Dear sir/ madam Here i am informing that i had renewed my policy for Car no. GJ1KB188 FROM your AUTHORIZED DEALER AMAR CAR PVT LTD AT VADODARA GUJARAT ABOUT A MONTH BACK.AT THE SAME TIME I ALSO GIVE CHEQUE FOR TWO MORE CARS OF MY RELATIVE FOR RENEWAL OF INSURANCE.BUT TILL DATE I DONT RECEIVE MY COPY OF POLICY.I CALLED THEM MORE THAN 3 TIMES IN IN A DURATION OF A MONTH BUT THE NUMBER THEY PROVIDE NEVER RECEIVE CALL AND WHEN I CALL ON SHOWROOM EVERY TIME THEY SAY THAT THEY HAD DISPATCH IT BUT TILL DATE I DONT RECEIVE IT.A CALL IN LAST WEEK THEY PROMISE ME TO SEND IT IN MY EMAIL I PROVIDE THEM MY ID BUT THEY DIDNT SEND IT.EVEN THEY TOLD ME TO COLLECT IT FROM SHOWROOM ON THIS SUNDAY 12/10/14 BUT WHEN AFTER TRAVELLING ABOUT 125 KM FROM AHMEDABAD TO BARODA WHEN I CONTACT ON SHOW ROOM THEY TOLD ME THAT TODAY INSURANCE DEPARTMENT IS NOT WORKING.SO THIS IS REALLY GROSSLY CARRY BAD IMPREAAION FOR N9T ONLY SHOWROOM BUT ALSO FOR MARUTI INAURANCE.     i have maruti wagon r cng car. my car policy has been verified and issued after renewal of it on 24.09.2014, which is already due on 11.10.2014 till date i have not forwarded the copy of renewal. After calling ur office, they don't know the correct location of policy. at the time of collecting cheque one ms madhavi promised me to deliver by hand in two day. now she don't know about policy and where is it. when she passed phone to another staff, she is telling me ur policy is returned by courier company, if she told me by hand delivery then why forwarded through courier. i don't have any proof of renewal, if anything goes wrong who will responsible. my question is that i[censored] calls or forward sms 100 times for renewal it is your duty to insure timely delivery of policy also . on 11.10.2014 ms madhavi told me that she will send mail to me, but till date i have not received any mail also . i[censored] r not able to provide good service then don't disturb car owners. please send my policy at the early or i have no option to go for another option. rajesh s.waghmare

      Today i went to get my vehicle insured in this said branch. I am not ready with my copy of vehicle RC copy.So when i request that dealing insurance guy to provide me with the copy of the documents.Then he said i don't have Photocopy facilities here and ask me to get those done from some photocopier which i think is quite far.So the request him to get that scan and provide me that copy as the scanner facility is already there.In this way he just give that old copy to me. What to my surprise is that he just intentionally want me to go that distance to make that copy inspite he could finish that job in his office.In this way he just humiliate me.Then after that i just said to him why are u doing such thing like that, he said it doesn't matter wherever you complaint. I went to that sales officer and they just ignore me completely and just do nothing.That time the big boss is also there and also he did nothing.Anyway being a share holder of this company myself, it is very said to see such person who don't care about the companies performance.I definitely look forward to hear from u what action has taken.

      I have maruti swift dzire with MH12 HV 6321, I renewed my policy dt.19.03.2015 in sai service centre, phuge wadi, pune, but still date I don't receive policy. more than 5 calls to executive but no confirm answers from her.

        My car policy is expiring on 20.10.14. I visited Jeewan Motors Bhopal for renewal and filled in the form and deposited the Cheque on 7.10.14. In the form, I have requested to change my previous address and given my present adress as follows:- Previous adress: Mrs.Valsala Sundaran, C-22, Income Tax Colony, Residency Area, Indore(MP) Present address:-Mrs.Valsala Sundaran, No.7/ Type-4, Income Tax Colony, Bharat Nagar, Shahpura, Bhopal-462 039(MP) However, when I received the Policy today, to my utter dismay, half of the adress was of Indore and half of it was of Bhopal. Although, the adress has nothing to do with the Policy, as commented by the Team Leader of the Insurance Section, half adress of Indore and half address of Bhopal, will definitely, create problems. The adress mentioned was as follows:- Mrs.Valsala Sundaran, No.7/ Type-4, Income Tax Colony, Residency Area, Bharat Nagar, Shahpura, Indore-462 039(MP) In my view, this is a grave mistake and deterrent action is to be taken. I have, therefore, returned the Policy to the Insurance section of the Dealer for correction. In this context, I may mention here that I had to call them several times to inquire about the status of my Policy and they never called me when the Policy was received. Finally, when I got it, it was in a bad shape. You are, therefore, requested to look into the matter and arrange to issue the corrected Policy without harassing me any more.           First Complaint: - My Policy is expiring on 22.10.2014. Even I, on my own, had made a phone call for at least 5-7 times and then only on the last month, my insurance policy could be verified at Vishakhatnama but even till today i.e. expiry of about 10 days, none has paid any heed even to make a call to me. Really deprecable. Rajeev Dang Second Complaint: -Today, after making an on-line complaint, an employee called me who, being so annoyed and harsh, stated that due to heavy rush and in view of the ample time in expiration of Policy, we give weightage to the new and ensuing customers. This is the level of attending existing customers. I am seriously thinking to switch over to a new Insurance Company. I hereby request the highest official in the Company to view my complaint seriously. I am still very disappointed.

                  Recently my car had accident i have given the car to Mandovi Motors at haralur road for body repair and insurance claim. I was told the estimate to be paid from my pocket would be approx 8000 rs after insurance person visit, they kept veichle for 10days saying door is not available and finally i went to service center and sat for 3hrs to get my veichle delivered. In the final bill, I was charged for the total amount of 18200.00 rupees after all the insurance claim. The person could not give me clear answer on why the amount is so high the reason for so high inspite of claiming the insurance AND there was no itemized bill given to me that excludes the insurance coverage. I GOT CHEATED BY MANDOVI MOTORS (Haralur Road, Bangalore) PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS ASAP AND ARRANGE FOR THE RETURN OF CASH My details: Vasudevan Veichle Number - KA 01 MD 5513

                    I have 2 nos. of maruti vehicles, and both are insured with Maruti Insurance at R D Motors, Nagaon, Assam. Earlier I got nice service as money collected from my native place Hatbor, Kaliabor and policy sent to place smoothly. But this time before couple of few months, your agent (R D Motors) collected policy amount but after repeated request the said policy is not given. Vehicle No AS 03 C 6030. I regularly made follow up with the dealer. Kindly do the needful.

                      Dear sir, My Ritz car had been accident & damaged due to suddenly a dog come inside in my car when I was on the road and after that inform the nearest maruti dealer, they told me you arrange to send your car in our work shop as well as I also arrange to send my car through tow & paid Rs .1800/ on emergency & hand over the car in Reliable industries Dealer Maruti UNIT 2.at Kolakushma, Dhanbad vide Temporary receipt No 705 dated 14/08/2014 .but till now no action taken in this regard as because no spares available in his workshop .Therefore you are requested kindly do the needful action in the regard & arrenge to repair my car as early as possible.othewise I will never renew our policy to your company.                       We have purchase a WAGON-R .No. AS 23 N 0989 from Tinsukia Dealer VISHAL CAR WORLD and make a online Insurance Policy No.[protected] of the new India Assurance Ltd at dealer on 29/12/14 .The vechial meet an accident on 05/01/2015 just after 5 days and damage badly as under mention :-

                      3:- FLOOR FRONT LEFT SIDE UNDER THE SEAT
                      4:- FRONT DOOR POST PILAR

                      8:- RUNNING BOARD LEFT
                      and other items name of which we don't know.
                      We have handed over the vechical to the dealer now more than one month has passed but dealer is not responding properly .

                        I have applied for insurance car renewal policy as early as on 7th july 2014 itself as My previous policy getting expired on 13th july 2014 through khivraj dealer chennai Alas till now i have not got my policy. i had to call up call centre and ask for softcopy even that has not come about still. Very disappointing and shoddy service.

                          As per request of Bhandari Automobiles (Gariahat) Kolkata I issued a cheque in the month of April2014 for insurance of my car ( WB 06 G 6907) which was expiring on 01.07.2014. I issued the cheque dt 26.06.2014 ( 6 days advance date). At that time neither money receipt wer issued nor I get nay call from Maruti. Any way on 26.06.2014 I received the call for Maruti Insurance for verification. On the same date I got over e-mail a copy of the insurance with a note " Subject to realisation of cheque). I was very happy, but with that Icannot drive the car on and after 01.07.2014 is n't it? Till late evening I did not receive the original Insurance paper. I called up Bhandari confirmed sorry sir, it will reach you in a day ( INCIDENTALLY MY HOUSE IS < 2.5 KM from BHANDARI GARIAHAT). Now even on 4th JULY 13-00hrs same has not been delivered. I again called them up at 12 hrs. They intimated they will call back till now no Call???? In all these four days I could not drive. Now, tomorrow I need to take my wife out for medical examination, SO CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME OUT SO THAT I GET MY INSURANCE POSITIVELY TODAY!!!

                              Dear sir, It is submitted that I am holding a comprehensive policy no[protected] of my alto car No RJ-14-CA 6082 valid up to 7th sept 2014. I had got Third party insurance done on dated 5th June 2014. from National Insurance company limited Jaipur and the policy No 370200/31/14/[protected] . The original comprehensive policy and copy of third party insurance of above car was submitted at VIPUL MOTORS JAIPUR on dated 5.6.2014 for surrender of above comprehensive policy and taking NCB certificate so as to take benefit for my new car purchased on dated 5.6.2014 . It is regretted to submit that after a period of about 15 day I could not get the NCB certifcate from MIBL and is not able to drive the car due to non availabilty of Insurance due to non submission of NCB Certificate.This certificate could Have been issued on the same day .                                 policy no[protected] chassis No 326583 model 2008 swift VXI On Apr 23 I have submitted the policy renewal request to ABT MARUTI COIMBATORE with pmt of Rs 6034/- I have received a verification call at 19.07 hrs from Maruti and before picking up the phone the ring stopped. I gave a ring immediately at 19.08hrs to Maruti where no response.Today I approached ABT to collect the renewal policy I was told the I rejected the phone call from Maruti and it was still pending with information RR party not responded. Is this a custome mistake? Four days over and I am going hereand there to know about my ins policy renewal. If this so why Maruti Insurance is taking care of customers or they want their customers switch over to other cos. I am going abroad next week and if I am not getting my ins renewed No other way to go out by spoiling the dealer ABT CBE also. The immediate action is required k.gurusubramanian coimbatore

                                  i got my car insurance renewed from C M MOTORS CHANDIGARH for the period 22 April 2013 to 21 April 2014 but NCB was not given i paid full amount Rs. 6315/-. The dealer promised that refund of NCB will be made with in 10 working days which is not done till date. Every time I enquire dealer makes false promise. please do the needful. Further I state if this problem is not solved by 18 April 2014 I shall go to consumer court. And I shall never take the vehicle insurance policy from MARUTI INSURANCE or NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED.                                     I mohammed sabir being a subcriber of maruti insurance got a phone call from one telecaller who told me her name ms. Annu from dd motors, on asking my car insurance i told her that i have already taken my policy on 13.02.2014 on which she become angree and told me how dare you to take your policey from any where. On this i told her that i am free that where i shold go on this she says " tune magic se marai hogi" when i asked her what you saying she says yes " i meant it" on this i said her that i will complaint about your misbehaviour. She said " tujhe jo karna hai karle dekh longi tujhe bhi " .

                                    Conduct of ms. Annu... Is highly actionable from you that she has no any right to compell the subscribers to get thier insurence policy only from dd motors and her conduct like abusing, misbehaving, torturing and threatening the subscribers is actionable according to your norms and law. Otherwise i am ready to sent a legal notice for leagl action against her.

                                        I have purchased an Alto Standard from your dealer PEBCO MOTORS LTD Jamshedpur On 19.9.2007.since then I am getting insurance through you every year from Royal Sundaram Alliance. My this year policy no.MOP2011314 dated 27.9.2013 though I am not getting claim last year but why I am depriving legitimate right i.e.no claim bonus.
