Dear sir iam very regret to in form you that iwent to the service center for rectification of a small damage of my vehicle claim the service center incharge sri murali and the insurance valuater was cheated to me first they given accesment for rs 4167 and then it will changed to rs 3607 and more over what ever the damage repairing is must be in the claimed amount the valuator sri umamaheshwar of insurence also cheated to me. What ever evidence they done blunders photo copies is submitting here with necessary action against adarsha motors warangal refund the excess amount collected from me the insident done 21 sept 2017 my vehicle no ap36au 8685 my name is s. Sir, I have issued a cheque for insurance policy to beekay auto, Asansol but they neither issue me a policy nor giving any response.please take care.Now I am in critical juncture. On query they are doing argument which is not viable to me.

    Dear sir,
    My maruti suzuki alto 800 lxi car no. Rj18ca9829. Insurance of car is done from maruti insurance with policy no. 215700/31/2017/185713. Period of policy is 23 apr 17 to 22 apr 18.
    Unfortunately on 14 sep 17, my car met with an accident. While driving the car suddenly a dog came in front of the car, i applied sudden break and car went in the left side off road. And collided with stones and a tree there. And front windshield glass, front bumper, left headlight damaged during that. I have 03 eye witness of the accident.
    On 16 sep 17 i took the car to maruti suzuki, audi motors chirawa dist - jhunjhunu. And told the full incident to the service advisor and manager and submitted all required documents to them. They assured me that my work will be done and took my signature on blank forms. And what they filled in the forms i am not aware.
    Now maruti suzuki chirawa service advisor called me and informed that insurance company has only approved windshield glass not the headlight and bumper.
    If i have taken my car's insurance policy from maruti suzuki then i am not understood who is deciding authority. I only talk to maruti suzuki and you are fully responsible for my insurance policy and i dont want to talk any bank associated you in this policy. It is very clear if i paid to you for insurance then i want repairing work of car from you only. It is very embarrassing moment for me that after paying 8799/- for nil depreciation policy to maruti suzuki, you are not repairing my car. My car is continuously under insurance cover under maruti suzuki insurance from last 02 years. If you think that i should have video recorded or taken photograph at the time of accident then i may be on fault. If not like this, then why are you not repairing my car. Nothing is understood to me what do you want, why are you harassing me??? Poor response & rude behaviour of manager & service provider of maruti suzuki audi motors, chirawa every time. Its my biggest mistake that i m a customer of maruti suzuki.
    It is not important that what your surveyor thinks. The important thing is that i have 03 eye witness of the accident and i can produce them whenever & wherever you want.
    Being in the govt services and posted to delhi it is not feasible me to run around your maruti suzuki showroom.
    At last again i am requesting you that my car may please be repaired under insurance policy at the earliest.
    If not so, then please inform me at the earliest so that i will start legal proceeding against maruti suzuki, audi motors.

      Sir, l have issued a cheque for my renewal of insurance policy wb 40 s/2127 on 01/01/2017 to beekay auto, asansol. But till date i did not receive the policy. My policy will expire on 26/09/2017. On query to mr. Kaushik, insurance manager replied i will give you updates of policy. We have some ambiguity with swg, durgapur. Before collection of cheque by mr. Chittarath, sales boy from beekay, asansol given call hundred times. That time l have clearly told to him that last time i done my policy from swg, (I have recorded proof). He cleared me whatever may be the cases l will give you assurance l will hand over the same well before due date. Festival season coming if not get the same within two days from today, i will not accept the same. I will go for another insurance. Repeated times i have given call to customer care, i have a complaint no. Received from customer care. I have emailed to maruti insurance. But no fruitful result. Now i have no option rather than going to consumer court on 26/09/2017, against maruti insurance and beekay auto asansol. Thank you.

        Its intimated that i have renewed insurance of my car (No. Up-80/bk 6715) through your prem motors pvt ltd., agra vide cheque no.189479 dt 05/09/17 of rs. 5245/-. (Cheque is issued in favour of new india assurance co ltd.). After dully verification policy may be generated but policy paper has not delivered to my residential address or by hand till now.
        Hence, its requested you to provide policy paper of renewal of my car policy immidiately.

After clearance of the cheque on query they told now there is a problem between swg, durgapur and beekay. Where as cheque has been taken by beekay, asansol. Till date i did not receive my renewal policy neither any assurance to get policy. Now l am in critical juncture. Please help me out.

            On 26.06.2017 maruti insurance raised two proposals for my swift vxi maruti car tn-11-5340.
            (1) due to technical reasons the proposal r[protected] in morning was not accepted by the merchant. But i made payment from my icici bank by online vide txn no : [protected]/0 for rs 7647/- to maruti insurance. The amount was debited from my bank.
            (2) in the evening the proposal r[protected] was raised by the same maruti insurance and i made payment rs7647/- through my iob account by online through txn no; [protected] to maruti insurance.
            Subsequently insurance premium was issued for this txn immediately and i received it soon. Thanks for it sir/madam.
            My request is to revert the txn (1) and make arrangement to send the amount rs 7647/- soon to me as the amount was locked for more than two months. There should not be two txns for a single policy please.

                On 26.06.17 against the maruti car tn -11-5340 proposal r[protected] an amount of rs 7647/- was debited against vide txn [protected]/0 in my icici online account. I tried with the bank so far. But they have written that the amount was credited for the favor of merchant i. E., maruti insurance. Policy was not issued against this transaction.

                May i request you to refund the amount rs 7647/- at an earlier date please. The communication address is furnished in the policy itself. Of course the insurance was paid by another account i. E., iob debit card of mine on the same day.

M jose, have be part of your company insurance for last three years and my other three cars which r registered on my sons kl 73 a 2918 of (Bineesh, kl 73 a 1239 of joby also follows. I was thinking of your service to be best and cheap till last week. But recently i got bitter experience i was enquired for my renewal of kl 73 1293 and i was told of 12500/. Later i went to office to take and i was asked to give 13500/. For full cover. Then i got confused and enquired to other company, then united insurance told me only 11200/. Then i really got to know about your company' s policy and have been cheating me for last three years regarding the amount.
                  Now it is my time for the renewal of kl 73 1293. I request you to give me an immediate reply regarding the amount which has to least so that i can get the premium from your company it self.

                    I am jayan. Np. My vehicle is wagon r amt, reg. No. Is kl65h5337. My vehicle insurance validity finishes on 26/08/2017. So i paid my premium amount on 16/08/2017 to popular vehicle and service pachakkil, malaparamba, kozhikode. Staff assured that u will get your insurance papers by 2_3 days. I didn't get any information or call from this centre. So after 1 wk i tried to contact these people but failed. So i called my friend working in popular maruti manjeri, where i bought my car and he asked these people to call me. Even then i didn't get any call. Three times i called my friend, then only i got the cal. That is on 24/08/2017. Staff told u will get verification cal. And i got the cal within one hour. Today 28/08/17. Means my insurance papers expired by 2 day's. Till now i didn't get any information. If something happens to my car what should i do. I already filed case in consumer court. Please find solution for this or expect it's outcome

                      I am surprised to see that maruti insurance lost his credibility on commitment.
                      I renewed policy on 18 august 2017.

                      But after continuous follow up i was not recevied soft & hard copy till date.

                      100 of calls before renewal from agent after that 100 of times when i call after renewal there is no response from agent side even not picking my calls.

                        Soft copy received after follow up on 7th july.
                        Hard copy not received till date.

                        There are 100 calls before renewal from agent after that no response.

                        Please make sure it should reach us or let’s arrange for penalty of 100% refund.

                            I have bought maruti dzire registration number pb08 de 7776 from lovely auto jalandhar in dec, 2015. I renew my insurance on 27 dec, 2016.

                            Unfortunatly, i meet with an accident. Now i can to take claim of my insurance poly. But i have be told that claim for front and back bumper is sectioned, but repair can not be section for the side. What is the reason behind it they do not justify it.

                                I took an alto k10 on 2015. Last year maruti insurance team renewed my insurance before one month of it's expiry and brought to my residence. I am a nri. Because of that i am asking your team to prepare the renewal of the insurance and bring to the residence. This time since last two weeks i am calling for renewal of the insurance, nobody is responding satisfactorily. From last 2 week i was keeping the money for the renewal. My car number is kl 22 h 2248.                                   Myself w/o (Indian airforce) form gujarat.
                                  My car no. Is gj01rg3493.
                                  Car - maruti suzuki ritz vdi
                                  I had taken maruti insurance from kataria maruti surat. Mr. Mayur has come from collecting the cheque and offered me two free service and one accident coupon. He told me that he will courier me all the coupons. I had follow up till three months all the times i had gotten the reply that the coupon is in printing press.

                                  Now they are saying that mayur is no more with us so we will not give you coupons. My insurance is due in september 2017. If i will not get the coupons i will not renew the insurance with maruti. And also i will take this case in consume form.

                                    It is found that customers did not receives policy of motor till it expires from Maruti Insurance.When demanded they only gave request id. so customer have to renew the policy from themselves only irrespective of higher price .I think it is against interest of consumers.It is against fair competition. Consumers should have option to buy insurance policy a from his/her choice. Please look into the matter.

                                      Renewal policy number: 3001/MI[protected]/00/00

                                      have renewed by car insurance on 2.1.2017 by paying through ICICI net banking with Maruthi Insurance online. form that date i have send several mails and registered complaints to get my hard copy of my renewed policy.

                                      But till date i have not received it.
                                      Maruti Insurance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I have renewed the my car policy through Maruti online car No. AP28BP9606 vide policyt Policy No: MOP4368258 Dated: 29-May-2017. till now I have not received Original Policy.

                                      there fore i request you to send at the earlies.
