Dear sirs,
Since i bought the car alto lxi-kl11y8505, i am taking the insurance from your co. Which is in popular service center, calicut. Every year after the verification either i collect the policy (If i am having service at that time) or they send the policy to my home (Which is very clearly mentioned in your policy backside-home delivery) where i am paying the cash and take the policy. Yesterday, the delivery guy came and without policy and proper change. When i inquired he says it will come later in the post!?. My policy expires on 12th of this month, and now i am living in bangalore, i came down for this purpose. Moreover, the address mention in the policy was my old address, now a shopping complex exists there. If you send by post, i never get the policy. When i spoke to the manager mob. [protected], that gentle man says after printing the policy, i don't give the money, they have to cancel. Is it some kind of joke?! More than 10 years i am taking the policy from the same branch, suddenly how they don't believe and don't trust me, that i won't pay. When they come with the policy i am always pay, because i call them for the policy. These many years i am doing the same without fail. Now suddenly they don't trust me!? I am really very upset and pissed-off towards their attitude of the a/m branch people's behaviour. I have to return to bangalore, but i am struck due to the above incident. This is what i am getting from the maruti company for my more than 10 years of policy taking. So far i never claimed a single paise from the company. This is the reward for that.
