I have sent multiple emails however no reply from maruti insurance. Really pathetic service and they do not respond. I have renewed my car insurance 15 days back and just after 3 days, maruti insurance stopped replying.. If this is the service they r providing in initial stage; probably they won't even care if we will need help to settle claims in case of any unfortunate incident. Really hopeless service.

    My entire insurance record is missing in maruti company system, while i have original copies of my policies in the past. They are saying that i have never taken an insurance with them at all since it is not showing on their system.
    From the time i purchased my vehicle i have been taking insurance from them only. My car met with an accident and is in their workshop since they are not able to figure out my policy from their system. I am spending thousands of rupees in commuting. It is a big loss not to have your car for last 3 weeks for the mistake of maruti insurance.

      मैने अपनी कार alto cg 04 hc 7648 का insurance मारूति इंश्योरेंस ब्रोकिंग प्रा. लि. से करवाया है। १3 तारीख को मेरी गाड़ी का एक्सीडेंट एक ट्रक से होने के कारण दोनों साइड के पिछले दरवाजे डेमेज हो गए, मैने मारूति सु्जुकी के अधिकृत डीलर स्काई आटो रायपुर तेलिबांधा में जा कर जहां से मैने अपनी कार खरीदी थी इंश्योरेंस क्लेम किया किंतु कंपनी के इंश्योरेंस सर्वेयर द्वारा न केवल दुर्व्यहार किया गया बल्कि मेरा क्लेम भी रिजेक्ट कर दिया गया। मैं इससे काफी आहत एवं कंपनी द्वारा ठगा हुआ महसुस कर रहा हूँ।

          First priyanka from prem motors agra she was calling me regarding my dezire insurance at that time she was tel me sir we will provide you free discount coupon on paid service labour and wheel allignment. On friday 10/11/17 i was going to prem motor dealership to done my car insurance there i was with insurance manager and exicutive he was tell me sir we will provide you free discount coupons on paid service labour. I was pay money to done my car insurance and saying me when you collect your policy we will mention on your policy of discount coupens. Next day when i was going to dealership to collect my insurance policy and saying me sir we will not provide any coupons to any customer. After that why i am going to this dealership to my car service.

            Dear sirs,
            Since i bought the car alto lxi-kl11y8505, i am taking the insurance from your co. Which is in popular service center, calicut. Every year after the verification either i collect the policy (If i am having service at that time) or they send the policy to my home (Which is very clearly mentioned in your policy backside-home delivery) where i am paying the cash and take the policy. Yesterday, the delivery guy came and without policy and proper change. When i inquired he says it will come later in the post!?. My policy expires on 12th of this month, and now i am living in bangalore, i came down for this purpose. Moreover, the address mention in the policy was my old address, now a shopping complex exists there. If you send by post, i never get the policy. When i spoke to the manager mob. [protected], that gentle man says after printing the policy, i don't give the money, they have to cancel. Is it some kind of joke?! More than 10 years i am taking the policy from the same branch, suddenly how they don't believe and don't trust me, that i won't pay. When they come with the policy i am always pay, because i call them for the policy. These many years i am doing the same without fail. Now suddenly they don't trust me!? I am really very upset and pissed-off towards their attitude of the a/m branch people's behaviour. I have to return to bangalore, but i am struck due to the above incident. This is what i am getting from the maruti company for my more than 10 years of policy taking. So far i never claimed a single paise from the company. This is the reward for that.

              I have submit my car at maruti service center for take insurance claim for left side running board damage. But maruti executive not seen properly of damage. I compel to executive that please call me on time of survey.
              But after leave service center they call me on mobile & say that surveyor was not log the claim of damage left side running board.

              Due to festival of diwali i have pay the amount rs-2500/- & i take my car.

              But my complain is what is the benefit of insurance i have take when i have in problem.

              So please do the need full.

                  My maruti suzuki wagan r lx i car against maruti insurance policy no-[protected] given for body repairing under insurance beacuse a high speed sport bike heated by car from front right side which heated the bumper & then the body of bike with its handle heated both the right side doors resulting in damages/scraches/dent of both door with breakage of bumper from right corner. The isurance office mr. Mukesh kumar bhagwani refused to give claim of both the doors. I am purchasing maruti insurance policy from last five years & all servicing/repairs i am doing only in authorized maruti showroom from last 5 years. First time the genuine claim is refusing by the insurance officer. My insurance will be renewed again from maruti on 1st nov 2017 but if this type of cheating will be done with us then we not only stop purchasing maruti insurance but also i am immediately go to cunsumer forum. Also i will charge the losses due to non availabilty of my car which is effecting intensively my daily field work from the date of receiving of my car in maruti show room.

                  No confirmation received till now & as I am a marketing executive & my job is field work, if company delay in claim settlement then I shall aproach consumer forum for help & huge loss due to late decision in claim settlement.Also I shall not take delivery until I get my full claim.

                    Due to non receipt of communication from rohan motor or insurance company my car was at risk and i had to pay double premium due to fault of your company.

                    I request you to look into matter and compensate the enhanced amount of premium.

                      I have renewed my car insurance policy through prem motors pvt. Ltd. Agra. Policy has renewed by maruti insurance on 05.0917 but still i do not receive its original policy paper/document either from prem motors or maruti insurance ltd itself.
                      Mean time i have booked complaint on 20.09.17 regarding this in your customer care cell vide complaint no [protected]. Status of my complaint is still same and your customer care is unable to resolve my problem yet. Hope you will understand my problem and take appropriate action to provide my original policy paper either by post or by hand.

                        Dear sir/ma'am,
                        I'm writing this email for complaining about the insurance services provided by maruti insurance company.
                        On 17th oct 2017 i got renewed my car insurance by online. On 18th it was about to expire.
                        My policy no was[protected] with the name saurabh tyagi and registration number was - up15 aa 3204.

                        I called your executive and renewed this policy by making payment online.
                        The transaction amount was 3705 inr and bank reference number was
                        T05234 & proposal number was r43554574.

                        We got successful acknowledgement for payment & policy, so we got ensured that our policy has been renewed.

                        On 20th oct 17, we came to know that we didn't receive policy document by email as earlier at the time of renewal we're told.

                        So i called customer care helpline and told that we didn't received policy on mail. From there, we're told that she's punching the request for the same.

                        On 22nd oct 17, we checked the policy hard copy and found this sent policy document is old, so we called again cce and request to issue renewed policy document for year 2018.

                        Now the cce told us that your policy has expired and didn't got renewed. We asked for reason why did the policy couldn't be renewed but we got no reply till date.

                        In this scenario, i was using my car as i was sure that i renewed the policy so from 18th oct 17 to 22nd oct 17, in between if i met some miss hapening, who will be the responsible? Surely i was not. Because i was ensured by acknowledgement that i got successfully renewed it.

                        And now what should i do?
                        It was not my mistake if policy is expired before getting it renewed as from my end i got it renewed, it is the fault of maruti insurance company who didn't perform it or provided me wrong acknowledgment.

                        Still we're in dilemma what to do or what not as we've lost our money too and we've no response or acknowledgment about the policy. While we've communicated multiple times to help desk for the same.

                          My policy number is 3001/mi[protected]/00/000. I given my vehicle to service and for the same insurance claim was made. Due to some worst service and customer care in fortpoint service... I contacted maruti insurance for the details like how much insurance approved and is any thing is pending for approval. Unfortunately maruti insurance not able to provide any single bit of information... If maruti insurance is doing only broker service (Inter mediator) then what is the use of taking insurance through maruti insurance.

                          Please check with the concern insurance company and get the details i mentioned above.

                          I don't want any service advisor or any other contact number. Please provide the exact details i required.

                            With reference to my vvechile number dl-5ch - 0918, i have just now renewed by motor policy from bagga link motors (Patparganj). My concern with this current policy is idv. Everytime depreciation of 10% is done but this time they have exceeded big time. As per my last policy my total idv was 256100 whereas this time my idv is 223800, as per me this is more than 10% of depreciation. I have visited the dealer but these people are not at all cooperative and giving useless excuses. This is serious customer exploitation. Kindly take serious action and correct my idv.

                                  The car meet with an accident on 16th june 2017, it was towed to maruti authorised service centre, taloja on the same day. The insurance approval process was completed on 11th july 2017 after rigorous follow up with icici lombard (Approx. 4 weeks). A job card no. Jc17003699 dtd. 11th july 17 was created with etd was 11th aug.2017.

                                  Finally the car was handed over on 14th sept.2017, still with some problems to be resolved. Again had to follow up regularly with icici lombard for the clearance.

                                  It has taken 4 months for handing over the car. The insurance was of maruti and the reparing was also done at maruti authorised service centre.

                                  Do you think that 4 months are required for the repairs?

                                  Do you think that i should renew the policy with you again after going through so much of pain?

                                  Hoping for favourable and prompt reply as the policy is due for renewal on 30th oct.2017.

                                    I had deposited rs 12241/- for car insurance on 3rd october at rana moters tis hazari and i was told by madam jagriti that policy will be delivered to your address within 2or 3 days by the executive.
                                    On7th oct i phoned to madam jagriti she reply me that policy is with mr aryan who delivere policy till evening. Mr aryan was contacted at 7 pm who reply that he is late today and he will be come tommorow on 8th oct.
                                    To day at about 6:30 hrs i again phone to madam jagriti she did not picked my phone, than i phoned to mr aryan said me that he will be come within one and half hours.
                                    Sorry to say that nither policy delivered to me nor my phone picked by any body.
                                    Kindly arrnage to delivere my car insurance policy at the earliest.

                                      I hitesh sharma want to lodge a complaint against “the new india assurance co. Ltd.”. I have maruti swift zdi which is insured through the above mentioned company since january 2015 and further renewed every year. My car is insured till january 2018, policy no.[protected] with zero depreciation cover. So i am paying higher amount as compare to normal insurance cover.
                                      My car got hit by three sides due to sudden break by 3 consecutive cars in my front and 1 bike hit at my back and when i tried to save the accident by moving the car by my side the running board was also affected by the laying stones near the divider (As some metro construction was going on) on 28th september 2017. I went to the bagga link maruti service center, vasant kunj, new delhi on the same day and claimed for the insurance for front, back and side running board of my vehicle. They kept my car and asked for car rc, insurance papers and my driving license, which i submitted at the same time. I was told that the insurance company survey will be held and they will confirm that what all will be covered under the insurance. I did not have any call from the insurance company but i got the sms from bagga link service center with ref no. Jc17009191 that estimated date of delivery of my car is 5th october 2017, and they have received our vehicle to satisfaction. But on 30th september 2017, i got the call from the bagga link service center and they conveyed that only front side of our car will be covered.
                                      Then i spoke to insurance company’s customer care no. And they told that for full cover i need to give the fir report and they are unable to cover multiple damage ever. I was not told to submit fir report on the same day when i got the accident, now after 2 days how can i file fir for back date? I have claimed for the insurance for the first time in three consecutive years and now i am so much clear that the company is not going to execute my claim ever, which is really very disappointing. I want to take some strict action against this behavior of insurance company.

                                      Worst service very long process
                                      I have claim but service exeucative donot coparate ihave report them on 20 th june but till date they could not provide or call me .for small repairing they say for 7days time . It is very uncomfortable.i have filled the form but still now no progress .worst peocess.further i do not go with u .thanks

                                        While issuing policy, i was just told bumper to bumper, and would cover everything. I wasn't informed anything about engine protector. Now that i faced engine problem, i am being told that it is not covered. I called up 'kalyani motors pvt. Ltd' who issued the insurance policy, and they blatantly say that they don't mention to customers about engine protector option. Isn't it unfair that i wasn't told about engine protector, and i have to now bear the brunt of spending more than a lakh on getting my car repaired (Ka 05 mt 1686).
                                        I am deeply dissatisfied with inadequate information provided at the time of policy issuance, and therefore i have to suffer.
