    I have a Maruti SX4, bearing registration no. MH02BY6198. Every year, I have been renewing my car insurance through Maruti dealer M/s Excell Autovista, Mumbai, from where I had also purchased the car in 2010. This year, for renewing my insurance (due in June 2017), they had promised me 3 service coupons (Coupon 1 = 1000/- Compulsory Claim Deductible Coupon with One year Validity; Coupon 2 = 500 – 500 Two Wax Polish Coupons with One year Validity; Coupon 3 = 1000 of Labour charges) in return for renewing my insurance at the full quoted price of Rs. 13, 382, which I did on-line as per their advice. Now they are not sending me the coupons despite multiple reminders.

    It seems the executive concerned has left them and I called up her last known number today, and someone else picked up the call. He said he was not aware of it and will look into it. He has not promised me that they will fulfill their commitment.

    Wondering what my next steps should be?

    I paid insurance renewal amounts on 15.06.2017 for my Wagon R TN45 BA 7079 and obtained receipt from PLA maruthi Insurance at Tiruchirappalli, Tamilnadu, but insurance policy I have not received so far even after 20 days. I contacted many times, they said that they have been sent through Speed post, i asked for speed post no. for tracking, but they have not provided. After that I contacted they replied that they have sent through Courier, but courier also not received till today 03.07.2017. I asked courier POD no. they are not ready to provide the courier. Very worst service that I never experienced before. this is brought to your notice for necessary action.

      I hv summit all authorise documents to the sai service mr sandip ([protected]) in borivali. 3 day gone still i'm waiting for my claim approval. Survey agent deepak dige ([protected]). May be hv some personal issues.

      The base of same documents same issue before 6 month i get the claim approval.

      Now mr deepak survey agent saying my car fitness certificate is not valid.. I attracted my fitness certificate image plz look forward & slove my query asap.

        This is to bring to your notice about the pathetic service that maruti insurance gives to its loyal customer. I am highly disappointed with the service provided. While selling the insurance people come begging but once its done they run away to help, for any issue they ask to get in touch with the insurance company, then may i know why the hell do you come between us, mere selling of your policy???
        I have lodged a complain with complain number [protected] calming that i haven't claimed anything from insurance & i want ncb (No claim bonus).
        Either prove me that i have taken claim, else be ready to return the amount that i pay without this claim.
        Kindly support.

          With profound grief i would like to draw your kind attention that on 02.06.2017 i received a telephonic call from jagmohan motors sonipat that insurance of maruti car a star bearing no. Hr10t 4801 is due on 26.06.2017 and requested for renewal. She was requested to get the policy delivered at my home on saturday (17/06/2017) and get policy amount then & there immediately. On 19.06.2017 i rang a call at jagmohan motors -[protected] and requested for insurance policy. She submitted that i am busy with some other assignment, did not respond properly and disconnect the call without giving proper response.

          On 19/20.06.2017 i again made a call at jagmohan motors. The call was attended by ms. Seema and assured to get insurance policy delivered today itself. I am sorry to say that the person of jagmohan motors delivered estimate only and demanded a sum of rs.5300/- and assured to deliver the policy after 3 days.

          This is unethical practice that when a customer is paying demanded amount in cash, why the policy is delivered after 3 days. Its totally harassment to consumer. With this grief and harassment i preferred to approach united india insurance co. Ltd. And get insurance on premium of rs.4722/- on same insured amount,

          Keeping in view the above facts, kindly arrange to get this case examined and stop this mal-practice of harassing customer and charging extra amount.

            I the uday savant, purchase a new maruti vehicle (Wagonar-stengry)
            On 09.11.2013 from ankola show room. (Vehicle no. Ka30m 6687). And also
            Insurance taken from maruti-new india insurance company only. Yearly
            Insurance amount paid within period to maruti - new india insurance
            Companly. 1 st year for rs.13, 298/- 2nd year for rs.6818/-, third year
            For rs.6322/- forth year rs.6196/- respectively.

            Unfortunately accident my vehicle sudden cow came in front my vehicle,
            At that time i am in normal speed just turn and put to side ghator and jump
            My vehicle cross the ghator and also dash the compound wall. At that
            Time brakage the two headlamp, front bumper and crack & bubles front two
            Tyres. After some time i have inform to maruti show room at karwar. He told
            Me that bring the vehicle. I have go to show room and shown to my
            Vehicle,
            Then taken get the repaired and insurance has been claimed. A copy of
            Estimated given by show room for rs.20816/- is also enclosed for your
            Reference. But insurance surveyor mr. Uday v. Kalgutkar inspected and only
            Insured for rs.5000/- only. I am surprise for show room has been estimated
            Sum amount bur surveyor inspected another amount, what basis he has given
            Me for rs.5000/- details of estimated may be forwarded. And i have
            Telephonically call and asked to what basis are inspected, he answar
            Different type of answered me and also behavior me some negligence to
            Customer, he told me that taken a photography, i told me that not taken
            Accident photo, because at that time i am affraied, mind is not working and
            Who to remove my vehicle, who can take showroom for repair the
            Vehicle. This type of my mind calculating.

            Therefore i request to you betterment of estimated what showroom has
            Calculated and some percentage what your surveyor has been estimated may be
            Seen or recalculate and refund the better insured amount. And also tell
            Your surveyor what type of customer answering pl. Teach him.

            If you are not answering / recalculating of betterment amount with in
            Seven days, i will go for next step to consumer court.

            Payment made bills and estimated bills of showroom enclosed pl. See.

            I have purchase of two new tyres from market as show room also estimated
            Pl. See atteched bills.

            Customer satisfaction is main motive of maruti vehicle and insurance
            Company.

              My car alto k10 vxi (Up 32 gh 2938) is at ktl workshop indira nagar lucknow. I have given my car for claim of damaged body. But ktl person told me that your partial calim can be done because other side was damaged previously at the time of claim, but when i had taken claim last time in november 2016 they told me that this damage will be repaired in next claim because it is very small dent. When this time i have given my car at for claim on 4 june 2017 they are saying that because of previous dent new dent cant be repaired. My last dent was too small and new damage is big at same side due to this insurance surveyor denied my car's one side claim. If ktl person had told me that you have to repair this dent at own then i could repair that small dent by my self. So that this time my calim can be done. This is really fault of ktl workshop. I hope will provide me a genuine solution to my problem.

                  Dear sir,

                  I was maintaining alto car up70 ak2777 purchased in dec 2005 from amitdeep motors, allahabad up. Comprehensive insurance cover was provided throughout my ownership by amitdeep motors through maruti insurance which was renewed from year to year lastly vide policy no.[protected] dated 25.11.2016 national insurance company ltd.

                  On 8th may 2017 i purchased a new swift vxi car from same dealer and insurance cover has been provided by same dealer amitdeep motors through maruti insurance being policy no.[protected] dated 10.05.2017 the new india assurance co. Ltd.

                  Subsequently i came to know that person purchasing new car is entitled to adjustment of ncb [no claim bonus] to the extent available on insurance cover provided on his old car.

                  On becoming aware of this fact, shri pankaj singh mo. [protected] dealing with insurance in dealer amotdeep motors was contacted he informed that this facility/adjustment could be availed only at the time of purchasing new car and now i will not be getting benefit of adjustment of available ncb on insurance cover on my old car. The reason given was that such tie up is not available between them/maruti insurance/the new india assurance co. Ltd.

                  On the other hand on being contacted with officials of the new india assurance co. Ltd. It was informed i am entitled for this adjustment.

                  In my case ncb available on previous policy is 45% and i am being deprived of it illegally, it is a recurring loss as presently i would get benefit of 45% [around rs. 5000=00 ] and next year and so on it would be increasing with the lapse of every year, a rough estimate of loss will be around 30-40 thousand.
                  I request that matter may be inquired and necessary direction be issued to concern person/dealer to provide me this adjustment.

                  If a person is entitled to adjustment of ncb he cannot be deprived of it merely because due to his ignorance he could not avail it at the time of new purchase.

                  If compelled matter will be agitated through legal recourse.

                          I have renewed my Car Policy No.OG[protected]-[protected] on dtd.12.12.2016 through online. At the time of renewal, it was confirmed that hard copy of policy will be delivered within 7 to 10 days time. For this, I have spoken to customer care many times and it was assured that it will be delivered personally to my address., but almost 4 months have passed and it was not delivered.

                          I am very upset with this kind of bad service. If hard copy will be not delivered, I have to take help of consumer Forum to resolve this issue. Can you please help me in getting the hard copy of my car insurance policy. Please confirm and revert.

                          My vehicle mp20cc 5644 met with an accident in district chhindwara on 31.12.2016. the car got repaired in kunal motor chhindwara mp. The dealer sad the bill will be received by me through your company. But I have not received till date.my email is [protected]@gmail.com
                          I made the renewal of car insurance through Maruti insurance on April 2017, after several complaints and followups also I have not received the hard copy. Whenever I contact the call center, they give all the useless English and promises. But they never send the hard copy so far. When I checked with other people who are in the industry, they said this is an issue with Maruti Insurance and some people even renewed again with other vendors.

                          I suspect some fraud activities going on this behalf...

                                I have renewed my car insurance policy online on 30.03.2017 of my vehicle Wagon- R Lxi Reg No.U.P. 53 AL 2105 and paid Rs 4977/- towards premium and received payment confirmation with assurance that policy documents will be sent to your mail id shortly with Ref No.[protected] and policy proposal no. R 29268660. Thereafter, I have received SMS that policy no.89684095 has been issued and soft copy will be mailed in4 Hrs. hard copy will be delivered in 7-10 days but so far even after five days soft copy has not been mailed and no information about delivery of hard copy.

                                Complete details of problem is provided, it is not an essay competition that short or long complaint is required. If issue is not resolved in reasonable time costumer shall be forced to seek redressal from IRDA or consumer forum.
                                My vehicle mp20cc 5644 met with an accident in district chhindwara on 31.12.2016. the car got repaired in kunal motor chhindwara mp.                                   I own wagon R. It's insurance was due on 11th March 2017. I use to got my car insurance from Comet motors surat. They provided me 1 free car service free on getting insurance from them. Comet motor is 5 to 6 kms away from my residence reason why I switched over to get insurance from Kataria-vesu, on same terms as Kataria-vesu is 2kms away from my residence. Kataria insurance person agreed to available free service coupon. But from last 1 week insurance person is not responding.
                                  Maruti Insurance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  My car met with accident on 07apr at Delhi and got damaged.I admitted it at authorized service center ar jind but surveyor refuzed to allow repair of my car despite zero depth insurance.                                         I have Maruti Insurance which is issued through IFFCO insurance for my car TN01-AK-8768. On December-4-2016 I met with an accident where my car got damaged. I have moved my car to AIE Card- Neelankarai, where I use to do service as well took Insurance policy.
                                        Claim was made to IFFCO and it is learned from them that, the claim cannot be accepted and being rejected by them. The reason stated was at the time of accident I was holding Learner licence.
                                        It was briefed to the concern authority in IFFCO- Chennai as well AIE cars Neelankarai that, I was holding permanent driving licence until Sep'16 issued by Uttar Pradesh motor authority, and now I am residing in Chennai and hence cannot get NOC from concern authority in UP. Under these circumstances I had to go for obtaining new driving licence process, accordingly I have taken Learner License. And now I am permanent license.
                                        For your information, i had claim with the same IFFCO Insurance company for the same car with the Uttar Pradesh Issued driving license in the month of December'15 as well in 2016 with TATA AIG.
                                        I failed to understand the rejection of claim by IFFCO stating the unethical reason.
                                        As I have taken insurance with Maruti, I am hereby highlighting the issues hoping that, this will be reviewed, viewed genuinely and give fair consideration. Request to kindly consider my request and revert.
