Dear sir,
I purchased maruti alto 800 lxi model-2014.
Till now our car did not get any claim because it did not hit any where.but maruti insurance company is showing that we have got the claim on[protected].the installment of insurance for our vehicle no-hp 24d-0950 has been increased. Kindly go through the matter and take necessary action pls. Kindly inform us as soon as possible.

I have sent my WagonR car o Rana Motor Wazirpur for insurance claim towards crack of front glass of car and theft of car battery on 31.01.2016. My car i still with Rana Motor and no any information and status received from them and my insurance claim is still on hold.

Say no to Maruti Insurance. After 1 week, i did not get proper resolution. Very very bad customer service. My vehicle had got damaged in a place 450kms far away from where i'm. They are asking me to go and register a FIR copy and submit that to get the insurance claim for 4000 Rupees. Better go with Third party insurance and Service.
