयर रिपोर्ट की कॉपी उपलब्ध करा दिजिये कॉपी मांगने पर सर्वेयर साहब व सर्विस सेंटर वालो दोनों ने मुझ कॉपी देने से मना ये कह कर मना कर दिया की एसी कोई कॉपी नहीं होती सर्वेयर साहब हमे मोखिक ही बता कर जाते हे की ये काम कर देना और ये मत करना. सर्वेयर और मेरे बीच फेसला होने तक गाड़ी का काम रोक दे ऐसा सर्विस सेंटर वालो ने कहा जिसे मेने मान लिया
                  महो. इस पूरी घटना पर आपके सर्वेयर (विनोद जी जेन) का व्यवहार बहुत गेर जिमेदाराना रहा माँनो वो कस्टमर के भगवान हो. और हम उनसे भीख मांग रहे हो मानो यहा बस उनकी ही चलेगी चाहे वो गलत हो या सही इसका कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता मेरे काम रुकवा देने पर भी सर्वेयर साहब ने मुझ से कारण जानने की कोशिश नहीं की
                  महो. में आपके सर्वेयर के इस व्यवहार से बहुत हताहत हू एसलिये मेरा निवेदन हे की आपके स्तर से ही कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करे जिससे मेरा कस्टमर होने का गर्व कायम रहे
                  और मुझ कही और अपना समय बर्बाद न करना पड़े.

                    On 29.94 2018 bharath auto showroom
                    Located at ujire refused for a body repair service when we appoached with maruthi 800 car met with a road accident caused due to steering got jam and car hit to a wall. No engine complaints; only body and parts replacement and servicing was required. More over we ahave maruthi insurance (Maruthi says its best isurance in the category) then also an authorised dealer is not ready to assist in towing/repair servise; whats the use of havinh a maruthi insurance.
                    Very disappointed reaction and useless show room and service centre in ujire...
                    When a car show room servicing outlet like bharath auto cannot able to do sevicing/repair a entry level small car maruthi 800 how would we believe/recommend them for other servicing/purchasing options. More over we purchased the car at bharath auto mangalore with the same dealer.

                    Diagusting and never recommonding bharth auto and maruthi cars for any reason.

                    Kindly take serious action against the dealer..

                      I purchased an online insurance for my maruti celerio car through maruti insurance dated on 02.06.2018. Same day i received insurance copy as attachment by an email, but it could not be open, then i talk to customer care mumbai & asked for another copy of insurance in good format & she sent me another copy also, but problem is same. I tried to open it through several computers but it could not be opened. Kindly send me another copy of my insurance in good format or send a scanned copy so i can open & get a hard copy.

                        Am really annoyed with the insurance policy renewal service for policy #[protected] associated with vehicle # ka03mt9634
                        I paid for my policy renewal on 18/5/2018 however i had to call ur agent christopher multiple times to get a soft copy which was provided on eod of 21/5/2018.
                        It was informed to me that change of address is taking time so the soft copy of policy was not provided to me till 21/5/2018 eod.
                        Today i got a call from professional courier to deliver insurance certificate and it went to old address, now why did it went to old address?

                        It's a very bad turn around service.. I want to speak to a manager who can take my complaint.

                        After writing a a mail, associate named soundarya from bimal maruthi insurance, bangalore called me and informed that address is changed but courier is going to old address. They informed that they will send it through a maruthi associate, but no one turned back till now.

                        Insurance policy has a big point stating "keep the hard copy of insurance in vehicle".. Where is the hardcopy?

                          Accident happened and submit my car to service center they assured all repair and maintained. By after that no contact made by any body car company or surveyor no body called me and now deciding claim at theor wish and my front glass is damaged. How can a car run with broken glass and at the compalint made at 17 may at no. Given to maruti no return call came and no resolve. And kindly contact me i did mail but jo reply. Should i go to court or because at the time of insurance it was assured to earliest resolution but now pathetic situation.

                            My above car was accident and sent in your authorized service center on 20th april 2018 and your service center person assured us for delivery within 15-20 days, but till today 28 days passed, but i didn't receive any call from your service center regarding call delivery, i daily call him to check my car status, always he gave me one week time for delivery.

                              My car is damage i go to work shop for repairing my car in claim but the servior come and he was only pass the back bumper only he do not repair left side back door i complaint in maruti insurance and he was not give action about this topic and my car was keep in workshop about 7 days and he was not repair my car please give action about this topic

                                Sir,
                                My name is amol kumar ahirwar & my vehicle (Car) no. Is up93 an 0237
                                Has insured with your company policies. My car got hit in a minor
                                Accident & get several damages in it for that i went to prem motors
                                Body shop gwalior an authorized center of maruti insurance.in that
                                Accident my car staring excel, left side doors, top side of doors &
                                Bumper has been damaged. That has been inspect by serve-yer and given
                                Claim for that except staring excel & top side of doors. He says there
                                Is no intact in staring excel & top side of doors. But my staring is
                                Shaking that has been checked by a authorized maruti engineer and told
                                There is a problem in it. And serve-yer not accepting that either
                                Serve-yer get trial of that car then he know there is a problem or not
                                . The staring excel rod is looking bended and serve-yer is not looking
                                For it even a illiterate person can see that bend.
                                Is that your company covered
                                The insurance. I really shocked about serve-yer words. If this
                                Covered by your polices then i have to switch other good insurance
                                Company. Is that so then i have to inform to all my friends and people
                                Who has touch with me on social network.

                                My insurance renewal date is 7.5.2018, I remitted Rs 14986 on 4.5.2018 check Number 974609 date 5.5.2018 SBI (car reg.no:TN 65 AD 6325 swift) through Siva Maruti Ramanathapuram. But up to now I haven't receive insurance copy. So please sent me the insurance copy as soon as possible.
                                Its been around more than a month but I have not yet received the physical copy of my policy.

                                  Hello sir/Madam
                                  This is Karteek Penugondaa from Palvancha, Telangana state. I have purchased swift zxi from Varun motors Kothagudem on April-2015. Zero claim for 3 years. But two days back my car got hit by a two wheeler and both back and front bumpers damaged simultaneously but here your surveyor is not responding properly and showroom personnel are saying company has given approval for replacement only for rear bumper and only repair for front bumper.
                                  I am very much disappointed by hearing this as this is my first claim in 3 years and that to for very small amount. If this is the practice for a genuine cases, insurance is of no use and paying fine to transport authorities during checking is more economical or paying third party insurance is reasonable I think.
                                  I am working as Assistant Engineer in TSGENCO. In our kothagudem Thermal Power station we are nearly 100+ Maruti consumers and if this claim not happened hassle free, we all will think of only 3rd party insurance instead of full insurance.

                                  Please look into the matter and do the needful.

It is supposed to be received on 25.04.2018. Why delay happened? Please look in to this and send me the policy. My vehicle no. Is ka41z 4895. Earlier i had got insured by icici lombard. But this time i had made it online by logging into maruthi insurance website

                                        Had sent insurance premium 0n 9/4/2018, to your company thru blue dart.
                                        Have not received policy. One phone call was received from your office for eturn of cheque as claim was lodged, but their after 18 days lapsed but no response.
                                        The policy should not get affected.
                                        Please confirm for the sending of the policy for the sum paid. Matter needs immedate response.
                                        Cannot understand short or long message commuincation. As far as self is cocerned or any other message should have clarity.
