Dear sir,
I purchased maruti alto 800 lxi model-2014.
Till now our car did not get any claim because it did not hit any where.but maruti insurance company is showing that we have got the claim on[protected].the installment of insurance for our vehicle no-hp 24d-0950 has been increased. Kindly go through the matter and take necessary action pls. Kindly inform us as soon as possible.

    My vehicle KL 18 K6978 was insured by maruti insurance at vatakara and was to be renewed wef midnight of 6.3.16, Accordingly I rang up maruti dealer at vadakara to send somebody to my home address for collection of premium. The lady at the counter asked me to attend the next call but it never came. I Waited for the next day but no body came. Finally at the last hour I had to call up another insurance co to help me who did it promptly. I would like to know what impeded the vatakara dealer from action up on my request...vijayaraghavan nambiar

      I have owned a Maruti Swift vdi no KL 43 F 5702.Initially i paid an insurance amount of around Rs 18, 000/- through Maruti insurance-Indus motors Thevera, Kochin, Kerala .Second year it was reduced to Rs 6000/-.This year i got information that the insurance is Rs 10000/- plus, The actual amount is Rs 4000/- plus and the balance is no claim bonus.Since i did a work for running board and paid Rs 2000/- and balance as claim. So i am asking is no claim bonus is more than 80% of insurance amount?.Also i took ISP for 3 years.So after all when i calculate all i have no benefit.So kindly consider the same and do needful.

      Being a Maruti customer for past 12 years.

        My car insurance is going to get expired on 30 march 2016, I have played my insurance premium 1 month before but till now not received policy .. Maruthi showroom ppl tel u get verification call but not received .. Every day I go to show room but nothing happening.. Really not happy with this insurance company troubling us lot

            I have renewed my car insurance policy through Maruti's FUTURE AUTO WHEELS (P) Ltd., deharadun, uttaranchal on 10.08.2015(policy no.-[protected]) and got the certificate for the same but today i.e.26.02.2016 when Maruti's another delar Atelier Automobiles Pvt.Ltd, saharanpur, Uttar Pardesh is filling the online claim (As my car minorilly got accidented) its showing policy cancelled.I have contacted to the GM of FUTURE AUTO WHEEL in this regard & he simplly replied that the person has left the company through whoem you have renewed the policy, so he and compay is not responsible for this .

            Sir its a very serious matter of finincial fraud by Maruti's delar and due to this i m seriouslly going through mantel hareshment b...hope get a favourable response by your side

                    Dear sir, I am sorry for Complaint a Reputed world Famous company Maruti insurance . I am owner of Alto lXI car no. Up 81-ap 1752. Authorised maruti dealer dev motors (aligarh) has been renew by car insurance policy by fraud. On the time of payment dealer executive said give me you pay normal insurance amount and when your insurance convert into zero depreciation then you pay of the differences of normal insurance and zero depreciation insurance, but after issue the policy obtained normal insurance and we say to please convert into zero depreciation . But now dealer say you are not eligible for zero depreciation . Now i am requested to give me justice and help me. My policy no.[protected]

                      हेल्लो सर /मैडम मेरी Ertiga कार का नंबर है PB 10 EL 9590. Bajaj allianz से मेरी car ki insurance policy 25 dec से पहले ही paid ho चुकी है। पर मुझे अभी तक Insurance की original copy नहीं मिली । policy की payment by cheque दी गयी। मेरी कार की policy ludhiana ke swani motor{ feroz gandhi market branch }से renew हुयी है। प्लीज मुझे जल्दी से जल्दी इन्शुरन्स कॉपी भेजी जाये धन्यवाद।

                        Say no to Maruti Insurance. After 1 week, i did not get proper resolution. Very very bad customer service. My vehicle had got damaged in a place 450kms far away from where i'm. They are asking me to go and register a FIR copy and submit that to get the insurance claim for 4000 Rupees. Better go with Third party insurance and Service. In my experience most of the time i have never been happy with Maruti & its Dealers I don't find value with Maruti & its Insurance at all. Good bye Maruti!!!

                          I have Maruti Alto k10. paying insurance regularly through maruti show room itself., since two years, Dealer not giving service properly, not giving policy on time. this time even the dealer head giving wrong commitment, and not receiving policy till date., paid premium on 8th dec. cash. verification done before 3 days.

                            I have purchased a new Baleno from Nexa, Agra and old policy 50% NCB has been availed on the insurance of the car. This policy was in relation to National Insurance Co. Ltd. I received a call in the evening of 3rd Dec for the confirmation regarding the insurance. The person who called did not inform me that the new insurance is being changed into Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Co Ltd. Had he informed me I would have never changed but stayed on with National Insurance Co. Ltd. I only came to know about this change at the time of delivery of this vehicle to me on 4th Dec, 2015. Secondly no benefit of NCB protect or engine protect has been provided in the new Insurance. Thirdly the premium charged in exorbitant in comparison to what National would have charged.

                              My vehicle is repaired at Maruti Suzuki Workshops HINDUSTAN AUTO AGENCY HAZARIBAG in the Jharkhand State . Maruti Insurance ensures a hassle-free and fair claim settlement, but my claim is not settled directly between the Hindustan Auto Agency and the Insurance Company dealer are force to me for personal involvement or follow up with surveyors. With Maruti Insurance I am compromise on the quality of repair/replacement-parts that need repair are not repaired. That need dent & paint are not repaired.

                                I brought and serviced a Alto 800 new car. Second year Insurance renewal made on the basis they given an offer for break fluid top up coolent top up 4 - 5 car wash etc etc but the executive come with policy document for collecting cash he said he not bring the service coupon he will bring it tomarrow...After two three days they said they will not giving the service coupon. The reason they said " I made renewal on the last day. . Later the third year renewal come they informed me to renewal but that time I am in Dubai after 5 month I come back and called Hercules Insurance for renewal they said they will not giving the no claim bonous ...But the same offer they said to me... May I do Insurance renewal with out no claim bonous and Offer...

                                  The insured:e.I.Joy-policy no:[protected]-issue date:30.07.14- insurer:national insurance co.Ltd- sourced and serviced through: maruti insurance broking pvt.Ltd:- i am a physically handicapped person. The medical board for persons with disabilities certified my disability. I purchased a maruti celerio vxi amt car from brd, chalakudy and the car was registered on 30.7.14. This vehicle is exempted from payment of tax. And free tax token is issued.I am eligible for handicapped user discount if i insure my car with any of the public sector insurance company. While i purchased the car i discussed this matter with maruti insurance and they issued insurance policy of national insurance co.Ltd. Maruti insurance assured me that they would refund the handicapped user discount after obtaining the copy of rc of the car.Accordingly, i submitted my request for the refund of discount along copies of rc, free tax token, disability certificate, insurance policy and cancelled cheque. Since no response from maruti insurance i contacted mr.Varghese, manager, brd, chalakudy on 11.1.15. As per his direction, i again sent copies of all documents to maruti insurance with a note 'attention mr.Sambath kumar. Again i sent a reminder on 23.1.15. I waited for one month. Since no response, i called maruti insurance for refund. Then they assured me that they would adjust the handicapped user discount of the existing policy in the next renewal premium. On 13.6.15, maruti insurance called me to remind the renewal date of the policy(i.E. On 29, 7, 15) then i requested them to advice me the renewal premium after adjusting discount for the existing policy and renewal policy. Then i am instructed to contact mr.Sukumaran, works manager, brd chalkudy. As per his request, i again e-mailed all my previous correspondence which he transmitted to maruti insurance.. Maruti insurance again called me on 29.6.15 to submit the copy of the rc. I sent the same on 29th june itself.. On 10th july maruti insurance instructed me to submit the original documents at brd, chalakudy for verification. I submitted these documents on 17.7.15 and mr.Varghese, the manager, verified the documents and returned to me. On july 28 th i again called mr.Varghese to know the fate of my discount refund.I also reminded him that next day i s the renewal date of the policy and requested him to take fast action. Then he advised me to call maruti insurance at brd, ho, trichur. My call was attended smt.Sandhya. Then she told me that there is no provision for handicapped user discount and advised to remit full premium for renewal. Then i contacted three public sector insurance companies with my documents including national insurance co.Ltd. All are offered handicapped user discount of 50% on basic premium on vehacle and accessories. Then i renewed my policy with united india insurance co.Ltd with 50 % discount. Therefore, i request you to refund my discount at the earlist

                                    Dear Sir, I own the most valuable brand Maruti Swift VXI Car since last 2 years. Against it I had taken the Insurance from Maruti Service Showroom (Pebco Motors, Jamshedpur). My Insurance was expired on 14th July'15 & I went to Showroom for renewal on 24th July'15 She has told me that since the Insurance has been expired, there needs the survey of Car. I told her to get it done at my home, which was done timely on 25th July'15 On the next day, when I went to showroom to take the status of Insurance, she was not present in office & the other person told me that they are not getting the photo of Surveyed vehicle in the system On 27th July'15, when again I went to showroom then she told me that by mistake the person has communicated you the wrong information. Photo is available. I asked her about the status of Insurance then she asked me that, have yo receieved any if the approval call. I told her no. She told me to deposit the money against the Insurance & on receiving of approval they will intimate us about it. I deposit the insurance premium of Rs 9, 128/-. I had not receieved any of the call till 31st Aug'15. I went to showroom again on 31st Aug'15, then she again asked me (Have you receieved any of the approval call. I told them "No". She told me to check again on 1st Aug'15. When I went to showroom on the next day, then she has told me that the approval date was wrongly entered in the system by them & due to this approval request was rejected. They had rectified it. She told me to collect the Insurance certificate on 3rd Aug'15 in the noon. When I was on the way to collect the Insurance certificate, I received the call from her that there is some problem in the system, so please don't come. Again on 4rth Aug'15, I went to showroom in the noon, she told me to wait for sometime. I waited for 25 minutes & finally after the so much of difficulty, I receieved the certificate. She told me that there is a scheme & against the scheme I will get the "Free service coupon & Perfume" against the Insurance renewal. But she told me to come on 5th Aug'15. When I went to showroom at 1 pm then she told me that the respective person (Mr Anup) went to collect the Kits from the service Centre, so please come on 3 pm & she will advise Mr Vikram to keep it with him & told me to collect it from him as she will join the office aftr lunch at 3.30 pm. When I again went to showroom on 3 pm then, Mr Vikram told me that she has not receieved any of the advise from her & I had to come without the respective Kits. I am totally frustated with such type of service.

                                      last year in august 2014, I have gone many time to you Kullu and Mandi showroom for car insurance but they always said that site is in maintenance and manually locked. after that i have choose Bajaj Allinaz.

                                      same thing is happened again, for renewal 2 time i have gone to kullu maruti showroom but they suggest me go for icici, National Insurance Site is locked and under maintenance.

                                        Respected sir I m one of the customer & member of maruti suzuki family I have a alto k10 which is buy from the Rishabh Dealer Batala Road Amritsar But I am very sorry to say that the service quality of this Rishabh auto service center is very very Poor I never preferred Rishabh auto service center for the servicing of my vehicles Since this vehicle for which I am writing now have purchased from Rishab auto I met an accident in 3.07.2015 and my car damaged i went to the rishabh dealer services for repairing my car But the service provided by these dealer are not good They are trying to make me fool Insurence dealing head say that rear bumper of my car is not repaired but it as damaged when the accident occured But employee of the dealer say that there is no provision to repair the rear bumper according to insurence policy I want to repair the rear bumper Now my question is that is it the rules of your company if its really is the rule of your company it should be written in the owners manual But I found nothing like that inscribed in the manual This is not a good reflection of maruti's standards So plz i request you to repair the rear bumper of my car
