Dear sir,
My maruti suzuki alto 800 lxi car no. Rj18ca9829. Insurance of car is done from maruti insurance with policy no. 215700/31/2017/185713. Period of policy is 23 apr 17 to 22 apr 18.
Unfortunately on 14 sep 17, my car met with an accident. While driving the car suddenly a dog came in front of the car, i applied sudden break and car went in the left side off road. And collided with stones and a tree there. And front windshield glass, front bumper, left headlight damaged during that. I have 03 eye witness of the accident.
On 16 sep 17 i took the car to maruti suzuki, audi motors chirawa dist - jhunjhunu. And told the full incident to the service advisor and manager and submitted all required documents to them. They assured me that my work will be done and took my signature on blank forms. And what they filled in the forms i am not aware.
Now maruti suzuki chirawa service advisor called me and informed that insurance company has only approved windshield glass not the headlight and bumper.
If i have taken my car's insurance policy from maruti suzuki then i am not understood who is deciding authority. I only talk to maruti suzuki and you are fully responsible for my insurance policy and i dont want to talk any bank associated you in this policy. It is very clear if i paid to you for insurance then i want repairing work of car from you only. It is very embarrassing moment for me that after paying 8799/- for nil depreciation policy to maruti suzuki, you are not repairing my car. My car is continuously under insurance cover under maruti suzuki insurance from last 02 years. If you think that i should have video recorded or taken photograph at the time of accident then i may be on fault. If not like this, then why are you not repairing my car. Nothing is understood to me what do you want, why are you harassing me??? Poor response & rude behaviour of manager & service provider of maruti suzuki audi motors, chirawa every time. Its my biggest mistake that i m a customer of maruti suzuki.
It is not important that what your surveyor thinks. The important thing is that i have 03 eye witness of the accident and i can produce them whenever & wherever you want.
Being in the govt services and posted to delhi it is not feasible me to run around your maruti suzuki showroom.
At last again i am requesting you that my car may please be repaired under insurance policy at the earliest.
If not so, then please inform me at the earliest so that i will start legal proceeding against maruti suzuki, audi motors.
