I have sent multiple emails however no reply from maruti insurance. Really pathetic service and they do not respond. I have renewed my car insurance 15 days back and just after 3 days, maruti insurance stopped replying.. If this is the service they r providing in initial stage; probably they won't even care if we will need help to settle claims in case of any unfortunate incident. Really hopeless service....

The car meet with an accident on 16th june 2017, it was towed to maruti authorised service centre, taloja on the same day. The insurance approval process was completed on 11th july 2017 after rigorous follow up with icici lombard (Approx. 4 weeks). A job card no.
