On 26.06.17 against the maruti car tn -11-5340 proposal r[protected] an amount of rs 7647/- was debited against vide txn [protected]/0 in my icici online account. I tried with the bank so far. But they have written that the amount was credited for the favor of merchant i. E., maruti insurance. Policy was not issued against this transaction.

May i request you to refund the amount rs 7647/- at an earlier date please. The communication...

I am surprised to see that maruti insurance lost his credibility on commitment.
I renewed policy on 18 august 2017.

But after continuous follow up i was not recevied soft & hard copy till date.

100 of calls before renewal from agent after that 100 of times when i call after renewal there is no response from agent side even not picking my calls....

It is found that customers did not receives policy of motor till it expires from Maruti Insurance.When demanded they only gave request id. so customer have to renew the policy from themselves only irrespective of higher price .I think it is against interest of consumers.It is against fair competition. Consumers should have option to buy insurance policy a from his/her choice. Please look into the matter....
